Devletlerin artan ihtiyaçları neticesinde vergi gelirlerini arttırabilmesinin en önemli aracı vergiye gönüllü uyumun sağlanmasıdır. Bu noktada vergiye gönüllü uyumun ölçülmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Söz konusu önem doğrultusunda çalışmanın amacı, mükelleflerin vergiye gönüllü uyumu üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla çalışmada lojistik regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; referans grupları, vergi affı, vergi oranları, vicdan azabı, vergi denetimi, dini duyarlılık ve vergi bilgisi değişkenlerinin mükelleflerin vergiye gönüllü uyumu üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisi varken; vergi cezaları, vergi idaresinin etkinliği ve adaleti ile gelir değişkenlerinin ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamıştır., The most important tool for states to increase tax revenues for their increasing expenditure is to maintain voluntary tax compliance. At this point, measuring voluntary tax compliance is significantly essential. In line with this importance, the purpose of the study is to determine the factors that affect taxpayers’ voluntary tax compliance. For this purpose, logistic regression analysis is used in the study. According to the results, the variables of reference groups, tax amnesty, tax rates, remorse, tax audit, religious sensitivity, and tax information have statistically significant effects on taxpayers’ voluntary tax compliance. Tax penalties, efficiency, and fairness of tax administration, and income variables do not have a statistically significant effect.

Bir alışverişin varlığını belgeleyen fiş/fatura aslında birçok hukuki işlemin de başlangıcı sayılmaktadır. Ancak, mal ve hizmet alımlarında fiş/fatura alınmaması kayıtdışı bir işlemdir.Bu yüzden bu konuda özellikle genç, öğrenci kesimin duyarlılığı büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Aksaray Üniversitesi’nde eğitim gören öğrencilerinfiş/fatura alımına yönelik tutum ve davranışları üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve bu faktörlerin analiz edilmesidir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar Faktör analizi, Güvenilirlik analizi, Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskall Wallis H testi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda üç faktöre ulaşılmıştır. Bu faktörlere; “Fatura duyarlılığı”, “Alışveriş davranışı” ve “Çıkar çatışması” başlıkları verilmiştir., The voucher/invoice that certifies the existence of a shopping is the beginning of many legal transactions. However, it is an unregistered operation not to receive voucher/invoice in the purchases of goods and services.Therefore, the sensitivity of students, especially young ones, has importance in this regard.The aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting the attitude and behaviours of the students who want to get voucher/invoice at Aksaray University and to analyse the factors. The results of this study were obtained by using Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis H test. In the consequence of the Factor analysis, three factors were obtained: “Sensitivity of voucher”, “Shopping behaviour”, “Conflict of interest”.

Günümüzde devletin birinci görevi sosyal refahı arttırmaktır. Devlet bu görevi yerine getirmek için kamu gelirlerine ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Kamu gelirleri içinde ise, vergiler önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu anlamda zorunluluk esasına dayanan vergilere ilişkin, bireylerin bilinç ve tutumları önem arz etmektedir. Vergi bilinci, bireylerin vergi hakkındaki farkındalık seviyesi biçiminde tanımlanabilir. Bu yüzden de vergi bilinci ve tutumu arasında yakın bir ilişki olması beklenmektedir. Ancak bunu etkileyen pek çok faktör olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Aksaray Üniversitesi’nde öğrenim gören Maliye, İktisat, Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi (SBKY) bölümü öğrencilerinin vergi bilinç düzeyleri ve vergiye yönelik tutum ve davranışları üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve bu faktörlerin analiz edilmesidir. Bu amaçla 3. ve 4. sınıfta öğrenim gören toplam 556 öğrenci anket uygulamasına katılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere Güvenilirlik analizi, Kruskal Wallis H testi, Mann Whitney U testi, Ki-kare analizi ve Spearman korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır., Today, the first task of the state is to increase social welfare. State needs public revenues to perform this task in which taxes have important role. In this sense, consciousness and attitude of individuals are crucial regarding taxes based on imperative principle. Tax consciousness can be defined as a level of individual awareness about tax. Therefore, it is expected to be a close relation between tax consciousness and attitude of individuals. However, there are many factors that affect this relation. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze factors which affect the level of tax consciousness of students and their attitudes towards tax. A total of 556 third and fourth year students from the departments of Public Finance, Economics, Political Science and Public Administration at Aksaray University participated in the survey. Reliability analysis, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann Whitney U test, Chi-square analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were applied to the obtained data.

Tabakan, Gülin (Aksaray, Yazar), This paper is concerned with a partially linear regression model with unknown regression coefficients, an unknown nonparametric function for the nonlinear component with correlated and uncorrelated random errors. The estimation of covariance matrices of parameter estimates are modeled by Newey-West heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation consistent estimator when the errors are dependent. Real and simulated data sets are utilized to demonstrate the performance of the biased estimators.

In this thesis, the semiparametric regression model that combines the best features of the parametric and the nonparametric approaches are introduced when the parametric model assumptions are violated. Three different approaches for the semiparametric regression model estimation are considered. Firstly, the smoothing spline estimation procedure based on penalized least squares is introduced and for the evaluation of a semiparametric model based on this procedure the smoothing parameter selection criteria are considered. Secondly, a wavelet based approach is introduced for estimating a semiparametric regression model. Finally the idea of differencing to the parameter estimation in semiparametric regression model is considered and a new difference-based estimator which is called difference-based ridge estimator when the presence of multicollinearity in the semiparametric regression model is suggested. The differencing estimator and difference-based ridge estimator are analyzed and compared in the sense of mean-squared error criterion. Bu tezde parametrik model varsayımlarının sağlanmaması durumunda parametrik ve parametrik olmayan yaklaşımların en iyi yönlerini alan yarı parametrik regresyon modeli tanıtılmıştır. Yarı parametrik regresyon modelinde parametre tahmini için üç farklı yaklaşım ele alınmıştır. İlk olarak, cezalı en küçük kareler temeline dayanan eğrisel çizgi düzeltme yöntemi tanıtılmıştır ve bu yönteme dayalı olarak yarı parametrik modelin değerlendirilmesi için düzeltme parametresi seçim problemi ele alınmıştır. İkinci olarak, yarı parametrik regresyon modelinde parametre tahmini için dalgacık tabanlı tahmin yöntemi tanıtılmıştır. Son olarak yarı parametrik modelde parametre tahmini için fark alma fikri ele alınmıştır ve yarı parametrik modelde çoklu iç ilişkinin varlığı durumunda farka dayalı ridge tahmin edici olarak adlandırılan yeni bir tahmin edici önerilmiştir. İsmet ALTINTAŞ June 2004, 92 pages In the thesis, the recent progress made toward solving the determination problem of the minimal crossing number, braid index and bridge number which are the classic numerical invariants of a knot is discussed. Firstly, the properties, polynomial and numerical invariants of graphs are given in detail. The proper graphs with links and knots are build to use the properties of graphs in the links or knots. The definition of Jones polynomial is given by the polynomial of the graph. New approaches is created to the degree of Jones polynomial by the graph invariants. The determination problem of the minimal crossing number and braid index is examined by using the degree of Jones polynomial in the light of these approaches. In addition, the relationships between bridge number and these invariants are studied.
