The Journal of Religion and Health (JORH) has significantly contributed to the intersection of spirituality and healthcare since its inception in 1961. We analyzed the top 100 most cited papers published in JORH, which may provide insights into authorship patterns, institutional affiliations, and publication dynamics. The data was retrieved from the Scopus database. Details about the annual growth rate of publications, citation metrics, authorship trends, and collaboration patterns among authors, universities, and countries are provided. A total of 3,359 papers were published in JORH. The top 100 most cited papers exhibited an annual growth rate of 3.14%. The average age of these documents was 12.8 years, with each paper receiving an average of 88.87 citations. The analysis identified 289 authors contributing to these highly cited works, of which 11 authors produced single-authored documents, resulting in 12 single-authored papers. The co-authorship rate averaged 3.27 authors per document, with an international collaboration rate of 16%, indicating moderate global engagement. The authors were affiliated with 141 universities across 21 countries. Performance metrics, including the number of papers, citations, h-index, g-index, m-index, HG composite, and q2 index, highlighted the contributions of top authors. SUSTAINABLE agriculture , *SHEEP farming , *ECOLOGICAL impact , *PRODUCTION standards , *ECONOMIC systems - Abstract
This article aimed to carry out a systematic review of academic production and standards in the literature on financially profitable sheep farming production systems and with economic, social, and environmental sustainability practices in the biomes in which they are developed. The technique used was the one of structuring in population, outcome, and type of study to define the question, followed by search, extraction, and selection of articles through paired analysis. There was a thematic evolution in the approaches in four periods analyzed. Relevant publications were identified in citations of sustainable sheep farming, with emphasis on Europe, Australia, and Brazil. No study describing sustainable sheep farming in the Pantanal biome was selected. Currently, the focus of production remains on the profitability; however, the ecological and social impacts gain prominence, and creations with local breeds threatened with extinction arise as a possibility for a sustainable production chain development that strengthens the local economy. A substantial surge in ESG research has triggered a wide dissemination of research across various domains, underscoring the need for an extensive appraisal of the complex ESG landscape. This paper is grounded on a sample of 441 documents retrieved from the Web of Science database, spanning from 2007 to 2023. A strategic mapping was performed to decipher the cumulative scientific knowledge by delving into the interrelations among various facets and identifying the field's basic, motor, niche, and emerging themes. We also explore the thematic evolution of ESG across distinct time frames, indicating ESG's inception, evolution, and diversification over the years. Our findings contribute to the ESG literature by categorizing it into seven clusters across the four quadrants. Results of the strategic mapping accentuate the obsolete, over‐researched and promising areas of ESG research. We find research on CSR, socially responsible investments and ESG‐firm performance themes as over‐researched areas calling for diversification. Promising research areas include the emerging association of ESG with portfolio construction, green innovations and investments, ESG controversies, information asymmetry, divergence, greenwashing, AI‐enabled universal rating mechanism, up‐grading and down‐grading of ESG scores and ESG‐linked compensations. Thematic evolution of ESG research underpins the culmination of its interplay with sustainability, emerging markets, board diversity, and green financing. Finally, the factorial analysis strengthens the reliability of the main findings, making it robust. This paper stands as the initial venture providing a comprehensive exploration of conceptual linkages, shifts, and advancements within the ESG literature through thematic mapping, offering an original contribution to the field. The GRACE (Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment) satellite, operational from its launch in 2002 until October 2017, documented critical changes in global terrestrial water storage, significantly advancing the fields of gravity field analysis, hydrological variations, and environmental monitoring. This study investigates the thematic evolution of 2,966 SCIE-indexed publications on GRACE satellite applications from 2002 to 2022, utilizing co-occurrence network mapping and complex network analysis. Our results indicate a steady growth in GRACE satellite application research, with early publications (2002-2004) achieving an average citation rate exceeding 100, underscoring their substantial impact. Keyword clustering identified four primary research themes: Hydrology and Water Resources, Atmospheric and Environmental Science, Geophysical and Temporal Analysis, and Polar and Glaciological Studies. Over time, these themes have expanded and deepened, transitioning from initial focuses on gravity field computations to hydrological applications, sea level studies, and more specific investigations into water resources, climate change, and advancements in satellite geodesy. Recent research has particularly concentrated on groundwater and water storage issues. Geographically, the United States leads in publication output, impact, and international collaborations, with China following in publication count and network centrality, albeit with potential for improved impact. European countries demonstrate significant influence and centrality within the cooperation network. The evolution index of the international cooperation network shows a significant increase in connectivity from 2002 to 2022, with closer cooperation between countries. There is notable growth in both the number and intensity of collaborations, as evidenced by the rising average degree and average weighted degree. Overall, these indices underscore the evolution towards a more connected and globally integrated research network in GRACE satellite research. Looking forward, technological advancements, enhanced international collaboration, and integration with other data sources will drive future research in GRACE satellite application research, with important implications for addressing global environmental and climate challenges. Innovation intermediaries (IIs) have gained more attention in both industry and academia since they are recognized as crucial actors that can facilitate the innovation process. This paper presents a systemic review of the academic research on IIs and suggests future research directions. We conducted a bibliometric analysis of 556 documents from the Web of Science with Bibliometrix. The results show that IIs have experienced a surge of publications over the past three decades, with the UK and the US leading in productivity and influence. Although research on IIs occurs globally, cross-national collaboration is lacking, especially between authors of developed and developing countries. Our keyword co-occurrence analysis identified three major research clusters represented by innovation performance, knowledge networks, and technology transfer, which are also reflected in different stages of thematic evolution. Furthermore, we conducted a content analysis of the most influential articles across multiple disciplines and different time slices to identify the key discipline interests and provide a comprehensive picture of research themes over the years. We conclude by suggesting four potential avenues for future research. Our work provides an essential overview for understanding this critical field and serves as a valuable resource for policymakers and practitioners interested in IIs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The value of multicultural education is acknowledged on a global scale, despite the fact that various barriers prevent its complete implementation. These include cultural, linguistic, religious, economic, difference in physical condition, and ethnic backgrounds. By assessing publishing trends, extracting data on author keyword trends, examining conceptual evolution, and establishing possible future research on this topic using the Scopus database. This study found that publications grew in quantity from 2013 to 2022, decreased in 2015 and 2018 but were not significant, and 2021 was the highest peak with 221 documents. With 111 publications, the United States is the most prolific and co-authored with authors from Canada, China, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and South Korea. Based on thematic evolution, 'subspace-clustering', 'conversational-system', 'aortic-aneurysm', 'Bayesian-network-classifier', are themes or topics that have recently developed. By utilizing these important terms, the study of multicultural education can be examined more thoroughly and more extensive in the future in order to learn new knowledge. In conclusion, this research has the potential to contextualize previous research on the topic and create an evidence-based practice paradigm for future studies grounded in science. Background: Over the past 36 years, the extraction of bioactive compounds from patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) using Microwave-Assisted Hydrodistillation has garnered increasing interest, particularly in China. This research explored various applications, including pharmaceuticals, anti-inflammatory agents, cosmetics, and skincare technologies. This study aimed to identify knowledge gaps, guide research efforts, foster collaboration, and enhance our understanding of the acquisition of bioactive compounds from patchouli. Additionally, this study sought to address the scarcity of studies investigating the correlation between bioactive compounds extracted through Microwave-Assisted Hydrodistillation and their biological activities. Study Design: This study analyzed literature on Microwave-Assisted Hydrodistillation for extracting bioactive compounds from patchouli. It explored the connections between authors, countries, and keywords and evaluated the field's output over time. This research also identified key authors, journals, and institutions, emphasizing the significance of the extraction of bioactive compounds from patchouli. Furthermore, it offered recommendations for future research directions Methods: This study used bibliometric analysis to identify past and present research topics quantitatively and objectively, with a comprehensive literature overview. The analysis involved statistical analysis of relevant scientific literature indices, a data matrix, and visualization of co-citation, coupling, cooperative analysis, and co-word analyses. The VOS viewer and R-biblioshiny were used as co-occurrence analysis software, particularly for keywords. The study also involved a systematic search strategy to identify relevant literature. Results: The bibliometric maps of the study comprised of 2,904 documents extracted from EBSCO, DIMENSION, SCOPUS, and PUBMED. These maps encompassed co-authorship analyses of authors and countries, co-occurrence analyses of author keywords, and thematic evolution. The dataset contains information from 1987 to 2023 and includes 51 documents from 44 journals and books. The annual growth rate of the documents was 0 % and the average age was 914 years. Each record had an average of 2039 citations and 363 references. These documents were associated with 141 keywords and 802 author keywords. A total of 243 authors contributed to these documents, with only 3 documents authored by a single individual. On an average, each document had 549 co-authors, and approximately 3.922 % of the co-authors had international affiliations. Conclusion: The study concludes that there are significant opportunities for researchers from various countries to collaborate on research into “patchouli secondary metabolites and their biological applications.” However, this study acknowledges the limitations of its specific set of keywords and suggests that alternative keywords can provide various insights. This study also highlights the need for further research in specific areas, particularly the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Africa, the USA, and Asia, which have shown fewer links and connections in the patchouli research field.

Our results indicate a steady growth in GRACE satellite application research, with early publications (2002–2004) achieving an average citation rate exceeding 100, underscoring their substantial impact.

Amid the escalating environmental crises and economic disparities, Circular Economy (CE) has garnered recognition as a pragmatic mechanism for achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In response, several supply chain organisations are integrating CE strategies into their business operations and production processes. Despite these developments and since the introduction of Business Charter for Sustainable Development by the International Chamber of Commerce in 1991, the academic corpus comprehensively connecting CE research themes, catalysts, deterrents, practices with the SDGs has remained limited. To bridge this gap, we present a systematic literature review (SLR) of CE research in operations, supply chain and production management encompassing a time span of 31 years (January 1991 – June 2022), by sourcing, screening, and analysing articles obtained from multiple research databases. Our thematic coding analysis generated ten research themes, and subsequently linking them with relevant SDGs. Additionally, we interweaved CE catalysts and deterrents, establishing a connection with the SDGs. This is further enriched with CE strategies aimed at equipping business practitioners to enhance sustainable business performance and contributing to specific SDGs. Lastly, we delineate CE knowledge data management and priority actions frameworks to aid organisations to enhance employee capability and actively leverage digital technologies for implementing CE strategies. - Abstract
Purpose: The scientific community shares a heritage of knowledge generated by several different fields of research. Identifying how scientific interest evolves is relevant for recording and understanding research trends and society's demands. Design/methodology/approach: This article presents SciBR-M, a novel method to identify scientific interest evolution from bibliographic material based on Formal Concept Analysis. The SciBR-M aims to describe the thematic evolution surrounding a field of research. The method begins by hierarchically organising sub-domains within the field of study to identify the themes that are more relevant. After this organisation, we apply a temporal analysis that extracts implication rules with minimal premises and a single conclusion, which are helpful to observe the evolution of scientific interest in a specific field of study. To analyse the results, we consider support, confidence, and lift metrics to evaluate the extracted implications. Findings: The authors applied the SciBR-M method for the Educational Data Mining (EDM) field considering 23 years since the first publications. In the digital libraries context, SciBR-M allows the integration of the academy, education, and cultural memory, in relation to a study domain. Social implications: Cultural changes lead to the production of new knowledge and to the evolution of scientific interest. This knowledge is part of the scientific heritage of society and should be transmitted in a structured and organised form to future generations of scientists and the general public. Originality/value: The method, based on Formal Concept Analysis, identifies the evolution of scientific interest to a field of study. SciBR-M hierarchically organises bibliographic material to different time periods and explores this hierarchy from proper implication rules. These rules permit identifying recurring themes, i.e. themes subset that received more attention from the scientific community during a specific period. Analysing these rules, it is possible to identify the temporal evolution of scientific interest in the field of study. This evolution is observed by the emergence, increase or decrease of interest in topics in the domain. The SciBR-M method can be used to register and analyse the scientific, cultural heritage of a field of study. In addition, the authors can use the method to stimulate the process of creating knowledge and innovation and encouraging the emergence of new research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The growth of translation in the Safavid period can be seen alongside the growth of Persian writing. During this period, many Shi'ite texts were translated from Arabic to Persian. Persian writing grew relatively after the Mongol invasion along with Iranian identity and following the spread of Imami Shiism. During the Safavid era, Persian writing in "translation" also took its path towards expansion. In addition, Persian writing shows an emphasis on language and national identity. Examining the selection of "translation" texts by translators is a significant point and it provides useful information in the field of thought and culture. The evolution in translation themes can be understood by the statistical analysis of the translations of these centuries. These subjects are different in the 10th century, the period of the establishment of the Safavids, and the 11th century, the period of their consolidation. The dominant discourse in this era can be seen in the change in the choice of texts by the translators. What factors caused this change? What was the motivation of translation supervisors and translators for choosing texts? The translations have enlightening historical data that show us the political and ideological changes during this era. In this thesis, in a descriptive-analytical method, we have tried to address the demand of changing the choice of text and content of translation texts and to indicate that in this period based on news, verbal methods have been used to construct and spread Shiism as a constructive ideology in the life of the Safavids.

The ecosystem services approach offers a more ecologically relevant method to establish environmental conservation goals and implement ecological risk assessment (ERA). The emergence of bibliometrics has facilitated the development of new systematic review techniques. In this study, we utilised CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and SciMAT software, based on the Web of Science database, to qualitatively and quantitatively analyse the ecosystem service-based ecological risk assessment (ESRA) literature knowledge map spanning from 1994 to 2023. This article explored the field’s evolution from macro to micro perspectives, incorporating background information, current trends, and knowledge structure. The findings demonstrate that ESRA has progressed from an initial stage to a phase of global cooperation and policy applications. This transition between stages has been characterised by a shift from focusing on natural processes to understanding human impacts on ecosystems. Key themes identified include ecosystem services, landscape ERA, aquatic ERA and ecosystem health. The overall development of ERA can be observed as a progression through different periods, namely, the traditional era, regional era, and landscape era. Currently, landscape ERA methods based on changes in land use and land cover are widely employed. The study also revealed various challenges in the ESRA field, such as data availability, scale issues, and uncertainty. Future ESRA studies should consider holistic ecosystem services, interdisciplinary approaches, ecological models, and advanced technologies to address complexity. Using big data and informatisation for research offers new opportunities but requires integration and innovation. It is anticipated that ESRA holds promise for ecological sustainability and human wellbeing.

- Abstract
University reputation is a topic that is attracting increasing interest. The first analysis of university reputation through the twin perspectives of performance analysis and scientific mapping is presented. The aim of this study is to employ bibliometric tools to visualize the thematic development, the relations, and the tendencies between the topics related with university reputation. In particular, (i) identify the structure of the relationships between past, present, and future research topics; and (ii) determine emerging research trends in the topic research from a longitudinal perspective. Concretely, a bibliometric analysis based on the co-occurrence of keywords (co-word analysis) was carried out, drawing from a sample of 219 papers extracted from the Web of Science. The main results indicated that the university reputation has, as a research topic, only started to attract academic attention more conclusively since 2006. Above all, for the differentiation of some terms from other concepts such as image and where a maturity of analysis has yet to be reached, especially in such topics as university governance and social networks (digital reputation). Moreover, there are topics considered emerging that leave possibilities for research development. Finally, there is a growing interest in academics in relation to the university reputation. The aim of the present study is to conduct a systematic review and analysis of the literature on gifted adults to explore the state of research in this area. A bibliometric science mapping tool, based on co-word analysis and h-index, is applied using the Science Mapping Analysis Software Tool (SciMAT). Initially, 661 articles published between 1948 and 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS). Refined by English language and specific descriptors, 376 results were considered, and 28 themes and 32 clusters were identified as significant in the giftedness literature. Supported by life-span studies and earlier work on ability, data analysis revealed that adult giftedness is an emerging topic of research with a tentative development only a decade ago. The emergence of studies on giftedness in adults appears to be driven not only by cognitive testing (i.e., intelligence studies) or achievement research, but also, and more recently, by life satisfaction studies and the use of qualitative methodologies. Changes in stream biodiversity are now mainly driven by land-use development. However, a literature review on the impact of land use on stream macroinvertebrates is lacking, especially a scientometric review. Here, we bibliometrically analyzed the literature on land use and stream macroinvertebrates that were published in 2010–2021 and listed in the Web of Science database. We found that the impact of land use on stream macroinvertebrates had been increasingly studied and that these studies were distributed across the globe and had multi-national collaborations. Through co-citation analysis and high-frequency keyword analysis, we found that land use and some environmental factors, especially water quality and habitat, affected macroinvertebrate community biodiversity, biotic integrity, and patterns. Macroinvertebrate traits, analytical methods or models, evaluation index development, and riparian vegetation were the research hotspots. Using historical direct citation network analysis, we also found that the analytical methods in this field and the macroinvertebrate evaluation index had clear development trends from 2010 to 2021. Our findings can help researchers quickly grasp the background of the impact of land use on stream macroinvertebrates and inform future research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
