The research aims to investigate the support suppliers' decision making for Textile and Garment Vietnamese Enterprises based on using association rules mining. In order to increase the competitive advantage over other enterprises, Vietnamese enterprises are gradually shifting their production methods from CMT (Cut-Make-Trim) to FOB (Free On Board), ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), and OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing). One of the important steps for this transformation is to be self-sufficient in sourcing raw materials from selected suppliers with sufficient capabilities, meeting the requirements of price, and CSR (corporate social responsibility) to enable Vietnamese enterprises to enjoy tax incentives. The Vietnamese Enterprises participate in the textile and garment production process through importing raw materials from other countries such as China, Korea, etc. Therefore, the selection supplier issue is very important to them to enhance their business products. This study researches on finding positive ARs and negative ARs in Textile and Garment data domain via three scenarios to define the relationship of alternative criteria for selection suppliers. By using alternative method of ARM (Association Rule Mining), the experimental results show that Textile and Garment enterprises in Vietnam appreciate the CSR factor highly. This is completely in line with the previous survey research on the new factor in the supplier selection criteria of Textile and Garment enterprises in Vietnam. In another word, in this field, the CSR plays as an important role to reflect company's image and it is the first of decision choice. The other criteria are considered after including Cost, Quality, and Delivery respectively. The remain factors of Service, Capability, Relationship, and Sourcing Country are not highly evaluated via the experiments. With different scenarios along with the association rules mined, they reflect different sets of criteria that textile and garment enterprises use to select their suppliers. Furthermore, the rare rules show situations that are very unlikely but have high reliability in reality. Developing industrial linkages as spatial binding forces has become crucial for improving firms' productivity. This paper examines the impacts of the adoption of forward and financial linkages on the vertical integration and performance of textile and garment firms in Egypt. This study uses a sample of 1020 micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises, employing propensity score matching to mitigate the endogeneity bias caused by the self-selection problem in adopting industrial linkages. Inverse-probability-weighted regression adjustment is applied as a doubly robust estimator to quantify the impact. The results confirm the positive impact of forward linkage on total factor productivity (TFP). We also found that financial linkage positively affects labor productivity, TFP, and vertical integration, while its impact on exports was marginal. Adopting financial linkage can increase the value-added per labor by 11–13 thousand Egyptian pounds and increase vertical integration by 13 percentage points. Industrial linkages have not realized an impact on exports in the current market structure; however, extending financial linkage works as an alternative to mitigating financial constraints. In order to promote the practical application of data analysis technology in textile and garment enterprises, started from the thinking of data analysis, commonly used qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods and application scenarios were sorted out, and time series forecasting analysis was taken as an example to predict operating income of a listed company for the four quarters of 2021, based on the data of the past 11 years, it predicted that the operating income in the four quarters of 2021 will be 668, 642, 698, and 1161 million yuan, the root mean square error of the model is 0. 615, and the relative errors of 6. 42%,5. 77%,2. 46% and 2. 45% with the true value 6. 28,6. 81,6. 81 and 11. 90 are all less than 10%, and the relative error between the forecast data and the known real date of first quarter is 6. 37%, indicating that the time series decomposition forecast is applicable to the sales forecast of enterprises with strong seasonal cycles such as textile and clothing. The objective of the paper is to verify the impact of management profile on the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Nam Dinh garment and textile enterprises, Vietnam. Being conducted on 168 managers of Nam Dinh textile and garment enterprises, using SPSS 22 and Smart PLS 3.0 software, the study shows that management profile had a positive impact on CSR implementation. Also, the importance of ethics and social responsibility had an intermediate role in the relationship between management profile and CSR practices. In addition, the study has examined the moderate role with statistical significance of CEOs’ age and professional qualifications. The younger the CEO is, the more CSR he/she carries out and the higher the CEOs’ professional level is, the more CSR is accomplished.

In order to reveal the research status, research hotspots and development trends of the global textile and garment industry, 24 597 English articles on textile and garment industry published in 2009--2018 on the Web of Science were taken as the research objects, CiteSpace, a tool for scientific literature analysis, was adopted to shape the mapping knowledge domain. Through network pruning, burst detection, betweenness centrality, the core authors and institutions in the field of textile and garment were spotted. Global textile and clothing research hotspots and changes were analyzed according to keyword clustering and time zone view. Based on the dynamic evolution of hotspots and emergent nodes, future research trends were discussed. The analysis were summarized as follows: the amount of research literature in the global textile and garment field has grown steadily in 2009--2018, and the disposal of textile wastewater has been a hot research topic in this field. The interrelationship among national industries is getting closer for the fast development of the economic globalization and regional economic integration, and the theory of international industrial correlations is increasingly applied to practical analysis. Aimed to providing theoretical guidance for industry cooperation between different countries, in this paper, based on the WIOD released in November 2016, the calculation of two indicators are sorted out, and the correlation effect of textile and garment industry between China and Indonesia were analyzed by using the theory and model of international industrial correlations. The following conclusions were drawn; the influence and ripple effect of China's textile and garment industry to Indonesia is high, the ripple effect of Indonesia to China is low while influence effect is high. The study about carbon footprint of textile and garment products is mostly concentrated in the industrial processing sector and the research on carbon footprint of its raw material acquisition phase is relatively small. As a full lifecycle carbon footprint of the product the raw material stage should also pay attention. Since the cotton fiber is China s largest production of natural fiber the carbon footprint of raw materials for cotton textile-cotton fiber is discussed. Based on the understanding of the life cycle assessment theory in view of PAS2050 Guide specification the carbon footprint evaluation of cotton is determined. Under the premise of defined system boundaries the method to calculate the carbon footprint of various sectors is given. The textile and garment value chain is typical buyer-driven and captive governance. Based on the results of 153 questionnaires survey of textile and garment companies around China in 2008 as well as case studies, the roles of China textile and garment enterprises in value chain were showed in this paper. The survey covers several different sectors, in which companies have different decision power, strategies and performance, to find how to take advantage of companies strengths, and gain long-term benefit enhancing its competence in global production network.
