Günümüzde günden güne artan enerji talepleri dünyadaki enerji kaynaklarının tükenme riskini ve küresel ısınmayı beraberinde getirmektedir. Tüketilen toplam enerjinin yaklaşık %40’ı binalarda ve hizmet sektöründe harcanmaktadır [1]. Türkiye’de son on sene içinde binalarda ve hizmet sektöründe harcanan enerji miktarı 23.172 kGW’dan 36.013 kGW’a yükselerek bir buçuk katının üzerine çıkmıştır [2]. Devamlı artan bu enerji talebi karşısında en etkin çözümler, enerji verimliliği daha yüksek sistemler kullanmak ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından yararlanmak olacaktır.Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’da bulunan örnek bir otel binası seçilerek, üç ayrı HVAC sistemlerinin ekonomik ve enerji tüketimi açısından karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Bu sistemler: A) VRF+Kazan, B) Chiller+Kazan, C) Absorsiyonlu Isı Pompalarıdır. Çalışmada sırasıyla, ilgili standartlara göre ısı yalıtımı ve taze hava değişimleri hesaplandıktan sonra, Carrier HAP bilgisayar programı yardımı ile cihaz boyutları belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra, üretici kataloglarından cihaz seçimleri yapılmış ve model bina üzerinde yıllık simülasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Proje mimarisi üzerinde üç ayrı sistemin çizimi ve dizaynı yapılarak mekanik projelerin keşif listeleri ve maliyetleri çıkartılmıştır.Ekonomik açıdan değerlendirildiğinde, Sistem B en ucuz ve Sistem C en pahalı kurulum maliyetine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. İşletme giderlerinde ise en yüksek olanı Sistem A, en uygunu Sistem C olmuştur. Bugünkü değer yöntemi (BDY) ile tesisat ömrü boyunca nakit akışı hesabı yapılmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlarda, Sistem C’nin kurulumunun en pahalısı olmasına rağmen, yedinci seneden sonra Sistem A’ya göre daha ucuz sistem konumuna geleceği görülmüştür.İncelenen sistemlerin birincil enerji tüketimi ve emisyon değerleri de hesaplanmıştır. Yıllık salgılanan eşdeğer karbondioksit (CO2) miktarları incelendiğinde, Sistem A ve B’nin birbirine çok yakın, Sistem C’nin sonuçlarının ise diğerlerine göre önemli ölçüde azaldığı, kullanılması durumunda 0,06 CO2 kg/kWh tasarruf edileceği görülmüştür.--------------------Nowadays the increasing of energy demands day by day, causes the risk of depletion of energy resources and global warming in the world. Approximately 40% of the total energy is consumed by buildings and service sectors [1]. In Turkey, through the last ten years the amount of energy in buildings and service sectors consumption has reached one and half times, increased from 23.172 kGW to 36.013 kGW [2]. The most effective solutions against to this constantly increasing energy demand is to apply of higher energy efficient systems and to benefit from renewable energy sources.In this study, by selecting a sample hotel building in Istanbul, three different HVAC systems are compared in terms of economical aspect and energy consumption. These systems are: A) VRF+Boiler, B) Chiller+Boiler, C) Absorption heat pumps based HVAC systems. After calculating of heat insulation and fresh air changes according to the related standards, device dimensions are determined by means of Carrier HAP computer program. Then, device selection part is performed by means of from manufacturer catalogs and annual simulation is carried out for model building. By drawing and designing of three different systems on the architectural project, bills of quantity lists of mechanical projects and costs are calculated.From the economic perspective, System B is found as the cheapest system and System C the most expensive one to install. In operating expenses, the most expensive one is System A and the most affordable System C. With the present value method (NPV), cash flow calculations are calculated throughout the life of installation. In the results, it is seen that although the installation of System C is the most expensive one, it is been more profitable than System A within seven years.Primary energy consumption of the analyzed systems and emissions are also presented. In terms of annual amount of equivalent carbon dioxide (CO2) emission, System A and B are very close to each other, but in System C, significantly decreases with regard to the others systems and 0.06 CO2 kg/kWh saving is determined.
