The issue of hāsıl bi al-maṣdar is discussed in the Arabic language, rhetoric, usūl al-fiqh and theological sciences. The issue is discussed in a universe of meaning related to semiotics, semantics, linguistics, and philosophy of language. The research deals with the problem of meaning which is attempted to be based around the issue of hāsıl bi al-maṣdar. In particular, ıt examines the work of Risālah fī bayān al-hāsıl bi almasdar of Emīr Pādishāh al-Bukhārī (d. 987/1579). The study handles the issue as follows. First, it focuses on examining the issue of hāsıl bi al-maṣdar. Later, ıt made an explanation about the life and works of Emīr Pādishāh al-Bukhārī. The article also examines Risālah fī bayān al-hāsıl bi al-masdar. It examines the copies of the work that survived to the present and presents the inquired text of the work. In the part of the investigation, first of all gives the texts in the original language which provides a better understanding of Risālah fī bayān al-hāsıl bi al-masdar and constitutes the context of the work. At this point, Kazvīnī’s (d. 739/1338) Telhīs alMiftāh, Teftāzānī’s (d. 792/1390) al-Mutawwal and Fenârî Zāde Hasan Çelebi’s (d. 891/1486) Hāşiye ‘alā al -Mutawwal adds the relevant parts of the books to the head of the investigative text separately. The research then compares some copies of the work and reveals the inquired text., Bu makale dilbilimsel bir anlam problemi olan hâsıl bi’l-masdar konusunu irdelemiştir. Makale, Gramer meselesi dil öğretiminin en temel problemlerindendir. Dil ve gramer öğretiminde klasik ve modern birçok yaklaşım vardır. Arap dili ve grameri öğretiminde özellikle iki klasik yaklaşım öne çıkar. Bunlardan biri Arap dilindeki i‘râb kategorisini merkeze alan i‘râb odaklı anlatımdır. Bu yaklaşımda aynı i‘râb özelliğini taşıyan ögeler, farklı konuların bir parçası olsalar dahi aynı ünitede işlenir. Diğeri konu merkezli anlatımdır. Bu yaklaşımda ise, aynı konunun parçaları tek bir ünitede işlenir, türleri farklı olsa da konunun tamamlayıcı i‘râb özellikleri aynı konu içinde ele alınır. Her iki yaklaşım dil öğretiminde farklı avantaj ve dezavantajlar sağlar. Bu çalışmada dil öğretimi ve materyal tasarımında i‘râb odaklı anlatım metodu ve konu merkezli anlatım metoduşeklindeki iki klasik yaklaşım karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenecektir. Çalışmada model ve örnek zemin olarak Şuzûru’z-zehebve Katru’n-nedâ adlı eserler incelenecektir. Bu bağlamda, her iki yaklaşımın güçlü ve zayıf yanları ile avantajlı ve dezavantajlı tarafları belirtilecektir. Ayrıca bu iki yöntemin bugünkü dil öğretim ders kitaplarındaki rolü hakkında da sonuçlar çıkarmaya çalışacağız., The topic of grammar is the basic problem of language teaching. There are many classical and modern approaches in language and grammar teaching. In the teaching of Arabic language and grammar, two classical approachesare especially emphasized. One of them is the “i‘râb-focused narration approach” that centers the i‘râb category in the Arabic language. In this approach, the same i‘râb characters are described in the same unit even if they are part of different subjects. The other is the “subject-centered narration approach”. In this approach, parts of the same subject are processed in a single unit, while complementary i‘râb features of the subject are treated in the same subject, even though their types are different. This creates different advantages and disadvantages in language teaching. In this study, two classical approaches the “i‘râb-focused narration method” and “subject-centered narration method” in language teaching and material design will be examined comparatively. In the study, the works of Şuzûru’z-zeheb and Katru’n-nedâwill be examined as model and sample ground. In this context, the strengths and weaknesses of both approaches and their advantages and disadvantages will be indicated. We will also try to draw conclusions about the role of these two methods in today’s language teaching textbooks.

Bu araştırmada, ona ait "Nuzhetu'l-ashâb" ve "Remzu'l-esrâr" adlı eserler; içerikleri, ilmî değerleri ve Arap diline sağladıkları katkıları bakımından incelenecektir. His full name is Muhyiddin Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Suleiman bin Saad bin Masoud Al-Roumi AlHanafi. He wrote many books in various fields such as Arabic language, fiqıh, Quran interpretation and Theology. Some of his books are still in the form of a manuscript or are missing. One of his short works in the field of linguistics and grammar and rhetoric is Nuzhat al-Mu‘rib fi al-Mashriq wa al-Maghrib. This research is based on the analytical study of the treatise Nuzhat al-Mu‘rib fi al-Mashriq wa al-Maghrib to show its position, value and impact in the Arabic language. Abdurrahman Ebu'l-Kâsım ez-Zeccâcî (ö. 337) Arap Dili ve Edebiyatıyla ilgili olarak, gramer, morfoloji, fonotik gibi alanlarda çok sayıda kitap yazmıştır. Onun Arap dili ve edebiyatıyla ilgili olarak yazdığı en önemli kitabı ?el-Emâlî? adlı eseridir. Bu kitabın Arap edebiyatında, özellikle şiir ve lügat sahasında çok önemli bir yeri vardır. Ayrıca kitapta gramer, ve morfoloji ilmiyle ilgili açıklamalar da dikkat çekmektedir. Bu özellikleriyle al-Amâlî'ni Arap Dili ve ebiyatında çok büyük önemi vardır., Al-Zajjaji wrote many books on grammar, morphology, phonology, prosody, and law. His al-Amâlî is one of his most important books. It is a general introduction to Arabic Literature and grammar written for studuents seeking to learn the language. The uncomplicated and condensed nature of al-Amâlî indicates al-Zajjaji's interest in providing a simple instructional manual for learners of Arabic Literature, while the commentaries provide the tool to uncover the concepts behind the rules, shedding light on the contribution of such works to the development of Arabic lierature and gramer in this period. The al-Amâlî became a very popular text, and a number of commentaries were written on it. At last al-Amâlî is a important book in Arabic Literature.

Buna karşın kişisel haklar genel olarak ölümle sona ererler. Ölümle sona ermeyen haklar ölenin mirasçılarına geçerken ölümle sona eren haklar ölenin mirasçılarına geçmezler., Islamic Law System created a lot of rights to human like `property right? and `life right?. Under the title of ?The Consequence of Death to Special Rights?, we follow the general missions and usefullness of Islamic Law. We explained our thesis as `Death does not terminate the special rights and person can profit some rights after his death?. So we can summarize the general conclusions of our thesis like this: Death does not effect on individual rights as loser. In despite of this, individual rights end up generally with death. The rights that do not end up with death are passing to his heritors; the rights that end up with death do not pass to heritors.

Bu çalışmaların başında XVI. asır Osmanlı âlimlerinden olan İmam Birgivî’nin telif ettiği İzhâru’l-esrâr adlı eser gelmektedir. İzhâru’l-esrâr asırlar boyunca Osmanlı medreselerinde okutulmuş ve şerh, hâşiye, mu‘rib, ta‘lîka, tercüme türü çok sayıda çalışmaya konu olmuştur. İzhâr şerhlerinden biri de bu çalışmaya konu edilen İsmail Niyâzî’nin telif etmiş olduğu Ref’u’l-estâr fî halli muğlakâti’l-İzhâr adlı şerh çalışmasıdır. Bu çalışmada XIX. yüzyıl gibi geç bir dönemde telif edilmiş olan bu şerh; müellifi, şerh metodu ve ilmî değeri açısından ele alındı. Çalışma inceleme ve metnin tahkiki olmak üzere iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Türkçe olan birinci kısım; iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Arapça olan bölümde ise tahkikli metni yer almaktadır., In the Ottoman period, in addition to the main texts of nahw science written in Arab geography, some nahw science works that will appeal to the Turks and will be included in the madrasah curriculum have been written. One of the commentaries on İzhâru’l-esrâr is Ref’u’l-estâr fî halli muğlakâti’lİzhâr which is written by İsmail Niyâzî and the subject of our study. In this study, we discussed this commentary which was written in a late period, in terms of its author, its method of commentary and its scientific value. This study consists of two chapters; review and the critical edition of the text. The first chapter, which is in Turkish, is consists of two parts. In the first part is given information on the life and work of the İsmail Niyazî. In the second part, after giving a short information about Imam Birgivi and his İzhâru’l-esrâr, Ref’u’l-estâr fî halli muğlakâti’l-İzhâr of İsmail Niyazî is reviewed in detail; in terms of the reason for writing, its belonging to the author, its importance, the method of commentary, its style and language features, its position among other Izhar commentaries. And the 3th part there is the critical text of Ref’u’l-estâr fî halli muğlakâti’l-İzhâr. In the Arabic part, there is the critical edition text.

Birinci kısım Şeyh Zekeriya el-Ensari'nin hayatını, yetişmesini, seyahatini, ilim arayışını, eserlerini, hocalarını, öğrencilerini, edebi kişiliğini ve ölümünü ele almaktadır. İkinci kısım Bulûğu'l-ereb kitabının önemini, yöntemini, şerh metodunu, dilini, özelliklerini, kaynaklarını, şevahitlerini, bu kitapla İbni Hişam ve Cercevinin şerhlerinin karşılaştırılmasını ele almaktadır. Üçüncüsü kısım Zekeriya el-Ensarinin Kurânı Kerim ve hadisi şeriflerden etkilenmesini, Arap şiiri ve Arap atasözlerinden istişhadler getirmesini ele almakta, genel bir değerlendirme yaparak bu çalışmanın sonucundan bahsetmektedir., In this study, we have worked on "Buloogh Al-Arab Bisharh Shatharat Ath-Thahab" book, written by Zakaria Al-Ansari, May Allah have mercy on him. This study consists of three sections: The first section talks about the life of Sheikh Zakaria Al-Ansari: his upbringing, his travelling, his seeking knowledge, his influence, his scholars, his students, his literary personality, and his death. Moreover, we have mentioned Sheikh Ibn Hisham's influence and death. As for the second section, it talks about his book " Buloogh Al-Arab": its importance, style, method of explanation, language, characteristics, sources and citing, and the comparison between it and the two explanations: Sharh Ibn Hisham and Sharh Al-Juawjari. The third section includes the influence of the Holy Qur'an and the Noble Hadith on Sheikh Zakaria Al-Ansari and his citing the Arabic poetry and sayings of Arabs. It concludes with a general evaluation, and the result of this study.

İsmâil es̱-S̱eʿâlibî’nin (350- 429/961-1038) hayatı, edebi kişiliği ve bir bedîʿ türü olan iḳtibâs sanatıyla birlikte el-İḳtibâs mine’l Ḳurʾâni’l-Kerîm adlı eseri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Girişte çalışmanın konusu, amacı, problemi, yöntemi ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İlk olarak S̱eʿâlibî’nin ilim ve kültür dünyasındaki değerini tespit için yaşadığı dönemin ilmî, siyâsi ve kültürel yapısına değinilmiş ardından hayatı, eserleri, ahlâkî, edebî ve kişisel özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise edebî bir sanat olarak, şiirde ve nesirde ifadeye canlılık ve güzellik katan, sözü pekiştirip güçlendiren iḳtibâs sanatından ve örneklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise iḳtibâs sanatı, Seʿâlibî’nin el-İḳtibâs mine’l-Ḳurʾâni’l-Kerîm eseri özelinde, beyân ve bediʿ ilim esaslarına göre üslup, şekil, muhteva yönüyle ele alınmış, örneklerle ilmî ve bilimsel değeri ortaya konulmuştur., In this study, the life of Abû Mansûr Abdülmelik b. Muhammed b. İsmâil et- T̲h̲a'ālibī (350-429/961-1038), his literary personality and the art of iktibâs, which is a type of bedî, together with his work “al-Iḳtibâs mine'l-Ḳurʾâni'l-Kerîm” are discussed. The study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, information is given about the subject, purpose, problem, method and resources of the study. Firstly, in order to determine the value of T̲h̲a'ālibī in the world of science and culture, the scientific, political and cultural structure of the period he lived in was mentioned, then his life, works, moral, literary and personal characteristics were emphasized. In the second part of the study, as a literary art, the art of iḳtibas, which adds vitality and beauty to the expression in poetry and prose, and reinforces and strengthens the word, and its examples are mentioned. In the third part of the study, the art of iḳtibâs is handled in terms of style, form and content, in accordance with the principles of beyân and bediʿ science, in particular T̲h̲a'ālibī's al İḳtibâs mine'l-Ḳurʾânî'l-Kerîm, and its scientific and scientific value is revealed with examples.
