With the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic and, as a result, the relevance of the transformation of curricula, many subjects of the education system have now switched to distance learning. Ukrainian Medical Lyceum of the National Medical University named after A.A. Bogomolets actively and successfully implements this format. The adaptation of the curriculum of the medical lyceum to the changed conditions takes into account the updated requirements. The study is devoted to the analysis of the perception of changes introduced by distance technologies in the educational process, and the possibilities of controlling its quality using the example of training in a medical lyceum. The collection of data for analysis was carried out using a questionnaire. In the course of the survey, which was answered by 187 respondents. The study examined in detail the advantages and disadvantages of learning on online platforms. It was concluded that new teaching methods require updated quality assessment methodologies, and that the greatest obvious benefit of online learning is adaptability and variability.

The study's main aim is to examine the opportunities and challenges of Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT), focusing on the students of O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University during COVID-19 pandemic. In order to conduct the study, an ex-post facto design of the quantitative research method was employed. Data were collected through a survey from 120 students and 15 teachers. For that, an instrument was developed to collect the responses related to face-to-face learning and online learning. The results reveal various technological, pedagogical, and social challenges. This study intends to examine the students' and teachers' experience of emergency remote teaching ERT in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic, especially Ukrainian university students. This study aims to know the advantages and disadvantages of online learning with individuals' demographics, interests, and satisfaction. This research assists in developing new techniques of education by focusing on the pros and cons of any methodology.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is very useful in the medical sector as it uses radio waves and robust magnetic fields to produce images of the inside of the human body. MRIs are so helpful in pathologies. However, artifacts in MRI occur due to the complex nature of MRI. Artifacts in MRI may reduce the examination quality and may also be confused with pathology. Failing to identify artifacts in MRI can bring troubles. Hence, it’s very important to reduce or avoid artifacts in MRI. The major reasons behind artifacts in MRI are improper action of the MRI scanner, magnetic susceptibility, motion, chemical shifts, variation in signal intensity, etc. Due to MRI artifacts, patients can suffer from serious problems. Therefore, we have analyzed the physicochemical natures of artifacts in MRI. The research has made attempts to identify various types of artifacts in MRI and find out the causes of these artifacts. There have been samples of various types of artifacts based on which the analyses have been done. Based on these identifications of artifacts, there have also been discussions and analyses on how to avoid artifacts in MRI.

Aim: The aim of the study is to analyze the features of the spectrum of lipids of the water-lipid mantle of the skin before and after pathogenetically sound therapy of patients with psoriasis. Methods: Comparative evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy of monotherapy with the immunobiological drug Humir (adalimumab), as well as its combination with a non-hormonal drug based on natural components Psori Active (cream) in the examined patients with psoriasis vulgaris was performed according to the dynamics of regression of dermatoses clinical manifestations erythema, infiltration, peeling of the skin psoriatic rash, changes in the index PASI, PGA, BSA. Results: The study involved 137 patients. Changes in the level of other components of the lipid spectrum of the water-lipid mantle of the skin, in particular phospholipids, cholesterol and cholesterol esters in patients of the first observation group changed insignificantly compared to their values before treatment. When comparing the normalization of the level of the studied spectrum of lipids of the water-lipid mantle of the skin in patients of the second group with different seasonal types (autumn-winter, spring-summer, off-season) and previously diagnosed with varying severity treatment, no statistically significant differences were found between seasonal types of dermatosis. Conclusion: Analysis of the results of clinical follow-up of the examined patients with psoriasis of the first and second groups after completion of treatment and achieving clinical clinical remission indicates significant benefits of systemic immunobiological therapy in combination with topical therapy with Psori Active.

Aims: To evaluate Atopic dermatitis (AD) and Chronic hand eczema (CHE) course in adults after discontinuation of acute or sub acute relapse treatment. Study Design: three groups of adult patients that finished standard treatment for relapse of AD and CHE were followed up within 24 weeks of period to check disease severity, itch intensity and skin management effectiveness. Place and Duration of Study Sample: population of Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine September 2015 – May 2021. Methods: 155 patients (51 females and 104 males; age between 20 and 50 years) with AD or CHE were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomized into three study groups depending on diagnosis. SCORAD index was used to assess disease severity, visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess skin itch intensity. Frequency of disease treatment re-start with topical or systemic anti-inflammatory drugs as well as patients’sintention to ask for a treatment were calculated. Results: Results of our study have shown that cases of new disease worsening occured within nearest 24 weeks after AD and CHE aggravation treatment discontinuation and are quite frequent despite appropriate skin care. Conclusion: part of adult patients continues suffering from skin itch or mild skin lesions within nearest 24 weeks after discontinuation of intensive treatment of AD or CHE relapse. Prescription of antihistamines and/or topical anti-inflammatory treatment in addition to generally recommended skin care with emollients is crucial for patients with new worsening of the disease. Among patients with a new signs of worsening a part would unlikely ask for a new treatment immediately unless this worsening is moderate or severe.

The article aims to show that the main and most important prerequisite for successful hotel business growth in current promptly changing business environment becomes development of innovation in the hotel industry. Though the term innovation is already widely defined by many researchers, it is considered in the article as a subject for future discussions leading to proposed scientific classification of innovations based on selected criterions. Evaluation of the process of innovation appearance in the hotel market allowed creation of the model, presenting the main influences and attributes of the whole innovation process in a hotel industry. Afterwards, the article discusses some specific innovation tools that are essential for hotel enterprises and which could be challenging for hoteliers in Ukrainian market nowadays. Based on the empirical research results, the obstacles which hinder up-to-date innovative operations in Ukrainian Radisson chain hospitality market are discussed. As well, concerning prospective innovation trends for Radisson Hotels in Ukraine, advices for future innovation implementation were proposed. The goal of the article is to empirically establish the problems and determine the prospects of formation and development of personality in the context of social well-being. The empirical study surveyed 120 students and students, 118 adults, and 112 seniors. The age of the respondents ranged from 14 to 70 years old. Psychodiagnosis was carried out through cooperation with educational institutions, social protection institutions and with the help of social networks. Respondents were from: Khmelnitsky, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnitsa, Ternopil, Poltava, Kherson, Odessa regions. Respondents were pupils, students, teachers, medics, trade and service workers, ICT specialists, and pensioners. The main problems of personality formation and development in the context of social well-being are: disregard of altruistic, cognitive, existential life meanings by the younger generation; prevalence of hedonistic beginning over high-spiritual; increased attention to obtaining status and power; consideration of self-realization and status outside the cognitive sphere; low adaptability in society, poorly expressed acceptance of others and self-acceptance, low level of emotional comfort.
