In modern communication systems advanced techniques such as digital predistortion (DPD) are required to satisfy stringent demands on transmitter linearity and efficiency. DPD, however, increases the hardware and computational complexity of transmitters. In this article we show that the computational complexity of DPD adaptation can be drastically reduced if a low number of samples is properly selected for DPD adaptation. For this purpose we propose methods of sample selection for DPD adaptation. Among the proposed methods, the highest computational complexity reduction is achieved by a method based on the histogram of signal magnitudes, optimised with respect to characteristics of the radio frequency power amplifier and of the transmitted signal. Simulations indicate that this proposed method can reduce the computational complexity of DPD adaptation by a factor of up to 400 while the linearisation performance of conventional methods is preserved. Besides simulations for three models of distinct power amplifiers, measurements on a real power amplifier further verify the linearisation capabilities of the proposed methods.

This paper presents a performance comparison between the single-carrier frequency-domain equalization (SCFDE) system and an experimental, linear minimum-mean-square-error (LMMSE) based single-carrier system operating in the time domain (SC-TDE). For the absence of cyclic-prefix (CP) and frame processing, the SC-TDE presents significant increase in spectral efficiency while marginally increasing the bit-error-rate (BER). Base-band models of both systems are derived together with analytical formulas of mean-square-error (MSE) and average BER which are used for system comparison in the frequency-selective Rayleigh channel.

Over the past five years, there has been a focus on creating deep learning architectures for radio modulation recognition. Many of these architectures are either convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, or the combination of those and contain over a million trainable parameters. This paper focuses on a reduction of the parameters in the networks while maintaining comparable accuracy. We introduce two architectures, a convolutional neural network (CNN) and a convolutional long-short-term deep neural network (CLDNN). The results presented in this paper are comparable to or even outperform architectures with up to 20 times more parameters. Significant parameter reduction presented in this paper is more suitable for later model deployment on an embedded platform with limited memory size and computational power. We further discuss other needed steps before implementing the architectures on an embedded platform other than the model size reduction at the end of the paper.

This paper presents the method for object detection from aerial images and position estimation of individual objects using a single camera and a fixed point drone with GNSS. There are two possible approaches of estimated GNSS position for objects detected in image captured by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). First method is based on UAV camera specifications and is using mathematical approach (trigonometry). Second method is using Haar’s cascade filters for object localisation in image. For object detection in an image there has been selected Retina Net which has showed most promising results for our application compared to yolo v3 and yolo v4 tiny. Despite the limitation of GNSS precision, the presented method proved to be efficient.

This contribution deals with the main parts of the textile-integrated transmitting unit, a transmitter and an antenna, operating in the ISM 5.8 GHz band. The transmitter is based on commercially available WLAN UART Serial Port OWS451 and it is controlled via the UART interface by microprocessor ATmega328. The antenna is based on the circular ring-slot concept and it is able to provide monopolar radiation pattern to ensure maximum coverage of the unit. The unit will be integrated in a seat cover and it will transmit the telemetry of sensors integrated in the seat (temperature, pressure…).

Millimeter waves will play an important role in communication systems in the near future. On the one hand, the bandwidths available at millimeter-wave frequencies allow for elevated data rates, but on the other hand, the wide bandwidth accentuates the effects of wireless front-end impairments on transmitted waveforms and makes their compensation more difficult. Research into front-end impairment compensation in millimeter-wave frequency bands is currently being carried out, mainly using expensive laboratory setups consisting of universal signal generators, spectral analyzers and high-speed oscilloscopes. This paper presents a detailed description of an in-house built MATLAB-controlled 60 GHz measurement test-bed developed using relatively inexpensive hardware components that are available on the market and equipped with digital compensation for the most critical front-end impairments, including the digital predistortion of the power amplifier. It also demonstrates the potential of digital predistortion linearization on two distinct 60 GHz power amplifiers: one integrated in a direct-conversion transceiver and an external one with 24 dBm output power.

A GaN based dual-input digital Doherty power amplifier is demonstrated for small SATCOM terminals for use in lightweight UAV applications. A novel algorithm is presented that helps operate the Doherty power amplifier at optimum conditions in terms of efficiency and/or linearity. Digital pre-distortion linearization is deployed together with the digital Doherty to achieve low spectral regrowth in narrowband satellite uplink.

Interference between users in adjacent channels negatively affects throughput of mobile networks. In this paper we aim at cancellation of interference caused by a nonlinear power amplifier in a generalized orthogonal frequency division system. We propose an interference cancellation method to subtract these out-of-band emissions from the received signal. In contrast to state-of-the-art methods, our proposed method employs over-the-air estimation of power amplifier model parameters together with a particular frequency domain filtering method that allows to generate the required training data. The proposed interference cancellation method is also verified by an experiment on a software defined radio test bench.

Graphical abstract, Memristor is a non-linear circuit element in which voltage-current relationship is determined by the previous values of the voltage and current, generally the history of the circuit. The nonlinearity in this component can be considered as a fractional-order form, which yields a fractional memristor (fracmemristor). In this paper, a fractional-order memristor in a chaotic oscillator is applied, while the other electronic elements are of integer order. The fractional-order range is determined in a way that the circuit has chaotic solutions. Also, the statistical and dynamical features of this circuit are analyzed. Tools like Lyapunov exponents and bifurcation diagram show the existence of multistability and antimonotonicity, two less common properties in chaotic circuits.

Fire detection from video has become possible and more feasible in prevention of fire disaster due to deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and embedded processing hardware. Artificial intelligence (AI) methods generally require more computational time and hardware with powerful graphical processing unit (GPU). In this paper, we propose cost-effective deep CNN architecture for fire detection from video with respect to computational performance of Jetson Nano from NVIDIA. In our paper we compare CNN networks (AlexNet and SqueezeNet) with our proposed CNN architecture. The proposed CNN architecture finds equilibrium between efficiency and accuracy for target system (Jetson Nano). We used CNNs which show high accuracy and low loss.

This paper presents a new approach for evaluating the differences between SC-FDE and OFDM in MISO Clarke/Gans Rayleigh fading channel. At first, base-band models of SC and OFDM are elaborated and principles of STBC encoding and decoding are described in the MISO fading channel. The Clark/Gans Rayleigh fading channel is then defined and extended to create MISO multi-path frequency-selective channel. BER performances are simulated in MATLAB for different level crossing rates and both systems are compared in terms of PMEPR.

Chaotic systems with an infinite number of equilibrium points and chaotic ones without equilibrium have received a significant attention in the last years because they belong to a class of systems with “hidden attractor”. In this work, we introduce a three-dimensional chaotic system displaying both hidden attractors with infinite equilibria and hidden attractors without equilibrium. Surprisingly, when the system exhibits hidden attractors with infinite equilibria, it has a rounded square curve of equilibrium points. Dynamical properties of the new system are analyzed through equilibrium points, phase portraits, bifurcation diagram, and maximal Lyapunov exponents. Furthermore, circuit implementation of the system is presented showing another approach to study such system as well as its feasibility.

This paper deals with a pilot power allocation in the orthogonal time-frequency space (OTFS) modulation system. In our simulations, the pilot is used for a channel estimation. Subsequently, the channel effects are equalized via a deconvolution. It is shown that proper solution of the pilot power allocation problem has significant impact on the bit-error rates. We also show that the increase of the pilot power causes notable increase of the peak-to-average (PAPR) power ratio. In consequence, high PAPR is one of the limiting factors of the pilot power increase. Considering a non-linear power amplifier, high PAPR is demonstrated to limit the OTFS bit-error rate performance.

The adaptive digital predistortion is currently widely used to compensate for the non-linearities. Such systems need not only sufficient computational power but also feedback. However, there are great demands on feedback paths to create such-and-such systems. Ideally, the digital predistortion should follow changes of behavior for example as an ambient temperature alternates. To compensate the non-linearities for different temperatures, one can use Look-Up tables [1] which consume considerable resources. In this paper we demonstrate how digital predistortion using polynomial series, with simple real valued function (parameter), can be extended in order to include thermal compensation trait. That means, we can eliminate recalculation of coefficients or more precisely no need for feedback path to compensate temperature depended behavior of power amplifiers.

Linearization of power amplifiers by means of digital predistortion has widely been researched for more than last two decades, with applications to microwave bands. With increasing demands for spectrum, the use of millimeter frequencies is expected in the future. In order to implement digital predistortion at millimeter-wave frequencies, well calibrated transmitter and feedback receiver is necessary. This paper describes the most important signal processing algorithms and their practical implementation in in-house built MATLAB-controlled setup aimed for research and evaluation for digital predistortion algorithms in 60 GHz band.

High performance amplifiers are always a demanding component in the world of wireless communication. The amplifier is the heart that drives each radio system. We have designed and developed a high performance one-stage class-B GaN power amplifier for drone applications in the S-band (at 1,6 GHz) with maximum output power 6 W. This paper compares fixed settings of the bias point option and optimized bias point for the best efficiency within the entire output power range. Applying the proposed method, that is particularly advantageous for low power performance to improve efficiency by more than 15 %.

In this chapter, models for the heating in bond wires are presented. First, an analytic model is developed, which allows a fast characterisation of the bond wire properties, e.g., its time to failure. Secondly, a more accurate model using the finite integration technique for spatial discretisation is constructed. This model is also used to study the impact of manufacturing uncertainties, e.g., variable bond wire lengths, on the performance of bond wires.

This chapter focuses on several areas regarding measurements (including methodology, test-bed development and measurement of results itself) of experimental results in the framework of an established cooperation with several partners from industry. We give attention to measurements for RF amplifiers, bond wire fusing and MOS power cells. We also include on-chip measurements of RF passive components and pay attention to heat, stress and reliability measurements. Measurements set-ups have been made in close cooperation with ON Semiconductor Belgium (Oudenaarde, Belgium) and with ACCO Semiconductor (Louveciennes, France).

We overview reliability related activities like ageing and life time prediction. We want to predict the number of thermal stress cycles an IC can handle before showing passivation cracks. For this a sufficient model for electro-migration was used that can be applied to an IC with multiple drivers and knowing a required thermal profile. At first state-of-the-art reliability concepts are reviewed. Next a new framework is introduced that aims at simplifying and speeding-up the process of assessing the reliability of complex application profiles.

Due to the scarcity of spectrum in the microwave bands, currently used for cellular networks, wireless LANs and first generations of vehicular communications, the usage of millimeter bands is envisaged for the future generations of communication systems. In the millimeter bands, the problem of transceiver impairments is even more accentuated, as a result of expected wide signal bandwidth and frequency-dependency of the impairments. In this paper we present a simple setup for the evaluation of transceiver imperfection compensation methods for 60 GHz band.

Ahstract- The performance of wireless communication systems is significantly influenced by the nonlinearity of RF components, such as RF power amplifier. Digital predistortion is often applied in such systems to compensate the nonlinearity. The advanced predistortion methods suffer from their high complexity and requirements on feedback path due to the model order and high wide signal bandwidth. On the contrary, recently proposed statistical methods to adapt predistorter usually do not account for memory effects. This paper demonstrates the possibility to combine statistical method for nonlinearity adaptation with leastsquares method for memory compensation adaptation in simple Hammerstein-type of predistorter.

The need for high sampling rates in the feedback path of the digital adaptive predistortion for power amplifier linearization usually limits its use to the cases with sufficiently narrow bandwidth, that is contradictory to the envisaged signal bandwidth widening in the future communication systems. One of the solutions to relax the requirements on A/D converters in the predistortion system is to use them in a time-interleaved manner, but the imprecise time alignment, unequal gain or signal offset in the individual A/D sections may reduce the linearization performance. The goal of this paper is to investigate the potential effect of such impairments, present in the time-interleaved A/D conversion concept, to the performance of digital predistortion linearizer applied to typical filter-based multicarrier modulation.

Hybrid evolutionary passive analog circuits syn- thesis method based on modified Univariate Marginal Dis- tribution Algorithm (UMDA) and a local search algorithm is proposed in the paper. The modification of the UMDA algorithm which allows to specify the maximum number of the nodes and the maximum number of the components of the synthesized circuit is proposed. The proposed hybrid ap- proach efficiently reduces the number of the objective func- tion evaluations. The modified UMDA algorithm is used for synthesis of the topology and the local search algorithm is used for determination of the parameters of the components of the designed circuit. As an example the proposed method is applied to a problem of synthesis of the fractional capaci- tor circuit.

The adaptive digital predistortion is currently widely used to compensate for the nonlinearities. Usually the observing (feedback) path of the predistorter is required to be very accurate. That means it is compensated for any radio frequency front-end imperfections. In this paper we demonstrate that recently proposed (real-valued) digital predistortion algorithm employing only one of the signals in the quadrature pair implies the reduced sensitivity of the predistorter adaptation to the I/Q modulator imbalance in the feedback path. The lower sensitivity is demonstrated using both simulation as well as by an experiment conducted using the mm-Wave setup with integrated direct-conversion transceiver with important imbalances in both transmitting (Tx) as well as in receiving (Rx) path.

In this paper, we present the quantitative study of the effects of the selected most important transceiver imperfections on the performance of digital baseband pre-distortion linearizers. Starting from the power amplifier model identification based on the measured data captured using the low-cost software defined radio platform (USRP), we evaluate the performance in term of out-of-band signal emissions at the power amplifier output for the case of typical representative of signals envisaged for fifth generation (5G) of mobile communication systems — filtered OFDM. The results are presented for the values of imperfections (IQ imbalances, DC offset) swept within the range of values corresponding to simple, commercially available wireless front-ends. We highlight the fact that the front-end imperfections can significantly affect the influence of pre-distorters.

This paper presents a report on mutual information based on measured indoor millimeter-wave (mmWave) channels with multiple antennas at input and output (MIMO). We show that for fixed indoor communication systems, an optimal antenna element spacing can be found such that the measured mutual information almost reaches the capacity of a perfectly orthogonal (theoretical) MIMO channel (with the same number of receiver (RX) and transmitter (TX) antennas). Secondly, we present, that even though the measured channel transfer functions (CTFs) exhibit large fluctuations (i.e., temporal dispersion), the mutual information is mainly determined by the mean singular value of the line-of-sight (LOS) components. Due to their strong variations over frequency mmWave channels are tedious when describing them with classical methods in the frequency domain. An approximation by numerous flat subbands leads to an error in mutual information (MI) by 2bit/s/Hz (for 80% probability). In comparison, our proposed method in the time domain, however, offers a notably smaller error (1bit/s/Hz for 80% probability).

As the data throughput is still increased in the wireless communication systems, it is required to efficiently utilise the radio frequency spectrum which usually requires linear transmitters. Consequently methods as a digital predistortion (DPD) are developed to linearise nonlinear power amplifiers. To extract precise parameters for the DPD it is essential to finely synchronise measured feedback signal with the known transmitted signal. In this paper we propose an analytical method for the fractional sample period time synchronisation suitable for DPD signals. Finally benefits of the proposed method are presented on results of its usage for the DPD linearisation using a measurement test-bed.

In this paper we present a reduced complexity digital predistortion of multiple power amplifiers. The reduction is based on using only one feedback path taking into account the similar characteristics of amplifiers in the MIMO system. After some theoretical basics, the paper presents the results of the experiment trying to give an answer whether the predistortion can be used with limited (in extreme case with only one) number of feedback paths. Due to its very low out-of-band emissions, the filter-bank-multicarrier signal has been used as a test signal as a typical representative of post-OFDM waveforms.

This paper provides an innovative practical realization of a memristor based chaotic circuit. The first part discusses the mathematical analysis of the proposed system, including calculation of an eigenvalues, bifurcation diagram and largest Lyapunov exponents. Another parts deal with circuitry realization and the influence of parasitic properties of active elements. The circuit simulations obtained by PSpice environment and the practical measurement results on a breadboard are presented in the last part of this paper. The main aim of this work is an innovative realization of the memristor based chaotic circuit with one type of energy-storage element (linear passive capacitor) and with simpler construction in comparison to other circuits. The next contribution consists in verification of designed circuit with respect to influence of parasitic properties of active elements to chaos destruction. Tento článek poskytuje inovativní realizaci chaotického systému na základě vlastností memristoru. První část pojednává o matematické analýze navrhovaného systému, včetně výpočtu vlastních čísel, bifurkačního diagramu a největších Ljapunových exponentů. Další části se zabývají obvodovou realizací a vlivem parazitních vlastností aktivních prvků. Simulace obvodů získaná v simulačním systému PSpice a výsledky praktického měření jsou uvedeny v poslední části. Hlavním přínosem této práce je inovativní realizace chaotického systému s jedním akumulačním prvkem (lineární pasivní kondenzátor) a jednoduchá konstrukce ve srovnání s dosud publikovanými zapojeními. Další přínos spočívá v ověření funkčnosti navrženého zapojení s uvažováním kritických hodnot parazitních vlastností použitých aktivních prvků.

In this paper the discrete step functions are used in order to generate m×n scroll chaotic hypercube attractors. The design and realization of multi-scroll attractors depends on synthesizing the nonlinearity with an electrical circuit. The essence of the novel approach is in designing the transfer function with analog to digital converters connected directly without any microcomputer, instead of using standard comparator or hysteresis methods. Therefore there is no special need for synthesizing the nonlinearity towards m × n scroll chaotic attractors. The approach is verified with PSpice16.0 circuit simulator and experimentally measured. The wireless devices classification based on the transmitter imperfections is one of the promising ways to provide additional security to future wireless communication networks. Although several aspects, both theoretical and practical, have been studied recently, there are no studies investigating the degradation of such authentication due to the environmental changes, such as the device temperature. We present the initial results of measurements of RF-classification method based on the Gaussian mixture model classifier under the influence of temperature variations. With the use of the widely used USRP devices, we also try to estimate which of the RF impairments is sensitive to such changes.

We consider the problem of periodic nonuniform sampling of a multiband signal and its reconstruction from samples in the feedback path of a digital predistortion system in order to decrease the sampling rate, hence to increase the bandwidth of digital predistortion system. Such considerations are particularly important in context of the wideband multiband linearization system design.

Recently, Leonov and Kuznetsov have introduced a new definition “hidden attractor”. Systems with hidden attractors, especially chaotic systems, have attracted significant attention. Some examples of such systems are systems with a line equilibrium, systems without equilibrium or systems with stable equilibria etc. In some interesting new research, systems in which equilibrium points are located on different special curves are reported. This chapter introduces a three-dimensional autonomous system with a square-shaped equilibrium and without equilibrium points. Therefore, such system belongs to a class of systems with hidden attractors. The fundamental dynamics properties of such system are studied through phase portraits, Poincare map, bifurcation diagram, and Lyapunov exponents. Anti-synchronization scheme for our systems is proposed and confirmed by the Lyapunov stability. Moreover, an electronic circuit is implemented to show the feasibility of the mathematical model. Finally, we introduce the fractional order form of such system.

Generalized Memory Polynomial (GMP) models are widely used for the linearization of power amplifiers. They offer a good tradeoff between linearization performance and implementation complexity. Their structure is defined by 8 integer parameters representing different non-linearity orders and memory lengths. These 8 degrees of freedom allow achieving very good linearization performance with a small number of coefficients. But the optimal sizing (determination of the 8 parameters) of such models could require huge computation, for instance, if these 8 parameters are bounded between 1 and 10, there are 108 models to test using an exhaustive search, which is very computationally heavy and time consuming. Therefore optimization algorithms are needed to search for a GMP model structure which provides a good tradeoff between modeling accuracy and complexity. In this paper, we compare two heuristic optimization algorithms, hill-climbing and integer genetic algorithms, in terms of convergence speed, and optimality of the obtained solution regarding the defined criterion. They are evaluated using data measurements from an LDMOS Doherty Power Amplifier dedicated to base stations. The results show that both algorithms allow decreasing very significantly the searching time while giving optimal or close to optimal solutions. Compared with hill-climbing, the genetic approach leads to a more difficult control and interpretation of the path followed by the search algorithm since it is based on random operations (crossovers and mutations).

Novel multicarrier waveforms, such as, Filter Bank Multi Carrier promise lower out-of-band emissions compared to the currently used Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex technique. Unfortunately, the power amplifier nonlinearity in the transmitter can significantly degrade the FBMC spectrum wiping-out the differences between these two approaches. In order to compensate for nonlinearities and memory effects introduced by power amplifiers, the digital predistortion is a widely used technique, but also the predistortion itself can significantly be influenced by the transceiver imperfections. This paper thus laid great emphasis on the evaluation of transceiver imperfections and uncertainties on the overall performance of digital predistortion driven with FBMC signals.

In this paper we would like to point out one open issue related with filtered bank multi-carrier signals (FBMC). The experiment was trying to calculate filter coefficients for FBMC signals where non-linear power amplifiers were employed. As one of the merits that have been used were error vector magnitude (EVM) and adjacent channel power (ACP). We have demonstrated that proper calculation of coefficients could improve the merits significantly.

This review paper describes different lumped circuitry realizations of the chaotic dynamical systems having equilibrium degeneration into a plane object with topological dimension of the equilibrium structure equals one. This property has limited amount (but still increasing, especially recently) of third-order autonomous deterministic dynamical systems. Mathematical models are generalized into classes to design analog networks as universal as possible, capable of modeling the rich scale of associated dynamics including the so-called chaos. Reference state trajectories for the chaotic attractors are generated via numerical analysis. Since used active devices can be precisely approximated by using third-level frequency dependent model, it is believed that computer simulations are close enough to capture real behavior. These simulations are included to demonstrate the existence of chaotic motion.

In order to compensate for nonlinearities and memory effects introduced by power amplifiers, the digital predistortion is a widely used technique. Commonly the digital predistortion is based on polynomials derived from Volterra series or on lookup tables. Both approaches require time to find the the solution that can be applied to digital predistorter. Nevertheless, for predistorters to be actually implemented in real-time scenarios, fast convergence and low complexity is highly required. Unfortunately there does not exist a general rule for simple choice in therms of performance, convergence time and complexity. Thus in this paper a brief comparison of Volterra based series (orthogonal polynomials and simplified dynamic deviation reduction of second order) and lookup tables with cubic interpolation which are widely used schematic is provided.

This contribution brings a deep and detailed study of the dynamical behavior associated with nonlinear oscillator described by a single third-order differential equation with scalar jump nonlinearity. The relative primitive geometry of the vector field allows making an exhaustive numerical analysis of its possible solutions, visualizations of the invariant manifolds and basins of attraction as well as proving the existence of chaotic motion by using the concept of both Shilnikov theorems. The aim of this paper is also to complete, carry out and link the previous works on simple Newtonian dynamics and answer the question how individual types of the phenomenon evolve with time via understandable notes. This paper is focused on digital predistortion using neural networks (NNETs) for linearization of power amplifiers. We propose a new architecture of NNET. It is based on a feedforward tapped delay line neural network for complex signals with one hidden layer but it includes both delayed and advanced samples at its input. We name this architecture TADNN (tapped advance and delay line neural net). We show that the introduction of advance taps improves the digital predistortion (DPD) performance. We also compare the TADNN predistorter with predistorters derived from Volterra series such as memory polynomial or dynamic deviation reduction models. This comparison is based on three elements: performance in linearization, complexity, increase of the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) by the predistorter. Indeed, one drawback of Volterra based predistorters is that they can generate predistorted signals with very high PAPR that cannot be applied directly at the input of the power amplifier. Conversely, the PAPR of the predistorted signals at the output of the TADNN remains moderate. The presented approach is evaluated on a real LDMOS (laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor) push-pull power amplifier with 16 MHz bandwidth OFDM (orthogonal frequency-division multiplex) signal at a carrier frequency of 200 MHz.

Power amplifier is an essential component in communication systems. Digital baseband predistortion is a cost effective approach to linearize a power amplifier. Models derived from Volterra series are often used. For a given type of model, two questions have to be solved: estimation of the model coefficients, and determination of the model structure, e.g. orders of non-linearity, memory lengths, etc. There have been many works on the estimation of model coefficients but few works have focused on the determination of the model structure. To choose proper orders of series is not evident in order to keep low complexity with acceptable results. In the article, we propose to use an integer genetic algorithm for the determination of orders of polynomial series for predistortion or power amplifier modeling. The used fitness function aims to achieve a compromise between accuracy and complexity of the model. The method is evaluated on real measured power amplifier. The obtained results show that the proposed integer genetic algorithm is able to determine in a very small number of iterations a good model structure. Its complexity is quite low and it can be applied whether offline or online for adaptive determination of the structure.

Presented contribution of the paper deals with novel active element Controlled Gain Current and Differential Voltage Amplifier (CG-CDVA) and its implementation in a very simple adjustable oscillator. Explanation of principle of the active element is complemented by possible behavioral model based on commercially available active elements. Therefore we are able to establish measurement setup that is suitable for preliminary experimental purposes. The proposed oscillator was analyzed by common symbolic approaches and as well verified experimentally. Important results of typical analyses were discussed.
