The study was conducted on a sample of (12) female lumbar disc herniated patients aging (35-55). They were selected from all the teachers Bent Al Hussein of the Princess Aaisha were treated using the Comprehensive Secondary School for Girls, rehabilitation program of (massage and therapeutic exercises) for three months, three days a week. The researcher employed Meter to measure the moter range, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain, intensity of disc herniation and suitable statistical treatments like means, standard deviations, and t-test were also used, and Findings revealed :Statistical significant differences at (α ≤0.05) between scores on pre-test and the post-test by the study variables as range of motion of the neck, except bend the neck to the left Statistical significant differences at (α≤0.05) between scores on pre-test and the post-test in the pain level and the intensity of disc herniation. and rehabilitation of patients with spinal disc herniation by such variables as range of motion of the neck, pain level and intensity of disc herniation.
