Aiming at the problems of low soil cover and serious wear and tear of transmission parts in the soil lifting device of potato planters, this paper carries out innovative optimization design of its key parts based on TRIZ theory. The discrete element model of the soil model and the multi-body dynamic model of the soil lifting device are established, the upper scraping and lower scraping soil lifting devices are simulated respectively through the method of DEM-MBD coupling, and the working mechanism of the soil lifting device is further explored. The simulation results show that the lower scraping type lifting device has a large conveying capacity and a stable flow rate at the soil outlet. The results of the soil tank performance comparison test show that: the improved soil lifting device has a simple structure, large conveying capacity, stable flow rate, and fast flow speed and is not easily congested. It meets the standard requirements of dryland potato seedling strip mulching planting technology on mulching parameters and is of great significance for improving dryland food production on the Loess Plateau. Camellia oleifera fruit pickers are essential for improving picking efficiency and promoting the Camellia oleifera industry. However, it is challenging to develop pickers that meet user needs. Current design tools and methods have limitations, such as a single model, poor synergy between integrated models, and subjective bias when analysing user requirements and translating them into product attributes. To solve these problems, this study proposes a new design decision model based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), Function Analysis System Technique (FAST), Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ Theory), and extension transformation theory. The model was developed and applied to design an Camellia oleifera fruit picker. In this paper, an empirical investigation of an Camellia oleifera base in Wuhan was carried out, and multi-level demand analysis was used to identify the design demands in the behavioural process; FAHP was used to calculate the demand weights to clarify the design focus; expert knowledge was used to convert the demands into specific product functional features, and FAST was used to decompose these features to find the contradictory conflicts; TRIZ theory was used to determine the principles of resolving the contradictions, and the extension transformation theory were used to generate the creative design solutions for the products. By integrating FAHP, FAST, TRIZ theory and the extension transformation theory, the subjective bias in product design is eliminated, the design decision-making process is improved, and new methods and ideas are provided for the design of oleaginous tea fruit pickers and similar products. Finally, the conceptual design of an Camellia oleifera fruit picking machine was produced. However, the conceptual design has yet to be subjected to exhaustive simulation experiments and prototype testing. Future research will focus on conducting the necessary simulations, prototypes, and field tests to fully assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the design and make the required iterative improvements accordingly to commercialize the product eventually. This study explores the impact of visionary leadership and competence on employee performance, with a focus on the mediating roles of organizational commitment and innovation. Conducted within the context of civil servants in Pekanbaru City, this research employs a quantitative approach to investigate the relationships between these variables. The results reveal that visionary leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediating role of organizational commitment. Competence also significantly influences employee performance, but this effect is primarily channeled through innovation, which acts as a key mediator. The findings underscore the importance of fostering visionary leadership and enhancing competence to boost organizational commitment and innovation, ultimately leading to improved employee performance. This study contributes valuable insights into the mechanisms by which leadership and competence can be leveraged to achieve higher levels of performance in public sector organizations. Fiber SPR biosensors have low sensitivity and accuracy in detecting biomolecules. In this study, the TRIZ is applied to molecules and optimization. By defining the prototype system, clarifying the components and interacting objects, and adopting a functional model analysis and causal analysis, we deeply explored the key points and root causes of leakage and used a variety of tools, such as technological contradiction, object-field analysis, the HOW-TO model and knowledge effect library, physical contradiction, and the villain method, to come up with different solutions. A novel multimode–single-mode–multimode fiber SPR sensor based on the structure of gold (Au)–molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)–gold nanoparticles was designed and manufactured by using the TRIZ systematically for the first time. Under the effective guidance of the TRIZ, the sensitivity of the novel sensor is significantly enhanced after the optimization and experimental verification. The new sensor provides an effective reduction in the cost of detection and production and at the same time has excellent stability, ease of preparation, and high reproducibility, which is of significant value and significance for practical applications. To cope with low fertility rate and an aging population, China introduced and implemented a two-child policy to make an overall population adjustment. Because of this, there are now problems, such as the uncoordinated sleep space for the two children, competition between older children, insufficient care for older children, and additional family affairs. In view of this, this study focused on the two-child family and parents as the main users of wooden infant beds. The method of constructing I-Kano model was used to determine the needs of users and their importance. Based on the QFD theory, the user needs and engineering measures were analyzed and explored. Based on the TRIZ theory, the analysis of engineering conflict resolution was performed. Based on the results, the wooden infant bed design strategy was developed for the background of two-child policy. The purpose of this work is to meet the parenting needs of two-child families in various periods with the developed design strategy, avoid the parenting problems of two-child families, improve the parenting quality of two-child families, adjust the sleeping space of two-child families, and fill the vacancy in the design theory of wooden baby beds for two-child families.

The OECD is an inevitable force in contemporary education. This paper illustrates how the OECD affects recent education policy-making in Iceland with a particular focus on recent documents establishing the new Education Policy 2030 in Iceland and on OECD reports that directly relate to this policy. We illustrate the relationship between these documents both topically and chronologically and use Marilyn Strathern's (2006) reasoning about policy making by bullet-points to understand these policy products. Our conclusions are that education policy 2030 is a clear step into a more Nordic tradition of policymaking, in terms of basing policy in previous works and official reports as well as increasing involvement by stakeholders. However, they are characterized by politically admirable, albeit lofty, formulations of ambitions and focus areas, rather than measurable, actionable and implementable policies. The OECD is given a great influence not only as a referential point and a tool to legitimate particular policies, but also a post-hoc policy-implementation adviser and auditor of the policy. Even though the OECD is asked for evaluation of the visionary policy and seems to be the solution to the perceived lack of professional procedure in Icelandic governance, the time-frame seems not to have allowed a thorough use of their advice. The article discusses the issue of copyright protection for AI-generated content and suggests that alternative dispute resolution tactics may be able to address this issue until the law catches up with rapidly developing technology. It highlights cases where the United States Copyright Office and courts have rejected federal copyright protection for AI-generated artwork, emphasizing the requirement of human authorship for copyright protection. The article argues that protecting AI-generated works does not align with the original purpose of copyright law, which is to incentivize human creativity. It suggests that alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration, may be more suitable for resolving disputes related to AI-generated content. The ability to produce creative solutions is currently needed due to rapid social, technological, and economic changes. Stakeholders can bring together various points of view to produce comprehensive solutions. Design thinking offers an inventive approach to solving challenging problems. This research offers a comprehensive perspective and understanding of design thinking as a framework for measuring the abilities of prospective teachers. A qualitative approach with documentary content analysis methodologies produces a theoretical competency framework. The findings are then applied to pinpoint design thinking's dimensions and indicators as pertinent competencies, such as empathy, experimentation, optimism, feedback seeking, and collaboration. These results significantly advance our knowledge of how, in the present environment, design thinking may be understood, utilized, and assessed as a critical talent. Considering the increasingly complex and dynamic characteristics of education, this research emphasizes the importance of building design thinking competencies for prospective teachers. Aims and objectives: This study applies the notion of chronotope as an analytical tool to explore the role of globalization, immigration, and transnationalism in shaping multilingual children's awareness and use of semiotic resources in changing social contexts. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a part of an ongoing collaborative autoethnography (CAE), in which the data come from the second author's cross-cultural transnational family and are shared with the first author for a collaborative interpretation and analysis. Data and analysis: Data were collected through recording the observations of language practices of a nine-year-old girl in a transnational family, including her plays on her own or with her peers in and outside the home. An ethnographically grounded discourse-analytic approach was employed in analyzing the data. Findings/conclusions: Despite rich linguistic and cultural repertoire, the child situated English on a higher scale level in a hierarchically layered system, and she found imaginative play as a space in which she could explore not only linguistic repertoire but also certain cultural chronotopes. She also demonstrated her awareness of and skills in drawing on variation within the English language to index certain social personae. Originality: The originality of the study lies, first, in the uniqueness of the case being in an Indian-Iranian multilingual transnational family and, second, in the unique methodology—using chronotopes as a theoretical and analytic tool to analyze audio-recorded interactions in a multilingual child's imaginative plays. Significance/implications: The study has implications for our understanding of how children pick up indexical meanings of linguistic choices and reproduce them in their imaginative worlds. Transport specialists in the USSR persistently called for mathematical expressions of fundamental laws in urban transportation, to assist the development of efficient transportation systems. However, the specificity of the planned economy meant that these appeals did not receive substantial financial support. In response to challenges such as falsified data and political interference, practitioners developed an "imaginative" approach based on intuition, tradition and experience. Analysis of academic literature written in Russian, archival sources and new data gained from interviews shows that the demand for quantitative methods was a bureaucratic response to the uncertainties of public transport administration, while planning documents functioned as leverage in political bargaining for resources. In practice, urban transport planners and transport company employees relied on their own creativity and innovation to compensate for pervasive resource and methodological deficits. Objective: The objective of this article was to create a model for the development of human resources in the General Administration, as well as in the seven districts and regions of Mashhad, using a visionary leadership approach. Methods: This study utilized a mixed research method, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The qualitative portion of the study consisted of two groups: a) scientific experts, and b) executive experts, which included managers and deputies from the General Directorate of Education, university professors, and field experts. The total number of participants in this section was determined to be 20 individuals. In order to select participants for the qualitative portion, the purposeful sampling method was employed, while the three-step Delphi method was used for the qualitative portion. The quantitative portion of the study included all managers from the General Directorate of Education in Razavi Khorasan and the seven regions of Mashhad, totaling 122 individuals in the General Directorate and 420 individuals in the seven regions of Mashhad, resulting in a total of 542 participants. The sample size for the quantitative portion was determined to be 280 individuals, according to Morgan's table. Results: The findings of the study analyzed the measurement models for the two main variables: human resource development and visionary leadership. It was discovered that human resource development consists of three dimensions: career development, performance development, and empowerment. On the other hand, visionary leadership encompasses two dimensions: structural and individual. Conclusions: The suggestion posits that educational administrators must cultivate innovative leadership abilities grounded in visionary leadership and implement them within a fluid educational environment. The study aims to demonstrate the importance of typomorphological knowledge as a method of contextual analysis in architectural design education. The Architectural Design Studio is a place for students to experience design tools, methods, and practice, and focuses on developing the ability to design and teach. Design, with its phases of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation phases, is a dynamic process that consists of adapting and transforming the information obtained from past experiences and making it suitable for the creation of new designs. The analysis phase is one of the most crucial stages in the architectural design process, as it involves the study of the context. The context typically includes tangible data such as topography, the built environment, functional relationships, the history of the area, and its current significance. The typomorphological approach is a method for studying context and is crucial to introduce into design education. The study intends to reveal the contribution of supporting imaginative education with theoretical knowledge to the design process and how typomorphological knowledge can be taught, in architectural design education. The paper analyzes the significance and role of context in architectural design education and process, provides knowledge on typomorphological approaches, and explores through examples the contributions of researchers using these approaches to design education in this field and how they produce solutions. The conclusion discusses the concepts, issues, and analytical techniques addressed by four different researchers in their architectural/urban design courses integrating typomorphology and the contributions of this knowledge to the architectural design process and the education of students. The aim of this article is to describe and explain changes in people's recreational behaviours caused by the shift to remote work (RW) or work from home (WFH) due to lockdowns during the Covid-19 pandemic. A literature review revealed a cognitive, methodological and applicative gap in this area. This relationship has not been analysed so far, particularly among Poles. The authors developed an electronic questionnaire using a framework designed to study RPA behaviours. A survey based on the questionnaire was conducted from 20 May to 31 Oct. 2020 and included 533 respondents, with 371 people experiencing changes at work, 280 of whom shifted to RW/WFH. A combination of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods (descriptive statistics and content analysis techniques, affinity diagram, relationship diagram) was used to analyse the survey results. The results of the qualitative analysis allowed a description of changes in the respondents' lifestyles induced by the transition to RW/WFH. The results of the quantitative data analysis showed unequivocally that taking up RW/WFH had a negative impact on RPA behaviours. The frequency and duration of workouts decreased. The novelty lies in demonstrating the relationship between remote working/work from home and RPA and the inventive methodological approach. Spatial environmental factors can effectively alleviate children's fear of the medical environment when they seek medical treatment. This study focuses on the special environmental space of a children's hospital, thoroughly considering the emotional needs of and the therapeutic effects on children as a unique group during medical treatment. By analyzing the existing design of children's hospital environments, this research actively explores more suitable environmental design solutions for children's healthcare settings. This study summarizes the user demand factors of children's hospital environmental space design through field research and analysis interviews and calculates the weight indicators of user demand through AHP hierarchical analysis. On this basis, based on the QFD theoretical model, user needs are transformed into technical needs, and a house of quality is drawn to judge the conflicting needs through the positive and negative correlations between the factors. Finally, the forty invention principles of the TRIZ innovation theory are used to propose a solution to the environmental space program of children's hospitals to obtain the optimal solution to the environmental space design effect. This study shows that incorporating theoretical models of AHP, QFD, and TRIZ into the environmental space design of children's hospitals can improve and optimize the environmental space of children's hospitals, and the example of a children's hospital can be designed to meet children's emotional needs according to this model. A series of interesting innovative practices, such as personalized digital information diagnosis and treatment, interesting visual guidance, and the implicit healing effect of color, can be realized. The aim is to create a modern, child-friendly medical environment that not only meets medical functional requirements but also effectively alleviates the stress of pediatric patients during diagnosis and treatment. This study preliminarily verifies the scientificity and rationality of the entire design process and provides a reference for the design practices of children's hospital environments. The Penryn Creativity Collaborative is a project in Cornwall, UK, that aims to develop teaching for creativity in primary and secondary schools. The project utilizes an action research model and involves collaboration between schools, local industry and cultural partners, and the University of Exeter. The research focuses on understanding and nurturing creativity in students, with an emphasis on preparing them for the future workforce. The project has resulted in the development of a creative skills model and the implementation of various classroom practices that promote creativity and engagement among students. The findings demonstrate the positive impact of teaching for creativity on students' learning experiences and their ability to think critically and problem-solve. The project has also produced a toolkit and ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers to continue incorporating creativity into their classrooms. [Extracted from the article]

The global challenges and problems that threaten sustainability and human wellbeing demand the provision of creative, innovative, and affordable solutions so that they are within the reach of different levels of society. From the point of view of Higher Education, this is a major challenge since it is responsible for training new generations with the competencies and knowledge that allow them to respond to contemporary challenges and problems. This study provides a framework to promote sustainable entrepreneurship through transdisciplinary and abductive thinking. This combination of approaches will allow students to identify, analyze, and understand contemporary problems and, through a systematized process based on the "design thinking" design model, propose creative, innovative, and affordable solutions that can be implemented through entrepreneurship mechanisms. The identified findings that will be presented in this work are (i) the relevance of the Education 4.0 model as a reference to promote transdisciplinarity in a current teaching-learning context, (ii) The relevance of "design for sustainable development" as a trigger for sustainable entrepreneurship, (iii) The formation of desirable competencies in the profile of the higher education student based on transdisciplinarity and abductive thinking within the active learning process, and (iv) quantitative and qualitative measurement that allows measuring acceptance and evaluation of the long-term sustainability of the solutions obtained. This work will present the implementation of the proposed framework through a case study. This case study allowed us to identify elements of the proposed reference framework. The case study will address the problem of water scarcity and pollution, describing initiatives to achieve ODS 6, where it explains how sustainable and visionary solutions can be forged through transdisciplinary collaboration and abductive thinking. The project named "STEAM-mural fountain" done by a transdisciplinary working team between academia-society-industry is described, which aims to make technological advances in water treatment and monitoring visible to society. When working with domain-specific representations such as structural molecular representations and reaction mechanisms, learners need to be engaged in multiple cognitive operations, from attending to relevant areas of representations, linking implicit information to structural features, and making meaningful connections between information and reaction processes. For these processes, appropriate instruction, such as a clever task design, becomes a crucial factor for successful learning. Chemistry learning, and especially organic chemistry, merely addressed meaningful task design in classes, often using more reproduction-oriented predict-the-product tasks. In recent years, rethinking task design has become a major focus for instructional design in chemistry education research. Thus, this perspective aims to illustrate the theoretical underpinning of comparing cases from different perspectives, such as the structure-mapping theory, the cognitive load theory, and the variation theory, and outlines, based on the cognitive theory of multimedia learning, how instructors can support their students. Variations of this task design in the chemistry classroom and recommendations for teaching with case comparisons based on current state-of-the-art evidence from research studies in chemistry education research are provided. Globally, as we progress toward a more sustainable future, the sustainable development goals (SDGs) must be incorporated into various sectors, including education. This article explores the significant impact of inventive leadership styles on SDGs in education at the secondary school level in Pakistan. Based on this study, four hypotheses were developed using leadership variables such as empowerment of leadership, inspiring learners, resilient visions, and lead transformation. A quantitative survey method was utilized in this study. The researchers selected convenient sampling to collect data from 288 teachers, including heads of schools and administrators from 89 institutions. The data collection process included using a survey questionnaire to collect data on leadership styles and their relationship regarding SDGs within the field of education. In order to analyze the given data, two software programs were used, namely SPSS and Smart PLS 4.0. Several statistical methods were used to examine the collected data, such as confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM), which were implemented to confirm the measurement model. Additionally, path analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The findings revealed that overall leadership styles have a great positive impact on SDGs in education. Based on results, it has been found that it would be beneficial if leaders/teachers enhance their struggle using inventive leadership styles for achieving SDGs, fostering transformative education, and ensuring that learners and societies benefit from a more equitable and resilient future. Additionally, the need for more resources, resistance to change, and a need for leaders'/teachers' professional development have been identified as potential obstacles. Over the past year, many young creators who use the Chinese-owned social networking platform TikTok have claimed that its underlying algorithm surveils and suppresses the reach of content by Black, brown, fat, queer, and disabled creators. However, despite these algorithmic biases, these marginalized creators have continued to find new and ingenious ways to not only create but also successfully share anti-racist, anti-misogynistic, LGBTQIA+supportive, and body-positive content on the platform. Using this tension, this essay engages visual content analysis and critical technocultural discourse analysis to examine the innovative ways marginalized creators employ TikTok's various medium and technological affordances to evade algorithmic surveillance and oppression. Building on Simone Browne's concept of dark sousveillance, I theorize these practices as acts of digital dark sousveillance, defined within the essay as the use of digital tools to enact surveillance subversion, obfuscation, inversion while operating within systems of racializing surveillance. The volume also examines how other cultures perceived the Greek genius, with some focusing on negative stereotypes of Greeks as cunning and deceitful. The article discusses the evolution of the Greek genius concept over time and its impact on Greek national identity. The text also delves into the discourse surrounding Greek genius in late nineteenth-century public discussions and its prevalence in the interwar period. It concludes by discussing the instrumentalization of the Greek genius during the recent Greek economic crisis. Modern consumption patterns lead to massive waste, which poses challenges in storage and highlights the urgent need for more sustainable product development. Customer feedback on products plays a crucial role in product design, yet previous studies overlooked these invaluable insights. In response, this study introduces a novel systematic methodology that integrates the strengths of text mining, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ). Text mining techniques are utilized to extract customer requirements from online platforms, while QFD is used to translate these requirements into technical specifications. By integrating the contradiction matrix from TRIZ theory with the triptych, technical conflicts are resolved. The design process for next-generation smart glasses is employed as an illustrative case to validate the proposed integrated innovation design approach. Analytical outcomes suggest that the introduced methodology can effectively address sustainable product design challenges and sets the stage for future advancements in smart glasses. In this perspective paper I propose to explore the remarkable humanity-centered education designed by the Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), along with his legacy in the form of the Waldorf schools that still serve children aged 3-18. Steiner was a polymath who could have been influenced by figures including the Roman playwright Terence, a freed slave who valued "humanity," as well as the 16th Century Humanist Erasmus of Rotterdam, who was in favor of humane education. International Waldorf education is now over 100 years old and Steiner's focus on educating the human being in a healthy and integrated manner remains central. This paper provides an exploratory overview of Steiner-Waldorf education and offers a critical reflection on issues sometimes raised against its theory and practice. I have interviewed 43 Waldorf teachers from schools in Germany, the US and the UK covering their individual evaluation of human and humane-focused Waldorf pedagogy. Racial disproportionality in school discipline is an enduring systemic problem whose patterns change from one context to another. In order to develop systemic solutions that are responsive to local contexts, school stakeholders' collective, agentic actions toward systemic changes are essential. Utilizing a participatory systemic design process led by an urban high school community, this case study examines how Learning Lab, an inclusive problem-solving process, fostered urban school stakeholders' transformative agency. Through structured decision-making and collaborative design activity, Learning Lab participants analyzed systemic contradictions in the school discipline system and developed a culturally responsive behavioral support system to address racial disproportionality in discipline outcomes. Aiming at the lack of speed variators with large transmission ratio for the chain cold drawing production line, on the basis of the ZSY500-50 three-stage reducer, the technical contradiction existing in the technical system is analyzed using the TRIZ theory, and the invention principles that are conducive to solving the technical contradiction are found in the contradiction matrix table. Under the inspiration of the invention principles, the 50/100 second-speed gear transmission with reasonable and compact structure is designed by adding sliding gears, improving the sliding mechanism and optimizing the shafting layout. The strength calculation of the core components and the mechanical simulation using the Ansys Workbench software show that the core components of the two-speed variator all meet the strength requirements.

Aiming at the problems of low soil cover and serious wear and tear of transmission parts in the soil lifting device of potato planters, this paper carries out innovative optimization design of its key parts based on TRIZ theory. The discrete element model of the soil model and the multi-body dynamic model of the soil lifting device are established, the upper scraping and lower scraping soil lifting devices are simulated respectively through the method of DEM-MBD coupling, and the working mechanism of the soil lifting device is further explored. The simulation results show that the lower scraping type lifting device has a large conveying capacity and a stable flow rate at the soil outlet. The results of the soil tank performance comparison test show that: the improved soil lifting device has a simple structure, large conveying capacity, stable flow rate, and fast flow speed and is not easily congested. It meets the standard requirements of dryland potato seedling strip mulching planting technology on mulching parameters and is of great significance for improving dryland food production on the Loess Plateau.

Fiber SPR biosensors have low sensitivity and accuracy in detecting biomolecules. In this study, the TRIZ is applied to molecules and optimization. By defining the prototype system, clarifying the components and interacting objects, and adopting a functional model analysis and causal analysis, we deeply explored the key points and root causes of leakage and used a variety of tools, such as technological contradiction, object-field analysis, the HOW-TO model and knowledge effect library, physical contradiction, and the villain method, to come up with different solutions. A novel multimode–single-mode–multimode fiber SPR sensor based on the structure of gold (Au)–molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)–gold nanoparticles was designed and manufactured by using the TRIZ systematically for the first time. Under the effective guidance of the TRIZ, the sensitivity of the novel sensor is significantly enhanced after the optimization and experimental verification. The new sensor provides an effective reduction in the cost of detection and production and at the same time has excellent stability, ease of preparation, and high reproducibility, which is of significant value and significance for practical applications.

The TRIZ theory was used to accurately discover the problems to be solved in the design of roadway surrounding rock control technology. This paper tried to solve the complex issue of surrounding rock control in deep roadways from a new perspective. Based on the functional component analysis and causal axis analysis of the problem's primary reason, simultaneously, the surrounding rock control technology was optimized through technical contradiction analysis, physical contradiction analysis, and substance and field model analysis. As a result, a fully enclosed wire-shell support technology was proposed. Finally, taking the typical soft rock roadway engineering of Pansan Coal Mine in Huainan Mining Area, Anhui Province, China, as the engineering background, the engineering application and effect evaluation were completed. This paper provides a reference for controlling the instability of deep soft rock roadways in coal mines. A new idea of optimizing roadway support engineering based on TRIZ theory was proposed. In view of the problems of single point pressing, unstable koji block quality and poor lifting effect, the overall scheme design of the koji press was innovated by using TRIZ theory. Using the principle of segmentation and multi-dimensional development, a multi-station koji pressing device was designed, including six stations such as dropping, pre-pressing shaping, three-time beating, and release output, with an average output of 500 pieces/h. The hammer head device was innovated by the principle of replication, dynamic, parameter change and approximation. Each mold box correspondingly contains 8 flexible hammer head devices that could be punched independently, realizing 24 times/cycle of multi-point and multi-frequency flexible beating. SolidWorks was employed for device virtual modeling and the scheme was verified through the prototype. The test results show that the moisture content of the koji block pressed by the equipment is 12%. The lifting effect area ratio of the koji block surface is about 82%. The thickness of the koji block is about 0.96 cm. The koji block is loose and tight in the circumference, and the section is clean. The research provides new ideas for the innovative design of the koji block press. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
