application/pdf, 本研究では、前稿「保安職業従事者とその家族へのソーシャルワークに関する試論（１）（２）」に引き続き､保安職業従事者（特に自衛官）とその家族を対象としたソーシャルワークに関し、NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, & Their Families を題材に論考を行った｡その結果､彼らへのソーシャルワークの展開に際しては､アメリカのMilitary Social Workの知見を参考としながらも、わが国独自の理論構築を行う必要があることを指摘した。また、その際に彼らを取り巻く環境要因としての「国内･国際情勢」「組織」「任務」の影響と、彼らの身体的・心理的・社会的側面に影響を及ぼす「職業文化」の特性に関する視点を保有したソーシャルワークの展開が必要であることを提言した。, In this research, a study was carried out using the "NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, Veterans & Their Families" to examine social work, specifically in regard to Security workers (particularly Self-Defense Force Members) and their families, and continues the work of the previous manuscript: "A Consideration of Social Work for Security Workers and their families (1). (2)". As a result, when developing social work for them, it was pointed out that it is necessary to build our own theory based on the knowledge of Military Social Work in the United States. In doing so, the conclusion has been met that in the development of military social work, not only is it necessary employ the acquisition of the ethics / values inherent to the field of study, but also the knowledge/skills in the development process. application/pdf, 本研究は、「職業生活」の場におけるソーシャルワークに関し、昨今の我が国の状況を鑑み、特に「保安職業従事者」の中でも自衛官とその家族を研究対象とした。そこで、米国におけるMilitary Social Workの概要ならびにMilitary Social Workerの養成課程等の現況を把握することで明らかとなった、Military Social Workの展開に際して必要とされる知識･技術等の、我が国における活用の可能性と展望について試論を展開した。なお、本研究は3部構成であり、本稿ではMilitary Social Workの概要ならびにNASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Services, Vetarans, & Tehir Familiesの部分的な整理を行うことにより、保安職業従事者（特に自衛官）とその家族を対象とした「職業生活」の場におけるソーシャルワークを展開するにあたり、彼らが所属する職業集団の環境とその特徴ならびに業務の固有性等を十分に把握・理解・尊重する必要があることが明らかとなった。, This study relates to the social work in the workplace which is gradually being put into practice and having its research results confirmed in our country. Taking into account our country's recent circumstances, the study focused particularly on social work aimed at defense industry workers, and Self Defense Forces members and their families above all. Specifically, it develops a tentative proposal regarding the possibility and prospects for our country to make practical use of the expertise necessary to develop Military Social Work, which has been made clear by understanding the United States' Military Social Work outline, and the present condition of Military Social Workers' training. A practical training method using an Engine Room Simulator(ERS) has been introduced as an effective training for the students of marine engineering course at maritime institutions, especially, since the adoption of 1995 amendment to the STCW Convention. The authors have introduced the STCW Convention and Codes, the contents of IMO Model courses 2.07 and the Standard for certification of ERSs by Det Norske Veritas. In this paper, the current state of training using ERSs in Japan and overseas is compared, and the directivity and possibility of educational training using ERSs is discussed.

International audience; In recent years, the rate of aged people is continuously increasing in Japan: in ten years, around 30% of the Japanese population will be aged more than 65 years old. These people often need some help from caretakers, and this causes a problem for the caretakers: it takes a very big burden for caretakers, for example, to lift people from their bed, when they need to go to toilets. So, a system to help caretakers would be needed: This is a master-slave unit exoskeleton, which helps the caretaker while loading the patient. It is moved by a Hydraulic Bilateral Servo system, whose master cylinders are moved by servo-motors. Presently, the conceptions of the body and hardware are finished. We are developing the servo-loop system and the driving software for the system, and more specially the pulse generation software for the motor of the master part of the exoskeleton. We will be able to discuss about the driving of the entire robotic-type exoskeleton system with a computer, through a PCMCIA interface system.

This study aimed at developing the Job Stress Scale - Revised version (JSS-R) with reference to stressor, stress reactions, and coping scales. We tested reliability and validity of JSS-R on 9,548 employees of three different companies. The reliability of these scales were examined by αreliability coefficients, that revealed high internal consistencies(α = .71~.90). Confirmatory factor analyses showed good fitness between data and scales. The cross validity of these scales was confirmed by promax rotated factor analyses: The component items belonged in same factors among the three different companies'.
