Lateritized ultrabasic units are located in the south of Bavanat in the northeast of Fars province in the east of Koopan village. The current study has used Landsat 8 images for RS processing. This study indicated that the RGB=532 color composite in Landsat 8 image has the best contrast for enhancing and detecting peridotite and serpentinite units. Also, based on the band ratio technique, RGB=(b2/b1), (b5/b1), and (b6/b7) color composite has the best contrast for peridotite and serpentinite units. The Principal Component Analysis technique with the standard method followed the best difference to detect and identify the ultrabasics. Principal Component Analysis method shows that RGB=PC6, PC2, and PC5 for Landsat 8 data have the best contrast for enhancement and detection of peridotite and serpentinite units. Finally, different methods of supervised classification, such as Spectral Angle Mapper, Spectral Information Divergence, and Support Vector Machine, were reviewed. Among these methods, the Spectral Information Divergence technique has the best layout for Landsat 8 images. This review aims to evaluate the therapeutic potential of green tea (GT), scientifically named Camellia sinensis , in treating eye diseases. We provide an overview of the ingredients and traditional use of Camellia sinensis , followed by a detailed discussion of its therapeutic uses in various eye diseases, including ocular surface diseases (allergic diseases, dry eye, pterygium, and infections), cataract, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal diseases, and optic nerve diseases. The pharmacologic activities related to ocular diseases, such as anti-vascular endothelial growth factor, aldose reductase inhibitor activity, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects are also explored in this review. The dose and route of administration of GT in various studies are discussed. Safety issues related to the use of GT, such as the side effects associated with high doses and long-term use, are also addressed. The review highlights the potential of GT as a natural therapeutic agent for a variety of ocular diseases. Its various pharmacologic activities make it a promising treatment option. However, more well-designed studies are needed to determine the optimal dose and route of administration and to assess its long-term safety and efficacy. Purpose: We investigated the existing regulations about driving eligibility and restrictions for persons with seizures in all English-speaking countries in the world. We aimed to identify: 1) Is there a distinction between epilepsy and functional seizures (FS) in the regulations? 2) What is the required seizure-free period before a person with seizure regains their driving eligibility?, Methods: First, we identified all the English-speaking countries in the world. Then, we referred to the website of the Department of Motor Vehicles or its equivalent in each nation or we searched the Google engine with the name of each specific nation and "driving" and "epilepsy"., Results: There are 59 English-speaking countries in the world. For 37 nations, the data on regulations about driving eligibility for persons with seizures were lacking. Only the UK has made distinctions between epilepsy and FS. The required seizure-free period before a person with seizure regains their driving eligibility varied significantly between nations. Not all nations have made distinctions between private driving and commercial driving. Finally, only some nations have specific rules and regulations for different scenarios (e.g., provoked seizures vs epilepsy, or nocturnal seizures only, etc.) CONCLUSION: Many English-speaking nations in the world do not have explicit rules and regulations about driving eligibility and restrictions for persons with seizures. Aim of this study is to determine the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome by maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (MSAFP) level. We followed 295 pregnant women from MSAFP screening in the 14th to 22th week of gestation until the end of pregnancy and information on pregnancy outcome have been recorded in questionnaires. Of 295 pregnant women, 270 had term labor and 25 had preterm labor. The frequencies of pregnancy outcomes were as following: 3 (1.01%) stillbirths, 25 (8.47%) preterm labor, and 10 (3.4%) preterm rupture of membranous (PROM), 15 (5.1%) pre-eclampsia, 23 (7.8%) oligohydramnious, and 1 (0.33%) miscarriage. The mean of preterm labor was significantly associated with the higher level of MSAFP (P = 0.021). The mean was 55.1 ng/cc in preterm labor and 41.1 ng/cc in term labor. Also, second trimester MSAFP levels were higher in women with pre-eclampsia (P < 0.001). The significant association was found between higher level of MSAFP with oligohydramnious (P < 0.001) and low birth weight (P < 0.001). Pregnancies with an elevated MSAFP level are associated with adverse obstetric outcomes and need more prenatal care.
