Safety behavior in the construction industry is the basic guarantee for the safe construction of buildings, and the leadership style of managers has an important impact on the safety behavior of construction workers. To elucidate the mechanism of transformational leadership’s impact on the safety behavior of construction workers, this study first examined the theoretical underpinnings of transformational leadership theory and safety behavior. It then developed a conceptual model of transformational leadership and the safety behavior of construction workers. Finally, it analyzed the correlation and strength of this model between transformational leadership, organizational equity, and safety behavior. The main effect of transformational leadership on construction workers’ safety behavior is analyzed. The mediating variable of organizational equity, which directly affects workers’ safety behavior, is introduced to enhance the mechanism of transformational leadership and construction workers’ safety behavior. Ambient temperature changes have a nonlinear effect on infrared SF6 gas sensors, which leads to SF6 gas leakage and affects the normal operation of equipment. In this paper, based on the infrared differential detection technology and Lambert-Beer law for quantitative detection, a dual-channel pyroelectric detector is constructed for detection and analysis by using 3.75μm the measurement filter and 10.85μm the reference filter. In order to eliminate the nonlinear effect of the temperature change of the detection environment on the infrared gas sensor, a temperature compensation model based on the GA-WNN fusion algorithm is proposed to compensate the measurement error due to the temperature change of the detection environment by using its good nonlinear mapping as well as generalization ability. The experimental results showed that the maximum measurement error decreased from 333.93 ppm without temperature compensation to 80 ppm after temperature compensation in the range of detecting ambient temperature of 15-4°C and SF6 gas concentration of 0-2000 ppm. This method eliminates the need for additional external equipment to maintain the gas chamber temperature in dynamic equilibrium, thus avoiding an increase in the size of the gas sensor itself and the cost of fabrication. Compared to the traditional compensation method, this method does not require solving the fitting parameters sequentially and determining the temperature compensation coefficients segmentally. This reduces the amount of calculation and simplifies the process of temperature compensation, resulting in an excellent compensation effect.

In the era of information technology, with the deepening of cultural heritage protection, the importance of digital technology intervention in traditional art and culture for protection and inheritance has become more significant, and the digital inheritance of Chinese traditional music culture has also received widespread attention. In this paper, we first preprocess the traditional music signal and extract the Meier multifrequency coefficients, then use the feature as the input of the deep confidence network, and then keep tuning the parameter training to get the optimal network model, and finally utilize the obtained optimal model to recognize the traditional music. Based on this basis, this paper focuses on the concept of the digital heritage of Chinese traditional music culture through three steps: recognition, processing, display, and dissemination. We also designed and developed a Chinese traditional music culture APP for Chinese traditional music lovers and inheritors and examined the effect and performance of the APP application based on the music recognition model in this paper. The modeling methods proposed in this paper meet the usage requirements by having accuracy rates above 90%. 73.25% of the audience expressed satisfaction and very satisfaction with the overall application effect of the Chinese traditional music APP. In this paper, the Chinese traditional music digital APP proposes an effective means of communication for the solution of digital inheritance and also provides a realizable path for the digital inheritance of Chinese traditional music culture.

With the expansion of higher vocational colleges and universities, the difficulty of employment of graduates has become an increasingly serious problem in the development of society. The reason for this phenomenon, in addition to the total pressure, lies in the difference between the knowledge, ability, and quality of college students and the needs of employers. This paper crawls the employment information data of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities from relevant websites, combines the text classification method based on the SVM analysis model to mine the system of graduates’ employment ability, and takes it as a survey scale. Then Jiangxi Province’s higher vocational graduates were selected as the research object. After testing the reliability and validity of the scale, the scale, combined with independent samples, T-test method regression analysis, and other mathematical and statistical methods to explore the factors affecting the employment ability of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province. Music education is of great significance in the cultivation of high-quality talents, but currently there are problems such as music education is not emphasized and the quality being poor. Aiming at this situation, this paper designs a music education program using constructivist theory. At the same time, to explore the teaching effect of the designed music course, the data are analyzed to confirm the public factors by combining KMO, Bartlett method, and factor analysis model, adjusting the weights of teaching indexes based on the public factors and K-Means clustering analysis, and evaluate and analyze the teaching data. The model was applied to teaching evaluation to explore the effects of the designed music course in terms of overall classroom feedback, teaching effectiveness, and evaluation of indicators. Teacher-student interactions were more frequent in the 5-45-minute classroom, the average score of students in the experimental class in the area of interest inquiry was 11.275, which was higher than that of the control class, which was 8.035, and students in the experimental class achieved an overall score of 84.06 and 91.28 on the music exam, while the control class only scored 42.73 and 55.21. Meanwhile, the analysis found that the average evaluation score of students on the content indicators was 78.02, and the rating of some classes reached 92.84. The use of constructivist design in the music teaching classroom can enhance students’ understanding and perception of music, and enhance the efficiency of music learning.

Background: Innovation and entrepreneurship have become critical drivers of economic growth and development in the 21st century. To equip students with the skills and mindset required for success in this dynamic landscape, higher vocational colleges have increasingly incorporated innovation and entrepreneurship education into their curricula. This study explores the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in promoting the growth of students in higher vocational colleges. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of literature related to innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges was conducted. Additionally, a survey was administered to a sample of 500 students from various higher vocational colleges to gather insights into their experiences with such education. The survey measured various aspects, including knowledge acquisition, skill development, and attitudes toward entrepreneurship. Results: The study found that innovation and entrepreneurship education significantly contributed to the growth of students in higher vocational colleges. Knowledge acquisition scores increased by an average of 25%, while skill development scores showed an average improvement of 30%. Moreover, students exposed to such education exhibited a more positive attitude toward entrepreneurship, with 70% expressing an increased interest in pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. Conclusion: Innovation and entrepreneurship education play a pivotal role in fostering the growth of students in higher vocational colleges. The acquisition of knowledge and development of entrepreneurial skills are essential components of this growth process. Furthermore, a positive attitude toward entrepreneurship can lead to increased interest in entrepreneurial activities, thereby contributing to economic growth and job creation. Higher vocational colleges should continue to prioritize and enhance innovation and entrepreneurship education as a means of preparing students for success in the evolving global economy. Inter-ethnic relations amongst students in public higher education institutes (HEIs) in Sri Lanka are weak. This deficit deprives students of experiencing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to be productive citizens the country demands. Considering the violent history both Sinhalese and Tamils share, there is a dearth of minority discourse in Sri Lanka. As a consequence, research that explores inter-ethnic dynamics within public HEIs in the island nation is also minimal. Similarly, being mindful of the fragileness of Sri Lanka’s race relations, it is unclear how responsible local authorities should facilitate educational reforms to foster student success. To address this literature gap, the present inquiry conducted a document review to identify contemporary student and instructor perspectives associated with learning in state-run universities. A total of nine newspapers and blog posts by students, journalists, and academics that critically discuss learner experiences in minority-dominant Jaffna University were chosen after a careful evaluation. Using thematic analysis, three key themes were generated. As per the obtained results, inclusiveness and appreciation between Tamils and Sinhalese learners remain a challenge. Moreover, local security forces continue to suppress minority student voices, leadership, and civic engagement. Further, there is a need for governmental interventions to systematically implement DEI policies to improve the quality of learning spheres for students. This research navigates the intricate landscape of Sri Lanka's tourism sector against the backdrop of its rich cultural heritage and captivating landscapes. As global travel trends increasingly pivot towards sustainability, this study investigates the core of Sri Lanka's tourism dynamics, exploring consumer preferences and the diverse factors that shape them. The research employed a structured questionnaire distributed to 209 visitors who chose environmentally certified hotels, offering a comprehensive dataset for analysis. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study employs descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses to unravel patterns and relationships among variables. The findings highlight consumers' positive inclinations towards environmental certifications, while shedding light on nuanced preferences regarding transportation, room reservations, pricing structures, hotel accessibility, food availability, environmental satisfaction, and cultural practices. Key relationships, such as the impact of environmental certifications on transportation facilities, pricing structures, and environmental satisfaction, are quantitatively explored. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders aiming to align tourism practices with sustainability goals in Sri Lanka, offering a holistic understanding of consumer preferences in this culturally rich and environmentally diverse destination. This article examines the factors that influence the adoption of digital payments among young people in Sri Lanka. The study utilizes the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Perceived Risk theory to analyze these factors. The findings indicate that social influence does not play a role in the adoption of digital payments among Sri Lankan youths, while perceived risk, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy have a significant impact. The results of this study can be valuable for decision-makers and policymakers in understanding consumer preferences and guiding the implementation of digital payment systems. Utilizing a probability sampling approach, this study employs a sample size of 500 primary school teachers within a designated county to examine the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) status among primary educators. The TPACK scores of primary school teachers exhibit a discernible shift from elevated to diminished levels in correlation with the progression of teaching experience. Specifically, concerning Technological Knowledge (TK) and the intersection of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK), there is a demonstrable decline in the average scores concomitant with an increase in teaching tenure. Conversely, an augmentation in educational background correlates positively with an upward trajectory in the overall TPACK scores. The enhancement of primary school teachers' TPACK is attainable through the implementation of strategies encompassing teacher promotion and training initiatives. An examination of primary school teachers' self-efficacy reveals uniformly elevated scores across various dimensions, indicating a pervasive sense of confidence. The formulation and evolution of teachers' self-efficacy are determined by the interplay of individual subjective factors, cognitive considerations, and external environmental influences. Facilitating knowledge dissemination is imperative for fostering collaborative interactions among international faculty members. Existing scholarly investigations into knowledge-sharing predominantly manifest a theoretical orientation, bereft of practical case studies and quantitative assessments. In response to this gap, the present study endeavours to quantify the intricacies of knowledge-sharing by conducting a comprehensive analysis. This examination encompasses perspectives from faculty members, students, and educational institutions, with the overarching goal of elucidating its impact on indigenous faculty members within university settings. The Findings underscore the multifaceted role of knowledge sharing for local faculty members. On one hand, national knowledge sharing emerges as a catalyst for enriching teaching resources, amalgamating extant instructional content, and catalysing transformative shifts in educational paradigms. Conversely, knowledge sharing assumes a pivotal role in facilitating cross-regional and cross-professional exchange of expertise. Quantitative outcomes delineate that knowledge sharing not only enhances the quality of teaching but also elevates the overall standard of academic discourse, including scholarly publications, exchange initiatives, and institutional collaborations. Furthermore, the empirical results highlight that knowledge sharing significantly augments the integration of theoretical principles with practical applications, as well as the accrual of experiential knowledge. The outcomes, surpassing an 85% threshold, underscore the efficacy of knowledge sharing in advancing the collaborative development of shared teaching experiences, resource sharing, and fostering international exchanges and collaborations.
