Heritage protection in Chile, in the last 20 years, has been strongly influenced by citizen movements, who seek to maintain the identity of their neighborhoods. The Heritage Zone instrument, from now on, HZ, was used as a protection tool. In principle, a central objective of these actions is to maintain housing destination as a mechanism to preserve the social fabric. However, in several HZs, the housing facades conceal a diversity of uses. This situation raises doubts about the effectiveness of the regulatory tool in achieving the communities' aspirations. In this sense, this research aimed to analyze changes in the residential character of three neighborhoods after their designation as HZs. The methods used included registration in GIS mapping of land uses for 2024, where information from the Internal Revenue Service was used. These data were complemented by population data from the 2002 and 2017 Censuses. The results point out that the HZ instrument is far from guaranteeing the sought-after preservation of the social fabric. These conclusions emphasize the importance of rethinking heritage protection instruments in pericentral areas to strike a balance between attracting investment and the desired neighborhood identity sought by the communities. The pandemic in 2020 addressed different challenges for Mexican households, especially those where some members had the disease. This article analyzes the survival strategies developed by households and communities living in the historic center of Mexico City and the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl. Three variables were established to analyze said strategies: social cohesion, neighbor intervention in collective actions, and community participation. Using data collected from the survey "Citizen Empowerment to Improve Public Security and Rule of Law in Mexico City" and econometric models, it was evident that both communities were outlined for their cohesion and neighborhood participation. In Nezahualcóyotl, family and neighborhood relations were essential, whereas in the historic center, solidarity among neighbors prevailed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Este trabajo busca contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias pedagógicas para el diálogo con estudiantes universitarios, en un contexto nacional marcado por crecientes niveles de violencia social derivados de la "guerra contra el narcotráfico" en México. Al retomar conceptos como trauma psicosocial y educación en contextos de emergencia, destaca la necesidad de abrir espacios curriculares para reflexionar sobre el impacto personal y colectivo de la violencia. La propuesta se inscribe en la pedagogía crítica para la paz e integra prácticas narrativas, círculos restaurativos y mediación. Herramientas pedagógicas permiten al profesorado conducir sesiones de diálogo en un entorno seguro, orientadas a fortalecer vínculos sociales y explorar recursos para la acción individual y colectiva. Escuchar, narrar y actuar son las fases de esta aproximación, que representa un esfuerzo desde la educación para reconstruir el tejido social en sociedades afectadas por violencia generalizada.

Los territorios se han conformado históricamente alrededor del desarrollo territorial, es por tal razón que los postulantes a coordinar una administración pública presentan su candidatura a través de un plan de gobierno en el que se refleja la intención de proyección territorial que el sujeto adquiere desde su visión. De tal manera, entendiendo la diversidad, la complejidad y el dinamismo de los territorios, el siguiente artículo expone la vinculación de construcción colectiva del desarrollo a través del tiempo en San Carlos, referenciando inicialmente un proceso enfocado en la generación de capital desde principios de crecimiento económico para ir posicionando posteriormente un proceso de desarrollo desde el posicionamiento de la gobernanza como un principio de construcción colectiva sustentado en la participación multisectorial de diversos actores en función de la compresión del territorio como un sistema que no prioriza, ni transgrede, sino que agrupa sus componentes en procesos integrales.

Esta investigación analiza los conflictos socioambientales y sus implicancias en el tejido social de la comuna de Huasco en la Región de Atacama. La presencia industrial de la planta de pellet y las centrales termoeléctricas instaladas en el territorio han generado conflictos socioambientales, afectando el ecosistema y la salud de quienes habitan en la comuna. Ante esta situación, se han llevado a cabo acciones para generar espacios de recuperación socioambiental con el fin de reactivar el tejido social comunitario y fortalecer el sentido de territorialidad a través de la concientización social entre los habitantes. La investigación utiliza un enfoque metodológico cualitativo para analizar los efectos que los conflictos socioambientales han tenido sobre el tejido social en Huasco. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre los conceptos clave relacionados con el tema central del artículo: tejido social, mecanismos de resistencia, resistencia comunitaria, zona de sacrificio, contaminación socio-ambiental. El objetivo del artículo es analizar las afectaciones en el tejido social de la comuna de Huasco, ante los conflictos socioambientales provocados por la contaminación a causa de la presencia industrial en el territorio.

The constructivist approach to community development recognizes the transformative and innovative role of the social aspect (social capital) of social economic organizations, to promote inclusive processes of resource mobilization and management of the commons. The research identifies relational strengths and weaknesses in rural productive organizations of the social economy of the province of Manabí-Ecuador, through the assessment of social capital. The methodology applied to assess social capital incorporates components of the institutional, cognitive and structural dimension, in three areas of analysis: territorial context, profile of the organization and relationship between members. At the territorial level, the limited coverage of public services affects all organizations, makes living conditions precarious, makes relationships difficult and confines development opportunities. The assessment of the organizational profile shows strengths to establish roles, rules and procedures and weakness in the construction of networks with external actors. For the relationship between members, the difficulty lies in maintaining a shared vision and sanctioning opportunistic behavior. Therefore, identifying the differences in the relational conditions of organizations, according to the level of social capital endowment, it is useful to guide the formulation of practical intervention strategies that promote local development through the strengthening of associations and cooperatives. The initiative octopuses for newborns began with the Noupops NGO "thread for life" which emerged in 2012 in Denmark and in 2017 in Spain, which the Roosevelt Institute in Colombia has been implementing since 2018. This qualitative research was based on the systematization of experiences, finding that the weavers and its possibility to heal through weaving is related to the ancestral knowledge of how to do it and the mastery that is combined when they make the octopus. The project leaders refer to the importance of volunteering and donations for weaving the octopus, the therapeutic role in the mother-child relationship that these elements provides and refines, and its potential in the humanization of health services. The mother-child binomial in the voices of the mothers capitalizes the experience of being present with the baby, which implies reducing the feeling of anxiety and abandonment. Health personnel highlight the difficulty of the initiative within a medicalized scheme by assuming the octopus as an object of risk, which is controlled with sterilization. The evidenced value in the bond of the mother-child binomial, however, make the health personnel to reevaluate the lack of objective evidence that allows them to "guarantee" sterilization over the benefit. Resumen El incendio de 2014 en Valparaíso es considerado el mayor evento de estas características ocurrido en la historia de esta ciudad, dejando un área urbana de devastación de 148 hectáreas, 2.910 casas destruidas y alrededor de 12.000 damnificados; siendo los principales afectados los habitantes de las áreas vulnerables de las quebradas. La intención del presente documento es abordar la incidencia de la catástrofe desde una perspectiva sistémica, entendiéndola de esta manera, no tan sólo como la devastación de la forma urbana, sino más bien, como un evento de ruptura capaz de inferir en la estructura organizacional del sistema urbano. Con ello, se pretende demostrar de qué manera la propia configuración del tejido social interno de las quebradas, presenta un interesante y eficiente modelo de resiliencia, en gran medida gracias a la propia configuración interna de estos subsistemas urbanos autoorganizados entre los cerros de Valparaíso. Abstract The 2014 Valparaíso fire is considered the largest event of its kind in the history of this city. The wake of the fire left an urban area of 148 hectares devastated, 2,910 houses destroyed, and 12,000 people were affected. Most victims were the inhabitants of the especially vulnerable areas in the ravines. The intention of this paper is to approach the impact of the catastrophe from a systemic perspective, understanding it not only as urban devastation, but rather as a critical moment capable of affecting the organizational structure of the urban system. The aim is to demonstrate how the configuration of the internal social fabric of the population residing in the ravines presents an interesting and efficient model of resilience, largely thanks to the internal configuration of these self-organized urban subsystems nestled within the hills of Valparaíso.

Objetivo: caracterizar y diferenciar tres tipos de actores sociales de México que trasladan migrantes internacionales: pollero, coyote y traficante de migrantes. Metodología: revisión de artículos en revistas académicas especializadas en migración para explicitar qué se sabe de dichos actores y entrevistas a migrantes, a traficantes de estos y a personal de albergues humanitarios. Resultados: se encontraron diferencias y similitudes entre los tres actores. Valor: la distinción hallada en esta investigación puede servir para diseñar políticas públicas que estén asociadas con el fortalecimiento de los tejidos sociales, puesto que se distingue entre los agentes sociales cohesionadores y los que responden solo al mercado. Conclusiones: los actores sociales en cuestión son diferenciables conforme a dos categorías centrales: cohesión social y lógica de mercado.

This document arises from the need to incorporate a dissemination strategy for the knowledge and appropriation of Achagua myths and legends, which was achieved through the design of didactic material built with the student population of the Yaaliakeisy Educational Institution. The research was qualitative and followed the sociocritical paradigm. The participating sample consisted of 10 families from the Achagua community residing in the Umapo indigenous reservation and 15 students from the Yaaliakeisy Educational Institution. In this way, we contributed to the strengthening of cultural identity through social projection. Similarly, the cultural empowerment of current and future generations of the Achagua indigenous community was positively influenced. This is based on the safeguarding of their legacy with the purpose of being able to replicate it in search of perpetuity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The peace agreement signed by the Colombian government and FARC- EP, recognizes the victims of violence, as the main actor in the armed conflict. In order to complay with objective number 5 of the accord, a whole new system which aims at every victim's right to expect truth, justice, reparation and guarantee of not repetition, has been created. The peace agreement also takes into account the repositioning of survivors's historical memory. Accordingly, the current Project analyses, throughtout a systematic revision how important historical memory is for rebuilding the social fabric, helping the associativity as an initiative, and also contemplates the ethical -- political perspective as a key element. A qualitative research method has been carried out by implementing an electronic search on different sources of information, based on English and Spanish articles, published from 2010 until 2019 on databases such Science Direct, Scopus, SPRINGER, Taylor & Francis, OXFORD, PSICODOC, EBSCOHOST, PSYCARTICLES, Jstor, PubMed, ERIC, Medline, Redalyc and Scielo. All of them focused on the studies categories in Colombia, with some characteristics of PRISMA. The results give account of the need of transforming the emphasis that historical memory has, into something that develops practices and strategies of empowerment and dignity. This article shows the basic principles of symbolic interactionism in relation to the concepts of diversity and social fabric, since the search to strengthen the ties between people in a community or society is considered pertinent. As part of this argument and through each postulate, it is stated that just as one learns to live together and behave in a specific way, a person can resignify and change that knowledge regardless of their age or situation, especially through contact and interaction with others, accepting their own diversity and diversity in society, which as a consequence leads to a more solid social fabric. In the final part, an empirically based analysis of the attitude towards diversity is presented with the preliminary results obtained. from an exploratory study to a sample of university students in the area of health sciences, where it is observed that the majority of the sample presents an attitude of openness to diversity but at the same time the scores suggest that this openness may be more of a cognitive and functional type, not necessarily oriented to the search for bonding with diverse people. Este artículo realiza una revisión del concepto de trauma psicosocial desde los fenómenos de violencia política en Latinoamérica y, en concreto, sobre la desaparición forzada de jóvenes en Colombia. Desde este análisis teórico-contextual, se plantea cuáles han sido las afectaciones personales, familiares y colectivas (atributos del trauma psicosocial) que este fenómeno de la desaparición forzada ha generado en el tejido social colombiano. A manera de reflexión final, las autoras proponen la necesidad de repensar las afectaciones psicosociales que han sido estudiadas de manera general, a partir de los daños a la sociedad representados en el hecho de desaparecer específicamente jóvenes y las implicaciones que esto ha tenido para el entramado social.

El entorno creativo y cultural de las ciudades de Colombia contempla los carnavales como una manifestación social relevante. La reflexión que se describe en este documento pretende, desde una perspectiva analítica, exponer la incidencia de los maestros artesanos de las carrozas del Carnaval de Negros y Blancos de Pasto en la configuración de la atmósfera social que distingue la región. A partir de la revisión bibliográfica de artículos e investigaciones, la experiencia investigativa y una práctica reflexiva para establecer el diálogo entre autores, se ponen de manifiesto las principales características de los actores culturales de los carnavales de Colombia, destacando la particularidad de la figura del maestro artesano en la capital nariñense. Posteriormente, se distinguen aspectos relevantes del Carnaval como escenario de creación e integración de saberes en torno a la concepción y puesta en escena de las carrozas. Finalmente, se plantean algunas consideraciones sobre el rol del artesano como hacedor capaz de movilizar y fortalecer la identidad cultural y tejido social a través de sus obras.

El presente artículo se enmarca en la realización de un proyecto de psicología social comunitaria que vinculo a un grupo de jóvenes del corregimiento de Santa Elena municipio de El Cerrito, en espacios para la participación y organización juvenil entorno a la reflexión social y territorial con un enfoque que involucro la investigación - acción; el proyecto se guio por la teoría del Actor Red (TAR) como modo de análisis del fenómeno y hoja de ruta para plantear actividades que permitieran movilizar la acción de los jóvenes en espacios que conformen redes de tejido social en la comunidad, el corregimiento se ha caracterizado por una carencia de espacios y actividades culturales que fomenten el buen uso del tiempo libre, así como el encuentro y dialogo juvenil; por lo que, por medio de cine foros, se pretendió la generación de espacios que promovieran el dialogo y la reflexión colectiva del territorio y los femémonos propios de la juventud. Como conclusión se obtiene que desde el cine foro se conformó un actor no humano, sobre el que se movilizaron las intenciones de los actores humanos para reflexionar sobre la realidad propia¸ así mismo, se haya que la conformación del tejido social es un proceso complejo en el que convergen los actores presentes en el territorio.

This paper focuses on Another Day of Life (Raúl de la Fuente, Damian Nenow, 2018) and Chris the Swiss (Anja Kofmel, 2018), two recent animated documentary feature films which delve into two important war conflicts that defined the historical development of the second half of the 20th century. These films complaint about the violation of Human Rights through the experiences of their main characters — who witnessed firsthand such historical events. On the one hand, Another Day of Life reenacts the experience of a Polish reporter, Richard Kapuscinski, who visited Angola in 1975, in the midst of a war that culminated in the decolonization of the African country as a Portuguese province. On the other hand, Chris the Swiss approaches the Balkans war during the 90s, following Anja Kofmel’s personal research developed about the tragic decease of her own cousin, then a young reporter named Christian "Chris" Würtenberg.

Escritura e identidad, título de este número especial de Enunciación, ofrece un recorrido por senderos zigzagueantes y variaciones temáticas en las que se hace visible la importancia y la potencia de la convergencia crítica entre escritura e identidad, espacio en el que emergen desigualdades, diversidad de reivindicaciones, transformaciones y retos de la escritura en la sociedad y la cultura. Esta publicación ilustra con propiedad lo que hoy deba ser, en concreto, un estudio de la escritura y la identidad, el esfuerzo por hacer explícita la comprensión de las escrituras y las identidades que, en gran medida, determinan nuestro tiempo con sus voces, sus textos, sus sentires, sus formas de ser, de pensar y de hacer, es decir, su condición humana. En el fondo, se trata de pensar en las escrituras-identidades situadas en sus variaciones históricas y en sus contextos, pues pensar la convergencia crítica escritura-identidad también es una manera de decir cómo me relaciono conmigo mismo, con el otro y con el mundo. Escritura e identidad es un espacio en el que convergen lo transcultural, lo transfronterizo y lo intersticial.

El presente artículo da cuenta de las reflexiones emergidas de la investigación que pretendieron analizar las condiciones sociales y las formas de participación de las mujeres sobrevivientes de conflicto armado en el proceso de reconstrucción del tejido social, pero desde el enfoque de las capacidades humanas donde se puede determinar como la autonomía, el empoderamiento y la libertad inciden en las personas para sus vidas, organizarse y hacer uso de las oportunidades desde su idea de existencia.

La Paz con Enfoque Territorial, pretende impulsar en el país la vivencia de una paz estable y duradera, bajo la protección del Estado. Sin embargo, las mismas comunidades las que deben intervenir directamente en ese proceso de construcción. La investigación realizada en Barrancabermeja, Puerto Boyacá y San Pablo quiso conocer las propuestas y concepciones de estos territorios con respecto a la paz y la implementación de los acuerdos, e identifica las acciones concretas de las comunidades para la reconciliación, considerando los factores que alimentaron el conflicto y los planes de desarrollo. Éstas son algunas experiencias significativas.

En el marco de la ley 1448 del 2011, se formula la Estrategia Entrelazando como metodología de la medida de rehabilitación utilizada en la reparación colectiva en Colombia, es implementada por Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas en el Sujeto de Reparación Colectiva de la Palma Cundinamarca, en las veredas Hinche Alto e Hinche Bajo. En el presente artículo, se disertará sobre las divergencias y convergencias que emergen en la implementación de la Estrategia Entrelazando a través de la instalación del discurso de poder estatal, burocrático y rígido; y, el discurso de poder del SRC de la Palma, impulsado desde el liderazgo femenino, el arraigo al territorio y la autonomía local.

Chile ha sido epicentro de un conflicto político y social que ha llevado consigo la expresión de violencia y que ha puesto en jaque a las instituciones de la República. En tal sentido, es relevante realizar una reflexión respecto a las causas de dicho fenómeno. Al respecto, hemos escogido la erosión del tejido social como el elemento central de análisis que deja al descubierto el irrespeto entre los connacionales, los niveles de frustración de una parte de la población chilena, la falta de representación política de las demandas políticas sociales y, sobre todo, la necesidad de replantearse la estructura política del país, y el diseño mismo de las políticas públicas en vista a reconstituir el tejido social desgarrado.

A partir de una investigación acción participativa (IAP) se develó, como problema en una comunidad rural, el debilitamiento de su tejido social. Para intervenir la situación desde la escuela, se diseñó con la comunidad un proyecto educativo institucional (PEI) con enfoque comunitario, desplegado durante casi cinco años. Posteriormente, se dirigió una realimentación o lectura participativa de los resultados de esta intervención, que indicó variaciones significativas respecto a un diagnóstico participativo entretejido inicialmente con la comunidad educativa. Entre los hallazgos más valiosos destacan el empoderamiento social, el desarrollo de sentimientos de pertenencia, el fortalecimiento comunitario y un significativo progreso en las competencias disciplinares en niños y niñas. Esta experiencia propició la emergencia de una pedagogía simbiótica, de orden crítico-social y sustentada en cinco principios: complejidad, implicación/sentimiento de pertenencia, reconocimiento del otro/alteridad, equilibrio/concienciación social y currículo sistémico-participativo. La teleología de esta pedagogía se orienta a la promoción de una auto-eco-reorganización social (autopoiesis).

Stories of reconciliation is a transmedia experience that collects the memories of people who have lived with violence and war in Colombia. Their stories are the script of an animated feature film and an interactive documentary. This project, directed by Carlos Santa and Rubén Monroy, was born in 2015, in response to the need to open opportunities for animation students at SENA - Center for the Graphic Communication Industry, will be linked to industry and development of real projects, in such a way that they will strengthen their performance as animators and the creative industry companies will generate confidence in their training. It was an experience in which it was mixed, or better, reconciled technique, research, artistic expression and forms of commercial and experimental production, in order to contribute to the construction of social fabric; which guides students to develop critical thinking related to such a complex issue as the war in Colombia. In this article we intend to show the relevance of Intensive Encounter Groups in the academic and personal formation of students of the Master´s in Human Development (MDH) in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. We describe the bases for this strategy with its theoretical framework in Humanistic Psychology. A small research project was carried out with participants of an intensive encounter group made up of students and graduates of the MDH, through the application, during the event, of a questionnaire about the most important things they have experienced and learnt. The results indicate that the encounter promoted a strengthening of the social fabric, the development of attitudes and skills for facilitation, experiences, and meaningful learning, that contributed to personal development. In addition, the importance of offering this kind of space in the MDH framework was definitely recognized. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El desarrollo de la agricultura orgánica en América Latina se ha generado a partir de motivaciones diversas, entre ellas la principal es la búsqueda de bienestar para los productores agropecuarios de los países latinos. Por ello se propone tratar este tema no como una práctica agrícola o comercial aislada exclusivamente económica. Esta reflexión pretende demostrar que las prácticas de la agricultura orgánica en los países Latinoamericanos entre ellos Bolivia, Perú, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Nicaragua, México, Costa Rica, Panamá, Ecuador, se encuentran inmersas en un contexto que involucra factores sociales, políticos, económicos, ambientales y culturales. Identificando como elemento clave los procesos organizativos través de los cuales cada unidad de socialización e interacción cumple funciones, y papeles determinantes que son necesario identificar para lograr ser integrados.

El cambio de un modelo de Justicia Retributiva a uno de justicia restaurativa es necesario, si lo que se quiere es poner fin a un conflicto social envuelto en una espiral de violencia arraigada por décadas, para reconstruir tejido social y lograr una paz estable y duradera. Es menester que la justicia conozca a fondo los hechos y las personas, pero que este inclinada siempre a favor de la víctima, con una participación real, activa y a su vez que brinde oportunidades al victimario a través de la reparación, y el perdón que brinda la víctima para que logre pertenecer nuevamente al tejido social y así superar el estigma del delito.

Diversos estudios han puesto de manifiesto la capacidad de la práctica musical conjunta para contribuir a la construcción de espacios de paz en aquellos lugares en los que sus ciudadanos han sufrido situaciones de violencia. Sin embargo, no existe en la literatura científica un estudio de revisión que analice los impactos de este tipo de espacios musicales colectivos sobre el tejido social. Este artículo explora los efectos de experiencias con prácticas musicales colectivas en diferentes contextos con comunidades que sufren o han sufrido situaciones de conflicto armado o guerra. Con este fin, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica y un análisis exhaustivo de los estudios localizados. La muestra final seleccionada comprende un total de quince estudios en los que se muestra la capacidad de los espacios musicales colectivos para servir de soporte a las personas y comunidades víctimas, tanto durante como después del conflicto.
