Rad opisuje postupak određivanja parametara PI regulatora koristeći prethodno pojednostavljen model metodama tehničkog optimuma i korijena mjesta krivulje. Parametri PI regulatora su zatim korigirani korištenjem MATLAB-Simulink programskog paketa, te je provedena detaljna analiza regulacijskog kruga uz tako podešen regulator. Sustav je zatim podvrgnut raznim smetnjama u simulaciji, te je korišten niskopropusni filtar kojem su podešeni parametri kako bi se smanjio mjerni šum. The work addresses procedure of tuning PI regulator utilizing previously simplified model of the industrial gas furnace using magnitude optimum and the root locust method. Parameters of PI controller are then corrected using MATLAB-Simulink software package, then the process with the retuned PI controller is analyzed. System is then subjected to different types of interferences using simulation. Low-pass filter is then tuned to reduce the noise emitted from measuring device.

U ovom radu opisan je razvoj i izrada upravljačke aplikacije i sučelja za interakciju čovjeka s maketom pokretne trake. Navedena su i objašnjena programska okruženja u kojima se PLC programira. Pokretanje montažne trake moguće je obaviti dojavom ručne komande na maketi ili na HMI panelu. Metoda za razvoj upravljačke aplikacije temelji se na pisanju programa prema statusu stroja koja se pokazala efikasnom u području industrijske automatizacije. Razvoj programskog algoritma u zahtijevanoj aplikaciji diplomskog rada predstavlja podlogu za sve ostale opcije upravljanja montažnom trakom. The method for developing a control application is based on writing a program according to the status of the machine, which has proven to be effective in the field of industrial automation. Ovaj rad pobliže objašnjava ulogu frekventnih pretvarača kod nadzora i upravljanja asinkronim motorom. Frekventni pretvarač implementiran je u sustav sa industrijskim računalom (engl. PLC) zajedno sa njegovim pripadajućim grafičkim sučeljem (engl. HMI), a sve se ostvaruje putem Profinet komunikacije. Pobliže je objašnjena struktura i princip rada asinkronih motora i zašto je danas njihovo upravljanje pojednostavljenom pojavom digitalne elektronike i frekventnih pretvarača. Objašnjeni su i frekventni pretvarači zajedno sa industrijskim računalima. Komunikacija koja ovaj sustav zajedno povezuje, a to je Profinet, pobliže je objašnjena i prikazani su načini podešavanja. Izrađen je program koji komunicira sa frekventnim pretvaračem, omogućava korisniku mijenjanje određenih parametara motora, a ujedno i očitavane trenutnih parametara. Za sami kraj odrađeno je testiranje sustava, gdje su se mjerili parametri motora. This paper explains in more detail the role of AC drives in monitoring and controlling an induction motor. The AC drive is implemented in a system with an industrial computer (PLC) together with its associated graphic interface (HMI), and everything is realized through Profinet communication. The structure and principle of operation of inductionmotors is explained in more detail and why their management is simplified with the advent of digital electronics and AC drives. AC drives are also explained together with industrial computers. The communication that connects this system together, which is Profinet, is explained in more detail and the adjustment methods are shown. A program was created that communicates with the AC drive, allows the user to change certain motor parameters, and at the same time read the current parameters. Finally, the system was tested, where the motor parameters were measured.

Zadatak je bio napraviti odnosno realizirati model kućišta za automatizirano prikupljanje uzoraka s digitalnog refraktometra. Bilo je potrebno povezati kameru, refraktometar i računalo na način da se svakim mjerenjem rezultata na refraktometru slike dohvate i spreme na računalo odnosno skladište Firebase-a uz korištenje Arduino programa. Prvi dio uvodi u opis samog refraktometra, radi boljeg razumijevanja njegove funkcija i načina mjerenja s njim. Nakon opisa refraktometra, uvodi se odnosno opisuje modul kamere ESP32-CAM, njegove funkcije te njezina glavna uloga koja je zapravo dohvaćanje i spremanje slike na Firebase. Objašnjen je postupak povezivanja kamere s Arduinom koji povezuje kameru i Firebase. Spomenut je razlog odabira korištenja Firebase-a,te je objašnjen detaljno kod s Arduina uz komentare kako bi se bolje moglo razumjeti spajanje kamere s Firebase-om. I zadnji korak je izrada modela preko programa za 3D dizajniranje te realizacija istog u koji se smješta kamera i refraktometar kako bi se sve to moglo povezati u jedno. Nakon realizacije, u konačnici je izrađen model na koji se smješta refraktometar i kamera, te se realizira glavni zadatak ovog završnog rada. The task was to make or realize a model of the housing for the automated collection of samples from a digital refractometer. It was necessary to connect the camera, refractometer and computer in such a way that with each measurement of the results on the refractometer, the images are retrieved and saved on the computer or the Firebase storage by using the Arduino program. The first part of the introduction is the description of the refractometer itself, in order to better understand its function and the way of measuring with it. After the description of the refractometer, the ESP32-CAM camera module is introduced or described, its functions and its main role, which is actually retrieving and saving the image on Firebase. The procedure for connecting the camera to the Arduino, which will connect the camera and Firebase, is explained. The reason for choosing to use Firebase is mentioned, and is explained in detail in the Arduino comments to better understand the connection of the camera to Firebase. The last step is the creation of a model using a 3D design program and the realization of the same in which the camera and refractometer will be placed so that it can all be connected into one. After the realization, a model was finally created on which the refractometer and camera are placed, and the main task of this final work is realized.

Cilj rada je bio opisati od kojih dijelova se sastoji korištena maketa koja sadrži programabilni logički kontroler Mitsubishi FX5UC i pripadne module. Nakon što su opisani svi dijelovi PLC-a potrebno je bilo objasniti različite načine upravljanja sustavom te implementirati algoritme za upravljanje PLC-om. Prikazano je kako se uz pomoć PLC-a mogu automatizirati procesi. Na kraju rada se demonstrirao rad PLC-a kroz konkretne primjere pomoću pokusa za regulaciju temperature u komori, upravljanje brzinom vrtnje asinkronog motora i upravljanje servomotorom. The aim of the paper was to describe all the parts the used model consists of, which contains a programmable logic controller Mitsubishi FX5UC and associated modules. After all parts of the PLC were described, it was necessary to explain the different ways of managing the system and to implement algorithms for PLC management. It is shown how processes can be automated with the help of a PLC. At the end of paper, the operation of the PLC was demonstrated through concrete examples using experiments for chamber temperature control, asynchronous motor speed control and servomotor control.

U radu je prikazan utjecaj transportnog kašnjenja na kakvoću regulacije, te prikazana problematika projektiranja takvih sustava. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kako transportno kašnjenje utječe na različite strukture upravljanja, te kako pronaći najbolje rješenje. Opisan je postupak projektiranja regulatora za procese s izraženim transportnim kašnjenjem. U radu je prikazan utjecaj transportnog kašnjenja na jednom realnom industrijskom procesu miješanja dviju različitih koncentracija tekućina. Izvršena je analiza procesa primjenom klasičnih metoda upravljanja s PI regulatorom, te prikazani rezultati odziva sustava na Step pobudu. Prikazano je kako klasične jednopetljasta regulacija ne zadovoljava takvim procesima, te da je potrebno pristupiti složenim strukturama upravljanja kao što su: Smithov prediktor i njegove varijante za povećanje robusnosti (PPI i FPPI), te predupravljanje. Smithov prediktor daje zadovoljavajuće rezultate, ali uvođenjem PPI i FPPI kakvoća regulacije se povećava. Rezultat diplomskog rada je kroz analizu prikazati i definirati rješenja upravljanja s transportnim kašnjenjem nad stvarnim industrijskim procesima. The paper presents the impact of transport delays on the quality of regulation and presents the problems of designing such systems. This paper aims to show how transport delays affect different control structures, and how to find the best solution. The procedure for designing a controller for processes with a pronounced transport delay is described. The paper presents the influence of transport delay on a real industrial process of mixing two different concentrations of liquids. The process analysis was performed using classical control methods with a PI controller, and the results of the system-to-step response are presented. It is shown that classical single-loop control does not satisfy such processes and that it is necessary to approach complex control structures such as Smith's predictor and its variants for increasing robustness (PPI and FPPI), and pre-control. Smith's predictor gives satisfactory results, but with the introduction of PPI and FPPI the quality of regulation increases. The result of the diploma thesis is to present and define solutions for managing transport delays over real industrial processes through analysis.

Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada je izrada upravljačkog algoritma i sučelja čovjek-stroj koji će služiti za vertikalni pomak razdjelnika u procesu kontinuiranog lijevanja čelika. Potrebno je proces vertikalnog pomaka razdjelnika i rezultate simulacije prikazati u sučelju čovjek-stroj. U svrhu poboljšanja simulacije potrebno je izraditi funkciju koja dodaje poremećaj u sustav i stvara realan pomak hidrauličkih cilindara. Upravljački algoritam je napravljen po metodi master-slave, a korišteni su PID regulatori za izvedbu istoga. Sučelje čovjek-stroj napravljeno je što jednostavnije kako bi bilo koji operater mogao raditi na njemu. Upravljački algoritam i sučelje čovjek-stroj napravljeni su u programskom paketu Tia portal i namijenjeni su za korištenje na PLC uređaju. The goal of graduate thesis is development of a control algorithm and a human-machine interface that will serve for the vertical displacement of the tundish in the process of continuous casting of steel. It is necessary to simulate the process of vertical displacement of the tundish and display the simulation results in the human-machine interface. In order to improve the simulation, it is necessary to create a function that adds disturbance to the system and creates a realistic displacement of the hydraulic cylinders. The control algorithm and a human-machine interface are made in the Tia portal software package and are intended for use on a PLC device. The control algorithm was made with the master-slave method, and PID controllers were used to design it. The human-machine interface is made as simple as possible so that any operator can work on it.

U ovom završnom radu je objašnjeno kako su električni automobili nastali, te kako su se razvijali svih ovih godina do današnjeg dana. Navedene su različite vrste električnih automobila ovisno o pogonu koji koriste, te su naglašene prednosti u odnosu na automobile s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem. S obzirom na brzi razvoj tehnologije , industrija električnih brzo napreduje no još ne mogu u tolikoj mjeri konkurirati s konvencionalnim automobilima s dizelskim ili benzinskim motorima, a razlog tome je što vijek trajanja baterije u električnim automobilima ne može komparirati vječnosti motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem. Mjerni članovi razine tekućine posjeduju karakteristike koje definiraju njihova svojstva. Cilj je izraditi simulator za potrebe ubrzavanja procesa puštanja čeličane u pogon. Potrebno je simulirati proces toplog valjanja te je u isto vrijeme potrebno regulirati napetost čelične trake. Simulirani proces se sastoji od dva postolja s valjcima, ventila, cilindra i vodilice pomoću koje se regulira napetost. Programska podrška je napisana koristeći Tia Portal te je namijenjena za implementaciju na PLC uređaj. Programska podrška se sastoji od simulacije izvršnih i mjernih članova, algoritma za upravljanje i korisničkog sučelja na kojem se prikazuje trenutno stanje procesa te iz kojega je moguće upravljane procesom. MPC je napredna metoda upravljanja procesima koja služi za predviđanje ponašanja zavisnih varijabli (izlaza) s obzirom na promjenu nezavisnih varijabli (ulaza), uzimajući u obzir dinamiku sustava, ograničenja i ostale parametre te na taj način daje vrijednosti optimalnih nezavisnih varijabli u N narednih koraka. U radu je za primjer odabran jednostavan model vozila te je korištena aplikacija MPC Designer za projektiranje MPC regulatora koji autonomno upravlja vozilom u scenariju manevra promjene trake. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je stvaranje web trgovine za prodaju sportske opreme zasnovanu na sustavu personaliziranih preporuka. The referral system uses a multi-criteria approach for creating personalized re-ferrals based on hybrid approaches. The multi-criteria approach includes three criteria: gender, search history and prominent categories. Each user, after the existence of the three mentioned criteria, is recommended with different items. The correct operation of the web store was con-firmed in a small group of respondents where the most important thing was the correct generation of recommended items, which was successfully achieved for each of the users according to the present criteria.

U ovom radu opisano je sučelje čovjek-stroj (engl. Human-Machine Interface – HMI) koje se koristi u industrijskim primjenama. Spomenute su i komponente koje se u industriji koriste za signalizaciju kod jednostavnih procesa. Navedeni su primjeri gdje se HMI uređaji koriste u industriji. Zatim je opisan programski paket TIA Portal i koji su najvažniji koraci prilikom izrade programa. Također opisan je postupak kako se kreira projekt u njemu te u kojim programskim jezicima je moguće kreirati program. Opisan je način rada sa tagovima te vizualizacija procesa u WinCC-u i kako se izrađuje projekt u njemu. U praktičnom dijelu rada uspješno je vizualiziran i realiziran jedan jednostavan industrijski proces sa svim funkcijama koje su potrebne za ovaj proces i koje su detaljno objašnjene. U zadnjem dijelu nalazi se analiza procesa sa svim testnim slučajevima. Ova vizualizacija daje pregled tehnologija koje se koriste prilikom kreiranja nadzornog i upravljačkog sustava This paper describes the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) used in industrial applications. Then the TIA Portal software package is described and what are the most important steps when creating a program. It also describes the procedure of how to create a project in it and in which programming languages it is possible to create a program. It describes how to work with the tags of the visualization process in WinCC and how to create a project in it. In the practical part of the paper, a simple industrial process with all the functions required for this process, which are explained in detail, was successfully visualized and realized. In the last part there is an analysis of the process with all the test cases. This visualization provides an overview of the technology used in creating the monitoring and control system.

U ovom završnom radu cilj je opisati i pojasniti utjecaj sprege na kakvoću regulacije u sustavu upravljanja višedimenzionalnog procesa na modelu miješalice tople vode s dva ulaza i dva izlaza. Postojanje sprege u višedimenzionalnim procesima je uzrokovano zbog prirodne višestruke ovisnosti između ulaznih i izlaznih procesnih veličina. Sprega u višedimenzionalnom procesu može izazvati značajan utjecaj na stabilnost sustava upravljanja. Poboljšanje kakvoće regulacije moguće je postići i određenom korekcijom parametara glavnih regulatora. Kada su sprege jače i/ili kada su dosta visoki zahtjevi na kakvoću, tada se moraju projektirati rasprežni regulatori. Uvođenjem rasprežnih regulatora u višedimenzionalni regulacijski krug dobije se sustav koji se može promatrati kao dva odvojena (raspregnuta) regulacijska kruga, pa se glavni regulatori mogu projektirati nekom od metoda za jednodimenzionalne regulacijske krugove te postići željenu kakvoću regulacije izlaza višedimenzionalnog procesa, iako je prisutna sprega u procesu. In this final paper, the aim is to describe and explain the influence of coupling on the quality of control in the multidimensional process control system on a model of a hot water mixer with two inlets and two outlets. The existence of coupling in multidimensional processes is caused by natural multiple dependence between input and output process variables. In the observed multidimensional process coupling can cause a significant impact on the stability of the control circuit. Improvement on the quality of regulation can be achieved by correcting certain parameters of the main regulators. When the couplings are stronger and / or when the quality requirements are quite high, coupling regulators must be implemented. By implementing decoupling regulators into a multidimensional control circuit, a system that can be viewed as two separate (decoupled) control circuits is obtained, so the main regulators can be designed by one of the methods for one-dimensional control circuits and achieve the desired quality of control output of a multidimensional process, although coupling is present in the process.

U radu se obrađuje sinteza sustava upravljanja visinom, brzinom i nagibom helikoptera metodom krivulje mjesta korijena te metodom postavljanja polova. Opisan je povijesni razvoj, princip rada te osnovni modeli helikoptera. Dan je dinamički model helikoptera te prijenosne funkcije za visinu, brzinu i nagib. Sustavi projektirani navedenim metodama, analizirani su na temelju njihovih prijelaznih funkcija dobivenih simulacija pomoću programskog paketa MATLAB. The work address the synthesis of the helicopter height, speed and pitch control system using the root locus method and the pole placement method. The historical development, the principle of operation and the basic models of helicopters are described. A dynamic helicopter model and transfer functions for altitude, speed and inclination are given. The systems designed by the considered methods were analyzed based on their transient functions obtained by simulations using the MATLAB software package.

U ovom diplomskom radu opisano je postrojenje na kojoj je implementiran Siemensov sigurnosni distribuirani sustav. Programski dio pisan je u Siemensovom programskom alatu SIMATIC Manager Step 7. Radom postrojenja upravlja Siemensov PLC iz serije S7-400 koji je spojen na I/O modul ET 200SP, na kojem se nalaze ulazne i izlazne standardne i safety kartice. Postrojenje sadrţava tri zaštitna ureĎaja koji postiţu klasu sigurnosti SIL 3, a to su sigurnosna brava, laserska barijera, tipka za zaustavljanje u nuţdi (gljiva). Vizualizacija postrojenja je izraĎena u programskom alatu WinCC koji sadrţava komande, alarme i statuse. Postrojenje posjeduje tri stanja u kojima se moţe nalaziti, a to su proizvodnja, imobilizacija i odrţavanje. Stanja u kojima se nalazi postrojenje vidljivi su preko stanja uključenosti ţarulja signalnog semafora. This thesis describes a model on which a Siemens distributed safety system was implemented. The software part is written in the Siemens SIMATIC Manager Step 7. The model is operated by the Siemens PLC of the S7-400 series, which is connected to the I / O module ET 200SP which contains standard and safety card inputs and outputs. The model contains three safety devices that achieve the safety class SIL 3, security lock, light curtain, emergency stop mushroom pushbutton. The visualization was created in a WinCC software package containing commands, alarms and statuses. The model has three states in which it can accur: production, immobilization and maintenance. The states in which the model is accurred are visible via the light of signal semaphore.

Sekvenca za rukovanje koturovima na proizvodnoj liniji je softver koji se sastoji od tri sekvence: transportne sekvence, sekvence za sortiranje te sekvence za povratak tranportnih kolica u početni položaj. Transport car can operate in two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, the operator can move transport car in four directions: forward, backward, up and down. The software was not tested in real plant, but it was tested by simulation of sensors and permissives (precondition). Changes are visible with the use of HMI (Human machine interface). Software, during the test phase, shows very good results and it can be applied in a real plant with slight modifications of software logic. The software has series of protection that enable safe work for operator in the plant.

U ovome je radu objašnjena potreba za upravljanjem elektroenergetskim sustavom (EES), te je dan kratak pregled vrsta upravljanja u EES-u. Prvi dio rada daje pregled vrsta regulacija u EES-u, te su navedene prednosti i nedostaci pojedinih razina regulacije s naglasakom na regulaciju napon. Kako bi se projektirao regulator napona izveden je linearni matematički model sinkronog generatora i njegovog uzbudnika, što je prikazano u drugom dijelu rada. Pri tome su detaljno opisane sljedeće komponente sustava: sinkroni generator, uzbudnik i regulator napona. Analizirana je dinamika generatora povezanog na EES-a kako bi se odredila vrsta regulacijske staze regulatora napona generatora, te su projektirani i PI regulator. U trećem dijelu rada izrađen je simulacijski model sustava te je provjerena kakvoća regulacije korištenih regulatora napona. Simulacija je provedena u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink. The need for voltage and reactive power control of the electric power system is explained in this paper. The first section describes the type of regulation in the electric power system and gives overview of advantages and disadvantages of different levels of control, with emphasis placed on voltage control. In order to design the voltage regulator, a linear mathematical model of synchronous generator and its exciter is given, which is presented in the second section, where the following system components are described in detail:a synchronous generator, an exciter and voltage control. The dynamics of the generator connected to the power system were analyzed to determine the type of control path of the generator voltage control, and the and the PI controller were designed. In the third section, a simulation model of the system was developed and the quality of the used voltage controller was checked. The simulation was performed in Matlab/Simulink software.

U ovom diplomskom radu izrađeni su i objašnjeni dijelovi hidrauličke jedinice, njezin rad te uloga u tvornicama čelika. Zatim objašnjeni su valjački stanovi i razlog izmjene valjačkih stanova. Objašnjeni su aktuatori koji sudjeluju u zamjeni valjačkog stana te on-off ventili pomoću kojih se upravlja hidrauličkim aktuatorima. Objašnjeni su tipovi senozora koji se upotrebljavaju prilikom zamjene valjačkih stanova te kod kojih aktuatora se upotrebljavaju. Pojašnjen je princip ručnog upravljanja aktuatorima i kada se on upotrebljava. Zatim je pojašnjen način izrade simulatora. U tablicama su navedeni uvjeti koji su potrebni prilikom rada aktuatora i hidraulike. U radu se upotrijebila simulacija motora i pretvarača te je pojašnjeno na koji način komunicira PLC i pretvarač te kakav odziv brzine vrtnje ima motor pri zaletu. Navedeni su komunikacijski paketi koji se upotrjebljavaju u komunikaciji PLC-a i pretvarača te skaliranje referentne i trenutne brzine. Na samome kraju objašnjena je izrada dvije sekvence za izmjenu valjačkog stana. Svaka sekvenca ima određeni broj koraka i uvjete za početak. Hydraulic unit and its function in steelmaking industry is described in this thesis. The rolling mill and reasons for stand replacement are described. An explanation of how actuators and on-off valves take part in stand replacement is also provided. The important role of manualy operating stand replacement by actuators is described. This thesis also explains how the simulation of actuators and sensors is done. The list of permissives that need to be satisfied before actuators and hydraulic unit start are provided. Also mentioned are the comunication packages that are used for comunication between PLC and converters. Two automatic sequences of stand replacement are explained. Each sequence has an exact number of steps and permissives that need to be done before the sequence can start.

U završnome radu predstavljen je koncept pametne kuće, kao novi oblik obiteljskih kuća. Koncept ovakve kuće je predstavljen kroz pet poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje opisuje pojam pametne kuće. Zatim su predstavljeni klasični sustavi protuprovale i vatrodojave. Nakon toga su predstavljeni moderni sustavi grijanja i sustavi za proizvodnju električne energije koji se mogu pronaći u modernim obiteljskim kućama. Sljedeće poglavlje predstavlja pametne uređaje koji se često pronalaze u pametnim kućama. Kao zadnje poglavlje opisane su mobilne aplikacije i glasovni asistenti koji omogućavaju upravljanje prethodno opisanim uređajima. The final paper introduces the concept of smart home, as a new form of falmily home. The concept of a house like this is presented through five chapters. The first chapter describe the term smart home. Then classic anti-theft and fire alarm systems were introduced. Subsequently, modern heating and maintenance systems for generating electricity that ca be found in modern family homes are presented. The next chapter introduces smart devices that are often found in smart homes.The last chapter describes mobile applications and voice assistants that allow you to control the described devices.

Rad opisuje SCADA sustav sa primjenom u energetici, njegove karakteristike, komponente, prednosti, nedostatke te razlike u odnosu na SCADA sustave u drugim granama. U radu su opisana dva primjera SCADA sustava tj. zahtjevi, karakteristike i primjeri konfiguracije. The work describes the SCADA system with application in power, its characteristics, components, advantages, disadvantages and differences to SCADA systems in other branches. The work describes two examples of SCADA system software with its requirements, characteristics and configuration examples.

U provedenom završnom radu je opisana tekućinska kromatografija visoke djelotvornosti, navedeni su svi dijelovi i vrste rada koje se danas koriste te je detaljno opisan princip rada od ubrizgavanja uzorka do krajnjih rezultata. Za navedeni završni rad se izvršilo i jedno mjerenje, koje je uspješno odrađeno, te je očitavanje rezultata mjerenja detaljno pojašnjeno uz slike. The final work describes high performance liquid chromatography, all parts and modes of operation's which are available are described and work principles from injecting the sample to the end result is also described in details. For this final work one measuremenet was performed, which was successfully, and reading of measurement results is explained in detail with images.

Glavni problem kojim se bavio rad je sinteza sustava upravljanja koji će upravljati procesom na zadovoljavajući način. Nakon opisa procesa nelinearnim modelom i prijenosnom funkcijom izvršena je analiza procesa grafoanalitičkim i analitičkim metodama u programu MATLAB na temelju kojih je zaključeno kakav je regulator potreban za postizanje zadovoljavajućih rezultata. Sinteza regulatora je obavljena pomoću krivulje mjesta korijena. Nelinearni model procesa je prikazan pomoću funkcijskih blokova u Simulink programu pomoću kojih se vršila simulacija sustava upravljanja. Rezultati simulacija ukazuju na to da je sustav upravljanja uspješno projektiran. Main problem this paper dealt with was synthesis of control system which will control the process in a satisfactory manner. After describing the process with nonlinear model and transfer function graphoanalytical and analytical analysis was performed to determine what type of controller was necessary to achieve desired results. Controller synthesis was carried out using root locus method and control system simulation was done with nonlinear Simulink model of the process. Results have shown that control system was designed successfully.

Osnovni problem koji je obrađen kroz diplomski rad temelji se na kompletnoj zamjeni upravljačke opreme bagera EŠ 6/45. Razlozi zamjene opreme su nepostojanje originalne opreme u bageru prouzrokovane dugotrajnim stajanjem bagera, kao i nemogućnošću nabavke nove opreme zbog tehnološke zastarjelosti. Definirani su ciljevi koje oprema treba da zadovolji, a da se pri tome koriste komponente dostupne na tržištu. Cilj je također bio i unifikacija i uklapanje bagera u postojeći sustav daljinskog nadzora i rezervnih dijelova rudnika na kom bager treba da radi. Rezultat diplomskog rada je u kategoriji baznog projekta i može poslužiti kao podloga za detaljnu razradu elektro dijela dokumentacije. The main problem that is processed through the thesis is based on the complete replacement of the control equipment for excavator ES 6/45. The reasons for replacement of equipment are the lack of original equipment caused with long-standing excavator, as well as the inability to purchase newreplacement equipment due to technological obsolescence. The goals that equipment needs to meet are defined, using the equipment available on the market. The aim was also to unify and integrate drag line excavator into an existing system of remote monitoring and spare parts in storage of mine with existing machines. The result of the graduate thesis is in the category of base project and can serve as a basis for detailed elaboration of the electrical part of the documentation

Automatizirani pneumatski manipulator je stroj pogonjen stlačenim zrakom, a izrađen je u Laboratoriju za automatiku i robotiku, u svrhu edukacije studenata. Izrada manipulatora obuhvaća projektiranje, izradu i upravljanje manipulatora s dva stupnja slobode gibanja koji služi za prepoznavanje, prihvaćanje i premještanje obradaka u proizvodnji. Ostvarivanje stupnjeva slobode gibanja, prihvaćanje obradaka i konstantan dotok materijala osigurani su pneumatskim aktuatorima. Dovod zraka u pneumatske aktuatore regulira ventilski otok koji je preko relejnog modula upravljan upravljačkim uređajem Arduino Mega2560. Prepoznavanje prisutnosti obradaka izvodi se induktivnim senzorom koji preko tiskane pločice šalje signale Arduinu, temeljem kojih je ostvareno daljnje upravljanje cijelog stroja. The automated pneumatic manipulator is a machine driven by compressed air machine manufactured in laobratory for automatic and robotics, for the purpose of education of students. Production of a manipulator involves designing, creating and controling a two-stage motion manipulator that serves to recognize, grip and move workpieces in production. The achievement of degrees of freedom of movement, gripping of workpieces, and the constant flow of material are ensured by pneumatic actuators. The air intake to pneumatic actuators is controlled via the relay module by the Arduino Mega2560 control unit. Recognizing the presence of workpieces is carried out by an inductive sensor that sends signals to the Arduino via the printed circuit board, based on which further control of the whole machine is achieved.

U ovom diplomskom radu napravljen je sustav za praćenje, koji se sastoji od uređaja za praćenje i internetske aplikacije. Uređaj je izrađen pomoću upravljačke jedinice Arduino Uno i modula A7. Internet aplikacija izrađena je s PHP programskim jezikom pomoću Laravel programskog okvira. Modul se koristi za pristup i slanje GPS podataka na internet aplikaciju, koja ih sprema u bazu podataka i prikazuje trenutnu lokaciju uređaja i obavještava korisnike ako se uređaj previše udalji od kućne lokacije. Korisnik se može povezati s uređajem da samo gleda gdje se nalazi ili kao vlasnik, čime stječe mogućnost postavljanja kućne lokacije uređaja, udaljenost oko kućne lokacije gdje se uređaj smije kretati i kontakt brojeve koji se obavještavaju kada se uređaj previše udaljio od kućne lokacije. In this graduate thesis tracking system was made, which consists of tracking device and web application. The device was created with the Arduino Uno control unit and A7 module. Web application was made with PHP programming language using Laravel Framework. Module is used for accessing and sending GPS data to the web application, which is saving it in database, displaying device's current location and alarming users if device leaves given radius around home location. The user can connect to the device just to watch where it is, or as the owner, thereby gaining the ability to set up the home location of device, radius around home location which device should not leave, and contact numbers which are alarmed when the device leaves the area.

U radu je prikazan utjecaj promjene radne točke nelinearnog procesa na kakvoću regulacije uz linearni regulator. U radu su predstavljanja 4 sustava upravljanja s nelinearnim procesom. Provedena je simulacijska analiza tih sustava, te su prikazani rezultati ponašanja tih sustava kroz odzive sustava na step pobudu. Opisan je postupak projektiranja linearnog regulatora, kojima se u sva četiri primjera upravljaju nelinearnim procesom. U svim primjerima uočava se pogoršanje kakvoće regulacije pri odmaku od radne točke za koju je regulator projektiran. The paper presents the influence of the change of the nonlinear working point to the regulation quality with the linear regulator. The paper presents introduced four nonlinear process control systems. Simulation analysis of those systems was performed and the results of the behaviour of those systems were presented as system responses to the step excitation. Linear regulator design procedure was described, which in all four examples was control by a nonlinear process. In all examples degradation of the regulation quality is notice when we move from the working point for which the regulator is designed.

Izrađen je programski blok za automatsko upravljanje dvaju kolica. Upravljanje kolicima je omogućeno pomoću upravljačkog programa. Upravljački program sastoji se od programskih blokova za automatsko upravljanje dvojih kolica i dizala. Za određivanje pozicije kolica koriste se mehanički prekidači koji šalju digitalne signale u PLC. Prilikom pozicioniranja kolica ne smije doći do kolizije. Upravljanje brzinom vrtnje motora omogućeno je pomoću izrađene RAMP funkcije. Pomoću RAMP funkcije postavljamo željenu vrijednost brzine, tako što RAMP funkcija linearno povećava ili smanjuje brzinu u određenom broju koraka. Izmjenjivanje lonaca je omogućeno pomoću dizala ispod kojeg se kolica izmjenjuju. Programska podrška izrađena je u alatima Step 7 i CoDeSyS. Vizualizacija je izrađena u CoDeSys programskom okruženju. A program block for automatic control of two ladle cars has been developed. Control of the ladle cars is enabled by a control program. The control program consists of program blocks for automated control of the two cars, mechanical switches, car changing, and rotation speed of the motor and the lifter. Mechanical switches that send digital signals to the PLC are used to determine the positions of ladle cars. The ladle cars must not collide during the process of their positioning. Control of the motor speed is enabled by a RAMP function. Using the RAMP function, a speed is set to a desired speed value as the RAMP function linearly increases or decreases the speed in a given number of steps. Changing the ladle is enabled by the lifter under which the cars are switched. The program support was developed in Step 7 and CoDeSyS tools. Visualization was made in the CoDeSys programming environment.

Cilj završnog rada jest analizirati kakvoću regulacije u sustavima upravljanja s digitalnim regulatorima dobivenim diskretizacijom analognog regulatora za različite postupke diskretizacije, uz simulaciju sustava upravljanja na digitalnom računalu. Analiza je provedena nad dva industrijska procesa s analognim i digitalnim regulatorima. Izvršena je analiza kakvoće regulacije uz tri postupka diskretizacije kontinuiranog regulatora te interpretacija rezultata kroz odzive sustava na skokovitu funkciju i kroz neposredne pokazatelje kakvoće upravljanja. Simulirani su digitalni PI i PID regulator. Digitalni PI regulator dobiven je diskretizacijom kontinuiranog regulatora pomoću dva postupka: unazadne diferencije i Tustinovom diferencijom. Unaprijednom diferencijom dobiven je digitalni PID regulator. Prikazano je ponašanje digitalnih regulatora u ovisnosti o vremenu uzorkovanja. Povećanje vremena uzorkovanja dovodi do nestabilnosti sustava upravljanja. The aim of the final work is to analyze the quality of control in digital control controllers obtained by discretization of the analog controller for various discretization processes, with the simulation of the control system on the digital computer. The analysis was conducted over two industrial processes with analog and digital regulators. The analysis of quality control with three methods of continuous controller discretization are shown and the results are interpreted by means of the step response of the system and direct indicators of the quality of control. The digital PI and PID controllers were made. The digital PI controller was obtained by analog controller discretization using two procedures, i.e. backward difference and Tustin's difference. The digital PID controller was obtained by forward difference. Digital controller behavior depending on the sampling time is shown in the paper. An increase in the sampling time leads to instability of the management system.

Razvoj CNC strojeva počinje u pedesetim godinama 20. stoljeća na sveučilištu MIT. Prvo je započeo razvoj NC strojeva koji su preteća današnjih CNC strojeva. Godinama su strojevi postajali sve manjih dimenzija, poprimali su sve više funkcija i cijena strojeva se drastično smanjila. Upravljanje CNC strojem vrši se kroz nekoliko iterativnih postupaka kako bi mogli od sirovine dobiti serijsku proizvodnju željenog objekta. Iterativni postupci su tehnički crtež, tehnička dokumentacija predmeta obrade i postupci u obradi te programiranje parametara u softveru koji podržava CNC stroj. U program se unose zadani parametri koji se zatim prenose na upravljačku jedinicu stroja koja zadaje naredbe samome stroju. Stroj izvršava svoje zadane naredbe i daje probni uzorak. Ako uzorak zadovoljava sve početne zadane uvjete možemo započeti sa serijskom proizvodnjom, a ako ne onda je potrebno podesiti parametre u programu i izraditi ponovno probni uzorak. Jedni od najzastupljenijih CNC strojeva su CNC glodalica, tokarilica i bušilica. Glodalica je alatni stroj koji se koristi kod obrade čvrstih materijala, stroj gloda materijal. Vrste glodanja su čeono i obodno, a glodalo obavlja glavno gibanje (rotaciju) dok obradni materijal vrši pomak. CNC tokarilica je stroj koji koristi kao glavni alat nož. Tokarilica služi za obradu uglavnom valjkastih objekata, a obradu vrši skidanjem čestica materijala. Kod tokarilice glavno gibanje (rotaciju) vrši obradivi materijal, a pomak vrši nož tokarilice. CNC bušilica kotisti se za bušenje rupa u materijalu. Kao alat bušenja je svrdlo koje ima spiralno izbočenje zbog lakšeg prodora u materijal. Neke vrste bušilica su: stolna, viševretena, radijalna, horizontalna i druge. The development of CNC machines began in the 1950s at the University of MIT. The first was the development of NC machines that are the predecessor of today's CNC machines. For years the machines have become smaller and smaller, they have taken on more and more functions and the cost of the machines has drastically reduced. The CNC machine management is performed through several iterative procedures in order to obtain the serial production of the desired object from the raw material. Iterative procedures include technical drawings, technical documentation of processing objects and processing procedures and parameter programming in a software that supports a CNC machine. The program inserts the default parameters that are then transferred to the control unit of the machine that manages commands to the machine itself. The machine executes its default commands and gives a test pattern. If the sample satisfies all the initial default conditions, we can begin with serial production, and if not, then we need to adjust the parameters in the program and create a retest sample. One of the most widely used CNC machines is CNC milling machine, lathe and drill. Milling Machine is a machine tool used in the processing of solid materials, machine glue material. The types of milling are pruned and convex and the milling machine performs the main rotation while the machining material is shifting. The CNC lathe machine is used as the main tool knife. The turntable is used for processing mostly cylindrical objects and is processed by removing particle materials. In the lathes the main rotation is performed by the machining material, and the shift makes the lath of the lathes. The CNC drill is used to drill holes in the material. Drilling tool is a drill that has a spiral bending for easier penetration into the material. Some types of drillings are: table tops, multipurpose, radial, horizontal and others.

U ovom završnom radu iznesene su činjenice vezane za sustave za upravljanje odnosa s kupcima, odnosno CRM, te načini na koje takvi sustavi utječu na poslovni, proizvodni i marketinški process unutar jedne tvrtke, istovremeno navodeći temeljne funkcije CRM-a, kako oni utječu i na koji način se može unaprijediti organizacija unutar jedne tvrtke. Na primjeru tvrtke Salesforce i njihove CRM web platforme, objašnjava se postupak unosa podataka, praćenja tokova aktivnih marketinških kampanja te detaljno korištenje alata dostupnih unutar navedene platforme. Također, izvršena je usporedba Salesforce CRM platforme sa ostalim većim tvrtkama i njihovim CRM rješenjima s naglaskom na tvrtke Microsoft, Oracle i SAP AG, te komparacija sa Sugar CRM platformom koja je korištena za potrebe predmeta na Sveučilištu Sjever, uz njihove prednosti i nedostatke, kroz usporedbu prikaza praćenja marketinških procesa između Salesforce i Sugar CRM platformi, kratku povijest razvoja CRM sustava, njihovoj vezi sa ERP sustavima te dostupnost i popularnost ostalih CRM sustava trenutno dostupnih na tržištu. In this final thesis I will present the facts related to customer relationship management systems, or CRM, and the ways in which these systems affect business, manufacturing and marketing processes within a company, while at the same time naming the basic functions of a CRM system and in what way can they improve the organization structure within a company. Using the example of the company and their Salesforce CRM Web platform, I will explain the processes of data entry, monitoring active marketing campaigns and detailed use of the tools available within the specified platforms. Likewise, there will be a comparison of the Salesforce CRM platform with other major companies and their CRM solutions with an emphasis on Microsoft, Oracle and SAP AG, as well as a comparison with the Sugar CRM platform that was used for the purposes of the subject at the North University along with their advantages and disadvantages through comparison display monitoring marketing processes between Salesforce and Sugar CRM platform, a brief history of the development of CRM systems, their relationship with the ERP systems and the availability and popularity of other CRM systems currently available on the market.

U ovom radu izvodi se opći upravljački algoritam za istodobno stabiliziranje i praćenje trajektorija podupravljanih nelinearnih mehaničkih sustava (UNMS) s električnim, pneumatskim i hidrauličkim pogonima (aktuatorima). Istodobna stabilizacija i praćenje trajektorija odnosi se na stupnjeve slobode gibanja sustava, a obuhvaćaju se neholonomni sustavi drugog reda i sustavi sa spregom ulaznih veličina. Algoritam rješava probleme koji nastaju zbog podupravljanosti, zanemarivanja dinamike pogona i zanemarivanja statičkog trenja. S njim su poboljšane značajke zatvorenog upravljačkog kruga u odnosu na sustave sa zanemarenom dinamikom pogona i/ili zanemarenim statičkim trenjem kakvi se često koriste. Rješavanje ovakvih problema zahtijeva upravljačke algoritme temeljene na regulatorima s promjenjivom strukturom. Matematička jednostavnost novo uvedenog algoritma omogućuje laku ugradnju u računalne programe, pa je algoritam pogodan za realizaciju u praksi. Značaj ovog istraživanja leži u upravljačkom zakonu koji svojom uporabom omogućuje upravljanje proizvoljno odabranim stupnjevima slobode gibanja sustava s ciljem zadovoljenja kvalitativnih značajki regulacije. To rezultira stabilnim i robusnim ponašanjem podupravljanih sustava. Control algorithm for simultaneous stabilizing and trajectory tracking of underactuated nonlinear mechanical systems (UNMS) with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators is carried by the paper. Simultaneous stabilization and trajectory tracking refer to degrees of freedom of the system, where UNMS include second order nonholonomic systems and systems with input coupling. The algorithm solves problems that arise due to the underactuation, neglecting actuators dynamics and neglecting static friction. By use of the algorithm, the closed loop system achieves better performances than the systems with neglected actuator dynamics and/or neglected static friction, as often the case is. Control algorithms based on the variable structure controllers are needed for solving these problems. Mathematical simplicity of the new algorithm enables simple implementation in computer applications and because of that the algorithm is suitable for putting into practice. The paper is significant due to the control law; it enables control of arbitrary chosen degrees of freedom aiming to meet the qualitative performances of control. The result is stable and robust behaviour of the underactuated systems.

U radu se razmatra problematika modeliranja, eksperimentalne identifikacije i unaprjeđenja kvalitete regulacije dvaju karakterističnih elemenata pogona vozila s izraženim učincima trenja: autoguma na ledenoj podlozi i uljna lamelna spojka aktivnog diferencijala s elektromehaničkim aktuatorskim sustavom. Dinamika autogume razmatra se s ciljem utvrđivanja fizikalne podloge za uočeni učinak povećanja potencijala trenja u uvjetima nagle promjene pogonskog momenta (dinamički potencijal trenja) i istraživanja mogućnosti primjene navedenog učinka u svrhu poboljšanja sustava regulacije vuče vozila. Uljna lamelna spojka aktivnog diferencijala razmatra se s ciljem stjecanja uvida u dinamičko ponašanje cjelokupnog sustava, objašnjenja fizikalne podloge učinka sporog odziva momenta spojke pri malim relativnim brzinama i istraživanja naprednijeg koncepta upravljanja momentom spojke. Metodologija i rezultati prikazani u ovom istraživanju primjenjivi su na druge elemente vozila poput suhih spojki, kočnica, sustava skretanja, kotača pružnih vozila, te općenito na razne mehatroničke sustave. Dinamički potencijal trenja autogume detaljno se analizira temeljem eksperimentalnih rezultata dobivenih korištenjem eksperimentalnog električnog vozila na skliskim podlogama. Pokazuje se kako je utjecaj raznih radnih parametara, poput vremena porasta primijenjenog momenta i brzine vozila zapravo posljedica karakteristične rotacijske kinematike gume i utjecaja vremena kontakta elemenata nagazne površine gume (tzv. vlakana) i podloge na potencijal trenja. Temeljem ovog saznanja, LuGre vlaknasti model trenja gume proširen je prostorno raspodijeljenim fizikalnim modelom vremena mirovanja vlakana i eksperimentalno određenom ovisnosnošću potencijala trenja i vremena mirovanja vlakna. Rezultati eksperimentalne provjere pokazuju kako razvijeni model točno opisuje dinamiku trenja gume u širokom opsegu radnih uvjeta. Konačno, predlaže se i eksperimentalno provjerava koncept regulacije vuče koji koristi dinamički potencijal trenja za svladavanje sila otpora vožnje na uzbrdici prekrivenoj ledom, koje su veće od statičkog potencijala trenja gume. U drugom dijelu rada, postavlja se višefizikalni model spojke koji uključuje dinamiku aktuatora (razvijanje normalne sile spojke), dinamiku razvijanja momenta spojke, toplinsku dinamiku i višefunkcionalnu karakteristiku trenja. Analiziraju se razni načini modeliranja elemenata s trenjem i predlažu pragmatična pojednostavljenja modela s ciljem povećanja računalne učinkovitosti. Parametri modela određuju se eksperimentalnim putem primjenom razvijenih postava. Rezultati eksperimentalne provjere modela ukazuju na visok stupanj točnosti modela. Analiza rezultata pokazuje kako učinci trenja aktuatorskog mehanizma i trenja spojke imaju značajan utjecaj na dinamiku sustava i kako uobičajeni koncept upravljanja momentom spojke putem regulacije struje aktuatora ima značajne nedostatke. Temeljem eksperimentalno utvrđene jednoznačne eksperimentalne ovisnosti normalne sile spojke i pozicije motora aktuatora predložen je i eksperimentalno provjeren koncept upravljanja momentom spojke u krugu regulacije pozicije aktuatora, koji pokazuje visoku statičku i dinamičku točnost upravljanja. The thesis deals with modeling, experimental identification, and control system improvement of two characteristic vehicle powertrain components with emphasized friction effects: the tire on ice surface and the active differential wet clutch with electromechanical actuation system. The tire dynamics are considered in order to provide a physical explanation of observed effect of tire friction potential increase during an abrupt change of driving motor torque (dynamic tire friction potential, DTFP) and to investigate a possibility of the DTFP exploitation for the purpose of traction control system improvement. The active differential wet clutch research is aimed to gain insights into dynamic behavior of the overall clutch system, provide physical explanation of slow clutch torque response at low clutch relative speeds, and provide a basis for investigation of an advanced clutch control system. The presented methodology and results can also be applied to other vehicle elements such as brake or steering systems, dry clutches, railway vehicle wheels, and generally various mechatronic systems. A detailed analysis of the DTFP effect is given based on a comprehensive set of experimental results recorded by using an experimental electrical vehicle on slippery roads. It is shown that the influence of various operating parameters, such as the applied torque rise time or the vehicle speed, are actually a consequence of the characteristic tire rotation kinematics and the tire friction potential dependence on the dwell time of tire tread elements (so-called bristles). Based on these findings, the dynamic brush-type LuGre tire friction model has been extended with a distributed-parameter dynamic bristle dwell time model and an experimentally obtained dependence between the static friction potential and the bristle dwell time. The experimental validation results point out that the proposed model accurately describes the tire friction dynamics for a wide range of operating parameters. Finally, a concept of the traction control system is proposed and experimentally verified, which exploits the DTFP effect for the purpose of providing vehicle driving on an icy hill in the case when the static tire friction potential is lower than the up-hill driving resistive force. In the second part of the thesis, a multi-physical mathematical model of the active differential wet clutch is developed, which includes actuator dynamics (clutch normal force development dynamics), clutch torque development dynamics, thermal dynamics, and a multi-functional clutch friction coefficient model. Various approaches of friction elements modeling are analyzed and pragmatic model simplifications are proposed in order to increase the computational efficiency. The model parameters are obtained experimentally by using developed experimental setups. The model validation results point to a high level of modeling accuracy. The analysis of system responses shows that the actuator and the clutch friction effects have significant influence on the overall system dynamic response and that the traditional concept of clutch torque control based on actuator current control can be characterized by significant disadvantages. Using an experimentally obtained hysteresis-free dependence between the clutch normal force and the actuator motor position, a concept of clutch torque control based on actuator motor position closed-loop control is proposed, which shows a high static and dynamic control accuracy.

U ovoj disertaciji razvijena je metodologija za planiranje kretanja dva robota 2R konfiguracije koji dijele radni prostor i predstavljaju dinamičku prepreku jedan drugome. Ovaj problem spada u klasu NP kompletnih problema, čije je rješavanje egzaktnim matematičkim algoritmima s poznatim gornjim granicama vremenske složenosti ograničeno primjenjivo. Razvijena metodologija planiranja kretanja temeljena je na istodobnom rješavanju problema planiranja kretanja za dva robota paralelnim, dijelom neovisnim evolucijskim - koevolucijskim algoritmom. Postavljena je i potvrđena hipoteza o mogućnosti vremenski efikasnog planiranja kretanja za dva robota temeljena na predloženom koevolucijskom algoritmu. S ciljem potvrđivanja hipoteze, razvijeno je simulacijsko okružje u kojemu je, za različite početne i konačne konfiguracije, moguće planirati kretanje za jednog, ili više robotskih agenata u radnom prostoru koji može uključivati stacionarne prepreke. Određen je skup kriterija kojima je moguće vrednovati ponašanje agenata, te su utvrđene prirode veza među pojedinim kriterijima. Skup kriterija čine kriteriji broja sudara, ukupno prijeđenog puta, kuta zakreta u zglobovima te neravnomjernosti profila brzine. Izvršena je formalna analiza sustava sastavljenog od dva robota 2R konfiguracije te su izvedeni analitički uvjeti za postojanje sudara među robotima. Izvedeni su izrazi za izračun potrebne duljine gena evolucijskog algoritma. \Na temelju ovih spoznaja formulirana je funkcija dobrote i odgovarajuća metoda izbora agenata, čime je omogućena njihova paralelna evolucija i međusobna prilagodba, koja rezultira neprekinutim, vremenski i energetski učinkovitim gibanjem bez sudara od početne do konačne konfiguracije u radnom prostoru. Sa svrhom dodatne uštede procesorskog vremena, predložena je metoda diskretizacije kretanja robota te komplementarna metoda rekonstrukcije kretanja s proizvoljno malim vremenskim intervalom između dvije uzastopne robotske konfiguracije. Metodologija je verificirana na realnom robotskom sustavu, sastavljenom od dva robota za koja je problem planiranja kretanja razvijenom metodologijom uspješno riješen. In this thesis a method is developed to solve the problem of path planning for two 2R type robots, which share workspace and thus present dynamic obstacle to each other. This problem, according to its computational complexity, belongs to NP complete class problems. Solving such problems with exact mathematical algorithms with known upper time complexity bound is limitedly applicable. The motion planning methodology developed in this thesis is based on concurrent path planning of both robots using parallel, partly independent evolutionary – coevolutionary algorithms. Time efficient planning is possible for two robots using developed algorithms what proves the hypothesis formulated in the dissertation. To prove the hypothesis, a simulation environment is developed in the first step, in which path planning is possible for arbitrary setup of initial and final configurations of the robots. It is possible to conduct path planning either for one robotic agent or for more, including presence of arbitrarily distributed obstacles. Set of criteria is determined to evaluate the evolution of agents, and the nature of connections between different conflicting criteria is revealed. Number of collisions, total path, joint rotation angle and velocity profile of the end effector are the criteria to be optimized. Formal analysis of the system composed of two 2R type robots is conducted and analytical conditions for collision occurrence are derived. Based on these understandings, the fitness function is formulated with appropriate selection mechanisms, what enabled parallel evolution and adaptation between the two robotic agents. The result is continuous, time and energy efficient motion without collisions for the two agents in the given workspace. To additionally optimize processing time; a motion discretization method is proposed together with complementary motion reconstruction method to execute the motion with arbitrarily small time step between two consecutive configurations. The methodology proposed in this thesis is verified on a real robotic system composed of two robots for which the path planning problem is successfully solved.
