Development of the country’s economy, industrial and economic infrastructure is impossible without the use of oil and gas, as well as their products. Ukraine does not fully meet its own needs for fuel and energy resources. An important role in the solving of this issue belongs to geophysical research methods, their integrated complex and the types of geological and geophysical researches. In many cases, the materials of geophysical research methods are the main ones with respect to the geological documentation of wells that were drilled for the search and exploration of productive reservoirs. Domestic oil and gas service companies need government support to increase quality of geological and geophysical services, updating the equipment fleet, and ground equipment, introducing modern technologies to enable the development of equal competition with foreign companies both in the domestic and global markets., Розвиток економіки країни, промислової та господарської інфраструктури неможливий без застосування нафти та газу, а також продуктів їхнього перероблення. Україна не задовольняє в повному обсязі власні потреби в паливноенергетичних ресурсах. Важливу роль у вирішенні цього питання відведено геофізичним методам дослідження, узгодженому комплексу та видам геолого-геофізичних досліджень. Матеріали геофізичних методів досліджень у багатьох випадках є основними у геологічній документації свердловин, що буряться для пошуку та розвідки продуктивних колекторів. Вітчизняні компанії нафтогазового сервісу потребують державної підтримки в напрямі підвищення рівня геолого-геофізичних послуг, оновлення парку апаратури та наземного обладнання, впровадження сучасних технологій для можливості розвитку рівної конкуренції з іноземними компаніями як на внутрішньому, так і світовому ринках.&nbsp

– Mathematics in technical education has not only a practical function, but also a formative one of an exact mentality, comparable in relevance to that which ancient languages have in classical education. The technical education reform, initiated by the engineer Giuseppe Belluzzo (1876-1952) and formulated with law no. 889 of 1931, gave a new definition of technical institutes with regard to their organization and programs. The post-war reconstruction, the rapid growth of Italy during the so-called "Economic miracle" together with the need to compete on an international level, made it necessary to create new technical specialties in the first half of the seventies; these were inserted into the pre-existing school system to respond to the needs related to the training of new professional figures required by the changes taking place in the world of work and the development of new information technologies, which gradually became increasingly linked to mathematics. The study of the history of technical institutes and the analysis of the teachings imparted there thus becomes a key to reading the context drawn by the technological evolution of the late twentieth century and an instrument to understand future prospects. Riassunto – La matematica nell’istruzione tecnica ha una funzione non solo pratica, ma formativa di una mentalità esatta, comparabile per rilevanza a quella che nell’istruzione classica hanno le lingue antiche. La riforma dell’istruzione tecnica avviata dall’ingegnere Giuseppe Belluzzo (1876-1952) e formulata con la legge n. 889 del 1931 diede una nuova definizione degli istituti tecnici per quanto riguardava l’ordinamento e i programmi. La ricostruzione del dopoguerra, la rapida crescita dell’Italia durante il cd. “miracolo economico” unitamente alla necessità di competere sul piano internazionale, nella prima metà degli anni Settanta rese necessaria la creazione di nuovi indirizzi tecnici; questi si innestarono nell’impianto scolastico preesistente per rispondere alle esigenze connesse alla formazione delle nuove figure professionali richieste dai cambiamenti in atto nelle realtà di lavoro e dallo sviluppo delle nuove tecnologie informatiche, le quali via via furono sempre più legate alla matematica. Lo studio della storia degli istituti tecnici e l’analisi degli insegnamenti ivi impartiti diventa quindi chiave di lettura dello scenario disegnato dall’evoluzione tecnologica della fine del XX secolo e strumento di comprensione delle prospettive future. One of the basic activities of the Water Reuse Monitoring and Control Program is the supervision of self-control programs–which should be put into practice by the concessionaires that reuse the water provided by the River Basin Organization, in the Health Areas managed by the Environmental Health Service–to check compliance with Annex I of Royal Decree 1620/2007. To facilitate these tasks, this Service issued a Water Reuse Monitoring and Control Technical Instruction in June 2012.In order to test the e effectiveness of monitoring activities concerning water reuse after the issuance of the Technical Instruction, the results obtained from the inspection activities carried out in 2012 were compared with those obtained after the 2014 inspections.The results obtained show that the performance of inspections and the sending of reports to the Basin Organization have led to an increase in compliance with R.D. 1620/2007. All of the inspected plants have a self-control program in place. Furthermore, the number of inspected plants that perform analytical determinations with a frequency below that set by current regulations has decreased drastically. Una de las actividades básicas del Programa de Vigilancia y Control de Reutilización del Agua es la supervisión de los programas de autocontrol, que deben realizar los concesionarios que reutilizan el agua otorgada por el Organismo de Cuenca, en las Áreas de Salud gestionadas por el Servicio de Sanidad Ambiental, para comprobar el cumplimiento del anexo I del R.D. 1620/2007. Para facilitar estas tareas, este servicio elaboró en junio de 2012 una Instrucción Técnica para la Vigilancia y Control de la Reutilización del Agua.Con el fin de comprobar la eficacia de las actividades de vigilancia en materia de reutilización de aguas tras la elaboración de la instrucción técnica, se compararon los resultados obtenidos tras las actuaciones de inspección en 2012, con los obtenidos tras la inspecciones de 2014.Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la realización de inspecciones y remisión de informes al Organismo de Cuenca, ha incrementado el cumplimiento del R.D. 1620/2007. Todos los inspeccionados disponen de programa de autocontrol; el número de inspeccionados que realizan controles analíticos con frecuencia inferior a la normativa ha disminuido drásticamente. Uma das atividades básicas do Programa de Vigilância e Controlo de Reutilização da Água, da área de intervenção geográfica do Serviço de Saúde Ambiental da Região de Múrcia, é a supervisão do autocontrolo, para verificar a conformidade com o anexo I do R.D. 1620/2007, que devem realizar os concessionários que reutilizam água fornecida pela entidade gestora da bacia hidrográfica. Para facilitar estas tarefas, este serviço elaborou em junho de 2012 uma Instrução Técnica para a Vigilância e Controlo da Reutilização da Água.A fim de testar a eficácia das atividades de vigilância relativas à reutilização da água após o desenvolvimento da instrução técnica, compararam-se os resultados obtidos através das atividades de inspeção de 2012 com os obtidos através das actividades inspeção de 2014.Os resultados obtidos mostram que a realização de inspeções e envio de relatórios para a entidade gestora da bacia hidrográfica aumentou o cumprimento do R.D. 1620/2007. Todos os inspecionados dispõem de programa de autocontrolo; o número de inspecionados que realizam controlos analíticos com uma frequência inferior à legalmente estabelecida diminuiu drasticamente.

This research started from the necessity of instituting a physical therapy intervention program that would ensure the continuity of technical instruction in parallel with a correct and complete rehabilitation of the injured functions. The physical therapy intervention consisted in setting the short term objectives of physical therapy: reducing physical effort, diminishing the pain and the inflammatory process, increasing the range of motions in flexing the calf on the thigh (first without loading, then with loading the limb), strengthening the calf and thigh muscles (agonist and antagonist muscles), and rebuilding and increasing the antero-posterior stability of the knee, this last objective being the central element of the physical therapy intervention for consolidating the results obtained and preventing future injuries. From a technical standpoint, linked imitative performances were used (in-run – take-off – flight – landing positions), both from a fixed and from a moving position – on a wheel cart and on skis, then the training continued on a jumping hill, where there was an optimal ratio between the in-run speed, the length of the jump, and the landing surface. The results obtained at the Liberec Junior World Championship in January 2013 (19th position), the best Romanian result, confirms the success of this program.

Animation has an inherent advantage over static graphics when presenting dynamic content because its accurate and continuous depiction eliminates the need for mental animation. Simultaneously, animation has an inherent disadvantage because its transient nature requires more working memory resources to hold information elements temporarily active. This thesis has contended that for animation to be an effective instructional tool, its transiency must be controlled with an appropriate design to avoid overloading learners’ severely limited working memory and eroding any advantages animations may have in comparison with equivalent static representations. A tracing design that kept key information available as a trace throughout a sequence of displays was investigated as a method for reducing transience in animation. A total of five experimental studies compared relative instructional efficiency of animation (with and without pause/play feature) and equivalent static formats, each designed with either trace or no trace facilities, from a cognitive load perspective. The experimental materials presented dynamic electrical circuit operation to relatively inexperienced learners receiving training from a post-secondary technical education institution. As expected, in all the five studies, the tracing feature consistently reduced transience in the continuous animation format, resulting in this format to be either as efficient as any of the equivalent static formats or more efficient when the level of content complexity was within the learners’ current level of prior knowledge. Besides the tracing feature, a pause/play feature was also found to be able to reduce transience when incorporated into animation. With transience reduced by both tracing and pause/play effects, animations resulted in more efficient learning than their static equivalents when the level of content complexity was within the learners’ current level of prior knowledge. For relatively inexperienced learners who tended to use the pause/play feature in the animation infrequently, the tracing method compensated for reduced effect of this feature in managing transience. The main findings demonstrated that instructional animations can indeed be superior to static graphics when their transience is controlled with appropriate designs using pause/play or tracing features.

With respect to future environmental impact assessment different bottom trawls are presently investigated for their suitability for sampling the fish fauna in potential windpark areas asses. For this purpose the international Baltic Sea Trawl, the Box trawl, two different small beam trawls and small eel fykes were compared on a research cutter in June 2002. The best catchability with the highest abundance of demersal fish species and widest length distribution was obtained with the Box trawl. During another cruise in December 2002 the Box trawl was again compared with the Windpark trawl. As a result the Box trawl performed best, with regard to the overall catchability. However the Windpark Trawl is easier to handle under the conditions onboard small fishing cutters.
