Labor migration of Moldovan citizens in the age of globalization, reached significant rates and has a manifold influence over socioeconomic life of the country. According to the Moldova National Bank data, the amount of these resources approached the amount of budget revenue and accumulated more than 25% of GDP, and the Republic of Moldova, concerning the estimates of IMF experts, took the leading role among 25 new developing states. It binds to have an intent look over so-called problems of âmigration social costâ and the policy of social optimization of these sources potential, first of all in the interests of Moldovan citizens currently working abroad and in the interests to preserve and develop human capital of the country despite present circumstances. The subject of the paper is migration policy as a system of activities carried out by tripartite social dialogue participants (government-trade unions-business organizations); its correlation with remittances, increase of their social feedback for human, social development and contribution to change the situation of labor market in the Republic of Moldova, taking into account realities and perspectives of national economy. On the basis of the 2005-2006 results of analytical and sociological research, are presented social financial aspect of state migration policy, emphasizing the problems of remittances as the object of practical policy of the government and social partners, within labor area, identifying effective possibilities and coordinated actions of tripartite partnership actors in real âredirection and reorientationâ of the use of private migrant money transfers that work outside of the country and remit their incomes back home.
