Two new species of the genusVerruconis,V.hainanensisandV.pseudotricladiata, were described using combined morphological and DNA sequence data. The DNA sequences of respective strains including nuclear ribosomal DNA genes (nuSSU, ITS, nuLSU) and fragments of three protein-coding genes (ACT1, BT2, TEF1) were sequenced and compared with those from closely-related species to generaOchroconisandVerruconis(Family Sympoventuriaceae, Order Venturiales). Morphologically, both species showed typical ampulliform conidiophores and conidiogenous cells, features not seen in other species ofVerruconis. The conidia ofV.hainanensisare fusiform and those ofV.pseudotricladiataare Y or T shaped, similar to old members of a closely-related genusScolecobasidium. The addition of these two new species provides a new perspective on the heterogeneity ofScolecobasidium.

As a social public infrastructure, overhead transmission lines were mainly used to transmit high load electrical energy and communication information. It was an important lifeline project, and had the characteristics of extensive spatial distribution, large number, and safe operation and so on. Transmission lines had a certain technical reserve and good feasibility in shared tower technology, in line with the communication and sensing industry of shared application and development. The results demonstrated that shared transmission line can support the application of different OPGW cables, acre station and micro base station for multiple vendors, and different sensing devices. It was showed very good economic benefit and social benefit in different shared application scenarios.

As a by-product of nickel production, the ferronickel slag (FNS) puts a lot of pressure on the environment. It is becoming more and more urgent to deal with the increasing FNS. The aim of this study is to explore the durability of concrete with FNS fine aggregate. Two kinds of FNS with different storage time were selected. The radioactivity detection, XRD test and stability detection of FNS were conducted to ensure FNS can be used as construction materials. Then the durability of concrete with 13%, 27%, 40% and 50% FNS (by weight of fine aggregate) was investigated, respectively. It was found that the properties of concrete prepared from FNS with different storage time had little difference. The results indicated that 27% FNS replacement showed improvement in resistance to sulfate attack by 22% but the resistance to chloride ion penetration was not significantly influenced. Moreover, 40% FNS addition brought a 33% abrasion reduction than that of original concrete. SEM analysis showed that FNS produced more C-S-H gels and improved the microstructure of concrete. This study indicated that proper content of FNS can be used as fine aggregate and it was beneficial to the durability of concrete, especially to the abrasion resistance.

The experiments were carried out to determine the transient behavior of the inclusion in Si-deoxidized stainless steel for high-grade plate. The samples were taken from three heats of the steel during the whole production process from the AOD to the mold, which were subsequently examined by an automatic scanning electron microscope with field energy dispersive spectrometer (FE-SEM&EDS). It can be summarized that appropriate calcium treatment intensity could modify inclusions into liquid ones. Excessive calcium treatment above ([Ca] = 25 ppm) will increase the melting point of the inclusions, which cannot keep in the liquid region at the solidification temperature. Therefore, the calcium addition in Si-deoxidized stainless steels should be controlled to a relatively lower value ([Ca] = 10 ppm). In addition, the content of aluminum in steel also has an important influence on the control of inclusion. When the content of aluminum ([Al] = 0.012%) is too high, the inclusions in steel are difficult to be controlled within the liquid phase. The chemical evolution of the inclusions in steel at high temperature and during solidification process were comprehensively calculated, considering all types of inclusions such as calcium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, calcium aluminate, calcium silicate, mullite, and liquid inclusion. The thermodynamic calculations are in good agreement with experimental results, which can predict the formation of the inclusions in Si-deoxidized stainless steels.
