金沢大学総合メディア基盤センター, 近年, 世界では論文や研究データを始めとした研究成果などに対してアクセスを容易にし, データの発信, 共有, 再利用を促すことを目的としたオープンサイエンスと呼ばれる試みが活発になってきているこれに伴って国内でも既存のリポジトリソフトウェアを利用して，論文だけでなく，研究データを対象としたデータリポジトリの構築が行われている．しかし，データリポジトリとして利用することを考えた場合，メタデータを画一化できないことなどから，ユーザが所望したデータにたどりつけないなど，現状では共有，再利用は容易ではない．そこで, 本研究ではこの問題を解決しより利便性を向上させるインターフェースの開発を目的としている. 本インターフェースは, ユーザがより容易にアイテムを共有, 再利用できるよう，アイテムにタグを割り振ることによって，メタデータに欠けているものを補完し管理を行うシステムである., Recent years, an attempt for the purpose of publishing, sharing, reusing data called "Open Science" has become active for easier access to papers and research data. Along with this, in Japan, academic repositories are built at many academic research institutions using a repository system named WEKO. When we consider using WEKO as a data repository, it is not easy for the users to search the data which they wish because metadata are not well standardized in many academic elds. In the present study, we developed a new user interface for the data repository using WEKO3, which is expected to be a mainstream of repository system in the future. This interface is a system that manages items by assigning tags to them, and aims to form collective knowledge by sharing tags among multiple repositories.

金沢大学総合メディア基盤センター, 近年，ICTの技術的発展と社会的浸透によって，教育への情報化の推進などの取組が着実に進められつつある．特にSociety4.0（情報化社会）からSociety5.0に向けた人材育成は急務といわれている．そのための前段として携帯型パソコン必携化のような取組は，必要不可欠なものになるだろう．そこで，本稿にて，金沢大学で平成18年度から12年間実施してきた新入学生に携帯型パソコン必携化を軸に，ICTに関するさまざまな方策を紹介し，併せてそれら上手に活用させるためのICT活用教育実施とサポート体制について紹介する．

ふつうアーカイブズは資料の閲覧者を制限しないが，教育研究の記録，データやそこから生じたアーカイブ資料は誰もが閲覧するのに相応しくない内容を含むことがある。本報告は，教育研究のアーカイブ資料への閲覧の制限をデジタルアーカイブシステム上で実現するのに認証連携を利用する試みの紹介である。「認証連携」とは，各機関でそれぞれ実現している認証管理を，機関の枠を越えて利用するための取り組みである。本報告では，日本の認証連携の連合体の一つである学術認証フェデレーション「学認」に対応した京都大学研究資源アーカイブの京都大学デジタルアーカイブシステム（愛称Peek）を取り上げる。Peekは，2013年9月に「学認」のサービス提供者として承認され，「学認」参加機関発行のアカウントでログインするときだけ閲覧・検索できるメタデータやデジタルデータを提供している。しかしログインしようとすると失敗する報告が寄せられた。その原因を「学認」参加機関の多くが外部へ提供していない認証情報を要求していたことにあると考え，2018年にリニューアルされたPeekでは多くの機関が送出できる属性のみ要求するようにした。その結果，いくつかの手続きを経た場合のみログインが成功した。この経験は，まだ日本の学術関係認証連携の利用に課題があることを示している。これに対し，技術的解決の可能性と関係各所間の相互理解や制度的整備の必要を展望する。, Although archives generally does not restrict users, archives of materials about educational and research activities may contain information that is not appropriate to be open to the public. 金沢大学総合メディア基盤センター, 近年のオープンサイエンスの活発化に伴い, 人間と機械の双方に可読性を持つリポジトリシステムの需要が高まっている. このような背景から, 本研究では, 国立情報学研究所が開発したWEKO を用いて, 金沢大学環日本海域環境研究センター及び同国際文化資源学研究センターのデータリポジトリの構築を行っている.従来, WEKO へのコンテンツの一括登録には, Windows でのみ動作するソフトウェアが必要であった. 我々は, ICT に精通しているとは限らないデータ所有者が, リポジトリ上のデータ管理を行えるように, OS に非依存なブラウザからファイルをアップロードするだけでコンテンツの一括登録に加え, メタデータやコンテンツの追加登録・更新等が可能なデータ管理システムを構築した. 特に更新機能では, 「更新フラグ」属性を用いて, コンテンツの世代管理とその公開方法の制御を可能にした. 本稿では両センターのデータリポジトリと構築したデータ管理システムの概要を述べる., Along with the recent activation of open science, the demand for a repository system that is readable to both humans and machines is increasing. In this context, we constructed data repositories for Institute of Nature and Environmental Technology and Center for Cultural Resource Studies in Kanazawa University using WEKO, which is a repository platform developed by the National Institute of Informatics. In the original design of the WEKO, it is necessary to utilize software for Windows for batch registration of data contents. In the present study, we developed a new user interface for data management for data owners who are not familiar with ICT. By using this system, it is possible for data owners to operate a batch processing for additional registration, update of the registered contents and modication of the metadata simply by uploading a le via browser without depending on the OS. Particularly, it is innovative that out software supports revision control and data access control of the contents by setting "update ag"attribute. In this paper, we introduce the user interface developed for the data repositories in Kanazawa University.

Although archives generally does not restrict users, archives of materials about educational and research activities may contain information that is not appropriate to be open to the public. In this report, we introduce a case about using identity federation to accomplish access control of archives about educational and research activities on a digital archive system.

文献資料およびモノ資料を含む学術資料の共有化を目的とした学術資源リポジトリ構想がある．これまでにDublin Core Metadata Element Setを拡張し，学術資源情報の記述を実現してきたが，ハーベスティング時の情報欠落に課題があった．一方，国外では博物館資料を対象とした国際的なハーベスティング・スキーマLIDOへの注目が高まっている．本稿では，学術資源リポジトリにおけるLIDO の可能性を検討する． We are aiming to share bibliographic materials and non-bibliographic materials by using a qualified Dublin Core metadata on repository system named Academic Resource Repository. However, there is an information lack problem in OAI metadata harvesting via oai_dc.On the other hand, it is growing interest in LIDO (Lightweight Information Describing Object) that is an international harvesting schema for museum object recently. In this paper, we study about the potentiality of LIDO in Academic Resource Repository.

地域学術資料の分野・組織の垣根を越えた横断的な情報共有を目的として、合同会社AMANE・金沢大学・国立情報学研究所・その他の研究者が中心となり学術資源リポジトリの構築を進めている。その一環として、明治～昭和戦前期の技術教育に使用された科学実験機器資料情報の蓄積と共有を目指しており、本報告では それらを事例として、学術資源リポジトリの機能・人的・社会的な位置づけや課題等について論じる。 In recent year, social concern about exchanging and sharing of academic resources included non-bibliographic between universities is increasing. However, in actual situation, there are some problems about preservation and digitalization of academic resources. In this paper, a case study of scientific apparatuses since the Meiji era, we discuss about construction of repository for non-bibliographic.

学術資料の学術分野や所蔵管理組織の垣根を越えた分野・組織横断的な情報共有について，学術成果の公開・ 共有や学術資料の保存などの観点から，近年関心が高まっている．学術資料全般を対象にした横断的な学術資源 リポジトリを実現させるためには，資料の所在や由来などの詳細情報（メタデータ）を共通のフォーマットに基 づいて収集・整理しそれらを共有する主体となる人的な組織と，資料詳細情報をネットワーク上で共有・公開す るための情報環境の双方を構築・整備する必要がある．本報告では，合同会社AMANE・金沢大学・京都大学・ 国立情報学研究所の研究者が中心となって進めている明治・大正・昭和前期の科学実験機器資料リポジトリ化プ ロジェクトを事例として，分野・組織横断的な学術資源リポジトリ構築の現状と課題を述べる． University museums in Japan possess various and huge non-bibliographic resources．In recent year, social concern about exchanging and sharing of academic resources included non-bibliographic between universities is increasing. 大学など高等学術機関に所蔵されている文献以外の学術資料（非文献資料）は膨大かつ多種多様であり，これ らの組織横断的な情報共有については，学術成果の公開や資料保存などの観点から関心が高まっている．喫緊の 対策が求められている退職する教員が研究の過程において収集・生成した学術資料の散逸防止や，大学創設時か ら近年までの教育研究資料の保存など，大学機関特有の学術資料に関する課題も多い．このような状況を鑑みた 場合に，非文献資料を対象にした機関間での情報共有や連携を実現するための横断的な非文献資料リポジトリの 実現が急務である．本報告では，金沢大学資料館ヴァーチャルミュージアム構想におけるデジタルアーカイブ構 築を事例として，大学所蔵の非文献資料リポジトリ構築の基礎となる非文献資料のメタデータの設計・実装およ び非文献資料リポジトリの基礎的な構築について，概要と現状を報告する． University museums in Japan possess various and huge non-bibliographic resources．In recent year, social concern about exchanging and sharing of academic resources included non-bibliographic between universities is increasing. 我々は，大学内に蓄積している学術情報の内，その公開が進んでいない非文献コンテンツに焦点をあて，それらを学内外に公開するための指針となるべく，既存情報インフラ上で運用可能な公開手法を考案し，共通プラットフォームとして提供することを目指している．その一環として，本研究では，非文献コンテンツをリポジトリ化する場合の問題点を整理し，その解決のため，メタデータの互換性，異種コンテンツの共存，大規模コンテンツの管理，コンテンツに関する位置情報を用いた可視化などを考案した．そして，既存リポジトリプラットフォームのDSpaceを拡張し，可視性と保守性に優れた汎用性の高い学術情報リポジトリの構築を行った．本講演では，研究の背景と構築したシステムの概要を述べる

総合メディア基盤センター, 現在，各地で構築・運用されている機関リポジトリは，学術論文，紀要などの文献のみを対象としている場合が多い．一方，写真，動画，観測データをはじめとした文献以外の学術情報は，教育・研究上非常に有用なものでありながら対象外とされている場合が多い．本研究では，文献以外の学術情報をリポジトリ化する場合の問題点を整理し，その解決のため，メタデータの互換性，異種コンテンツの共存，大規模コンテンツの管理，コンテンツに関する位置情報を用いた可視化などを考案した．そして，既存リポジトリプラットフォームのDSpaceを拡張し，可視性と保守性に優れた汎用性の高い学術情報リポジトリの構築を行った．本稿では，構築したシステムの概要とその応用について述べる．Recently, many institutional repositories mainly manage bibliographic material (for example, journal papers and bulletins). On the other hand, academic resources other than bibliographic material such as photographs, animations, and observational data are beyond the scope of the registration in many cases, though they are very useful for education and research. We studied problems in constructing a digital repository for non-bibliographic material, and proposed a way of managing numbers of digital contents, visualizing these contents by means of geographic information and offering a cross-reference environment over various metadata. We realized a general-purpose academic resource repository excellent in visibility and maintainability by improving DSpace, which is one of the conventional repositories. In the present paper, we introduce outline of the developed repository and its application to several kinds of non-bibliographic material.

金沢大学のポータルサイト「アカンサスポータル」は，学生の教育・生活支援，教職員の教育・研究活動，業務に至る本学の全学ポータルサイトとして整備が進み，現在は本学にとって不可欠なシステムと位置付けられている．一方，近年スマートフォンやタブレットPCの普及率が急増したため，ポータルへのアクセスの主流がPCからスマートフォン等へと移行するのは必至と判断し，平成23年度よりポータルのスマートフォン等対応化を開始した．本稿では，本学のスマートフォン等対応化の現状を報告する．, 科学研究費補助金（基盤研究C，課題番号23501140）
