Se diagnosticó angina microvascular a 19 (35,2 %) pacientes, angina vasoespástica a 12 (22,2 %), angina microvascular y angina vasoespástica a 18 (33,3 %), y dolor torácico no coronario a 5 (9,3 %).

Context: Several studies have shown that emotional regulation (ER) is a transdiagnostic construct of emotional disorders. Therefore, if therapy improves ER, it would improve psychological distress. Objective: This review assesses and compares the changes in ER due to psychological treatment in different therapies. Methods: A systematic review and meta‐analysis of RCTs published in the databases PubMed, PsycINFO and Web of Science was performed. It was registered in PROSPERO under the number CRD42023387317. Two independent experts in the field reviewed the articles. Results: A total of 18 articles met the criteria for inclusion in the review. Analysis of these studies suggests that in unified protocol (UP), cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and mindfulness, there is evidence to support that a moderate effect occurs during treatment. Furthermore, in mindfulness and DBT, the effect was moderate in the follow‐up period, while in UP, it was high. Limitations: Given the heterogeneity of the applied interventions and the methodological limitations found in the reviewed trials, the results should be interpreted with caution. Conclusions: UP, cognitive behaviour therapy, DBT and mindfulness can improve ER after therapy, while UP, DBT and mindfulness in the follow‐up period. Other therapies, such as SKY or Flotation REST, require more research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

MAST cells , *BIOMARKERS , *COMMUNICABLE diseases , *COVID-19 pandemic , *AVIAN influenza , *AUTOIMMUNITY , *KOUNIS syndrome - Abstract
Mast cells (MC) are cells of the immune system that regulate cell and tissue homeostasis, are found in low numbers, have an intact plasma membrane, and a cytoplasm with a wide variety of inflammatory chemical mediators. The activation or degranulation of mast cells implies the release of these chemical mediators (interleukins, cytokines, and more), causing tissue actions ranging from the activation of metalloproteinases to the development of anaphylactic hypersensitivity of different degrees, alterations in vascular permeability, and loss of cell homeostasis. This behavior would allow them to act as sentinels responding to pathophysiological processes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, in positive human patients, the available literature reports the presence and degranulation of mast cells in a generalized manner, especially in the respiratory tract. This study aimed to analyze the emerging role of MCs in the pathogenesis of diseases and their projection as biological markers in the treatment of diseases or pandemics. The analysis of human biopsies showed that MCs are observed as cells with diameters between 8 to 20 µm, and in inflamed tissues, degranulation of MCs is observed. The action of MCs degranulation was related to different inflammatory processes of autoimmune diseases. It is concluded that the potential of MC as therapeutic targets and biomarkers could raise new pharmacological targets, as supportive therapy, and possibly of great help in the treatment of future emerging pandemics such as the current monkeypox. Teoretyczne dociekania dotyczące podobieństw i różnic dzieci dotkniętych zespołem Downa mają istotne następstwa w obszarach edukacji i rehabilitacji.

This article discusses and presents other ways of conceiving school and its disciplinary technology therapeutically configured based on Austrian philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein’s ideas, especially the ones contained in his latter writings. Such ideas supported a transgressive analysis of mathematics as a discipline and of school as a locus of cognitive assimilation of disciplinary competencies and skills. To this end, this text aims at performing grammatical therapy about the insertion of sociocultural practices in school context and its effects on the promotion of a transgressive school education. The description of sociocultural practice enactments with a group of teachers raised possibilities for performing research and practices that are not dogmatic, single or fixed. They also caused performatic and performative effects for and on the constitution of other schools guided by a post-humanist ethics that adopts life as the backbone of educational practice.

- Abstract
This study reviews current evidence and therapeutic approaches for treating Feeding and Eating Disorders (FEDs), focusing on Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), and Binge Eating Disorder (BED). Key therapeutic goals include increasing awareness of emotional and relational difficulties, improving specific psychopathological symptoms, normalizing eating behaviors and weight, and supporting families. Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) emerges as the most researched and recommended treatment for AN and BN, with demonstrated effectiveness in BED as well. However, CBT-E has shown variable results regarding complete remission, with rates ranging from 37% to 55%. Other approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy (MIT-ED), show promising results, particularly for patients with emotional dysregulation and maladaptive interpersonal schemas. Pharmacological treatment, while useful, has limited efficacy and requires further research. In summary, an integrated approach that considers comorbidity and underlying psychopathological factors is crucial for improving adherence and treatment outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: The objective of this study was to describe a case of cutaneous lichen planus (LP) that appeared following COVID19 infection. Case description: We report a case of extensive cutaneous classic familial LP in a 4-year-old male child after an asymptomatic serologically confirmed COVID-19 infection. The patient developed intensely itchy, purple, flat-topped papules and plaques, mainly on the dorsal surface of the hands, feet, forearms, and shins. Histopathological examination of the skin biopsy showed vacuolar and apoptotic degeneration of the basal cell layer with a bandlike lymphocyte infiltrate at the dermo-epidermal junction and confirmed the diagnosis of LP. Comments: LP could be considered among the differential diagnoses of pediatric post-COVID inflammatory skin lesions, either in the patients recovering from COVID-19 infection or in the suspicious asymptomatic cases in close contact with COVID19-infected patients.

- Abstract
A 38-year-old lifelong smoker woman with a diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma was referred to us to perform an endoscopic ultrasound with fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) procedure in order to define liver lesions suspicious for metastases. She had already performed a percutaneous procedure with ultrasound guidance, which turned out to be not diagnostic. EUS-FNA is an endoscopic technique that is increasingly acquiring a key role in the diagnosis, staging and therapy of lung cancer and lung cancer metastases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Come cambia l'affettività? E ancora: che fine fanno i corpi nelle relazioni digitali?

Wojna na terytorium Ukrainy zmusiła około 7 milionów mieszkańców tego państwa do opuszczenia swojej ojczyzny. Znaczna część uchodźców to kobiety i dzieci, które stanowią obecnie część polskiego społeczeństwa. W celu ułatwienia obywatelom Ukrainy procesu integracji społecznej możliwe jest wykorzystanie wybranych form fizjoterapii. Wykorzystanie psychospołecznych i emocjonalnych efektów, jakie niesie ze sobą aktywność fizyczna, wprowadza osobę ćwiczącą w stan relaksu, odprężenia oraz stanowi skuteczną metodę redukowania poziomu stresu. Ruch poprawia nastrój, ułatwia nawiązywanie kontaktów społecznych, dodaje wiary w siebie, zmniejsza objawy depresji oraz zwiększa odporność psychiczną. Dodatkowo istnieje możliwość urozmaicania zajęć, modyfikowania ich do potrzeb dziecka i zwiększania ich atrakcyjności. Fizjoterapia oferuje zróżnicowane formy terapii, m.in. zabawy ruchowe, choreoterapię, terapię Snoezelen, terapię w wodzie, masaż, akupresurę, jogę, ćwiczenia oddechowe oraz animaloterapię.

JUNGIAN psychology , *PATIENT-professional relations , *DIVINATION , *MATURATION (Psychology) , *INTERPERSONAL relations , *PSYCHIATRISTS - Abstract
Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung had a lifelong interest in the I Ching after discovering it in 1919. Jung's interest in the I Ching is arguably more practical than purely theoretical or intellectual, and references to I Ching divination appear frequently in his various publications, seminars, letters and clinical practice records. After a few observations on the history of the study of the I Ching in China, the author categorizes Jung's three uses of the I Ching as physical use (to preview future potentials of outer reality), psychological use (to reveal one's psychological state), and psychical approach (to engage with the divine through "神"["shen", spiritual agencies]). Finally, the author discusses the current Jungian engagement by demonstrating clinical cases in contemporary times. Some Jungian analysts practise I Ching divination to obtain insights into the physical and psychological state of therapeutic relationships and for personal development. This paper is a historical and critical engagement of the Jungian practice of I Ching divination. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
