The paper briefly presents some possibilities of the modern use of cyberspace tools for the theory of artificial intelligence related to the definition of the model and the corresponding possibilities leading to systemic modeling of crises in the modern information and knowledge world and in the area of system security. The modeling process is mainly focused on the specific concept of the virtual model and on the network represented by information and communication systems (ICT) and on the corresponding perspective modeling of the system-based environment used to simulate cyber-attacks and the corresponding levels of cyber-defence. It forms the actual content of the newly conceived modeling with the process of model adaptation in the modern learning environment of artificial intelligence. The paper is based on a scientific task dealing with the possibilities of modeling and adaptation of cybersecurity in a new projected cybersecurity laboratory with the environment of artificial intelligence application in this virtual environment of modern security.

- Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of the impact of Covid-19 on the economy of the Czech Republic. The Covid-19 pandemic is an extreme burden and crisis for our economy, and not just ours. The health crisis spilled over into the economic crisis at lightning speed. The paper focuses on analyzing and evaluating the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of the Czech Republic. The author's team focused on two variables, namely gross domestic product and unemployment in the Czech Republic. The dependence of macroeconomic variables is investigated through one of the primary statistical analysis methods - regression analysis. The paper aims to propose a model that explains the relationship between these two variables in the conditions of the Czech Republic through empirically determined data on the level of gross domestic product and unemployment. Based on this model, it will be possible to estimate/predict the further development of unemployment depending on the expected development of GDP. Attention will also be paid to estimating whether and, if so, how the described relationship is changing in connection with the current development of the Czech economy during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the whole world, and we can classify it as a significant disaster in modern history. However, not only a pandemic is the unique disaster that has hit the earth. Due to the increased attention to the pandemic, spent not much attention on the other disasters. There have been forest fires in Australia, floods in Indonesia, volcano eruption in the Philippines, and others in 2020. Several disasters are causing cascading effects that may affect different sectors. Fires or floods are just one of them. The cascade effect can endanger several elements of critical infrastructure, such as the energy sector and healthcare. In healthcare facilities, patients are dependent on electricity supplies. It is therefore essential that the proper functioning of healthcare facilities is maintained. The aim of the paper is to highlight the growing trend in the number of disasters around the world and draw attention to the preparedness of healthcare facilities to solve these disasters. Based on the analysis, we can take the information that there is a big difference in the preparedness of the healthcare facilities to solve a power outage. © 2021 The Authors., Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně

- Abstract
Electricity has become an indispensable part of life, which belongs to today's modern household. On the contrary, there is an increasing dependence on sources of electricity. It is used in all sectors of human life, including the sector of health care. Today, healthcare is dependent on sources of electricity. Therefore, several clients are dependent on electricity availability in healthcare facilities; however, there are situations as a blackout. It could be caused by several events, such as disasters that could cause cascading effects. This impact is significant for healthcare facilities. Healthcare facilities must ensure that the supply to critical electrical circuits is not interrupted. In the event of a blackout, alternative sources of electricity are used immediately. One of them may be aggregates that could replace the electricity supply. However, these resources depend on fuel supplies. Most healthcare facilities do not have sufficient fuel supplies to supply healthcare facilities during a blackout. Healthcare facilities' attitude is to use the purchase of fuel for aggregates at the nearest fuel stations. But here comes the critical question. Will the fuel stations be operational even in the event of a locally more massive blackout? Where do we get the fuel? Will the state provide us with funds from the Administration of State Material Reserves (ASMR)? We will get the answer to these questions in this paper. The aim of the paper will be to solve loss prevention in times of blackout. The paper will be divided into several parts. Firstly, there will be evaluated of the current situation. Secondly, there will be a proposal for loss prevention in blackout times - an algorithm for solving healthcare facilities' fuel supplies. Copyright © 2021, AIDIC Servizi S.r.l.

- Abstract
Hospitals are an essential element of public infrastructure. Some aspects of civil infrastructure have become considered critical. Critical infrastructure means an element of critical infrastructure or a system of critical infrastructure (healthcare system), the disruption of the function of which would have a severe impact on state security, provision of basic living needs of the population, and the health of persons or state economy. To the critical infrastructure sector belongs transport, energy, agriculture, healthcare and several others. Hospitals represent an essential part of the critical infrastructure. However, hospitals were not built in such a way that they are not affected by any disaster. Some of the disasters could have the cascading effect. This cascading effect could cause several others situations such as power outage. The aim of this paper will be to present possible risks for the hospitals. A closer focus will be on the risks that have an impact on power outages. The data will be obtained based on the questionnaire survey, which will then be statistically evaluated. The data will be presented as disaster with the impact to the hospitals. The evaluation of hospitals is focused on facilities in the Czech Republic. Statistical data will be confronted by links to professional articles dealing with the issue. At the end of the paper will be added reccomendation. The reccomendation will be aim to the population protection. © 2020 International Multidisciplinary Scientific Geoconference. All rights reserved.

- Abstract
The management of medical facilities' primary task is undoubtedly the quality of treatment and ensuring patient safety. With increasing knowledge, new technologies, and the growing complexity of treatment procedures and methods, the probability of the occurrence of risks and, in some cases, the emergence of new risks are increasing. An adequately set up a risk management system in healthcare facilities has a fundamental impact on the crisis preparedness of these facilities and the effectiveness of the entire management system. Hospital management is currently being evaluated in terms of risk management and crisis preparedness during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article deals with risk management in health care facilities during the pandemic. COVID-19 evaluates the status and extent of risk management tools used and overall crisis preparedness. In healthcare facilities, as in other organizations, risk management is an integral part of management processes. It is gaining in importance, especially in connection with ensuring the safety of patients, which, together with the quality of treatment, is becoming the primary task of the management of individual medical facilities. Until now, the prevailing opinion was that the functioning of emergency medical services sufficiently ensures healthcare preparedness for crises and emergencies. Shooter attacks, cyber-attacks, prolonged blackouts, evacuation, or situations connected with the COVID-19 pandemic are situations for which many Czech hospitals (not to mention polyclinics) are almost not ready at all. The aim of the paper will be based on a questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze and identify the state of crisis preparedness for emergencies of medical facilities in the Czech Republic and to propose measures to optimize the current situation. © 2020 International Multidisciplinary Scientific Geoconference. - Abstract
Risk management in museums of the Czech Republic is inadequate and is not implemented in most museums. The presented issue of risk management in museums is only the first step towards introducing this knowledge into museums. The introduction of risk management as part of an integrated museum management system is essential, as emergencies and disasters are very democratic and unexpectedly affect all nations of the world and, thus, various institutions. Risk management should occur primarily by the application of common sense principles. When preparing a risk management plan, managers should avoid drowning the risk management plan in technical details, actuarial charts, and probability statistics. As a rule of thumb, the simpler the risk management strategy, the more likely it will be implemented. Those responsible for implementing risk management must plan to understand the importance of their activities. The risk management plan will certainly not address all of the institution's risks but will generate new responses to state of the art. Risk management is not a task and a goal but a long-term process. © 2020 Italian Association of Chemical Engineering - AIDIC. All rights reserved.

- Abstract
Crisis communication in museums is not much more comprehensive in museums in the Czech Republic. Foreign experience shows that the need for risk management in the museum sector also requires the development of museum crisis communication plans. The crises that need to be communicated have a heterogeneous nature and come suddenly with varying degrees of intensity. It is essential for the museum to be ready for crisis communication inside and outside the organization. The paper presents potential crisis situations in museums. The study also maps the state of the crisis plan and the use of crisis communication in the Czech museums.

- Abstract
The threat of theft of works of art, antiques and books which are always being stolen from museums, galleries and archives in the Czech Republic, as well as abroad, remains present. Given the existence of the current stolen objects markets and the fact that artefacts keep their value which grows in time, theft will continue into the future. Thus, the security of museum collections and buildings is a pressing issue. It is, therefore, important to seek modern, secure and cheap solutions for the smaller museums in the Czech Republic. This paper describes the current state of security in the Czech Republic and proposes appropriate solutions of the problem of security in museums and galleries. The situation is very critical in some museum areas. Historic heritage is not sufficiently protected. The present study solves the analysis of the state of the historical heritage at present. The protection of the historical heritage is better than the Velvet Revolution. The article deals with the protection of monuments currently, analyzes the current security situation in museums in the Czech Republic and suggests a solution that would improve the future security of artefacts. - Abstract
Making use of quality human resources, including managers at all levels of management, is one way to gain a competitive advantage for a hotel or a hotel chain regarding its competitors. The authors of this article surveyed views on selected management principles that influence the quality of their work in meeting the organization's goals. The method of research was a questionnaire survey conducted between hotel and hotel chain managers. The research dealt with the assessment of their opinions on the importance of selected management principles. In the cases of key variables, statistical methods of dependency testing have been applied to allow validation or disproving of the established hypotheses. The research results show that hotel and hotel chain managers in the Czech Republic determined "customer orientation" and "result orientation" as the most important managerial principles. The "fairness and commitment to ethical values" and the "commitment to a company " were considered as the least important principles. The research confirmed that good relationships and loyalty of customers, alternatively loyalty to a hotel or hotel chain, bring results indirectly. The "dependence of assessment the significance of managerial principles on management level, age, and expertise of managers" was confirmed. No dependence was proven in the "gender and attained education attainment of managers, as well as in the "classification and size" of the hotel or hotel chain in which the managers work.

The word security is nowadays a very inflected term. Security is addressed not only on a global level, but also on a regional level and, last but not least, on an individual level. This term is applied in all areas of our lives. Nowadays, up to fifty security types are defined. Each kind of security has its specifics. Security against intentional threats requires forceful action and sustained readiness. Insecurity against unexpected threats, an emphasis is placed on checking the status and conditions, adherence to rules, and preparedness for precautionary measures. Due to the selected reference object - the hospital, we chose for this article an analysis of object safety, information safety, health and safety at work and food and energy security. The aim of this article is the analysis of these security areas. The hospital is the particular object, where each person can come. There is any control of this person. Firstly, there was used the heuristic analysis of usability for the analysis of the information safety. Secondly, there was used the heuristic analysis of preparedness for the analysis of the food and energy security. At the end of my article I give recommendation to the new ways in all lacks of this security areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Qualitative modeling is the modern approach to management analysis and prediction of further evolution, because it can work with non-measurable quantities. We approach him if we cannot accurately describe analytically all relationships between variables described processes, which is in risk analysis and prediction of further evolution the current situation. A qualitative model is based on only three values - positive (increasing), zero (constant) and negative (decreasing). The text included a simplified interpretation of some basic concepts of qualitative modeling and explains the principles and possibilities of qualitative models for knowledge management as modern management tool.

Contemporary business market environment has got very dynamic and volatile character. The financial and economy crisis in 2008 influenced all industrial branches and their supply chains in a great deal. Competitiveness across global markets is evident in many ways such as cost, quality or time delivery. The industrial companies must manage all processes in their inner and outer supply chains thru their integrated logistics management systems. General logistics management system of a company is composed of subsystems which can be classified as purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, distribution and reverse material flows management. One of the logistics objectives is to plan, to manage and to control all rising material flows inside particular mentioned subsystems. Thus, the foundation of effective logistics management system is layout drawing documentation in required detail. The paper deals with very up-to-date topic, how and in which sequence to create layout drawing documentation of company's areas. - Abstract
Příspěvek sleduje počátky personální práce ve firmě, založení Osobního oddělení a jeho rozvoj ve firmě do roku 1939., Nowadays personnel management is regarded as a key element necessary for the success of companies. However, for a long time employees have been counted just a cost item. Tomáš Baťa was one of the few entrepreneurs who have changed the view of the worker. Despite the fact that he first underestimated the human resources, he soon began to lay emphasis on the development of the workers and personnel work in the company. As a representative of the company's personnel policy was regarded Bata's Personnel Department. This contribution deals with the beginnings of personnel work in the company, establishment of the Personnel Department and its development and position in the company until 1939.

- Abstract
Výrazněji se začal veřejně angažovanost Tomáš Baťa jako nejvýznamnější podnikatel ve Zlíně až po první světové válce, kdy se stal v roce 1923 starostou města Zlína a začala následnou přestavbu města v souladu s jeho podnikatelskou koncepcí., Zlin - up to now has been considered a symbol of business success, represented by its famous native Tomas Barn, whose business changed the character of the town significantly. Zlin had been considerably modernized and turned into a distinctive company town. However, till 1914 the town of Zlin was no industrial center, but a small town of agro-trade character. In this period, the public engagement of Zlin entrepreneurs corresponded to their education, economic level and power. Until the end of the 19th century, conventional solidarity was typical of all economically active people. However, since the beginning of the 20th century, this solidarity had been gradually disrupted by the advanced industrialization. It was typical of this period that mostly small businessmen, tradesmen and farmers were engaged in public affairs such as politics or culture. After the establishment of the shoe companies, the influence of the two most important enterpreneurs upon the public life in Zlin had increased. This influence was particularly manifested in 1907, as the representatives of the new enterpreneurs took seats in the municipal board. The public engagement of Tomas Bata, the most important entrepreneur in Zlin, was demonstrated only after World War I, as he became the mayor of Zlin in 1923 and started rebuilding the town in accordance with his own conception.

- Abstract
Pro vybrané parametry GP je hledáno optimální nastavení., This Master´s thesis implements computer program in Java, useful for automatic model generating, specially in symbolic regression problem. Thesis includes short description of genetic programming (GP) and own implementation with advanced GP operands (non-destructive operations, elitism, exptression reduction). Mathematical model is generating by symbolic regression, exacly for choosen data set. For functioning check are used test tasks. Optimal settings is found for choosen GP parameters.
