Influence Analysis is one of the well‐known areas of Social Network Analysis. However, discovering influencers from micro‐blog networks based on topics has gained recent popularity due to its specificity. Besides, these data networks are massive, continuous and evolving. Therefore, to address the above challenges we propose a dynamic framework for topic modelling and identifying influencers in the same process. It incorporates dynamic sampling, community detection and network statistics over graph data stream from a social media activity management application. Further, we compare the graph measures against each other empirically and observe that there is no evidence of correlation between the sets of users having large number of friends and the users whose posts achieve high acceptance (i.e., highly liked, commented and shared posts). Therefore, we propose a novel approach that incorporates a user's reachability and also acceptability by other users. Consequently, we improve on graph metrics by including a dynamic acceptance score (integrating content quality with network structure) for ranking influencers in micro‐blogs. COVID-19 has forced many educational institutions to shift to online learning methods. Many educational institutions have adopted methods like flipped classrooms or blended learning. Such schools have also associated it with the issues of recruitment of qualified teachers and their training during the pandemic, particularly in EFL online teaching. To build a framework, the study has adopted a social constructivist theoretical approach, which facilitated identifying online environmental tools, techniques, and instructional practices to help teachers and learners in an engaging online environment. The study explored the students' attitudes toward online learning methods and instructors' capabilities to useonline platforms, such as Blackboard and Microsoft Teams. The researcher administered a questionnaire with closed-ended questions about learners' perception, attitude, and levels of anxiety or stress to a group of 60 students. While the respondents accepted having high to moderate levels of anxiety and stress, the instructors also admitted the challenges related to technology, time management, and assessment of large class size. However, respondents admitted that online learning and the emotional support from the instructors helped them to shift attention from the pandemic and focus on their education. The limitations included lack of focus, demotivation and limited availability of space at home, family distractions, and multiple assignments. Objective: To find out the outcomes of pregnancy and safety of chemotherapeutic regimen in women who conceived after chemotherapy for the treatment of Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia. Materials and Methods: A Prospective cohort study was done at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar. Ninety women were followed up for pregnancy outcomes after being diagnosed with Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia and treated with standard chemotherapeutic regimens between June 2005-2014. After treatment, patients were followed up for a period of five years. The patients' demographic profile, FIGO score, type of chemotherapy, treatment, and pregnancy outcomes were recorded on predesigned Performa and a computerized record was kept. Data analysis was done through SPSS-16. Results: The mean age of patients was 28.2 years (±12.5) and the mean parity was 3.39 (±1.49). Out of 90 patients diagnosed with Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia, 59 (65.6%) patients were of low risk and 31 (34.4 %) were in the high-risk category. Overall survival was 100% after chemotherapy in the low-risk category and 70.58% in the high-risk category. The pregnancy rate among women with the desire to conceive was 97%. The term live birth in 42 pregnancies was 85.7%, without any congenital abnormality. Five (10.2%) women had miscarriages, 1 woman (2%) had a repeat molar pregnancy, and 4 women experienced live twin birth after chemotherapy. Conclusions: Women who underwent treatment for Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia can be assured positively about their pregnancy outcomes and fertility prospects in the future. Meigs’ syndrome is rare. It is described as a triad of solid benign ovarian tumor, ascites, and pleural effusion that resolve after tumor resection. We present a case of a 36-year-old Bahraini female who presented with signs and symptoms of acute pelvic pain and adnexal torsion.
