The photodissociation dynamics of the hydrogen sulfide cation (H2S+) (X2B1) were investigated using the time-sliced velocity map ion imaging technique. S+ (4Su) product images were measured at four photolysis wavelengths around 393.70 nm, corresponding to the excitation of the H2S+ (X2B1) cation to the A2A1 (0, 8, 0) state. The raw images and the derived total kinetic energy releases (TKERs) spectra exhibited partial rotational resolution for the H2 products. A sensitive dependence on the photolysis wavelength was observed in the TKER spectra and anisotropy parameters. Within a narrow excitation energy range of ∼12 cm−1, the H2 products showed two distinct rotational excitations. Furthermore, clear differences in anisotropy parameters were observed. These phenomena indicate that the rotational excitation of the H2S+ ions plays a role in the non-adiabatic photodissociation dynamics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Almost 70% grandparents play important roles in the parenting of grandchildren in China. Although several studies have investigated the influence of grandparenting on children, few studies have taken the mutual impacts between parental and grandparental caregivers on children into account. The present study investigated the different associations of mother's and grandmother's parental control (psychological and behavioral control), mother-child attachment, grandmother-child attachment, and child depressive symptoms between paternal and maternal groups from 201 grandparenting families. Results of mediating effect indicated the different associations between groups. In paternal group, significant crossover effect was shown in the association between paternal grandmother's psychological control and mother-child attachment; mother's psychological control and behavioral control were indirectly associated with child depressive symptoms through mother-child attachment. In maternal group, we did not find the same crossover effect as in paternal group, but maternal grandmother's psychological control was indirectly associated with child depressive symptoms through maternal grandmother-child attachment. Migrant children have greatly increased in number due to the China's urbanization and migrant children with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) symptoms are at high risk of conduct problems. The present study aimed to examine the relationship between parental depression and conduct problems among Chinese migrant children with ODD symptoms, and to investigate whether parent-child closeness and parent-child conflict mediated and child emotion regulation moderated the linkage. Totally, 370 parents of migrant children who met the DSM-IV-TR diagnosis of ODD symptoms from 10 elementary schools participated in the study. Their class master teachers were included as well. Results revealed that parental depression was positively associated with conduct problems of migrant children with ODD symptoms. Both parent-child closeness and conflict partially mediated the link between parental depression and child conduct problems, while the mediating role of parent-child conflict was stronger. Child emotion regulation moderated the association between parental depression and parent-child closeness. Specifically, for children with low level, but not high, of emotion regulation, parental depression was negatively related to parent-child closeness. Simple Summary: Progress in passion fruit virus research has identified infections caused by Potyvirus, Begomovirus and other viruses, as well as genome sequences of major viruses such as PaVY, TeMV and BYMV, using molecular biology techniques. The transmission, infection cycle, and pathogenesis of these viruses have been elucidated. Virus control strategies include the use of resistant species, RNA interference, physical barriers, and chemotherapy. The focus of this review is on the impact of viruses on fruit quality, the importance of control measures for yield and quality, and the development of more effective prevention and control strategies. Passiflora edulis, also known as passion fruit, is celebrated for its rich nutritional content, distinctive flavour, and significant medicinal benefits. At present, viral diseases pose a major challenge to the passion fruit industry, affecting both the production and quality of the fruit. These diseases impede the sustainable and healthy growth of the passion fruit sector. In recent years, with the expansion of P. edulis cultivation areas, virus mutations, and advances in virus detection technology, an increasing number of virus species infecting P. edulis have been discovered. To date, more than 40 different virus species have been identified; however, there are different strains within the same virus. This poses a challenge for the control and prevention of P. edulis virus disease. Therefore, this review discusses the different types of viruses and their characteristics, modes of transmission, and effects on the growth of the passion fruit plant, as well as the mechanisms of virus generation and preventive measures, with the hope that these discussions will provide a comprehensive understanding of and countermeasures for viruses in passion fruit. This study aimed to understand the current state of adolescent mental health, explore the mediating effect of bullying victimization and resilience in the relationship between adolescent family functioning and mental health, and investigate gender differences in this association. A total of 4319 students (2347 boys and 1972 girls) completed the questionnaire. Mediating effects were analyzed using the framework of structural equation modeling and bootstrapping. The results revealed that family functioning is significantly associated with adolescent mental health, and that bullying victimization and resilience have significant independent and chain mediating effects on this relationship. Multiple group analysis revealed that the independent mediating role of resilience was more significant for male adolescents. Furthermore, the chain-mediated effects of bullying victimization and resilience were observed only in the relationship between family functioning and mental health in male adolescents. To improve the mental health of adolescents, special attention should be given to the impact of family life on adolescents' school life. Early detection and intervention for adolescents with poor family functioning are also important to effectively prevent bullying victimization and reduce the emergence of mental health problems. Excitation of vibration plays an important role in the photodissociation dynamics of molecules and ions. Experiments on the photodissociation dynamics of molecular ions via well-defined excited vibrational states present a formidable challenge, particularly when it comes to the selective preparation of ions at the vibrational combination level. Here, using time-sliced velocity map ion imaging, the photodissociation of H2S+ via A2A1(v1=1, v2=8, v3=0, K=1) state leading to S+(4S) and H2 products was investigated. The excited H2S+ cations were prepared by multiphoton ionization of H2S, followed by resonant excitation. Images of S+ ions were captured at six wavelengths ranging from 357.02 nm to 358.38 nm. From the ion images, the total kinetic energy release distributions and rotational state-specific anisotropy parameters were derived. Notably, repeatedly reversed branching ratios of the H2 (J=1) and H2 (J=3) rotational states were observed in a narrow photolysis energy region. This behavior was totally different from the results in recent studies on the photodissociation of HS+ where only a single vibrational mode v2 was excited for parent ions in A2A1(v1, v2, v3) states. The present study indicates that potential vibrational synergy effect was observed in the photodissociation dynamics of H2S+ when the parent ions were excited in a combinational vibrational mode. Background: Immunophenotyping surface molecules detected in the clinic are mainly applied in diagnostic confirmation and subtyping. However, the immunomodulatory molecules CD11b and CD64, are highly associated with leukemogenesis. Hence, the prognostic value of them and their potential biological functions merit further investigation. Methods: Flow cytometry was operated to detect immunophenotypic molecules from AML bone marrow samples. Multivariate cox regression, Kaplan-Meier analyses, and nomogram were conducted to predict survival. Transcriptomic data, lymphocyte subsets, and immunohistochemical staining were incorporated to identify potential biological functions of prognostic immunophenotype in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Results: We classified 315 newly diagnosed AML patients of our center based on the expression of CD11b and CD64. The CD11b+CD64+ populations were identified as independent risk factors for overall survival and event-free survival of AML, exhibiting specific clinicopathological features. The predictive models based on CD11b+CD64+ showed high classification performance. In addition, the CD11b+CD64+ subset, characterized by high inhibitory immune checkpoints, M2-macrophage infiltration, low anti-tumor effector cells infiltration, as well as abnormal somatic mutation landscape, presented a distinctive tumor microenvironmental landscape. The CD11b+CD64+ population showd a higher expression of BCL2, and the drug sensitivity indicated that they presented a lower half-maximal inhibitory concentration value for BCL2 inhibitor, and could benefit more from the above medicine. Conclusions: This work might be of benefit to enhanced understanding of CD11b+CD64+ in the prognosis and leukemogenesis, and yielded novel biomarkers to guide immunotherapy and targeted therapy for AML.
