LTPO(Low Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) is a hybrid backplane technology that combines low‐temperature polycrystalline silicon and oxide‐based TFT (thin‐film transistor). It is also one breakthrough technology that achieves ultra‐long standby time and stable battery life. This paper mainly discusses the key technical points of LTPO power saving [1][2] from the driver IC technology and screen technology solution, and also introduces the mass production results of Visionox LTPO technology, demonstrating the great potential of LTPO in low power comsumption. JPEG‐LS is a lossless/near‐lossless image compression algorithm based on context modeling, which has the advantages of easy implementation, low resource consumption and high compression rate. It is widely used in the compression field of continuous‐tone still images. However, single image compression has significant latency and high hardware resource consumption issues, as the JPEG‐LS algorithm requires pixel by pixel prediction and real‐time context updates during the compression process, which is not conducive to algorithm IP implementation. Based on Demura compensation data compression requirements, this article has made changes to the pixel prediction method of the JPEG‐LS algorithm and delayed the update of the context to solve the compression latency and resource consumption issues. After algorithm optimization (NJPEGLS), the linebuffer resource occupation was reduced by 8/9, the clock frequency reached above 140 MHz, and the comprehensive compression rate loss was within 4.5%, meeting the demand for Demura compensation data compression/decompression. In this paper, we also conducted statistics and analysis on the distribution of values, and found that the distribution of values was very regular, and we propose an adaptive value scheme (KNJPEG‐LS) to further simplify the hardware circuit. Previous studies revealed that consuming spicy food reduced mortality from CVD and lowered stroke risk. However, no studies reported the relationship between spicy food consumption, stroke types and dose–response. This study aimed to further explore the association between the frequency of spicy food intake and the risk of stroke in a large prospective cohort study. In this study, 50 174 participants aged 30–79 years were recruited. Spicy food consumption data were collected via a baseline survey questionnaire. Outcomes were incidence of any stroke, ischaemic stroke (IS) and haemorrhagic stroke (HS). Multivariable-adjusted Cox proportional hazard models estimated the association between the consumption of spicy food and incident stroke. Restricted cubic spline analysis was used to examine the dose–response relationship. During the median 10·7-year follow-up, 3967 strokes were recorded, including 3494 IS and 516 HS. Compared with those who never/rarely consumed spicy food, those who consumed spicy food monthly, 1–2 d/week and 3–5 d/week had hazard ratio (HR) of 0·914 (95 % CI 0·841, 0·995), 0·869 (95 % CI 0·758, 0·995) and 0·826 (95 % CI 0·714, 0·956) for overall stroke, respectively. For IS, the corresponding HR) were 0·909 (95 % CI 0·832, 0·994), 0·831 (95 % CI 0·718, 0·962) and 0·813 (95 % CI 0·696, 0·951), respectively. This protective effect showed a U-shaped dose–response relationship. For obese participants, consuming spicy food ≥ 3 d/week was negatively associated with the risk of IS. We found the consumption of spicy food was negatively associated with the risk of IS and had a U-shaped dose–response relationship with risk of IS. As an effective compression technology, vector quantization (VQ) has the outstanding advantages of large compression ratio and simple decoding algorithm, so it has become one of the important technologies of image compression coding. OLED, as a light emitting device, is prone to uneven light and dark phenomenon, that is, mura phenomenon, because of its TFT electrical characteristics. The Demura compensation data is written into SRAM to compensate the pixel driving process of OLED display panel to removing mura. Because the Multi‐Photo of gray need to take, the depth of compensation data generated by each gray level is large, so the total bit of compensation data is huge, data compression is required to meet SRAM requirements. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of VQ‐LBG quantization algorithm, applies LBG algorithm to demura data compression, and improves the accuracy of code vector by optimizing the "splitting" process of LBG algorithm, and optimizes the coding table after the "splitting" to improve compression rate of the algorithm. The ambient temperature will affect the lifetime of OLED display devices. With the increase of ambient temperature, the heat dissipation of OLED devices will be affected, and the aging speed will be accelerated. Research shows that after the ambient temperature cools from high temperature, the brightness of OLED will rise. In this paper, the aging mechanism of OLED devices is studied, the influence of high temperature on OLED brightness is analyzed, the brightness change of OLED display under the condition of ambient temperature from high temperature to normal temperature is shown, and a compensation method is proposed to solve the problem that the change of ambient temperature from high temperature to normal temperature causes the brightness to rise, resulting in inaccurate aging compensation. Finally, the OLED screen is actually aging, and the simulation compensation graph is generated according to the algorithm model. The brand formed by the long‐term aging of the screen can be well compensated and the life of the OLED display can be extended. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Long‐term infection of schistosomiasis will seriously affect the liver health of patients. The serum of 334 chronic Schistosoma japonicum patients and 149 healthy volunteers was collected. Compared with heathy people, the level of C4 (complement 4) was increased, and the level of C3 (complement 3) was in an obvious skewed distribution. ELISA was performed to detect the serum cytokines, the results showed that the levels of IFN‐γ (interferon‐γ), IL (interleukin)‐2 and TNF‐α (tumour necrosis factor‐α) were reduced, while the levels of Th2 cytokines (IL‐4, IL‐6 and IL‐10) were increased. In the serum of patients with high C3, the secretion of HA (hyaluronic acid), LN (laminin), IV‐C (type IV collagen) and PCIII (type III procollagen) were increased, the activation of hepatic stellate cells was promoted. Exogenous human recombinant C3 made mice liver structure of the mice damaged and collagen deposition. IFN‐γ and IFN‐γ/IL‐4 were decreased, while HA, LN, PCIII and IV‐C were increased, and the expressions of α‐SMA and TGF‐β1 in liver tissues were up‐regulated. However, the addition of IFN‐γ partially reversed the effect of C3 on promoting fibrosis. High level of C3 is associated with Th2 immune response and liver fibrosis in patients with schistosomiasis.
