The article is devoted to the study of the impact on the development of future social workers’ social skills (soft skills). It is emphasized that today in the Ukrainian society, as a result of geopolitical, economic, demographic changes, as well as the state of war in the country, the level of expectations regarding creative solutions to various social problems by social workers and fast, clear and high-quality provision of social services has significantly increased. Citizens need prompt social support and trustful communicative interaction in social groups. The study used these research methods: analysis and generalisation of normative, psychological, pedagogical and sociological sources alongside educational and scientific programmes of Ukrainian higher education institutions on the investigated problem, including questionnaires intended for future social workers. The article identifies groups of soft skills that are considered by Ukrainian and foreign scholars, as well as by students themselves, as the most relevant for successful social work. We understand soft skills as the skills, abilities and characteristics that allow you to be competitive and successful in your professional activity. The essence of the factors influencing the development of social skills in students in higher education institutions is determined. The factors influencing the development of social skills of a future social worker are understood as the factors of objective and subjective nature belonging to the external and internal environment within which a student exists during curricular and extracurricular activities in a higher education institution; the ones which give impetus to the acquisition or improvement of certain soft skills in order to achieve a productive result in social activities. The external (global challenges and crises in the political, economic, technological, social, value-related, and educational spheres of society's functioning) and internal (ethical and moral life values, mental and motivational orientations, internal readiness for future social activities, social orientation to work with people, individual and personal development, intellectuality, level of professional competence, available experience of social work) factors of soft skills development in future social workers are substantiated and characterised. In the course of summarising the results of the analysis of the studied issues, it was concluded that it is necessary to take into account a set of factors of influence during the educational process in a higher education institution, since different factors actualise the development of different soft skills in students.

Abstract To date, pulmonary fibrosis remains an unmet medical need. In this study, we evaluated the potency of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC) secretome components to prevent pulmonary fibrosis development and facilitate fibrosis resolution. Surprisingly, the intratracheal application of extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) or the vesicle-depleted secretome fraction (MSC-SF) was not able to prevent lung fibrosis when applied immediately after the injury caused by bleomycin instillation in mice. However, MSC-EV administration induced the resolution of established pulmonary fibrosis, whereas the vesicle-depleted fraction did not. The application of MSC-EVs caused a decrease in the numbers of myofibroblasts and FAPa+ progenitors without affecting their apoptosis. Such a decrease likely occurred due to their dedifferentiation caused by microRNA (miR) transfer by MSC-EVs. Using a murine model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis, we confirmed the contribution of specific miRs (miR-29c and miR-129) to the antifibrotic effect of MSC-EVs. Our study provides novel insights into possible antifibrotic therapy based on the use of the vesicle-enriched fraction of the MSC secretome.

The formation of waviness on the working surfaces of bearing parts is associated with fluctuations in the size of the cut layer of metal and changes in the components of the cutting force. Laplace operators were used to model the centerless grinding system based on the construction of the transfer function and the characteristic equation. It was found that the formation of waviness depends on the position of the hodograph of the movement of the vector of the center of the part in the complex plane, which in turn depends on the geometric parameters of the rigid supports of the centerless grinder machine. This makes it possible, based on hodographs and the angular orientation of their asymptotes, to determine the geometric stability of the process depending on the angles of adjustment of the rigid supports of the grinder machine. Two methodological approaches were used to confirm the correctness of the hypotheses. The first one is a multiplication of wave’s hodographs. The second one is regeneration displacement and the coincidence of the combined hodograph of regeneration and waviness displacement mechanisms with the hodograph of infinitely rigid machine displacement. The diagrams which allow choosing geometry of adjustment of rigid support that allows to increase or decrease parameters of certain harmonics are developed. The 3D diagram allows setting the local minima, characterized by acceptable geometric adjustment conditions, providing regulated waviness of the working surfaces of bearing parts.

The primary task of the livestock industry is to provide the population with high-quality food products, and the industry with raw materials. For this, it is necessary to ensure a high level of productivity and safety of young pigs. Studies carried out in recent years indicate an increase in the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases among young farm animals, leading to a decrease in the immunobiological reactivity of the piglets' organism and significant damage to farms. When performing the research, we used zootechnical, zoohygienic, biochemical, immunological and variational-statistical research methods. Research work was carried out during 2010-2018 at the Department of Animal Hygiene and Fundamentals of Veterinary Medicine of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. Scientific and economic experiments and production tests were carried out in the farms of Progress LLC (Uzin, Bila Tserkva district) and Denisenko LLC (Skvirsky district, Kyiv region). Experimental studies were carried out in the Problem Laboratory of Immunology, Department of Animal Hygiene and Fundamentals of Veterinary Medicine, interfaculty laboratory of biochemical and histochemical research methods. For the first time, the prebiotic Bio-active was used as a feed additive in the diet of young pigs on growing at industrial keeping, its positive effect on the safety, productivity, physiological and immunological state of their body was proved. The article is devoted to the study of the intensity of lead accumulation in the leaf mass and seeds of the milk thistle due to its fertilizers with various minerals. The medicinal properties of milk thistle and the risks that may occur when lead enters the human body are shown. The rate of accumulation and absorption of lead by the leaf mass and seeds of milk thistle was studied for the use of various fertilizer schemes: ammonia, phosphorus, potassium fertilizers, their mixtures and without the use of fertilizers. The obtained indicators are listed to establish the accumulation and hazard factors taking into account the maximum permissible concentrations. It is proved that with the use of fertilizers, less lead is accumulated by the plants of milk thistle using a mixture of ammonium nitrate, superphosphate simple and potassium chloride. The greatest accumulation of lead by seeds is observed when fertilizing milk thistle with spotted ammonium nitrate, and by leaf mass – when fertilizing with potassium chloride. The results of the research revealed intensive absorption and accumulation of leaf mass and seeds of thistle spotted lead in quantities that are significantly higher than the maximum permissible levels and puts the requirements for improving the cultivation of this crop in modern field crop rotation. It was found that the least amount of lead is accumulated in the leaf mass and the seeds of milk thistle in the absence of any fertilization of its crops. At application of fertilizers the least lead accumulates by plants of thistle spotted at application of a mixture of fertilizers of ammonium nitrate, simple phosphate and potassium chloride in application rate N – 60 kg / ha, P – 60 kg / ha, K – 60 kg / ha. The greatest accumulation of lead by seeds is observed in the fertilization of thistle spotted ammonium nitrate, and the leaf mass – in the fertilization of potassium chloride.

The thesis is devoted to the urgency of using structured water in crop production. Positive influence of structured water on germination energy and germination of seeds of radish sowing is shown. Prospects for the use of structured water in crop production have been determined. The stimulating effect of structured water on the germination energy and the laboratory germination of seeds of radish sowing seeds, compared to their germination on ordinary water by 13-20%, were revealed. In terms of its parameters, structured water is close to the physiological fluids of plant tissues. Structured water consists of large and small liquid crystals (clusters), increases its physiological activity in plant tissues, facilitates the penetration of water and ions dissolved in it through membranes and cell walls. The use of structured water can significantly save its amount by irrigation and increase the yield of cultivated crops in drought conditions. However, with the introduction of resource-saving technologies into production, changes in irrigation regimes, there is a need to study the effect of structured water on the germination of crops.Water and its quality play an important role in crop and agriculture. In particular, water is needed by plants as a solvent and transported nutrients for transpiration, plant cooling, etc. Water influences seed germination and determines field germination, also used for irrigation, crop spraying and fertilizer application. Therefore, the quality of the water depends on the quality of the water. Low crop yields can also be a consequence of poor and contaminated water. Water used for irrigation, irrigation, plant germination should carry a complex of nutrients and have a natural structure. The use of such water will facilitate the faster passage of the phenological phases of plant growth and development and, accordingly, a greater yield.

The work represents a preliminary stage of resource research for the Daurian part of Zabaikalsky kray. The XIV edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation (2018) includes 102 species of medicinal plants, of which 30 species are found in Zabaikalsky kray. Using the method of tentative estimation of the stocks of medicinal raw materials, we preliminarily divided pharmacopeial species into three groups. Raw materials of ten species can be harvested for the needs of the regional pharmacy network, eight species can be used for personal needs of the local population and only five widespread species (Pinus sylvestris, Betula pendula, Padus avium, Vacciniumvitis-idaea, Ledum palustre) can be a resource for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry of the Russian Federation. The remaining species Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, Vaccinium myrtillus, Carum carvi, Dryopteris filix-mas have single localities, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Rhodiola rosea, Convallaria keiskei included in the Red Book of the Trans-Baikal Territory (2017). Harvesting of these species is prohibited. It has been established that 15 species of medicinal plants are the most promising in terms of resource studies, and Dauria Yablonovaya and Dauria Argunskaya are the most promising territories for resource studies due to the greatest species diversity of pharmacopoeial medicinal plants in them.

The article is devoted to solving the problem of re-compaction of agricultural soils. The positive effect of growing six species of perennial grasses has been shown: sowing alfalfa, meadow clover, sand sainfoin, white clover, horned clover, eastern goatskin on the creation of an optimal bulk soil mass. The indicated indicator in the dynamics of the four-year period of growing leguminous perennial herbs is analyzed. The minimum period for growing leguminous perennial herbs has been established for which it is possible to achieve a stable and favorable bulk soil mass. The factors providing the optimal soil density during the cultivation of certain types of herbs, including the parameters of the root systems, soil cultivation and weather conditions, are justified. Based on the studies, a technology was developed to optimize the volumetric mass of the soil by selecting certain types of perennial leguminous herbs and the timing of their cultivation. The ability to optimize the bulk soil mass at the level of 1.13 – 1.18 g/cm3 for the third or fourth year of vegetation of leguminous perennial grasses has been proved.Іn the year of sowing of leguminous perennial grasses, the volume of soil mass depends largely on the basic tillage of the grasses under sowing and is determined by the magnitude and nature of precipitation. Since the second year of vegetation of leguminous perennial grasses, the bulk mass of the soil is determined by the peculiarities of propagation in the soil of the root systems of different types of grasses. There is a tendency to decrease the volume of soil under the legume of perennial grasses in the second year of their vegetation, followed by an increase in the third year and stabilize – in the fourth year of vegetation of grasses at an optimal level for the growth and development of cultivated plants. Among the perennial grasses, the soil of alfalfa is sown best, and the worst is sand asparagus.

Introduction. Obesity is considered a global problem of humanity of the third millennium. According to the World Health Organization, obesity is an epidemic non-infectious disease. About 30.0 % of the planet’s population is overweight or obese. This indicator is progressively increasing, because there is no country in the world where this disease is not registered. Obesity can cause a lot of concomitant diseases. It is not surprising that in patients with obesity the risk of developing acute pancreatitis increases. It is known that acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease of the pancreas. People with obesity have a potentially worse prognosis for the course of the disease and the development of complications. Available studies indicate a direct correlation between enlargement of parapancreatic tissue in patients with acute pancreatitis and body mass index (BMI) increase. The aim of the study is to find out the features of clinical indicators, course and complications of acute pancreatitis in patients with comorbid obesity. Materials and methods. In our work, we used a retrospective analysis. We have analyzed medical documentation of 567 patients, diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and treated at the “Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital” from January 1, 2011 to February 2, 2019. The acute pancreatitis was diagnosed based on the criteria: pain in the epigastrium, nausea or vomiting within 48 hours prior to ingestion and increase in blood amylase more than triple. The study included patients who originally contacted the hospital. Patients with repeated cases of acute pancreatitis or exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis have been excluded from the study. Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was confirmed by additional instrumental tests: ultrasound and computer tomography. Patients under the age of 18 years, those who were not examined fully and patients with oncological pathology were also excluded from the study. 85 patients were excluded from the study by matching exclusion criteria and 482 patients were analyzed in this study. Anthropometric examination was performed for all parameters, including sex, age, weight (kg), height (m), abdominal circumference (cm). Next concomitant diseases noted in analyzed patients medical records: diabetes type II (CD), arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular system diseases. Initially, for admitted patients a general blood test, a biochemical assay, the bacterioscopy of liquids, and a measurement of blood pressure were performed. Biliary etiology of acute pancreatitis was confirmed by the presence of concretions according to the results of ultrasound, computer tomography, or magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, as well as increased cholestatic enzymes (alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamyl trespeptidase). Alcohol genesis of the disease was concluded by the presence of alcohol and the absence of concretions, metabolic disorders (hypertriglyceridemia, hypercalcemia) or other causes that could cause acute pancreatitis (trauma, medicines, etc.). The initial assessment of the prognostic severity of the disease was calculated according to APACHEІI. The scale of assessment included 12 physiological indicators, age and health scores that were translated and summed up. The score equal to or greater than 8 predicted a more severe course of the disease. The CT severity index was also calculated on the basis of computed tomography of the abdominal cavity with intravenous contrast after 7 days of hospitalization. The severity index of CT is the sum of pancreatic inflammation points (Baltаzar scale from 0 to 4) and pancreatic necrosis (from 0 to 6). The total score ranges from 0 to 10, respectively: up to 3 points – mild course, 4-6 points – moderate flow, 7 or more – severe course of acute pancreatitis. The obtained data were statistically processed in Exel 2010 using a descriptive method with relative, absolute numbers, mean square deviations and their errors. A correlation relationship between variables was studied using Pearson’s criterion (R2). The significance differences between the two independent groups were calculated using Students t-criterion. Results. In our study we had 482 patients, 260 patients (54.0 %) had obesity (the study group), for comparison, a control group of patients with normal body weight was chosen, the total number of which was 222 (46.0 %) patients. Obesity patients had a higher average age (55.4 ± 9.4 years, p = 0.01), also they had statistically greater percentage of severe cases of acute pancreatitis (85 (32.7 %) vs 16 (7.2 %); p = 0.01). We note the increase in the percentage of the course of severe pancreatitis in patients with weight gain from 10.20 % to 53.93 % (p = 0.03). Obesity patients had the longer bed-days in the hospital than in patients with normal body weight. In addition, they observed an increase of twice the bed in the reanimation and intensive care unit (5.8 ± 0.8 vs 2.7 ± 0.5 days, p = 0.01). When investigating the mortality rate, it should be noted that the main cause of death was the progression of organ failure of 30 (6.3 %), pulmonary embolism (TB) – 15 (3.1 %) and DIC 18 (3.7 %). Conclusions. The presence of obesity in patients involves a high risk of severe acute pancreatitis, this risk increases with an increase in the body mass index. In addition, obese patients are provided with a higher bed-day in-patient and in-patient-care settings, which increases the total cost of treatment and requires a cost-effective algorithm in the future. A high mortality rate in obese patients requires improved treatment algorithm.

In the rapidly evolving domain of large-scale retail data systems, envisioning and simulating future consumer transactions has become a crucial area of interest. It offers significant potential to fortify demand forecasting and fine-tune inventory management. This paper presents an innovative application of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to generate synthetic retail transaction data, specifically focusing on a novel system architecture that combines consumer behavior modeling with stock-keeping unit (SKU) availability constraints to address real-world assortment optimization challenges. We diverge from conventional methodologies by integrating SKU data into our GAN architecture and using more sophisticated embedding methods (e.g., hyper-graphs). This design choice enables our system to generate not only simulated consumer purchase behaviors but also reflects the dynamic interplay between consumer behavior and SKU availability -- an aspect often overlooked, among others, because of data scarcity in legacy retail simulation models. Our GAN model generates transactions under stock constraints, pioneering a resourceful experimental system with practical implications for real-world retail operation and strategy. Preliminary results demonstrate enhanced realism in simulated transactions measured by comparing generated items with real ones using methods employed earlier in related studies. This underscores the potential for more accurate predictive modeling., Comment: 12 pages

The situation when groundwater considerably rises above the “normal” level, water intake, lowering of groundwater levels and other relevant practical tasks require the drainage facilities. The most effective techniques of numerical studies of the corresponding boundary problems at present time are methods of dealing with inverse boundary value problems (conformal and quasi-conformal mappings). As basis of this research we used the case of combining the fictitious domain methods with quasi-conformal mappings of the solution of nonlinear boundary value problems for the calculation of filtration regimes in environments with free boundary areas (depression curves) and zones of “mountainous” areas.

Computer Science - Machine Learning ,Statistics - Machine Learning - Abstract
We consider offline reinforcement learning (RL) in $H$-horizon Markov decision processes (MDPs) under the linear $q^\pi$-realizability assumption, where the action-value function of every policy is linear with respect to a given $d$-dimensional feature function. The hope in this setting is that learning a good policy will be possible without requiring a sample size that scales with the number of states in the MDP. Foster et al. [2021] have shown this to be impossible even under $\textit{concentrability}$, a data coverage assumption where a coefficient $C_\text{conc}$ bounds the extent to which the state-action distribution of any policy can veer off the data distribution. However, the data in this previous work was in the form of a sequence of individual transitions. This leaves open the question of whether the negative result mentioned could be overcome if the data was composed of sequences of full trajectories. In this work we answer this question positively by proving that with trajectory data, a dataset of size $\text{poly}(d,H,C_\text{conc})/\epsilon^2$ is sufficient for deriving an $\epsilon$-optimal policy, regardless of the size of the state space. The main tool that makes this result possible is due to Weisz et al. [2023], who demonstrate that linear MDPs can be used to approximate linearly $q^\pi$-realizable MDPs. The connection to trajectory data is that the linear MDP approximation relies on "skipping" over certain states. The associated estimation problems are thus easy when working with trajectory data, while they remain nontrivial when working with individual transitions. The question of computational efficiency under our assumptions remains open.

Computer Science - Machine Learning - Abstract
A long line of works characterizes the sample complexity of regret minimization in sequential decision-making by min-max programs. In the corresponding saddle-point game, the min-player optimizes the sampling distribution against an adversarial max-player that chooses confusing models leading to large regret. The most recent instantiation of this idea is the decision-estimation coefficient (DEC), which was shown to provide nearly tight lower and upper bounds on the worst-case expected regret in structured bandits and reinforcement learning. By re-parametrizing the offset DEC with the confidence radius and solving the corresponding min-max program, we derive an anytime variant of the Estimation-To-Decisions (E2D) algorithm. Importantly, the algorithm optimizes the exploration-exploitation trade-off online instead of via the analysis. Our formulation leads to a practical algorithm for finite model classes and linear feedback models. We further point out connections to the information ratio, decoupling coefficient and PAC-DEC, and numerically evaluate the performance of E2D on simple examples.

Quantum Physics - Abstract
We propose a protocol for studying the purely imaginary Fisher zeros of the Ising model on a quantum computer. Our protocol is based on the direct relation between the partition function for purely imaginary temperature and the evolution operator of the Ising model. In this case, the inverse temperature is equal to the time of evolution. However, this protocol does not allow for measuring the zeros in the complex plane, only those localized on the imaginary axes. We test this protocol on the ibm-lagos quantum computer in the cases of a 3-spin chain and a triangle cluster in a purely imaginary magnetic field, as well as a 7-spin cluster in which the interaction between spins reproduces the architecture of the quantum computer. We also obtain the equations which determine the Lee-Yang zeros of a 3-spin chain and a triangle cluster., Comment: 7 pages, 7 figures
