A system-cognitive study provides the following scientific results: 1) information portraits of classes and values of factors; 2) SWOT-analysis of the influence of environmental factors on the parameters of quality of life; 3) cognitive class diagrams and cognitive diagrams of signs (factor values); 4) dendrograms of cognitive clustering of classes and values of factors; 5) non-local neurons and a layer of a non-local neural network; 6) 3d integral cognitive maps; 7) cognitive functions, reflecting how much information is contained in the values of environmental factors on the values of scales measuring the quality of life (classes); 8) cognitive diagrams of meaningful comparison of classes; 9) cognitive diagrams of meaningful comparison of the values of environmental factors on their impact on class membership; 10) Pareto curve of significance of gradations of descriptive scales, i.e. values of environmental factors.

In the previous works of the authors, as a result of solving a number of problems, all the necessary conditions have been created for the synthesis and assessment of the reliability of a system-cognitive model of the impact of investments on the quality of life of the population of the region.

In the first article on the topic the basic concepts and statements of the theory of cost flow models were studied and both a scheme of commodity-money circulation and a schematic diagram of the studied economic chain were developed. This article presents the results of a study of the steady regime of the turnover chain of the costs of interacting agricultural and processing enterprises.

In previous studies the authors solved the problem of cognitive structurization and formalization of the subject area, which consisted in developing classification and descriptive scales and gradations and coding the source data with their help, as a result of which the training sample was formed. This paper is devoted to the synthesis and verification of a system-cognitive model, reflecting the impact of investments in the agro-industrial complex on the quality of life of the population of the region.

The article reveals the basic concepts and provisions of the theory of economic chains. The structure of commodity-money circulation and the schematic diagram of an economic chain of interacting agricultural and processing enterprises have been proposed. A methodology for the study of interacting agricultural and processing enterprises has been developed.

The article is devoted to the cognitive structuring and formalization of a subject area in order to create a system-cognitive model that reflects the strength and sign of the influence of the volume of purchases and sales of various goods on the profit and profitability of a company. At the same time, reference books will be developed for the future states of an object of modeling and the factors affecting it, using them to encode the source data and to form a training set.

Intuitively, on a qualitatively informal level, everyone understands that environmental factors influence the quality of life. But scientific study of this influence is a multidimensional interdisciplinary problem with many different aspects. A series of works of authors is devoted to solving various aspects of this problem. This paper briefly describes solution of identification and decision making problems based on previously created numerical models.

The article is devoted to cognitive structuring and formal problem statement for creating a system-cognitive model of the impact of investments in the agro-industrial complex on the quality of life. At the same time, the object and purpose of management and controlling factors will be determined, reference books of the future states of an object of modeling and factors affecting it will be developed, the source data will be coded and a training sample will be formed.

Multiindustry corporations represent the amalgamation of a large number of business entities of various legal forms (legal entities and individuals) in order to more effectively conduct a common business. At the same time, economic entities that are parts of the corporation retain their independence, but coordinate their activities with one another in order to obtain a systemic (synergistic) effect. This means that a corporation is a super complex nonlinear system. At present, the problem of modeling such systems has not been solved in the theory of automatic and automated control and in multivariate analysis. Therefore, management of such management objects is carried out on the basis of intuition, experience and professional competence of top managers, especially a head of a corporation. At the same time, today artificial intelligence technologies can be used to enhance the capabilities of top managers. In the scientific literature the question of the use of intellectual systems, in particular cognitive technologies (cognitivistics) for the management of corporations has not been practically covered. The article is aimed to complete this gap.

The indicators of a trading company's activity in kind and in money terms mainly depend on the types and volumes of purchase and sale of goods purchased from suppliers and consumers. However, the decision of a problem of a rational choice from a number of organizations experience considerable computing expenses and human resources, and also absence of initial data and this problem has no solution in real time. The article suggests such a solution, which is very economical in terms of the costs of various types of resources based on the application of information theory, cognitive technologies and management theory

There are a large number of different indicators (particular criteria) of the life quality and various ways of their aggregation in an integral criterion. There are also a large number of different standards of quality of life at various levels: from urban to national and international. However, in all these standards, the availability of indicators characterizing the quality of the natural environment is general, i.e. environmental factors. The problem is that both quality of life indicators and environmental factors are described in different types of scales (nominal, ordinal and numerical) and in different units of measurement, and how to process them in one model is not clear. Traditionally, only numeric indicators are used which, for processing, are normalized in relative units relative to the range of variation of the quantity and aggregated as average geometric indicators or simply average ones. According to the authors, both the first and the second are incorrect, because they neutralize the effect of various environmental factors on the quality of life, which leads to a loss of information on the strength and sign of the influence of environmental factors on the resulting indicators that characterize the quality of life. To solve this problem it is proposed: 1) not to discard the indicators measured in nominal and ordinal scales, but to increase their degree of formalization to numerical ones and then process them together with numeric ones, this provides the possibility of sharing different types of scales in one model; 2) to ensure the comparability of the processing of indicators measured in different units of measurement by the fact that they are all transformed into one unit of measure: the unit of information; 3) to use as an integral criterion not the average one, but the amount of information in the values of environmental factors about the values of indicators that characterize the quality of life. However, this approach has not been considered in the literature. The article is aimed at completing this gap.

The research is devoted to a multi-level study of the essence and role of text creation comprehension in teaching a foreign language. Capturing motivational and logical mental structures along with recognising communicative and cognitive aspects of a person's identity in a text are key linguopsychological elements of studying text activities. The scientific value of the research is in specifying the operational approach to describing a concrete level of a person's consciousness, on which cognitive structures acquire language realisation in the process on communication. Existence of a person's concsiousness is considered on three levels of abstracrion within the conscious: sensory field, associative field, motivational field. The contents of a person's language consciousness can be described through its thesaurus and presented as a filter that sifts through incoming meaningful information expressed in the sign form. The process of first language acquisition by a child is closely related to the apprearance of the correlation between dynamic and static systems of sound production (syllable production and articulation). Tranfer to foreign language acquisition will then be connected only with changing the characted of the correlation in each specific case. Foreign language teaching is connected with the learners' using the language skills they already possess. Peculiarity of language consciousness is revealed both when comparing lexical and grammatical categories in several languages, in which the forms of the same category have different meanings, and when comparing a limited set of such linguistic meanings with an unlimited number of linguistic features and relations between the objects.
