The high-residual and bioaccumulation property of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) creates enormous risks towards the ecological environment and human health, promoting the research for smart adsorbents and detection methods. Herein, 2D hemin-bridged MOF nanozyme (2D-ZHM) was fabricated and applied to the efficient removal and ultrasensitive dual-mode aptasensing of OPs. On the one hand, the prepared 2D-ZHM contained Zr-OH groups with high affinity for phosphate groups, endowing it with selective recognition and high adsorption capacity for OPs (285.7 mg g−1 for glyphosate). On the other hand, the enhanced peroxidase-mimicking biocatalytic property of 2D-ZHM allowed rapid H2O2-directed transformation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine to oxidic product, producing detectable colorimetric or photothermal signals. Using aptamers of specific recognition capacity, the rapid quantification of two typical OPs, glyphosate and omethoate, was realized with remarkable sensitivity and selectivity. The limit of detections (LODs) of glyphosate were 0.004 nM and 0.02 nM for colorimetric and photothermal methods, respectively, and the LODs of omethoate were 0.005 nM and 0.04 nM for colorimetric and photothermal methods, respectively. The constructed dual-mode aptasensing platform exhibited outstanding performance for monitoring OPs in water and fruit samples. AbstractIn this paper, we focus on the solution of a class of monotone inclusion problems in reflexive Banach spaces. To reflect the geometry of the space and the operator, a more general proximal point iterative algorithm with Bregman divergence is proposed and some strong convergence results for the proposed scheme under standard assumptions are obtained. Meanwhile, the convex optimization problems and the critical point problems are studied in the applications, and the recovery of the sparse signal is simulated in the numerical experiments. According to international cancer data, breast cancer (BC) is the leading type of cancer in women. Although significant progress has been made in treating BC, metastasis and drug resistance continue to be the primary causes of mortality for many patients. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a dual role in vivo: normal levels can maintain the body's normal physiological function; however, high levels of ROS below the toxicity threshold can lead to mtDNA damage, activation of proto-oncogenes, and inhibition of tumor suppressor genes, which are important causes of BC. Differences in the production and regulation of ROS in different BC subtypes have important implications for the development and treatment of BC. ROS can also serve as an important intracellular signal transduction factor by affecting the antioxidant system, activating MAPK and PI3K/AKT, and other signal pathways to regulate cell cycle and change the relationship between cells and the activity of metalloproteinases, which significantly impacts the metastasis of BC. Hypoxia in the BC microenvironment increases ROS production levels, thereby inducing the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and forming "ROS- HIF-1α-ROS" cycle that exacerbates BC development. Many anti-BC therapies generate sufficient toxic ROS to promote cancer cell apoptosis, but because the basal level of ROS in BC cells exceeds that of normal cells, this leads to up-regulation of the antioxidant system, drug efflux, and apoptosis inhibition, rendering BC cells resistant to the drug. Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common systemic inflammatory disease resulting from the activation of trypsinogen by various incentives in ICU. The annual incidence rate is approximately 30 out of 100,000. Some patients may progress to severe acute pancreatitis, with a mortality rate of up to 40%. Therefore, the goal of this article is to explore the key genes for effective diagnosis and treatment of AP. The analysis data for this study were merged from two GEO datasets. 1357 DEGs were used for functional enrichment and cMAP analysis, aiming to reveal the pathogenic genes and potential mechanisms of AP, as well as potential drugs for treating AP. Importantly, the study used LASSO and SVM-RFE machine learning to screen the most likely AP occurrence biomarker for Prdx4 among numerous candidate genes. A receiver operating characteristic of Prdx4 was used to estimate the incidence of AP. The ssGSEA algorithm was employed to investigate immune cell infiltration in AP. The biomarker Prdx4 gene exhibited significant associations with a majority of immune cells and was identified as being expressed in NKT cells, macrophages, granulocytes, and B cells based on single-cell transcriptome data. Finally, we found an increase in Prdx4 expression in the pancreatic tissue of AP mice through immunohistochemistry. After treatment with recombinant Prdx4, the pathological damage to the pancreatic tissue of AP mice was relieved. Hot stamping of high-strength steel plays an increasingly important role as the demand for automotive lightweighting increases. However, the existing hot stamping process faces challenges such as a lack of digital monitoring, limited monitoring scope, unintuitive production data, and untimely analysis of production events. This paper proposes a framework for a hot stamping production monitoring system based on digital twin technology. By exploring key technologies, including finite state machine (FSM) modeling of the production process, collection, and storage of multi-source data, a digital twin monitoring system for the hot stamping line was developed by combining the data with virtual 3D equipment for multi-dimensional information integration. The system can visualize production information from multiple dimensions and reproduce the production process to analyze production events. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the digital twin system were verified through real-world scenarios, providing valuable insights for hot stamping production process monitoring. Urban waste management is vital for environmental protection and sustainable development. Understanding the characteristics and innovative paths of waste management systems in the Yangtze River Delta urban cluster is of significant importance. Analyzing 285 policies implemented from 2003 to 2022, the research employs methods like stage evolution text quantification and network structure analysis to reveal distinct characteristics of policy evolution in urban waste management. The study identifies a four-stage pattern of policy development: policy pilot stage, policy implementation stage, policy regulation stage, and policy dissemination stage. The findings highlight an increasing diversification of policy initiators and improvements in multisector collaboration. The central government plays a pivotal role in guiding urban waste management, while local governments follow suit through demonstration, indicating a preference for individual local autonomy over horizontal joint management. Conditionally replicating viruses (CRVs) are a safer option than attenuated vaccines and more effective than inactivated vaccines as they can activate the immune system, both innate and adaptive immune responses. Destabilizing domain fusion, proteolysis-targeting chimeras, and premature termination codon (PTC) read through are among the most promising strategies for CRVs. Targeted protein degradation technologies are more suitable for large-genome viruses and segmented RNA viruses. PTC read-through strategies have minimal possibility of influencing the functionality of the targeted virus and therefore may also perform well in small-genome viruses. Anticodon engineered tRNA technology makes PTC strategies more practical. Conditionally replicating viruses (CRVs) are a type of virus with one or more essential gene functions that are impaired resulting in the disruption of viral genome replication, protein synthesis, or virus particle assembly. CRVs can replicate only if the deficient essential genes are supplied. CRVs are widely used in biomedical research, particularly as vaccines. Traditionally, CRVs are generated by creating complementary cell lines that provide the impaired genes. With the development of biotechnology, novel techniques have been invented to generate CRVs, such as targeted protein degradation (TPD) technologies and premature termination codon (PTC) read-through technologies. The advantages and disadvantages of these novel technologies are discussed. Finally, we provide perspectives on what challenges need to be overcome for CRVs to reach the market. Resistance to 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) is still a primary setback to the success of colorectal cancer (CRC) chemotherapy. Transmembrane protein 97 (TMEM97) functions as an oncogene in CRC. However, the role and mechanism of TMEM97 in regulating 5‐FU resistance in CRC cells remains unclear. TMEM97 expression in CRC samples was analyzed by GEPIA and human protein atlas (HPA) databases. TMEM97, E‐cadherin, Vimentin, N‐cadherin, P‐glycoprotein (P‐gp), multidrug resistance‐associated protein 1 (MRP1)/ABCC1, ABCC2, and the changes of protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway were explored by western blot analysis. IC50 value for 5‐FU and cell viability was examined by MTT assay. Apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry. TMEM97 was highly expressed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) based on GEPIA and HPA databases. TMEM97 knockdown attenuated 5‐FU resistance in HCT116/R and SW480/R cells, as evidenced by the reduced IC50 value for 5‐FU and the increased apoptosis. TMEM97 knockdown suppressed epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT), expression of ATP‐binding cassette (ABC) transporters, and the Akt/mTOR pathway. Mechanistically, activation of Akt/mTOR pathway abolished the inhibitory effects of TMEM97 knockdown on 5‐FU resistance, EMT, and ABC transporter expression. Sepsis remains a critical concern in intensive care units due to its high mortality rate. Early identification and intervention are paramount to improving patient outcomes. In this study, we have proposed predictive models for early sepsis prediction based on time-series data, utilizing both CNN-Transformer and LSTM-Transformer architectures. By collecting time-series data from patients at 4, 8, and 12 h prior to sepsis diagnosis and subjecting it to various network models for analysis and comparison. In contrast to traditional recurrent neural networks, our model exhibited a substantial improvement of approximately 20%. On average, our model demonstrated an accuracy of 0.964 (± 0.018), a precision of 0.956 (± 0.012), a recall of 0.967 (± 0.012), and an F1 score of 0.959 (± 0.014). Furthermore, by adjusting the time window, it was observed that the Transformer-based model demonstrated exceptional predictive capabilities, particularly within the earlier time window (i.e., 12 h before onset), thus holding significant promise for early clinical diagnosis and intervention. Besides, we employed the SHAP algorithm to visualize the weight distribution of different features, enhancing the interpretability of our model and facilitating early clinical diagnosis and intervention. Purpose: Recent technological advancements in data acquisition tools allowed neuroscientists to acquire different modality data to diagnosis Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, how to fuse these enormous amount different modality data to improve recognizing rate and find significance brain regions is still challenging. Methods: The algorithm used multimodal medical images [structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI) and positron emission tomography (PET)] as experimental data. Deep feature representations of sMRI and PET images are extracted by 3D convolution neural network (3DCNN). An improved Transformer is then used to progressively learn global correlation information among features. Finally, the information from different modalities is fused for identification. A model-based visualization method is used to explain the decisions of the model and identify brain regions related to AD. Results: The model attained a noteworthy classification accuracy of 98.1% for Alzheimer's disease (AD) using the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset. Upon examining the visualization results, distinct brain regions associated with AD diagnosis were observed across different image modalities. Notably, the left parahippocampal region emerged consistently as a prominent and significant brain area. Conclusions: A large number of comparative experiments have been carried out for the model, and the experimental results verify the reliability of the model. In addition, the model adopts a visualization analysis method based on the characteristics of the model, which improves the interpretability of the model. Grassland has great potential for carbon sequestration; however, the relationship between carbon storage (CS) and greenhouse gas (GHG) budget and their influencing factors in the natural restoration process in grassland mining areas are rarely studied. In this study, taking Zhalainuoer mining area in Inner Mongolia as an example, the subsidence soil for 1-, 2-, 5-, 10-, and 15-year and non-subsidence soil were selected as the research objects to explore the relationship between CS and the GHG budget and their influencing factors. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between CS and the GHG budget. Soil organic carbon storage accounts for 99% of CS. CS is positively correlated with SOM and AP, and with the bacteria Entotheonellaeota. The GHG budget is mainly affected by CO2 emission, which is positively correlated with subsidence time, plant biomass, and coverage, negatively correlated with the bacteria Actinobacteriota and Deinococcota, and positively correlated with Cyanobacteria. In summary, soil plays a major role in storing carbon. Carbon sequestration is a physiological process produced by plants and organisms. Subsidence affects soil CS by changing soil properties and thus affecting its aboveground vegetation and soil microorganisms. This study investigates the changes in soil carbon storage following subsidence caused by mining activities. Although Zn‐ion batteries have gained extensive attention, it persistently suffers from uncontrolled dendrite growth and severe side reactions on zinc (Zn) anodes. Here, a spirally grown 3D ZnCo overlayer is designed on one side of commercial zinc foil by means of constant‐current electrodeposition to address these challenges. In contrast to Zn crystal planes, the ZnCo crystal planes mainly exposed to the side of the 3D spiral structure exhibit superior zincophilicity, promoting the bottom‐up layer‐by‐layer Zn growth. During plating, the surface of Zn metal with ZnCo overlayer (ZnCo) gradually becomes flat by constraining the diffusion behavior of Zn2+ ions. The resulting ZnCo–ZnCo cells demonstrate stable operation for over 620 h at a large current density of 5 mA cm−2. Furthermore, the ZnCo‐NH4V4O10 pouch cell delivers an initial capacity of 190 mA h g−1 and maintains a high capacity retention of 81% after 400 cycles. Canola is the second-largest cultivated oilseed crop in the world and produces meal consisting of about 35–40% proteins. Despite this, less than 1% of the global plant-based protein market is taken up by canola protein. The reason behind such underutilization of canola protein and its rapeseed counterpart could be the harsh conditions of the industrial oil extraction process, the dark colour of the meal, the presence of various antinutrients, the variability in the protein composition based on the source, and the different properties of the two major protein components. Although academic research has shown immense potential for the use of canola protein and its rapeseed counterpart in emulsion development and stabilization, there is still a vast knowledge gap in efficiently utilizing canola proteins as an effective emulsifier in the development of various emulsion-based foods and beverages. In this context, this review paper summarizes the last 15 years of research on canola and rapeseed proteins as food emulsifiers. It discusses the protein extraction methods, modifications made to improve emulsification, emulsion composition, preparation protocols, and emulsion stability results. The need for further improvement in the scope of the research and reducing the knowledge gap is also highlighted, which could be useful for the food industry to rationally select canola proteins and optimize the processing parameters to obtain products with desirable attributes. Against the backdrop of climate change, heat waves have become increasingly detrimental to cities. Urban morphology, a comprehensive reflection of material and non-material elements in the physical world, is closely related to environmental quality, thermal environment, population health, and other elements. From the perspective of urban morphological regions, this paper examines the characteristics of heat exposure, sensitivity, adaptability, and vulnerability of the main urban areas and its surrounding areas in Beijing, in combination with land surface temperature, air temperature, population characteristics, vegetation distribution, and other indicators. The results indicate that the built-up areas of Beijing are dominated by compact classes, making them most vulnerable to heat waves due to the unfavorable thermal environment, high population density, a large proportion of young and old people, and sparse vegetation cover. In contrast, the open low-rise class shows the highest adaptive capacity due to better economic condition of the population and high vegetation cover. This paper provides mitigation strategies from angles of morphology optimization and policy guidance, and suggests that the assessment and analysis of heat vulnerability based on urban morphology can provide a reference for climate changeoriented planning and design, and promote urban high-quality development and sustainable construction. Background: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of ultrasound-guided PENG (pericapsular nerve group) block and drug therapy with intravenous flurbiprofen for early analgesia in elderly patients with hip fractures after hospitalization. Methods: This is a single-center, observer-blinded, prospective, randomized, controlled trial. A total of 41 elderly patients (aged 60 or older) with hip fractures were enrolled in the current study. Patients were randomly assigned to two groups: Group P (ultrasound-guided PENG block, 20 mL of 0.375% ropivacaine) and Group F (intravenous flurbiprofen 50 mg). The primary outcome measure was the dynamic (passive straight leg raising 15°) NRS (numerical rating scale 0 to 10) pain scores at different time points. The secondary outcomes were the static NRS scores at different time points, the number of rescue analgesia sessions, patient satisfaction, and the incidence of complications. Results: Patients in the two groups had comparable baseline characteristics. The group P had lower dynamic and static NRS scores at 15 min, 30 min, 6 h, and 12 h after intervention (P<0.05) than the group F. The highest NRS pain scores in the group P were still lower than the NRS scores in the group F at 30 min-12 h (Group F: 5.57±1.54 vs. Group P: 3.00±1.12, P<0.001), and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12-24 h (Group F: 6.35±1.79 vs. Group P: 5.90±1.83, P>0.05). The group P had higher satisfaction scores (Group P: 9 (9,9) vs. Group F: 8 (7,8), P<0.001). There was no statistically significant difference in the number of rescue analgesics at 0-12 h or 12-24 h or the incidence of complications between the groups. Conclusions: Compared with intravenous flurbiprofen, ultrasound-guided PENG block provides better early analgesic effects in elderly patients with hip fractures, and a PENG block is safe for elderly patients with hip fractures after hospitalization. In this paper, two viscosity proximal type algorithms involving the superiorization method are presented for solving the split variational inclusion problems in real Hilbert spaces. Strong convergence theorems and bounded perturbation resilience analysis of the proposed algorithms are obtained under mild conditions. The split feasibility problems, the split minimization problems, and the variational inequality problems are concerned as the applications, and several numerical experiments are performed to show the efficiency and implementation of the proposed algorithms. Crystallization of organic steric molecules often leads to multiple polyhedral crystal morphologies. However, the relationships among the molecular structure, supramolecular interaction, aggregation mode and crystal morphology are still unclear. In this work, we elaborate two model crystals formed by spiro[fluorene‐9,9′‐xanthene] (SFX) and spiro[cyclopenta[1,2‐b : 5,4‐b′]dipyridine‐5,9′‐xanthene] (SDAFX) to demonstrate the feasibility of morphology prediction by periodic bond chain (PBC) theory based on interaction energy (IE) values in terms of single point energy. With non‐directional van der Waals forces, only one PBC direction is found in SFX crystal, leading to the irregular 1D rod‐like structure. Compared with SFX, the extra N heteroatoms in SDAFX can bring additional hydrogen bonds and some other interactions into the bulky molecular skeletons, inducing 3‐dimensionally oriented PBCs to form the explicit F‐face network in SDAFX which leads to the final octahedral structure. A simple and accurate method has been provided to quantify PBC vector on the supramolecular level in the organic molecular system, and the PBC theory has also been further demonstrated and developed in the morphology prediction of organic spiro‐molecules. The ovary is a highly susceptible organ to senescence, and granulosa cells (GCs) have a crucial role in oocyte development promotion and overall ovarian function maintenance. As age advances, GCs apoptosis and dysfunction escalate, leading to ovarian aging. However, the molecular mechanisms underpinning ovarian aging remain poorly understood. In this study, we observed a correlation between the age-related decline of fertility and elevated expression levels of miR-143-3p in female mice. Moreover, miR-143-3p was highly expressed in senescent ovarian GCs. The overexpression of miR-143-3p in GCs not only hindered their proliferation and induced senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) but also impeded steroid hormone synthesis by targeting ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 E3 (Ube2e3) and luteinizing hormone and human chorionic gonadotropin receptor (Lhcgr). These findings suggest that miR-143-3p plays a substantial role in senescence and steroid hormone synthesis in GCs, indicating its potential as a therapeutic target for interventions in the ovarian aging process. The Confucian philosophy of the Dao of due consideration 恕 (shu) and of "Do not impose upon others what you yourself do not desire " 己所不欲，勿施於人 undoubtedly involves the question of "others" and addresses the spiritual pursuit of individual equality, mutual agreement, and communality. Confucianism's theory of practice 工夫 (gongfu), while emphasizing the establishment and success of oneself, also requires the ability to make others established and successful. There are basically three paths for the virtuous subject to reach others: "taking what is near at hand as an analogy " 能近取譬 (neng jin qu pi), the "measure" 度 (duo) of considering other people's emotions on the basis of one's own emotions 將心比心 (jiang xin bi xin), and putting oneself in the place of others 推己及人 (tui ji ji ren). The present study, drawing on the long commentarial tradition, will fully explicate them as gongfu, that is, as concrete processes of moral practice, revealing the three paths of the Dao of due consideration from self to others, and interpreting them in relation to the dimension of the other in Confucian ethical philosophy. All three are unified and highly practical and are effective means of realizing Confucian benevolence 仁 (ren). They do not exist in a sequential ascending relationship. Through diligent moral practice, people can "help others to take their stand" 立人 (liren) and "help others to realize themselves" 達人 (daren) by following any one of the three types of gongfu. In this work, we consider the monotone inclusion problem in real Hilbert spaces and propose a simple inertial method that does not include any evaluations of the associated resolvent and projection. Under suitable assumptions, we establish the strong convergence of the method to a minimal norm solution. Saddle points of minimax problems and critical points problems are considered as the applications. Nitrocellulose is a typical nitro-energetic material that has been widely used in civil and military fields; however, its high flammability and explosibility have made it the main hazard factor in many industrial accidents. Understanding the thermal characteristics of this material is the basis for effective hazard control. Therefore, we investigated the thermal stability parameters of nitrocellulose by using multiple calorimetric techniques (thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, and adiabatic accelerating calorimetry). The Friedman, Flynn–Wall–Ozawa, Kissinger–Akahira–Sunose, Starink, and Vyazovkin thermokinetic methods were used to analyze the activation energy of nitrocellulose under different oxygen contents (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 21%). In addition, the mechanisms of thermal decomposition, adiabatic temperature rise, time to conversion limit, and self-accelerating decomposition temperature were determined. The results reveal that the thermal decomposition of nitrocellulose in a nitrogen atmosphere was a one-step autocatalytic reaction. The activation energy under different oxygen contents showed an "increase–stabilize–decrease" trend during thermal decomposition. Background: Information available to date regarding the pregnancy outcomes of intrauterine insemination (IUI) without ovarian stimulation (OS) in infertile patients with unilateral tubal occlusion remains scarce. The objectives of this study were to investigate for couples affected by unilateral tubal occlusion (diagnosed via hysterosalpingography (HSG)/transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (TVS RT-3D-HyCoSy)) and male infertility: (1) whether significant differences exist in pregnancy outcomes between IUI with or without OS cycles, and (2) whether the pregnancy outcomes of IUI without OS in women with unilateral tubal occlusion were similar to those of women with bilateral patent tubes. Methods: 258 couples affected by male infertility completed 399 IUI cycles. The cycles were divided into three groups: group A, IUI without OS in women with unilateral tubal occlusion; group B, IUI with OS in women with unilateral tubal occlusion; and group C, IUI without OS in women with bilateral patent tubes. The main outcome measures, including clinical pregnancy rate (CPR), live birth rate (LBR), and first trimester miscarriage rate, were compared between either groups A and B or groups A and C. Results: Although the number of dominant follicles > 16 mm were significantly higher in group B than that in group A (group B vs. group A: 1.6 ± 0.6 vs. 1.0 ± 0.2, P < 0.001), the CPR, LBR, and first trimester miscarriage rate were comparable between these two groups. When comparing group C to group A, the duration of infertility was significantly longer in group C than that in group A (group A vs. group C: 2.3 ± 1.2 (year) vs. 2.9 ± 2.1 (year), P = 0.017). Except for the first trimester miscarriage rate, which was significantly higher in group A (42.9%, 3/7) than that in group C (7.1%, 2/28) (P = 0.044), no significant differences were observed in the CPR and LBR in these two groups. After adjusting for female age, body mass index, and the duration of infertility, similar results were obtained between groups A and C. Conclusions: In couples affected by unilateral tubal occlusion (diagnosed via HSG/TVS RT-3D-HyCoSy) and male infertility, IUI without OS might be an alternative treatment strategy. However, when compared to patients with bilateral patent tubes, the patients with unilateral tubal occlusion showed a higher first trimester miscarriage rate following IUI without OS cycles. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new alternative step size algorithm without using projections and without prior knowledge of operator norms to the split equality fixed point problem for a class of quasi-pseudo-contractive mappings. Under appropriate conditions, weak and strong convergence theorems for the presented algorithms are obtained, respectively. The triangular Songpan‐Ganzi flysch terrane exposes a Triassic turbidite sequence with an average thickness of ca. 8 km. The sediments may have been accumulated in a remnant Paleo‐Tethyan ocean bounded by the converging North China, South China, and the Qiangtang terrane from three sides, or a back‐arc basin with an oceanic basement created during the Triassic closure of the Paleo‐Tethyan ocean. To differentiate the two competing models, we systematically reviewed the available provenance data that include U–Pb detrital zircon ages at the basin scale, paleocurrent directions, sandstone petrography, and heavy‐mineral assemblages from the Triassic Songpan‐Ganzi basin samples. We use the Kolmogorov–Smirnov tests to differentiate competing hypotheses for detrital‐zircon provenance interpretations and DZmix modelling to quantify relative contributions of detrital zircon from all potential source areas for the Triassic Songpan‐Ganzi deposits. The most important result of this work is that the Songpan‐Ganzi basin had a stable and locally derived source system: the western, central and eastern sub‐basins were mainly sourced from the north whereas the easternmost and southeastern sub‐basins were mainly sourced from westernmost South China (i.e., the Longmen Shan area) and the Qiangtang terrane. The stability of the source areas around the Songpan‐Ganzi basin throughout the Triassic is most compatible with the remnant ocean model that predicts a long‐lived marine basin with a pre‐Triassic oceanic/continental basement trapped between converging continental blocks during the Triassic. Background: Blastocyst developmental speed, morphological grading and patient age are associated with pregnancy outcomes of frozen-thawed cycles. This study aimed to compare the clinical and neonatal outcomes between poor-quality D5 blastocysts and good-quality D6 blastocysts stratified by patient age. Methods: A total of 1,623 cycles were divided into two groups: group A (n = 723) received one D5 poor-quality blastocyst; group B (n = 900) received one D6 good-quality blastocyst. Pregnancy and neonatal outcomes were compared among the four groups stratified by 35 years of age. Results: When patients were in the same age group, there was no significant difference in terms of age, body mass index, infertility duration, infertility type, fertilization method, proportion of endometrial preparation protocols, and endometrial thickness between D5 poor-quality and D6 high-quality blastocysts groups. Live birth rate of D5 poor-quality blastocysts was higher than that of D6 high-quality blastocysts for patients aged < 35 years (35.48% vs. 31.13%, p > 0.05), but there was no statistical difference. The same trend was showed for patients aged ≥ 35 years (29.09% vs. 21.28%, p > 0.05). Moreover, when patients were in the same age category, there was no significant difference in terms of gestational age, birth weight, birth height, and rates of preterm birth, low birth weight, and very low birth weight between groups A and B. Conclusions: The preferential selection of poor-quality D5 blastocysts for transfer compared to high-quality D6 blastocysts is recommended, especially for advanced age patients. Increased metabolic stress during early lactation results in damage of mitochondria and inflammatory responses in bovine mammary epithelial cells, both of which could be aggravated by inhibition of mitophagy. PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1)-mediated mitophagy is essential in the removal of damaged mitochondria and the regulation of inflammatory responses. The aim of the present study was to elucidate the role of PINK1-mediated mitophagy on mitochondrial damage and inflammatory responses in bovine mammary epithelial cells challenged with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Exogenous LPS activated mitophagy and led to lower protein abundance of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) complexes (COI–V) and lower oxygen consumption rate (OCR) along with increased mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (Mito-ROS) content. These effects were also associated with increased protein abundance of Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor containing pyrin domain 3 (NLRP3) in a time-dependent manner. Pretreatment with 3-Methyladenine (3-MA) or knockdown of PINK1 aggravated the downregulation of COI–V protein abundance, the increase in Mito-ROS content, and the protein abundance of NLRP3, Cleaved-Caspase-1 and IL-1β induced by LPS. Overexpression of PINK1 activated mitophagy and alleviated LPS-induced NLRP3 inflammasome activation by reducing Mito-ROS production. Objective: The aim of this paper is to provide a systematic review of research on physical exercise in real-world settings on executive function of typical children and adolescents. Methods: The CNKI, WOS, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SPORTDiscus databases were searched by computer. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of bias in the included literature. Statistical analysis was performed using frequency and percentage and the χ2 test. Results: A total of 49 articles was included. Acute (moderate intensity lasting 30–50 min) and long-term (interventions of moderate intensity of 30–50 min at least 3 times a week for 17 weeks or more) physical exercises in real-world settings have positive intervention effects on executive function. Furthermore, for acute interventions, closed skills are more efficient for inhibitory control, open skills are more efficient for working memory and cognitive flexibility, and open-continuous and closed-sequential skills are the most efficient; long-term interventions with open skills, sequential skills, and open-sequential skills are more effective. Conclusion: Physical exercise in real-world settings has a good promotion effect on typical children and adolescents, and motor skills with open and/or sequential attributes are more helpful in improving executive function. Despite US federal legislation mandates institutions to provide meaningful access and participation to students and families in educational settings, culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) families and caregivers of children in special education experience cultural and linguistic barriers. A Community Advisory Team (CAT) of parents, advocates, community interpreters and translators, researchers, and teachers explored CLD families' experiences and advocacy efforts. Critical bifocality and circuits of dispossession, privilege, and resistance informed the documentation of inequities and resistance to understand the linkages of structural arrangements of power. Focus groups with families (n = 21) speakers of Spanish, Portuguese, and Cantonese were conducted. Findings indicate perceived discrimination, poor and inadequate interpretation and translation services impact children's access to special education services, hinder family's communication with schools and reduce the perceptions of schools as trustworthy institutions. Families advocate relentlessly for their children and recommend schools listen to families and hire culturally and linguistically competent interpreters and translators. Recognizing and dismantling structural racism is at the core of the National Association of Social Work's (NASW) Code of Ethics and is also one of the Social Work Grand Challenges to tackle. Although increasing scholarly research has examined critical reflexive approaches to incorporate in the training of prospective anti-racist social work practitioners, scholars, and educators, limited research has examined narratives from social work students grappling with positionality and power structures of the profession. This article suggests unsettling reflexivity as a critical race pedagogy tool to disrupt and contest systems of power in social work education by presenting four critical autoethnographic narratives of graduate and doctoral social work students. The current theoretical analysis model for high-dimensional quantum key distribution (QKD) was developed without carefully considering the dead time and after-pulse of the single-photon detectors. Here, we propose a new model that accounts for these two effects. With this model, we analyze the effects of various properties of the single-photon detector on the performance of the high-dimensional quantum key distribution and show numerically that the high-dimensional quantum key distribution can be achieved up to 180 km with InGaAs/InP-type single-photon detectors. This work can improve our understanding of the factors that determine the performance of high-dimensional quantum key distribution and will help to promote the application of single-photon detectors based on avalanche photodiodes in high-dimensional quantum key distribution. Background: The aim of this study is to evaluate analgesic efficacy of pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block in patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture (IFF). Methods: This double-blinded randomized controlled trial in patients with IFF scheduled for proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) between December 2020 and November 2021. The primary outcome was VAS scores during exercising at 6 h after surgery; secondary outcomes were pain during exercising and rest, intraoperative dose of remifentanil, cumulative dose of postoperative fentanyl, postoperative analgesia satisfaction scores, and ratio of quadriceps weakness. Results: A total of 50 patients were randomly divided into PENG block group (n = 25) or fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB) group (n = 25). Exercising VAS scores at 6 h after surgery were significantly lower in PENG block group than that in FICB group (2 (2, 4) vs. 6 (4, 7), P < 0.001). The intraoperative dose of remifentanil and cumulative dose of postoperative fentanyl by patient-controlled intravenous analgesia within 24 h after surgery in PENG block group were significantly lower than in FICB group (both P < 0.001). Postoperative analgesia satisfaction scores in PENG block group were significantly higher than those in FICB group (P = 0.016). The ratio of quadriceps weakness at 6 h after surgery was significantly higher in FICB group than PENG block group (48% vs. 0%, P < 0.001). Patients: The clinical data and survival outcomes of 172 patients with advanced NSCLC treated with osimertinib following frontline EGFR-TKIs at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. T790M mutations were detected using tissue sequencing and/or liquid biopsy. Results: A total of 172 EGFR-mutated NSCLC patients treated with frontline EGFR-TKI therapy followed by later-line osimertinib were enrolled in the current study and divided into three groups based on the T790M status (positive, negative, or unknown T790M). Patients with NSCLC harboring acquired T790M mutation treated with osimertinib had the best objective response rate (ORR) (52.6%, 25.0%, and 32.0%, p = 0.044), disease control rate (DCR) (79.3%, 41.7%, and 68.0%, p = 0.011), and progression-free survival (PFS, median PFS, 12.6, 3.1, 10.4 months, p = 0.001) among the three groups (positive, negative, and unknown T790M, respectively). However, a marked difference was found between positive and negative T790M mutations but not between positive and unknown T790M mutations. Univariate analysis was performed to identify potential prognostic factors for PFS in 172 patients treated with osimertinib. Lung metastasis (p < 0.001), brain metastasis (p < 0.009), number of metastatic sites (p < 0.001), PFS with frontline EGFR-TKIs (p = 0.03), and T790M status (p = 0.006) were identified as prognostic factors for PFS with osimertinib. Multivariate analysis showed that lung metastasis (p < 0.001) and PFS with frontline EGFR-TKIs and T790M status were independent prognostic factors. Conclusion: This study confirmed the greater efficacy of later-line osimertinib for NSCLC with acquired T790M mutation than for NSCLC without acquired T790M mutation. Background: With the promotion of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, cervical cancer has become a current research hotspot, and lncRNA has been confirmed to be used in the research of different diseases. This article systematically expounds the regulation and potential mechanisms of HOXA cluster antisense RNA 3 (HOXA‐AS3) in cervical cancer, and discusses its possibility as a prognostic biomarker for cervical cancer. Methods: Relative expression levels of HOXA‐AS3 and miR‐29a‐3p in tissues and cells were determined by real‐time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR). The survival of cervical cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan–Meier method and the cumulative survival function table was drawn. The proliferation, migration, and invasion levels of HOXA‐AS3 in cells were detected according to cell counting kit‐8 (CCK‐8) and transwell method. The dual‐luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed the mechanism of action between HOXA‐AS3 and miR‐29a‐3p. Results: HOXA‐AS3 was elevated and miR‐29a‐3p was decreased in tissues and cells of cervical cancer patients. Knockdown of HOXA‐AS3 could inhibit the progression of cervical cancer and was more conducive to patient survival. Bioinformatics analysis confirmed that HOXA‐AS3 negatively regulates cervical cancer development by sponging miR‐29a‐3p. Conclusion: In this research, knockdown of HOXA‐AS3 could alleviate the process of cervical cancer by sponging miR‐29a‐3p, suggesting that HOXA‐AS3 may be a potential prognostic target of cervical cancer, which could provide a theoretical basis for future clinical research of cervical cancer. Aiming at the problems of style loss and lack of content in the style transfer of Chinese art works, this paper puts forward the style transfer technology of Chinese art works based on the dual channel deep learning model. On the basis of clarifying the technical principle of style transfer of art works, the image of art works is controlled and transformed based on the u-net network. The incomplete information in the restored image is filled, and the multiscale classification feature is used to calculate the color feature data items in the image. The sensitivity coefficient of color difference is calculated by using constraints, and the overlapping color discrimination and image segmentation of art images are realized. Poisson image editing is used to constrain the image spatial gradient to realize the style migration of art works. The experimental results show that this method can effectively avoid the problems of content error, distortion, and distortion in the process of art style migration, and has a better style migration effect. The purpose of this study is to study the application of composite NanoBone transplantation in patients with limb replantation and the application of massage exercise rehabilitation training in patients with limb replantation. The methods used in this paper are: consulting the literature to understand the composite NanoBone transplantation technology and massage exercise rehabilitation training methods, interviewing the patients and attending doctors, and asking about the selection method of experiment and questionnaire used in the paper, so as to carry out the questionnaire survey. The treatment group and the control group were set up to analyze the results. The results showed that there were no significant differences in T lymphocyte subsets, serum complement, and circulating immune complex in the replantation of amputated limbs. Combined with the clinical manifestations and pathological results, early rejection occurred, and the body temperature of the patients increased after clinical treatment; The characteristics of massage are not practical, the course of treatment is short, the effect is fast, the clinical operation is simple, easy to grasp, and has high clinical application and promotion value. The final test results showed that: comparing the two groups of patients before treatment, the VAS scores were 23% and 21%, respectively, and the treatment group scores were 23% and 21%, respectively. After treatment, the VAS scores of the test group and the control group were 29 % and 27%, respectively. The treatment group scored 2% higher than the control group. In nature, orchid seed germination and seedling development depend on compatible mycorrhizal fungi. Mycorrhizal generalist and specificity affect the orchid distribution and rarity. Here, we investigated the specificity toward fungi in the rare D. huoshanense by mycorrhizal fungal isolation and symbiotic germination in vitro. Twenty mycorrhizal fungal strains were isolated from the roots of adult Dendrobium spp. (six and 12 strains from rare D. huoshanense and widespread D. officinale, respectively, and two strains from D. nobile and D. moniliforme, respectively) and 13 strains belong to Tulasnellaceae and seven strains belong to Serendipitaceae. Germination trials in vitro revealed that all 20 tested fungal strains can stimulate seed germination of D. huoshanense, but only nine strains (~ 50%) can support it up to the seedling stage. This finding indicates that generalistic fungi are important for early germination, but only a few can maintain a symbiosis with host in seedling stage. Thus, a shift of the microbial community from seedling to mature stage probably narrows the D. huoshanense distribution range. In addition, to further understand the relationship between the fungal capability to promote seed germination and fungal enzyme activity, we screened the laccase and pectase activity. The results showed that the two enzymes activities of fungi cannot be directly correlated with their germination-promoting activities. Understanding the host specificity degree toward fungi can help to better interpret the limited geographic distribution of D. huoshanense and provides opportunities for in situ and ex situ conservation and reintroduction programs. Background. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality due to its repetitive remission and relapse. The Jian-Wei-Yu-Yang (JW) formula has a historical application in the clinic to combat gastrointestinal disorders. The investigation aimed to explore the molecular and cellular mechanisms of JW. Methods. 2% dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) was diluted in drinking water and given to mice for 5 days to establish murine models of experimental colitis, and different doses of JW solution were administered for 14 days. Network pharmacology analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) were utilized to predict the therapeutic role of JW against experimental colitis and colitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC). 16S rRNA sequencing and untargeted metabolomics were conducted using murine feces. Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, and wound healing experiments were performed to confirm the molecular mechanisms. Results. (1) Liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry was utilized to confirm the validity of the JW formula. The high dose of JW treatment markedly attenuated DSS-induced experimental colitis progression, and the targets were enriched in inflammation, infection, and tumorigenesis. (2) The JW targets were related to the survival probability in patients with colorectal cancer, underlying a potential therapeutic value in CRC intervention. (3) Moreover, the JW therapy successfully rescued the decreased richness and diversity of microbiota, suppressed the potentially pathogenic phenotype of the gut microorganisms, and increased cytochrome P450 activity in murine colitis models. (4) Our in vitro experiments confirmed that the JW treatment suppressed caspase3-dependent pyroptosis, hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF1α), and interleukin-1b (IL-1b) in the colon; facilitated the alternative activation of macrophages (Mφs); and inhibited tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα)-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in intestinal organoids (IOs). The JW capsule attenuated the progression of murine colitis by a prompt resolution of inflammation and bloody stool and by re-establishing a microbiome profile that favors re-epithelization and prevents carcinogenesis. Electronic textiles have been regarded as the basic building blocks for constructing a new generation of wearable electronics. However, the electronization of textiles often changes their original properties such as color, softness, glossiness, or flexibility. Here a rapid room‐temperature fabrication method toward conductive colorful threads and fabrics with Ag‐coated Cu (Cu‐Ag) nanonets is demonstrated. Cu–Ag core–shell nanowires are produced through a one‐pot synthesis followed by electroless deposition. According to the balance of draining and entraining forces, a fast dip‐withdraw process in a volatile solution is developed to tightly wrap Cu–Ag nanonets onto the fibers of thread. The modified threads are not only conductive, but they also retain their original features with enhanced mechanical stability and dry‐wash durability. Furthermore, various e‐textile devices are fabricated such as a fabric heater, touch screen gloves, a wearable real‐time temperature sensor, and warm fabrics against infrared thermal dissipation. Background. Existing antipsychotic medications may alleviate the majority of patients' symptoms, but they have no discernible impact on improving social function and quality of life. Psychotherapy is required for the treatment of schizophrenia. However, contemporary psychotherapy technology intervention techniques are limited to a single intervention, and there is a lack of holistic and complete intervention approaches. Social cognition and interaction training is a comprehensive therapy strategy that has been employed in clinical practice; however, the therapeutic efficacy has been inconsistently reported. As a result, we included controlled clinical trials for meta-analysis in order to carefully assess the efficacy of this therapy. Methods. This meta-analysis searched all RCT literatures related to social cognitive interaction training (SCIT) published before April 2022 and assessed the effect of this method in the treatment of schizophrenia. The data in the literatures were combined, and the standardized mean difference (SMD) and mean difference (MD) with 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were calculated to predict the negative symptom score, positive symptom score, PANSS score, and social function score of the patients after treatment. Results. 14 RCT studies including 1167 inpatients with schizophrenia were included in this study using a retrospective observational study method, including 590 patients treated with SCIT and 577 patients treated with treatment as usual (TAU). The pooled analysis showed that patients after SCIT had lower negative symptom scores (SMD = − 1.66 , 95% CI (-2.32, -1.00), P < 0.0001), lower positive symptom scores (MD = − 4.03 , 95% CI (-7.69, -0.36), P = 0.03), lower PANSS total scores (MD = − 6.33 , 95% CI (-12.43, -0.23), P = 0.02), and higher social functioning scores (SMD = 0.77 , 95% CI (0.34, 1.20), P < 0.001) than those after TAU. Conclusion. Our findings support that SCIT is helpful to improve the relief of symptoms and the improvement of social function in patients with schizophrenia, providing a basis for the application of SCIT in hospitalized patients and community patients, and can guide the treatment and intervention of patients with schizophrenia. Background: Immunoscore from tumor tissues was initially established to evaluate the prognosis of solid tumor patients. However, the feasibility of circulating immune score (cIS) for the prognosis of advanced gastrointestinal cancers (AGC) has not been reported. Material and methods: Peripheral venous blood was collected from 64 untreated AGC patients. We utilized flow cytometry to determine several immune cell subpopulations, including CD8+ and CD4+ T cells, NK cells, and CD4 + CD25 + CD127low Tregs. The circulating immune score 1 (cIS1) was assessed according to the proportions of CD4+, CD8+ T cells, and NK cell, whereas circulating immune score 2 (cIS2) was derived from the proportions of CD4+, CD8+ T cell, and CD4 + CD25 + CD127low Tregs. The prognostic role of cIS for progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) was analyzed using Kaplan–Meier curves and Cox multivariate models. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were depicted to compare the prognostic values of cIS1 and cIS2. Results: AGC patients with high cIS1(≥ 2) and cIS2(≥ 2) had significantly longer PFS (cIS1: median PFS, 11 vs. 6.7 months, P = 0.001; cIS2: 12 vs. 5.8 months, P < 0.0001) and OS (cIS1: median OS, 12 vs. 7.9 months, P = 0.0004; cIS2: 12.8 vs. 7.4 months, P < 0.0001) than those with low cIS1 and low cIS2. The areas under ROC curves (AUROCs) of cIS1 and cIS2 for OS were 0.526 (95% confidence interval; 95% CI 0.326–0.726) and 0.603 (95% CI 0.427–0.779, P = 0.332), whereas AUROC of cIS2 for PFS was larger than that of cIS1 0.735 (95% CI 0.609–0.837) vs 0.625 (95% CI 0.495–0.743) (P = 0.04)). Given the characters of "Silent killer", epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) usually suffered late diagnosis and poor prognosis. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the prognostic significance of ASMTL-AS1 in EOC and investigated the effect of lncRNA ASMTL-AS1 dysregulation on tumor cellular function. ASMTL-AS1 expression was analyzed in 133 EOC tissues and five kinds of cell lines by RT-qPCR. The expression of ASMTL-AS1 was tested for correlation with clinical data using the chi-square test and clinical follow-up using Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank test. Further, the prognostic parameters in predicting EOC overall survival were assessed by using multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis. In vitro assays, including MTT assay and transwell assay, were conducted using EOC cell lines with overexpression of ASMTL-AS1. In tumorous tissues and cell lines, ASMTL-AS1 was lowly expressed compared with normal ones. This downregulation was associated with the advanced FIGO stage, positive ascites cytology, and lymph node. In particular, low levels of ASMTL-AS1 were revealed to have a high prognostic impact on EOC. ASMTL-AS1 overexpression strongly decreased cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro partly by moderating miR-1228-3p. This study demonstrates a significant role for lowly expressed ASMTL-AS1 in EOC allowing for the prediction of prognosis for EOC. The tectonic transition from oceanic subduction to continental collision is a fundamental process during orogenesis. Yet, the nature of this transition and its deep geodynamic processes for the southern Tibetan Plateau remain contentious. This study presents zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes, whole-rock geochemistry, and Sr Nd isotopes for a quartz diorite intrusion and bimodal dykes from Dagze, combined with compiled data from the southern Lhasa subterrane, to reveal the geodynamic processes of late-stage of Neo-Tethyan subduction. Most of Dagze samples were emplaced between 66 and 64 Ma, while muscovite granite aplite dykes were emplaced between 64 and 60 Ma. They exhibit relatively uniform, depleted Sr Nd isotopes, with ε Nd (t) values ranging from +2.2 to +4.0, positive zircon ε Hf (t) values, and young depleted mantle model ages. Both exhibit compositional characteristics of subduction-related arc magma, marked by the enrichment of large ion lithophile elements and the depletion of high field strength elements. The mafic dykes with relatively low SiO 2 , high MgO, Cr, Ni, possibly originated from a fluid-metasomatized depleted mantle. The quartz diorite intrusion with low MgO, Cr, and Ni was generated by partial melting of sub-arc lithospheric mantle and experienced subsequent fractional crystallization of amphibole, clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene. The granitic dykes originated from partial melting of Gangdese juvenile crust and experienced fractional crystallization dominated by plagioclase. We suggest that the slab rollback and continental collision conjointly controlled the evolution of the latest Cretaceous to Paleocene Himalayan–Tibetan orogeny. Slab rollback of Neo-Tethys commenced around 70 Ma, triggering the partial melting of depleted mantle and juvenile crust, and this process resulted in the formation of Dagze diorites and bimodal dykes with arc affinity. • Diorite intrusion and mafic dykes originated from a fluid-metasomatized depleted mantle. • Granitic dykes originated from Gangdese juvenile crust and experienced fractional crystallization. • Slab rollback of the Neo-Tethys oceanic slab commenced around 70 Ma. In insects, vision is crucial in finding host plants, but its role in nocturnal insects is largely unknown. Vision involves responses to specific spectra of photon wavelengths and opsins plays an important role in this process. Long-wavelength sensitive opsin (LW opsin) and blue-sensitive opsin (BL opsin) are main visual opsin proteins and play important in behavior regulation.We used CRISPR/Cas9 technology to mutate the long-wavelength-sensitive and blue wavelength-sensitive genes and explored the role of vision in the nocturnal invasive pest Tuta absoluta. Light wave experiments revealed that LW2 (−/−) and BL (−/−) mutants showed abnormal wavelength tropism. Both LW2 and BL mutations affected the preference of T. absoluta for the green environment. Mutations in LW2 and BL are necessary to inhibit visual attraction. The elimination of LW2 and BL affected the preference of leaf moths for green plants, and mutations in both induced a preference in moths for white plants. Behavioral changes resulting from LW2 (−/−) and BL (−/−) mutants were not affected by sense of smell, further supporting the regulatory role of vision in insect behavior. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to reveal that vision, not smell, plays an important role in the host-seeking behavior of nocturnal insects at night, of which LW2 and BL opsins are key regulatory factors. Background: Gait disturbances may appear prior to cognitive dysfunction in the early stage of silent cerebrovascular disease (SCD). Subtle changes in gait characteristics may provide an early warning of later cognitive decline. Our team has proposed a vision-based artificial intelligent gait analyzer for the rapid detection of spatiotemporal parameters and walking pattern based on videos of the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between gait features assessed by our artificial intelligent gait analyzer and cognitive function changes in patients with SCD.Methods: This will be a multicenter prospective cohort study involving a total of 14 hospitals from Shanghai and Guizhou. One thousand and six hundred patients with SCD aged 60-85 years will be consecutively recruited. Eligible patients will undergo the intelligent gait assessment and neuropsychological evaluation at baseline and at 1-year follow-up. The intelligent gait analyzer will divide participant into normal gait group and abnormal gait group according to their walking performance in the TUG videos at baseline. All participants will be naturally observed during 1-year follow-up period. Primary outcome are the changes in Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score. Secondary outcomes include the changes in intelligent gait spatiotemporal parameters (step length, gait speed, step frequency, step width, standing up time, and turning back time), the changes in scores on other neuropsychological tests (Montreal Cognitive Assessment, the Stroop Color Word Test, and Digit Span Test), falls events, and cerebrovascular events. We hypothesize that both groups will show a decline in MMSE score, but the decrease of MMSE score in the abnormal gait group will be more significant.Conclusion: This study will be the first to explore the relationship between gait features assessed by an artificial intelligent gait analyzer and cognitive decline in patients with SCD. [Purpose/Significance] Wheat is one of the most important crops in the world, and its development of genetic and breeding technology plays an important role in the guarantee of global food security. Study about the patents of global wheat genetic and breeding technology as a new research field has a great significance on wheat yield and quality. [Method/Process] Patent analysis is used to filter, count and analyze relevant patent documents and convert them into usable information. During the development of wheat genetic breeding technology, a large volume of patent data have been generated. After data cleaning, 4 914 patents were obtained, of which 99.5% were invention patents and 0.5% were utility model patents. By using the methods of patent analysis and standardized data analysis, this paper performs statistical analysis on the patent documents published since 1977 collected from PatSnap database. Insights patent analysis system is used as a tool for patent analysis and valuation. The technical status, researching hotspots and developing trend of wheat genetic and breeding patents in the world can be studied from these following aspects, such as total number and trend of applied patents, distributions of countries' or regions' patents, technology composition, hot topics and patent value. [Results/Conclusions] The results showed the overall development trend of the global wheat genetic breeding technology patents, the research hotspots and the technology distribution and pattern. The research of global wheat genetic and breeding technology is gradually approaching the maturity stage; the growth trend of China's patent application is in the same line with the global patent application, and China has become the world's largest country of patent applicant. The large multinational companies are active institutions in this field, while Chinese applicants are mainly universities and research institutions. The research of disease resistance gene, herbicide resistance and insecticide resistance, molecular marker-assisted breeding, transgenic wheat are the hot technical topics at present; the main technology composition of wheat genetic and breeding technology patent in China is basically consistent with the global situation, but the technical emphasis has slightly difference. In this field China has been in line with the global technology strategy. High-value patents are mainly in the hands of large multinationals; the distribution of China's patent technology should break the regional limitations and take the initiative to participate in the global technological competition. Nonlinear operator theory is an important area of nonlinear functional analysis. This area encompasses diverse nonlinear problems in many areas of mathematics, the physical sciences and engineering such as monotone operator equations, fixed point problems and more. In this work we are concern with the problem of finding a common solution of a monotone operator equation and fixed point of a nonexpansive mapping in real Hilbert spaces. Derived from dynamical systems, a simple inertial forward-backward splitting method for solving the problem is presented and analyzed under mild and standard assumptions. In recent decades, many serious respiratory infections have broken out all over the world, including SARS-CoV, MERS, and COVID-19. They are characterized by strong infectivity, rapid disease progression, high mortality, and poor prognosis. Excessive immune system activation results in cytokine hypersecretion, which is an important reason for the aggravation of symptoms, and can spread throughout the body leading to systemic multiple organ dysfunction, namely, cytokine release syndrome (CRS). Although many diseases related to CRS have been identified, the mechanism of CRS is rarely mentioned clearly. This review is intended to clarify the pathogenetic mechanism of CRS in the deterioration of related diseases, describe the important signaling pathways and clinical pathophysiological characteristics of CRS, and provide ideas for further research and development of specific drugs for corresponding targets to treat CRS.
