FIELD: turning tools. SUBSTANCE: method relates to the final stage of processing – forming a boundary between cylindrical or conical surfaces of a workpiece and its end surface. The method includes roughing, semi-finishing and finishing processing, which are performed simultaneously with one tool and with one tool feed, which is selected from the range of 0.3-0.8 mm/rev, with a cutting depth of roughing processing of 2-3 times more than the feed, and of semi-finishing - 2-3 times less than the feed, and finishing processing is carried out with a cutting depth not less than a residual height of irregularities on the processed surface after semi-finishing processing. The tool contains three cutters, respectively, for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing processing, made in a general body of the tool, with the front angle, the angle of inclination of a main cutting blade equal to zero, and the main angle in the plan of 90° for all three cutters, the auxiliary angle in the plan of 3-5° for roughing and semi-finishing processing cutters, and for a finishing processing cutter - of zero degrees, with the location of vertices of semi-finishing and finishing processing cutters at the same distance from the axis of the workpiece, and vertices of the roughing processing cutter at the distance of 0.1-0.2 mm further from the axis of the workpiece relatively to vertices of semi-finishing and finishing processing cutters. EFFECT: elimination of defects in the processing of the boundary in the form of a chamfer – chip is achieved. 2 cl, 3 dwg. Способ относится к завершающей стадии обработки – формообразованию границы между цилиндрическими или коническими поверхностями заготовки и её торцевой поверхностью. Способ включает черновую, получистовую и чистовую обработки, которые выполняют одновременно одним инструментом и при одной подаче инструмента, которую выбирают из диапазона 0,3–0,8 мм/об, с глубиной резания черновой обработки в 2–3 раза больше подачи, получистовой обработки - в 2–3 раза меньше подачи, а чистовую обработку ведут с глубиной резания не меньше остаточной высоты неровностей на обработанной поверхности после получистовой обработки. Инструмент содержит три резца, соответственно для черновой, получистовой и чистовой обработок, выполненные в общем теле инструмента, с передним углом, углом наклона главного режущего лезвия, равными нулю, и главным углом в плане – 90° у всех трех резцов, вспомогательным углом в плане 3–5° резцов черновой и получистовой обработки, а у резца чистовой обработки - ноль градусов, с расположением вершин резцов получистовой и чистовой обработки на одном расстоянии от оси заготовки, а вершины резца черновой обработки - на 0,1–0,2 мм дальше от оси заготовки по отношению к вершинам резцов получистовой и чистовой обработок. The basing of the workpiece is carried out at its base with the overhang of the processed surface above the clamping jaws of the vise by 1.2-2.0 from the cutting depth, and the workpiece is clamped with a force of 0.8-1.2 from the value of the cutting force during planing. The vise for implementing the method consists of a housing with a fixed jaw, a movable jaw mounted on the housing guides, and a screw for moving the movable jaw with a nut located in the housing. They are equipped with a workpiece basing mechanism containing a carriage mounted on the housing guides, a hollow screw installed in the carriage with a spring-loaded bushing with a horizontal surface for basing the workpiece placed in it, and a workpiece overhang limiting mechanism containing a rotary carriage with a movable stop for setting the workpiece overhang installed in a cylindrical guide on a rod placed on the body, and carriage clamps. In this case, the screw for moving the movable jaw is made with a spherical support surface interacting with the support connected to the movable jaw by two curvilinear plate springs connected at one end with the support body, and at the other end with guides made in the movable jaw. EFFECT: elimination of a defect when processing the border of two surfaces in the form of a chamfer-chip and increased productivity by reducing to a minimum the time for basing, setting the overhang and ensuring the clamping force of the workpiece in the vise in the recommended range. 2 cl, 2 dwg. Способ включает базирование и закрепление заготовки в тисах и последующую обработку. Базирование заготовки осуществляют по её основанию с вылетом обрабатываемой поверхности над зажимными губками тисов на 1,2-2,0 от глубины резания, а зажимают заготовку с силой 0,8-1,2 от величины силы резания при строгании. Тисы для осуществления способа содержат корпус с неподвижной губкой, подвижную губку, установленную на направляющих корпуса, и винт перемещения подвижной губки с гайкой, размещенной в корпусе. Они снабжены механизмом базирования заготовки, содержащим каретку, установленную на направляющих корпуса, установленный в каретке полый винт с размещенной в нем подпружиненной втулкой с горизонтальной поверхностью для базирования заготовки, и механизмом ограничения вылета заготовки, содержащим поворотную каретку с подвижным упором установки вылета заготовки, установленную в цилиндрической направляющей на стержне, размещенном на корпусе, и фиксаторы каретки. При этом винт перемещения подвижной губки выполнен с шаровой опорной поверхностью, взаимодействующей с опорой, соединенной с подвижной губкой двумя криволинейными пластинчатыми пружинами, соединёнными одним концом с телом опоры, а другим концом с направляющими, выполненными в подвижной губке. Достигается исключение дефекта при обработке границы двух поверхностей в виде фаски-скола и повышением производительности за счёт уменьшения до минимума времени на базирование, установку вылета и обеспечения силы зажима заготовки в тисах в рекомендуемом диапазоне. 2 н.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.
