1. Distinguishing Ion Dynamics from Muon Diffusion in Muon Spin Relaxation II -- Extension to Paramagnetic Muons

Abstract

We extend the previously published model that distinguishes between the diffusive motion of diamagnetic muons and the dynamics of ions around the muon in matter, and propose a generalized model for {\sl paramagnetic muons} (Mu$^0$s, bound states of a muon and an unpaired electron) observed in non-metallic host materials. The new model distinguishes among the independent motion of unpaired electron associated with Mu$^0$, the self-diffusive motion of Mu$^0$ as single atomic entity, and that of the ions surrounding Mu$^0$, where the muon spin relaxation is induced by dynamical fluctuations of the hyperfine (HF) field exerted from the unpaired electron (e.g., due to spin/charge exchange reaction) and/or that of the nuclear hyperfine (NHF) interactions between the unpaired electron and the surrounding ions. We have applied this model to the muonated radicals (Mu$^0$s in a polaron state) in conducting polymers, and examined the validity of the interpretations claimed in the earlier literature that the spin relaxation is induced by quasi-one dimensional motion of the unpaired electron. The result suggests that experimental support for such a claim is still inadequate and needs to be reexamined, including the possibility of other origins for the fluctuations. 2. Muon spin relaxation in mixed perovskite (LaAlO$_3$)$_{x}$(SrAl$_{0.5}$Ta$_{0.5}$O$_3$)$_{1-x}$ with $x\simeq 0.3$

Abstract

We report on muon spin relaxation ($\mu^+$SR) measurements in a mixed perovskite compound, (LaAlO$_3$)$_{x}$(SrAl$_{0.5}$Ta$_{0.5}$O$_3$)$_{1-x}$ with $x\simeq 0.3$ (LSAT), which is widely used as a single-crystalline substrate for thin film deposition. In zero applied field (ZF), muon depolarization due to the distribution of nuclear dipole fields was observed in the temperature range from 4 K to 270 K. Interestingly, $\mu^+$SR time spectra in ZF maintained a Gaussian-like feature over the entire range, while the depolarization rate exhibited a monotonic decrease with increasing temperature. This behavior may be attributed to the thermally activated diffusion of muons between a few adjacent sites within a confined space of the angstrom scale, where the motionally averaged local field that each muon experiences can remain non-zero and result in maintaining the Gaussian-like line shape. The spatial distribution of electrostatic potential at lattice interstices evaluated via density functional theory calculations suggests that such a restriction of muon diffusion paths can be caused by the random distribution of cations with different nominal valences in the mixed perovskite lattice., Comment: This preprint has not undergone peer review or any post-submission improvements or corrections. 6. Distinguishing Ion Dynamics from Muon diffusion in Muon Spin Relaxation

Abstract

We propose a model to describe the fluctuations in the internal magnetic field due to ion dynamics observed in the muon spin relaxation ($\mu$SR) by an Edwards-Anderson type autocorrelation function that separates the quasi-static and dynamic components of the correlation by a parameter $Q$ (where $0\le Q\le1$). Our Monte Carlo simulations for this model showed that the time evolution of muon spin polarization deviates significantly from the Kubo-Toyabe (KT) function. To further validate the model, the results of simulations were compared with the $\mu$SR spectra observed in a hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite FAPbI$_3$ [with FA referring to HC(NH$_2)_2$], where local field fluctuations associated with the rotational motion of FA molecules and quasi-static fields from the PbI$_3$ lattice are presumed to coexist. The least-squares curve fitting showed reasonable agreement with the model with $Q=0.947(3)$, and the fluctuation frequency of the dynamical component was obtained. This result opens the door to the possibility of experimentally distinguishing fluctuations due to dynamics of ions around muons from those due to self-diffusion of muons. Abstract

We present the results of muon spin relaxation ($\mu$SR) and neutron scattering on the Ce-based quasikagome lattice CeRh$_{1-x}$Pd$_{x}$Sn ($x=0.1$ to 0.75). Our ZF-$\mu$SR results reveal the absence of static long-range magnetic order down to 0.05~K in $x = 0.1$ single crystals. The weak temperature-dependent plateaus of the dynamic spin fluctuations below 0.2~K in ZF-$\mu$SR together with its longitudinal-field (LF) dependence between 0 and 3~kG indicate the presence of dynamic spin fluctuations persisting even at $T$ = 0.05~K without static magnetic order. On the other hand, $C_{\text{4f}}$/$T$ increases as --log $T$ on cooling below 0.9~K, passes through a broad maximum at 0.13~K and slightly decreases on further cooling. The ac-susceptibility also exhibits a frequency independent broad peak at 0.16~K, which is prominent with an applied field $H$ along $c$-direction. We, therefore, argue that such a behavior for $x=0.1$ (namely, a plateau in spin relaxation rate ($\lambda$) below 0.2~K and a linear $T$ dependence in $C_{\text{4f}}$ below 0.13~K) can be attributed to a metallic spin-liquid (SL) ground state near the quantum critical point in the frustrated Kondo lattice. The LF-$\mu$SR study suggests that the out of kagome plane spin fluctuations are responsible for the SL behavior. Low energy inelastic neutron scattering (INS) of $x$ = 0.1 reveals gapless magnetic excitations, which are also supported by the behavior of $C_{\text{4f}}$ proportional to $T^{1.1}$ down to 0.06~K., Comment: 19 pages and 9 figures

9. Hydrogen-Ti$^{3+}$ Complex as a Possible Origin of Localized Electron Behavior in Hydrogen-Irradiated SrTiO$_3$

Abstract

A recent muon spin rotation ($\mu^+$SR) study on a paramagnetic defect complex formed upon implantation of $\mu^+$ pseudo-proton into SrTiO$_3$ is reviewed with a specific focus on the relation with experimental signatures of coexisting delocalized and localized electrons in hydrogen-irradiated metallic SrTiO$_3$ films. The paramagnetic defect complex, composed of interstitial $\mu^+$ and Ti$^{3+}$ small polaron, is characterized by a small dissociation energy of about 30 meV. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations in the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) +$U$ scheme for a corresponding hydrogen defect complex reveal that a thermodynamic donor level associated with electron transfer from an H$^+$-Ti$^{3+}$ complex to the conduction band can form just below the conduction band minimum for realistic $U$ values. Abstract

Muonium (Mu) centers formed upon implantation of $\mu^+$ in a solid have long been investigated as an experimentally accessible model of isolated hydrogen impurities. Recent discoveries of hydridic centers formed at oxygen vacancies have stimulated a renewed interest in H$^-$ and corresponding Mu$^-$ centers in oxides. However, the two diamagnetic centers, Mu$^+$ and Mu$^-$, are difficult to separate spectroscopically. Abstract

Given the parallelism between the physical properties of Ce and Yb based magnets and heavy fermions due to the electron-hole symmetry, it has been rather odd that the transition temperature of the Yb based compounds is normally very small, as low as $\sim$ 1 K or even lower, whereas Ce counterparts may often have the transition temperature well exceeding 10 K. Here, we report our experimental discovery of the transition temperature reaching 20 K for the first time in a Yb based compound at ambient pressure. The Mn substitution at the Al site in an intermediate valence state of $\alpha$-YbAlB$_{4}$ not only induces antiferromagnetic transition at a record high temperature of 20 K but also transforms the heavy fermion liquid state in $\alpha$-YbAlB$_{4}$ into a highly resistive metallic state proximate to a Kondo insulator., Comment: 7 pages, 3 figures

Abstract

The nuclear and magnetic structure and full magnon dispersions of yttrium iron garnet Y$_3$Fe$_5$O$_{12}$ have been studied by neutron scattering. The refined nuclear structure is distorted to a trigonal space group of $R\bar{3}$. The highest-energy dispersion extends up to 86 meV. The observed dispersions are reproduced by a simple model with three nearest-neighbor-exchange integrals between 16$a$ (octahedral) and 24$d$ (tetrahedral) sites, $J_{aa}$, $J_{ad}$, and $J_{dd}$, which are estimated to be 0.00$\pm$0.05, $-$2.90$\pm$0.07, and $-$0.35$\pm$0.08 meV, respectively. The lowest-energy dispersion below 14 meV exhibits a quadratic dispersion as expected from ferromagnetic magnons. The imaginary part of $q$-integrated dynamical spin susceptibility $\chi$"($E$) exhibits a square-root energy-dependence in the low energies. The magnon density of state is estimated from the $\chi$"($E$) obtained on an absolute scale. Abstract

149Sm SR-based Mössbauer and muon spin relaxation µ+SR spectroscopies have been applied to Sm3Ru4Ge13. The temperature dependence of the 149Sm SR-based Mössbauer spectra in the paramagnetic state implies the presence of dynamical nuclear Zeeman and/or quadrupole interactions. The time differential µ+SR spectra also exhibit a marked temperature dependence in the paramagnetic state, indicating the presence of magnetic fluctuation in Sm3Ru4Ge13 at least. These results in the present work infer that the observed dynamical hyperfine interactions observed using the mutually complementary spectroscopic methods are connected with the mechanism of the heavy fermion behavior in Sm3Ru4Ge13. Abstract

149Sm synchrotron-radiation-based Mössbauer spectroscopy has been applied to Sm-based heavy fermion intermetallics, SmTr2Al20 (Tr = Ti, V and Cr) and SmOs4Sb12. The isomer shifts obtained demonstrate that the Sm valence states in these compounds are intermediate. Since the difference of the isomer shifts in 22.502 keV 149Sm Mössbauer effect between Sm2+ and Sm3+ state is comparable to the 2nd order Doppler shift, consideration of the 2nd order Doppler shift is required to precisely discuss Sm valence state through the shifts of the Mössbauer spectra. In addition, the plots of the isomer shifts obtained by the Mössbauer spectroscopy against the Sm valence states estimated from Sm L-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy exhibit a linear correlation except for that in SmOs4Sb12. This implies that the origin of the intermediate valence state in SmOs4Sb12 differs from that in SmTr2Al20 (Tr = Ti, V and Cr). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

We use neutron diffraction and muon spin relaxation to study the effect of in-plane uniaxial pressure on the antiferromagnetic (AF) orthorhombic phase in BaFe$_2$As$_2$ and its Co- and Ni-substituted members near optimal superconductivity. In the low temperature AF ordered state, uniaxial pressure necessary to detwin the orthorhombic crystals also increases the magnetic ordered moment, reaching an 11$\%$ increase under 40 MPa for BaFe$_{1.9}$Co$_{0.1}$As$_2$, and a 15$\%$ increase for BaFe$_{1.915}$Ni$_{0.085}$As$_2$. We also observe an increase of the AF ordering temperature ($T_N$) of about 0.25 K/MPa in all compounds, consistent with density functional theory calculations that reveal better Fermi surface nesting for itinerant electrons under uniaxial pressure. Abstract

Our polycrystalline sample study on the Yb-based chalcogenide spinels $A$Yb$_2$$X_4$ ($A =$ Cd, Mg, $X =$ S, Se) has revealed frustrated magnetism due to the antiferromagnetically coupled Heisenberg spin on the pyrochlore lattice. Our crystal electric field analysis indicates the Yb ground state has nearly Heisenberg spins with a strong quantum character of the ground doublet. All the materials exhibit an antiferromagnetic order at 1.4-1.8 K, much lower temperature than the antiferromagnetic exchange coupling scale of $\sim 10$ K. The magnetic specific heat $C_{\rm M}$ shows a $T^{3}$ dependence, indicating the gapless feature in the Yb-based chalcogenide spinels. The magnetic entropy change much smaller than $R$ ln 2 below the N\'{e}el temperature and the small local magnetic field estimated from the $\mu$SR measurements strongly suggest the significantly reduced size of the ordered moment in comparison with the bare moment size 1.33 $\mu_{\rm B}$/Yb supporting strong fluctuations in the commensurate and incommensurate ordered states in CdYb$_2$S$_4$ and MgYb$_2$S$_4$, respectively., Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures

Abstract

Metal-to-insulator transitions (MITs) are a dramatic manifestation of strong electron correlations in solids1. The insulating phase can often be suppressed by quantum tuning, i.e. varying a nonthermal parameter such as chemical composi- tion or pressure, resulting in a zero-temperature quantum phase transition (QPT) to a metallic state driven by quantum fluctuations, in contrast to conventional phase transitions driven by thermal fluctuations. Theories of exotic phenomena known to occur near the Mott QPT such as quantum criticality and high-temperature superconductivity often assume a second-order QPT, but direct experimental evidence for either first- or second-order behavior at the magnetic QPT associated with the Mott transition has been scarce and further masked by the superconducting phase in unconventional superconductors. Most measurements of QPTs have been performed by volume-integrated probes, such as neutron scattering, magnetization, and transport, in which discontinuous behavior, phase separation, and spatially inhomogeneous responses are averaged and smeared out, leading at times to misidentification as continuous second-order transitions. Here, we demonstrate through muon spin relaxation/rotation (MuSR) experiments on two archetypal Mott insulating systems, composition-tuned RENiO3 (RE=rare earth element) and pressured-tuned V2O3, that the QPT from antiferromagnetic insulator to paramagnetic metal is first-order: the magnetically ordered volume fraction decreases to zero at the QPT, resulting in a broad region of intrinsic phase separation, while the ordered magnetic moment retains its full value across the phase diagram until it is suddenly destroyed at the QPT. Abstract

The amount of C in steel, which is critical in determining its properties, is strongly influenced by steel production technology. We propose a novel method of quantifying the bulk C content in steel non-destructively using muons. This revolutionary method may be used not only in the quality control of steel in production, but also in analyzing precious steel archaeological artifacts. A negatively charged muon forms an atomic system owing to its negative charge, and is finally absorbed into the nucleus or decays to an electron. The lifetimes of muons differ significantly, depending on whether they are trapped by Fe or C atoms, and identifying the elemental content at the muon stoppage position is possible via muon lifetime measurements. The relationship between the muon capture probabilities of C/Fe and the elemental content of C exhibits a good linearity, and the C content in the steel may be quantitatively determined via muon lifetime measurements. Furthermore, by controlling the incident energies of the muons, they may be stopped in each layer of a stacked sample consisting of three types of steel plates with thicknesses of 0.5 mm, and we successfully determined the C contents in the range 0.20–1.03 wt% depth-selectively, without sample destruction.

Abstract

Ultrasound injection effect on a magnetic Bragg peak of yttrium iron garnet has been studied by quasielastic neutron scattering. The magnetic Bragg peak is vastly enhanced with decreasing temperature. The energy width increases proportionally to the square root of the sample temperature increase induced by the ultrasound injection. Based on a liquid model, the estimated effective mass becomes light when magnetic domain walls are removed under a magnetic field. Because the magnetic Bragg peak is enhanced by the lattice vibration, the enhancement is expected to closely relate to the spin-lattice coupling. The sharp drop is observed above 100 K for the longitudinal mode, indicating the degradation of the spin-lattice coupling. It is consistent with the suppression of the spin Seebeck effect when the temperature rises above 100 K, demonstrating the spin-lattice coupling as the degradation mechanism.

Abstract

Solder joints of silver-sheathed superconducting tapes are promising for various commercial applications. In this research, Pb, Ga, and Ga-doped lead-free Sn–Ag–Cu solders are used to study the gallium effect for the low joint resistivity with silver-sheathed DI-BISCCO type H tapes. In Ga-doped Sn–Ag–Cu solder, a smooth interfacial Ag _2 Ga layer is uniformly formed on the Ag-sheath surface. As a result, the solder joint achieved a very low joint resistivity of 16 nΩcm ^2 at 40 K. The present gallium-doped lead-free solder can also be applied to general soldering use with Ag materials.

Abstract

Nontrivial quantum states can be realized in the vicinity of the quantum critical point (QCP) in many strongly correlated electron systems. In particular, an emergence of unconventional superconductivity around the QCP strongly suggests that the quantum critical fluctuations play a central role in the superconducting pairing mechanism. However, a clear signature of the direct coupling between the superconducting pairing states and the quantum criticality has not yet been elucidated by the microscopic probes. Herein, we present muon spin rotation/relaxation and neutron diffraction measurements in the superconducting dome of CeCo(In 1 − x Zn x ) 5 . It was found that a magnetically ordered state develops at x ≥ 0.03, coexisting with the superconductivity. The magnitude of the ordered magnetic moment is continuously reduced with decreasing x , and it disappears below x ∼ 0.03, indicating a second-order phase transition and the presence of the QCP at this critical Zn concentration. Furthermore, the magnetic penetration depth diverges toward the QCP. These facts provide evidence for the intimate coupling between quantum criticality and Cooper pairing.

Abstract

Conventional phase transitions are well understood in terms of the order parameter, based on the Landau–Ginzburg–Wilson theory. However, unconventional magnetic orders have been observed in clean systems such as MnSi. The unconventional magnetic orders of conduction electrons in the metallic phase has been observed for high-temperature superconductors and heavy fermion compounds. However, these unconventional magnetic orders have been limited to relatively low temperatures as quantum phase transitions. Here high-temperature magnetic short-range order is observed as one of the unconventional magnetic orders at temperatures up to 720 K in a noncentrosymmetric intermetallic antiferromagnet Mn3RhSi with a well-ordered lattice. The magnetic Mn ions form a hyperkagome network of corner-sharing triangles, where the spins are geometrically frustrated. The spin network is equivalent to that of a spin liquid and non-Fermi-liquid material, β-Mn. Our observation indicates that a metallic phase with magnetic short-range order exists at high temperatures. Magnetic short-range ordering has been observed at low temperatures as quantum phase transitions in some compounds. Here, magnetic short-range ordering is found to remain at temperatures up to 720 K in noncentrosymmetric Mn3RhSi.

Abstract

The Global Anticoagulant Registry in the FIELD-Atrial Fibrillation (GARFIELD-AF) is a worldwide non-interventional study of stroke prevention in patients with non-valvular AF.52,080 patients with newly diagnosed AF were prospectively enrolled from 2010 to 2016. 4121 (7.9%) of these patients were recruited in DACH [Germany (n = 3567), Austria (n = 465) and Switzerland (n = 89) combined], and 47,959 patients were from 32 countries in other regions worldwide (ORW). Hypertension was most prevalent in DACH and ORW (85.3% and 75.6%, respectively). Diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, carotid occlusive disease and vascular disease were more prevalent in DACH patients vs ORW (27.6%, 49.4%, 5.8% and 29.0% vs 21.7%, 40.9%, 2.8% and 24.5%). The use of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOACs) increased more in DACH over time. Management of vitamin K antagonists was suboptimal in DACH and ORW (time in therapeutic range of INR ≥ 65% in 44.6% and 44.4% of patients or ≥ 70% in 36.9% and 36.0% of patients, respectively). Adjusted rates of cardiovascular mortality and MI/ACS were higher in DACH while non-haemorrhagic stroke/systemic embolism was lower after 2-year follow-up.Similarities and dissimilarities in AF management and clinical outcomes are seen in DACH and ORW. The increased use of NOAC was associated with a mismatch of risk-adapted anticoagulation (over-and-undertreatment) in DACH. Suboptimal control of INR requires educational activities in both regional groups. Higher rates of cardiovascular death in DACH may reflect the higher risk profile of these patients and lower rates of non-haemorrhagic stroke could be associated with increased NOAC use.

The cubic compound YbCo2Zn20 has huge electronic specific heat coefficient γ=7900 mJ/molK2 and its ground state could be located in the vicinity of the quantum critical point. To investigate magnetic ground state, we have carried out muon spin relaxation measurements and confirmed non-magnetic ground state with fluctuating tiny magnetic moment.

Abstract

Magnesium hydride has great potential as a solid hydrogen (H) storage material because of its high H storage capacity of 7.6 wt%. However, its slow hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics and the high temperature of 300 $^\circ$C required for decomposition are major obstacles to small-scale applications such as automobiles. The local electronic structure of interstitial H in MgH$_2$ is an important fundamental knowledge in solving this problem, which has been studied mainly based on density functional theory (DFT). However, few experimental studies have been performed to assess the results of DFT calculations. We have therefore introduced muon (Mu) as pseudo-H into MgH$_2$ and investigated the corresponding interstitial H states by analyzing their electronic and dynamical properties in detail. As a result, we observed multiple Mu states similar to those observed in wide-gap oxides, and found that their electronic states can be attributed to relaxed-excited states associated with donor/acceptor levels predicted by the recently proposed "ambipolarity model". This provides an indirect support for the DFT calculations on which the model is based via the donor/acceptor levels. An important implication of the muon results for improved hydrogen kinetics is that dehydrogenation, serving as a $reduction$ for hydrides, stabilizes the interstitial H$^-$ state., Comment: 14 pages, 9 figures

Abstract

Background The obesity epidemic has become a serious public health problem in many countries worldwide. Seaweed has few calories and is rich in active nutritional components necessary for health promotion and disease prevention. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the Campylaephora hypnaeoides J. Agardh (C. hypnaeoides), an edible seaweed traditionally eaten in Japan, on high-fat (HF) diet-induced obesity and related metabolic diseases in mice. Methods Male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the following groups: normal diet group, HF diet group, HF diet supplemented with 2% C. hypnaeoides, and HF diet supplemented with 6% C. hypnaeoides. After 13 weeks of treatment, the weight of the white adipose tissue and liver, and the serum levels of glucose, insulin, adipokines, and lipids were measured. Hepatic levels of adipokines, oxidant markers, and antioxidant markers were also determined. Insulin resistance was assessed by a glucose tolerance test. Polysaccharides of C. hypnaeoides were purified and their molecular weight was determined by high-performance seize exclusion chromatography. The anti-inflammatory effects of purified polysaccharides were evaluated in RAW264.7 cells. Results Treatment of HF diet-induced obese mice with C. hypnaeoides for 13 weeks suppressed the increase in body weight and white adipose tissue weight. It also ameliorated insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, hepatic steatosis, and hypercholesterolemia. The ingestion of an HF diet increased serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), while it decreased serum adiponectin levels. In the liver, an HF diet markedly increased the MDA, TNF-α, and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels, while it decreased glutathione and superoxide dismutase. These metabolic changes induced by HF diet feeding were ameliorated by dietary C. hypnaeoides. Purified polysaccharides and ethanol extract from C. hypnaeoides inhibited the lipopolysaccharide-induced overproduction of nitric oxide and TNF-α in macrophage RAW264.7 cells. Conclusions The present results indicated that C. hypnaeoides was able to alleviate HF diet-induced metabolic disorders, including obesity, hyperglycemia, hepatic steatosis, and hypercholesterolemia by attenuating inflammation and improving the antioxidant capacity in mice. Polysaccharides and polyphenols may be involved in these beneficial effects of C. hypnaeoides.

Abstract

We report the results of muon spin relaxation ($\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{SR}$) and $^{29}\mathrm{Si}$ NMR measurements carried out on the cubic chiral magnet EuPtSi. This compound exhibits a helimagnetic transition at ${T}_{\mathrm{N}}=4$ K, and hosts a unique skyrmion phase characterized by a short modulation period and strong anisotropy under magnetic fields. Our zero-field $\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{SR}$ experiments revealed the development of critical slowing down of Eu spin fluctuations over a relatively wide critical region $(T\ensuremath{-}{T}_{\mathrm{N}})/{T}_{\mathrm{N}}l5$ above ${T}_{\mathrm{N}}$. We also found from $^{29}\mathrm{Si}$ NMR that the spin fluctuations are strongly suppressed by magnetic field in the paramagnetic state above 20 K. These characteristic spin dynamics observed over a wide region of temperature and magnetic field suggest the presence of magnetic frustration in the spin system. Such frustration would underlie the mechanism stabilizing the short-period skyrmion lattice observed in this compound.

Abstract

As a new method to determine the resonance frequency, Rabi-oscillation spectroscopy has been developed. In contrast to the conventional spectroscopy which draws the resonance curve, Rabi-oscillation spectroscopy fits the time evolution of the Rabi oscillation. By selecting the optimized frequency, it is shown that the precision is twice as good as the conventional spectroscopy with a frequency sweep. Furthermore, the data under different conditions can be treated in a unified manner, allowing more efficient measurements for systems consisting of a limited number of short-lived particles produced by accelerators such as muons. We have developed a fitting function that takes into account the spatial distribution of muonium and the spatial distribution of the microwave intensity to apply the new method to ground-state muonium hyperfine structure measurements at zero field. This was applied to the actual measurement data and the resonance frequencies were determined under various conditions. The result of our analysis gives $\nu_{\rm HFS}=4\ 463\ 301.61 \pm 0.71\ {\rm kHz}$, which is the world's highest precision under zero field conditions., Comment: 6 pages, 5 figures
