In this paper, a quantitative system of undergraduates' creative ability is proposed through analyzing characteristics of Amabile creative theory, and the objectivity and feasibility of CAT, TTCT and AMS in creative ability quantification. The academic test scores, TTCT scores and AMS scores are used as the quantitative index of professional skills, innovation skills and task motivation in the quantitative system of undergraduates' creative ability. Classification method of undergraduates' creative ability using distance based K-medoids clustering method is proposed based on the quantitative system to improve the pertinence of creative ability cultivation. The feasibility and effectiveness of proposed classification method are verified by instance verification and effect analysis.

Road obstacle detection is an important component of the advanced driver assistance system, and to improve the speed and accuracy of road obstacle detection method is a vital task. In this article, fast image region-matching method based on the maximally stable extremal regions method is proposed to improve the speed of image matching. The theoretical feasibility of detection method combining monocular camera with inertial measurement unit (IMU) is clarified. The fast road obstacle detection method based on maximally stable extremal regions combining fast image region-matching method based on maximally stable extremal regions and the vision-IMU-based obstacle detection method is proposed to bypass obstacle classification and to reduce time and space complexity for road environment perception. The AdaBoost cascade detector, the speeded-up robust features-based obstacle detection method, and the proposed method are used to detect obstacles in outdoor contrast tests. Test results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy, and the reason of high accuracy is analyzed. The processing time of AdaBoost cascade detector, speeded-up robust features-based obstacle detection method, and proposed method are compared, and the results show that the proposed method has faster processing speed, and the reason of faster processing speed is analyzed.

Missing traffic data are inevitable due to detector failure or communication failure. Currently, most of imputation methods estimated the missing traffic values by using spatial-temporal information as much as possible. However, it ignores an important fact that spatial-temporal information of the traffic missing data is often incomplete and unavailable. Moreover, most of the existing methods are verified by traffic data from freeway, and their applicability to urban road data needs to be further verified. In this paper, a hybrid method for missing traffic data imputation is proposed using FCM optimized by a combination of PSO algorithm and SVR. In this method, FCM is the basic algorithm and the parameters of FCM are optimized. Firstly, the patterns of missing traffic data are analyzed and the representation of missing traffic data is given using matrix-based data structure. Then, traffic data from urban expressway and urban arterial road are used to analyze spatial-temporal correlation of the traffic data for the determination of the proposed method input. Finally, numerical experiment is designed from three perspectives to test the performance of the proposed method. An on-board emission testing platform is built, light and medium vehicles are chosen for conducting their emission test on real road, and a data base relating emission data to driving condition data is set up. A concept of vehicle specific power (VSP) is introduced, the relations of emission vs. VSP and emission vs. vehicle speed are compared, and the distribution frequencies of VSP for two types of vehicles and the changing relation between the emissions of three pollutants and VSP is analyzed. The results show that the VSP of light and medium vehicles concentrate on the range of -3 ~ 7kW/t, and compared with vehicle speed, there is a more strong correlation between emissions and VSP of vehicles.
