ObjectiveTo analyze the content of 6 kinds of amatoxins in 3 species of Lepiota collected from Chuxiong of Yunnan Province.MethodsThe collected mushrooms were baked and dried at 45 ℃， and species identification was carried out by morphological and molecular biology methods. The mushrooms were divided into three different growth periods （growth period， mature stage， aged stage） and different tissue parts （pileus， stipe， whole）， and the toxins were extracted by ultrapure water ultrasound. The determination was performed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray （ESI-） in multiple-reaction monitoring （MRM） mode， and the content was quantitatively analyzed by external standard method.ResultsNo amatoxins were detected in Lepiota clypeolaria and Lepiota cristata， while α-amanitin and β-amanitin were detected in Lepiota brunneoincarnata， and the content of α-amanitin was higher than β-amanitin. The total content of α-amanitin was highest in the mature stage （1.67 mg/g）， followed by the grow stage （1.56 mg/g） and least in the aged stage （0.40 mg/g）. And the total content of β-amanitin was also highest in the mature stage （0.71 mg/g）， followed by the growth stage （0.60 mg/g） and lowest in the aged stage （0.14 mg/g）. The cap part was richer in α-amanitin and β-amanitin than the stipe part in the growth and mature stages， while the content of α-amanitin and β-amanitin in the aged stage was higher in the stipe than in the pileus.ConclusionIn Chuxiong Prefecture， Yunnan Province， the flesh-brown ring-stalk mushroom L. brunneoincarnata mainly contains Amatoxins， including α-AMA， β-AMA， Amanin， and Amaninamide， excluding phalloidin and virotoxin. The content of α-AMA and β-AMA varies in different growth periods and tissues， providing reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of poisoning by this type of mushroom.

Objective To summarize and analyze what the listing in market of orphan drugs in China, the United States, the European Union, and Japan in 2023, and to provide empirical reference to Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, pharmaceutical management, and new drug research and development departments. Methods Collect the 2023 drug market data released by official drug regulatory agencies in four countries and international organization-China, the United States, the European Union, and Japan categorize the market of rare disease drugs and and their indications, approval dates, R&D status in China, component therapeutic areas, and special review and approval pathways were analyzed. Results Findings in 2023, 28 orphan drugs were listed in the United States, mostly anti-tumor related, accounting for 32.1% (9 out of 28); 17 orphan drugs were listed in the European Union, anti-tumor related accounting for 47.0% (8 of 17); 22 listed in Japan; and 45 listed in China. In 2023, over 70% orphan drugs listed in the European Union and Japan entered the phase of clinical trials/marketing and applications/approved clinical applications in China (86.4% from Japan and 70.6% from European Union). Conclusions Currently, there is no qualification accreditation mechanism for orphan drugs in China. However, in 2023, the number of rare disease drugs listed in China was the greatest among the four countries/international organization. It reflects that China′s Catalog for Rare Diseases played a guiding role in drug research and development. Meanwhile, the reform of drug approval and review in China and the issue of rare disease catalogs took place in a short period of time, so the review and approval, as well as research and development of rare disease drugs are still in the catching up stage.

We studied the patients diagnosed with X-linked hypophosphatemicrickets(XLH) and treated with burosumab in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022. In addition, we described the clinical characteristics of the patients, the changes of clinical indexes before and after burosumab treatment, and the adverse drug reactions during treatment. We also evaluated the efficacy and safety of burosumab for XLH. The results showed that three children XLH patients and one adult XLH patients received burosumab treatment. After treatment, the serum phosphorus level of all patients increased; the serum phosphorus of 3 children patients increased above the lower limit of the reference value range; the serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) of all patients was lower than that of before treatment; the serum ALP of one adult patient was close to the normal range after 2.5 years of treatment. One child patient showed small crystals in kidney through ultrasound 48 weeks after treatment; one child and one adult showed increased serum parathyroid hormone(PTH)level before treatment and serum PTH continued increasing after treatment. Finally, it may be concluded that burosumab increased serum phosphorus levels in XLH patients, kept the level relatively stable, and reduced serum ALP levels. No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment, in order to provide reference for the use of burosumab in patients with XLH.

Objective This study aims to comprehensively analyze and categorize the rare disease medications(orphan drugs) listed in the China's First List of Rare Diseases. It further investigates disparities in drug accessibility between domestic and international contexts, with the overarching goal of enhancing and updating the landscape of drug therapy for rare diseases within China. Additionally, this research seeks to offer valuable insights for the management and advancement of drug therapies for rare diseases. Methods Orphan drugs that have received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency(EMA) for indications relevant to the diseases featured in the China's First List of Rare Diseases were meticulously extracted for comparative analysis. Furthermore, data were extracted concerning the varieties sanctioned by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). This was coupled with a thorough search for drug varieties approved for rare diseases as indicated in drug instructions. The result was a meticulously curated list of rare disease medications. Accessibility parameters for the aforementioned drugs were rigorously examined. Results As of December 31, 2022, a total of 116 rare disease drugs, having gained approval from the U.S. FDA, EMA, or NMPA and been available within the Chinese market, were found to effectively address 53 different rare diseases. Among them, 74 drugs, sanctioned by the U.S. FDA, were applicable to 44 diseases. Correspondingly, 36 drugs, approved by the EMA, were relevant to 26 diseases, while NMPA-approved drugs numbered 93, spanning 43 diseases. Within the realm of these 116 rare disease drugs, 59 possessed at least one drug dosage form with a domestically sanctioned approval number, providing treatment avenues for 36 rare diseases. Notably, 69 drugs featured at least one drug formulation that was encompassed within the medical insurance framework and earmarked for rare disease treatment, contributing to coverage for 29 rare diseases. Conclusions Compared with the initial release of this list, it becomes evident that the accessibility of foreign orphan drugs, as well as the incorporation of domestic approval numbers, has significantly improved. Furthermore, this research underscores the continued augmentation of the items included in the national medical insurance program, thereby signifying heightened accessibility and coverage.

The location and size of tumors, treatment methods and prognosis of patients with head and neck cancer can seriously affect their oral function and neck activity, thereby affecting daily activities such as eating, speech and upper limb movement. Early rehabilitation after head and neck cancer surgery can accelerate functional recovery, alleviate discomfort symptoms, improve quality of life, and reduce unnecessary rehabilitation or treatment measures. Developing a clinical rehabilitation nursing pathway for head and neck cancer, forming personalized rehabilitation plans, and conducting early and effective nursing interventions are currently one of the key points of clinical work for patients with head and neck cancer. At present, domestic and foreign guidelines or consensus pays less attention to the impairments of speech function, chewing and swallowing function, neck and shoulder function etc., and lacks a systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing guide or consensus to provide practical guidance for the care of patients with head and neck cancer. Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine organized relevant experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and Anhui to draft Expert consensus on postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with head and neck cancer basing on previous literature and clinical nursing skills and experiences, of which the aim is to provide guidance for those patients in the aspects of oral care, nutritional support, flap donor area care, care after tracheotomy, chewing and swallowing rehabilitation, speech function rehabilitation, neck and shoulder function rehabilitation, restricted mouth opening rehabilitation, risk identification and prevention and follow-up.

In this paper, injection molding is used as a method of plastic molding, which is a method in which plastic in the molten state is injected into a closed mold cavity by compression, and the molten material fills the cavity and is then cured by cooling to maintain the shape in the mold. The basic structural form and parameters of the mold’s parting surface, winding injection system, and cooling system are determined by mold flow analysis. CAE analysis is used to move the mold filling analysis to the computer, and the mold casting and cooling system’s design scheme can be evaluated and optimized according to the analysis results. After Moldflow software analysis of warpage deformation, the total warpage deformation of the molded part was obtained, the maximum deformation reached 0.931mm, the maximum deformation from uneven cooling was 0.192mm, the maximum deformation from uneven shrinkage was up to 0.942mm, the deformation from shrinkage was even larger than the integrated deformation, which had a greater impact on the final deformation of the molded part. It has a relatively large impact on the final deformation of the plastic part. Therefore, using CAE can improve the efficiency of mold design, optimize the structural design of the mold, effectively improve the quality of the mold and reduce the mold manufacturing cost. The promotion of its application is in line with the development of the times and promotes the rapid development of the injection mold field.

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of anemia in HIV-infected patients receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） in the Pudong New Area.MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted among HIV-infected patients who started HAART from 2005 to 2020 in Pudong New Area. Cox proportional hazards model was used to analyze the risk factors of anemia， moderate or severe anemia， and chronic anemia. The piecewise linear mixed-effect model was used to analyze the association between initial HAART classes and hemoglobin change in the follow-up.ResultsA total of 2 403 HIV-infected patients were included in the analysis. Among them， there were 357 cases of new onset anemia， 86 cases of chronic anemia and 102 cases of moderate or severe anemia， with the incidence density of 4.41/100 person years， 0.89/100 person years and 0.96/100 person years respectively. In order to rapidly determine aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), zearalenone (ZEN) and deoxynivalenol (DON) in maize, a AFB1-ZEN-DON three-in-one combined detection method has been established. This quantitative immunofluorescence assay based on superconductor coating was used to detect multiple maize samples. Combined with the recovery rate, stability, detection limit, precision and other indexes, the applicability of the method were evaluated and compared with the results of liquid chromatography. The results showed that the AFB1-ZEN-DON three-in-one combined detection method had the good linearity in the range of 0.5~30 µg/mL for AFB1, 5~200 µg/kg for ZEN and 100~2 500 µg/mL for DON, respectively. The relative deviation of AFB1, ZEN and DON detected by this method was –2.84%~11.91%, –3.43%~18.12% and 1.83%~12.91%, respectively, which were within the allowable deviation of 20%, 15% and 23%. The detection limit of AFB1 was 0.41 μg/kg and the corresponding limit of quantification was 1.12 μg/kg. The limit of detection of ZEN was 3.22 μg/kg and the corresponding limit of quantitation was 9.15 μg/kg. The detection limit of DON was 35.42 μg/kg and the corresponding limit of quantitation was 100.84 μg/kg. Compared with the results of liquid chromatography, the superconductor coated immunofluorescence test strip method is an effective, practical, rapid and quantitative analysis method within the allowable deviation range, suggesting that it could meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of AFB1, ZEN and DON in maize.

In order to rapidly determine deoxynivalenol (DON) and Zearalenone (ZEN) in maize, a rapid quantitative immunofluorescence assay based on superconductor coating was used to detect multiple maize samples. Combined with the recovery rate, stability, detection limit, precision and other indexes, the applicability of the method was evaluated and compared with the results of liquid chromatography. The results showed that the superconductor coated immunofluorescence diaper method had the good linearity in the range of 100 ng/mL~2 500 ng/mL for DON and 5~200 µg/kg for ZEN. The recoveries of DON were 103.72%~108.17% in the range of 500~2 000 µg/kg, and 97.81%~111.27% in the range of ZEN 50~150 µg/kg. Compared with the results of liquid chromatography, the superconductor coated immunofluorescence diaper method is an effective, practical, rapid and quantitative analysis method within the allowable deviation range, which can meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of DON and ZEN in maize.

Organic pollution of agricultural land will cause environmental problems and agricultural economic effects. To explore the reliable effect of remediation of organic pollution in agricultural land, wheat straw biochar was prepared in this paper. Moreover, this paper uses experimental research and comparison methods to study the difference in the adsorption performance of biochar at different pyrolysis temperatures on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and the effect of pyrolysis biochar on the availability of phenanthrene and pyrene microorganisms in the soil at the same temperature. Additionally, statistical methods are utilised in this research to do analytics and data processing on test data, and test findings are visually displayed using a combination of graphs and tables. Finally, to understand the experimental research findings, this system employs analytical approaches. The results of the experiment show that wheat straw biochar can effectively reduce soil organic pollution, which can expand the research on the restoration of other crop straw biochar on agricultural land.

Abstract Walnut is an important economic tree species while confronting with global environmental stress, resulting in decline in quality and yield. Therefore, it is urgent to elucidate the molecular mechanism for the regulation of walnut response to adversity. The protein phosphatase 2C (PP2C) gene family participates in cellular processes in eukaryotes through reversible phosphorylation of proteins and signal transduction regulation. However, the stress response function of PP2C genes was far to be clarified. Therefore, to understand the stress response mechanism of walnut tree, in this study, a total of 41 PP2C genes with complete ORFs were identified from Juglans regia, whose basic bio-information and expression patterns in response to multiple stresses and ABA were confirmed. The results showed that the ORFs of JrPP2Cs were 495 ~ 3231 bp in length, the predicted JrPP2C proteins contained 164 to 1076 amino acids and the molecular weights were 18,581.96 ~ 118,853.34 Da, the pI was 4.55 ~ 9.58. These JrPP2C genes were unevenly distributed on 14 chromosomes, among which Chr11 and Chr13 contained the most genes. Phylogenetic analysis found that these JrPP2C proteins were classed into 9 subfamilies, among which group F covered most JrPP2Cs. The JrPP2Cs in the same subfamily exhibited similarities in the composition of conserved domains, amino acid sequences of motifs and exon/intron organization in DNA sequences. Each JrPP2C includes 4 ~ 10 motifs and each motif contained 15 ~ 37 amino acids. Among the motifs, motif1, motif2, motif3 and motif8 were most abundant. Most of the JrPP2C genes diversely response to osmotic, cadmium, and Colletotrichum gloeosporioide stress as well as ABA treatments, among which JrPP2C28, JrPP2C17, JrPP2C09, JrPP2C36 were more obvious and deserves further attention. All these results indicated that JrPP2C genes play potential vital roles in plant response to multiple stimulus, and are possibly involved in ABA-dependent signaling pathway.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and medical treatment of patients with Gitelman syndrome(GS) for further improvement. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on patients with GS hospitalized in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January, 2008 to December, 2019. Their clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, pathological features, and drug treatments were summarized. In addition, according to whether spironolactone is used or not, these patients were divided into a simple potassium supplementation group and a spironolactone-combined group. The effect of treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The male to female ratio of 50 patients was 1.5∶1(male: 30, female: 20), and the age at first diagnosis was (30.78±13.99) years old. Among the 50 patients, the most common clinical manifestation was fatigue (54.0%, 27/50), and other clinical manifestations included limb weakness (40.0%, 20/50), limb numbness (26.0%, 13/50), flaccid paralysis (26.0%, 13/50), palpitation (16.0%, 8/50), and nocturia (14.0%, 7/50). At admission, they had serum potassium (2.55±0.45)mmol/L, serum magnesium (0.64± 0.20)mmol/L, 24 h urine potassium (92.25±41.33)mmol, 24 h urine magnesium (3.75±2.14)mmol, and 24 h urine calcium 0.68(0.38, 1.32)mmol. The blood gas analysis Results suggested that most patients had metabolic alkalosis. Seven patients (14.0%, 7/50) underwent renal biopsy, showing 1 case of glomerular mesangial hyperplasia, 5 cases of obvious hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular apparatus, and 1 case of no obvious hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular apparatus. All the 50 patients received oral potassium supplementation of (1.62±1.25)mmol/(kg·d). 46 patients (92.0%, 46/50) were treated with potassium chloride sustained-release tablets (1.5-12 g/d) for potassium supplementation, while 19 patients (38.0%, 19/50) received regimens containing oral solution of 20% potassium citrate (40-200 mL/d, 2-4 times/d). In addition, potassium magnesium aspartate (2-15 tablets/d) was used in 37 patients (74.0%, 37/50), and spironolactone (20-240 mg/d) in 32 patients (64.0%, 32/50). For 2 patients (4.0%, 2/50), calcium and magnesium tablets (3 tablets/d) were applied. To be noted, the increase of serum potassium after treatment in the spironolactone-combined group was significantly higher than that in the simple potassium supplement group [(1.07±0.61)mmol/L vs. (0.73±0.59)mmol/L, P < 0.05]. At discharge, the serum potassium was (3.49±0.44)mmol/L, and the serum magnesium was (0.67±0.16)mmol/L in 50 patients. Conclusions GS occurs more often in adolescents and adults, but is also witnessed in children. It is characterized most commonly by fatigue, and accompanied by other clinical manifestations like hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalciuria, metabolic alkalosis, and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system activation. Symptomatic treatment is its main therapy, and the combination of spironolactone can improve the effect of potassium supplementation. Patients with GS have favorable prognosis.

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical use of 17 antineoplastic drugs passing national medical insurance negotiation in Peking Union Medical College Hospital before and after the implementation of national policies about promoting the inclusion of antineoplastic drugs in health insurance, and to provide reference for the optimization and adjustment of hospital formulary. Methods The prescription data of 17 antineoplastic drugs of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2019(December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2018 for the year 2018, December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2019 for the year 2019) were collected. The basic information of patients, the usage amount and cost, defined daily doses (DDDs), and defined daily cost (DDC) were analyzed. Results A total of 6881 patients used the 17 antineoplastic drugs in 2019. Among them, there were 4713(68.5%) outpatients and 2168(31.5%) inpatients. The proportions of the cost of 17 antineoplastic drugs to that of all antineoplastic drugs and all formulary drugs in our hospital were 16.3% and 3.8%, respectively. The 17 antineoplastic drugs were mainly used for thorax, hematologic, and urologic malignancies. The top three antineoplastic drugs in terms of cost were osimertinib, octreotide acetate microspheres and crizotinib, with good synchronization between drug cost and DDDs. The top three drugs in terms of DDC were vemurafenib, cetuximab and ibrutinib. The total cost and prescription of the six drugs that had already been included in the formulary of our hospital before the implementation of the policy increased by 78.2% and 89.8%, respectively in 2019 compared with those in 2018, and the proportions of the cost of six antineoplastic drugs to that of all antineoplastic drugs and all formulary drugs in the hospital increased by 54.4% and 78.6%, respectively. After the implementation of national policies, the quantity and cost of osimertinib increased significantly, and the drugs increased in quantity but decreased in cost were cetuximab, axitinib, and sunitinib in sequence. Both the quantity and the cost of pegaspargase decreased significantly. Conclusions The national health insurance negotiation policy promoted the use of 17 antineoplastic drugs in the hospital and improved the accessibility of these drugs to patients significantly. At the same time, the total cost of the involved drugs had a sharp rise. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and dynamic evaluation of the clinical application of related drugs, so as to promote rational drug use while meeting patients' needs.

Objective To explore and compare the associations of different proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) with acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP). Methods Data were obtained from the database of Food and Drug Administration's adverse event reporting system (FAERS) from January 2004 to June 2020. Non-proportional analysis and Bayesian analysis were utilized to analyze the signs of AGEP caused by different PPIs. The onset time and prognosis of PPIs-related AGEP were also analyzed. Results A total of 162 cases of AGEP caused by PPIs were reported. The most frequently used PPI was omeprazole (33.95%, 55/162), followed by esomeprazole (29.63%, 48/162) and pantoprazole (26.54%, 43/162). Pantoprazole showed the strongest correlation with AGEP, followed by omeprazole and lansoprazole, while esomeprazole appeared to have a weaker association with AGEP than other PPIs. The median time to the onset of AGEP was 6 (2, 12) days after PPI treatment, and 60.00%-83.33% of patients developed symptoms within 10 days after the medication (except rabeprazole). PPI-associated AGEP generally led to a fatality of 1.86% (3 cases) and a hospitalization rate of 79.50% (128 cases). The hospitalization rate of AGEP patients caused by omeprazole was the highest (91.49%, 43/47), followed by that of pantoprazole (88.37%, 38/43), lansoprazole (85.71%, 12/44), and omeprazole (61.82%, 34/55). Conclusions Our pharmacovigilance study based on the FAERS database demonstrated in detail the risks and characteristics of AGEP caused by different PPIs, which could provide a theoretical basis for rational clinical drug use.

The publications written by the employees of the Pharmacy Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 1921 to 1951 were searched and reviewed systematically. A total of 61 publications, 5 versions of formularies and 6 books have been found so far. The Chinese Pharmacopeia published in 1930 was also involved. Above finding demonstrated a profound and great influence of the early generation of our department on the development of Chinese medical science and pharmaceutical science.

(FeNiCo)-(AlCrSiTi) multicomponent alloy coatings with different contents of alloying components (Al,Cr,Si,Ti) were manufactured by laser deposition. The effect of the alloying components content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings was investigated. The results show that the content of face-centered cubic (FCC) phase in the coatings decreases gradually and the microstructure is changed from FCC phase+body-centered cubic (BCC) phase to BCC phase dominated with the increase of alloying components (Al,Cr,Si,Ti) content. Moreover, the density of nano-precipitation particles in the BCC phase increases significantly and the average size of the nano-precipitation particles decreases from 97 nm to 36 nm. Meanwhile, with the increase of alloying components content, the area of equiaxed grain microstructure in the coatings increases and the equiaxed grains become much finer, with the minimum average grain size of only 10.8 μm. Furthermore, the microhardness of the coating cross section increases from 271HV0.1 to 718HV0.1. However, the bending strength of the coating decreases from 2208 MPa to 1374 MPa and the maximum bending strain also decreases from 7.3% to 0.47%.

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder, whose underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms remain obscure. Here, we generate a single-cell atlas of facial skin from female rosacea patients and healthy individuals. Among keratinocytes, a subpopulation characterized by IFNγ-mediated barrier function damage is found to be unique to rosacea lesions. Blocking IFNγ signaling alleviates rosacea-like phenotypes and skin barrier damage in mice. The papulopustular rosacea is featured by expansion of pro-inflammatory fibroblasts, Schwann, endothelial and macrophage/dendritic cells. The frequencies of type 1/17 and skin-resident memory T cells are increased, and vascular mural cells are characterized by activation of inflammatory pathways and impaired muscle contraction function in rosacea. Most importantly, fibroblasts are identified as the leading cell type producing pro-inflammatory and vasodilative signals in rosacea. Depletion of fibroblasts or knockdown of PTGDS, a gene specifically upregulated in fibroblasts, blocks rosacea development in mice. Our study provides a comprehensive understanding of the aberrant alterations of skin-resident cell populations and identifies fibroblasts as a key determinant in rosacea development.

Wheat bran was taken as raw material to extract bran starch by alkaline protease method and ultrasonic-assisted alkaline protease method respectively. After extraction conditions of the two methods were optimized, the granular structure and molecular structure of bran starch were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions by alkaline protease method were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶10 (g∶mL), enzyme dosage 529.92 U/mL, enzyme reaction time 50 min, reaction temperature 45 ℃and pH 12. The yield of starch was 30.40% and its content was 59.24%, while the powder was light brown;the optimal conditions by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline protease method were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶15 g/mL, ultrasonic power 150 W and ultrasonic time 15 min. The yield of bran starch was 21.06% and its content was 90.64%, while the powder was white. The purity and extraction rate of bran starch extracted by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline protease method were better than those by single alkaline protease method.Analysis results showed that branch/straight ratio of the wheat bran starch was 4.69 and broken starch content was 1.78%. The starch bran particles were ellipsoidal, with an average particle size of 15.86 μm and radial crystal structure of A-type.

The effect of temperature (T) on stability of squeezed soybean oil (SSO) were studied by four characterization parameters (CPs, conductivity, peroxide value, isovolumetric combustion heat and acid value)similarities and differences of CPs characterization results were further compared.Under the fixed conditions of relative humidity was 40%, partial pressure of oxygen was 21 kPa, illumination was 800 lx and initial headspace rate was 50%, regulated and controled T to 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ respectively,SSO test samples were oxidized continuously in airtight container for a long time, four CPs at different oxidation time (t) were multiple measured in the same time, curve of CP～t was plotted, kinetic equation was regressed, rate constant (k) and apparent activation energy were calculated, the prediction model of metamorphic time was established and coincidence rate was verified.The results show that CP changed significantly with the increase of T and the extension of t, the oxidative rancidity of SSO has characteristic of simple series reaction,the prediction model of metamorphic time has a good coincidence, CP was different, and there was a big difference in k.The stability of squeezed soybean oil of SSO should be described by multiple CPs.

Background. Noninvasive ventilation (NIV) has been reported to be beneficial for patients with acute respiratory failure in intensive care unit (ICU); however, factors that influence the clinical outcome of NIV were unclarified. We aim to determine the factors that predict the failure of NIV in critically ill patients with acute respiratory failure (ARF). Setting. Adult mixed ICU in a medical university affiliated hospital. Patients and Methods. A retrospective clinical study using data from critical adult patients with initial NIV admitted to ICU in the period August 2016 to November 2017. Failure of NIV was regarded as patients needing invasive ventilation. Logistic regression was employed to determine the risk factor(s) for NIV, and a predictive model for NIV outcome was set up using risk factors. Results. Of 101 included patients, 50 were unsuccessful. Although more than 20 variables were associated with NIV failure, multivariate logistic regression demonstrated that only ideal body weight (IBW) (OR 1.110 (95%1.027–1.201), P=0.009), the maximal heart rate during NIV period (HR-MAX) (OR 1.024 (1.004–1.046), P=0.021), the minimal respiratory rate during NIV period (RR-MIN) (OR 1.198(1.051–1.365), P=0.007), and the highest body temperature during NIV period (T-MAX) (OR 1.838(1.038–3.252), P=0.037) were independent risk factors for NIV failure. Purpose: This study explores a novel approach to compiling life-oriented moral textbooks for elementary schools in China, specifically focusing on "Morality and Law." Design/Approach/Methods: Adopting Aristotle's "Poetics" as its theoretical perspective, this study illustrates and analyzes the mimetic approach used in compiling the life-oriented moral education textbook, "Morality and Law." Findings: The mimetic approach involves imitating children's real activities, thoughts, and feelings in textbooks. The mimetic approach to compiling life-oriented moral textbooks comprises three strategies: constructing children's life events as building blocks for textbook compilation, designing an intricate textual device exposing the wholeness of children's life actions, and designing inward learning activities leading to children's inner worlds. Originality/Value: From the perspective of Aristotle's "Poetics," the approach to compilation in "Morality and Law" can be defined as mimetic. And the compilation activity in the life-oriented moral education textbook also can be described as a process of mimesis. So this article presents a new approach to compile moral education textbooks and an innovative way to understand the nature of one compiling activity.
