Complex partial seizure are often associated with impaired or loss of consciousness clinically proved to have an impact on masial temporal sclerosis (Hippocampus) region of brain. Seizures admits several etiopathophysiological events leading to several neuro functional changes in the reticulothalamocortical circuitry zones of the CNS .This paves the episodes of complex partial seizures events. A clinical case report of clinical partial seizures in a 47 years age adult patient came to the hospital with impaired consciousness. The brainmagnetic resonance imaging scanning of the patient detected a spectrum of findings more in favour of idiopathic intracranial hypertension and T1 ,T2 isointense lesion in the posterial mid line falx-2.falcine meningioma, focal area of glosis in the left high parietal lobe and age approximate bilateral cerebral atrophy it grade-1 fazellas white matter changes. The patient was conformed with Complex partial seizures, and she was treated with benzodiazepines twice a day. The patient was recovered from loss of impaired consciousness and she was called for follow up examination once in 1-month period.

This article describes about the isolation and production of biosurfactants from marine actinomycetes. Few microbes produced biosurfactants has certain chemical properties with high molecular weights which was obtained from living surface of microbial cells exhibited as amphiphiles. Consists of hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties reduces surface tension. They were used in pharmaceutical applications. TREHALIPIDS, SOPHOROLIPIDS, RHAMNOLIPIDS, PHOSPHOLIPIDS; are the complex compounds present in the biosurfactants and degradation was also studied in In-vitro, produced from the marine organisms of actinomycetes shows antibiotic and probiotic activity. Actinomycetes are a GRAM POSTIVE BACTERIA, comes under the prokaryotic organisms and exhibited as single protein which is a marine sponge collected from south east region for isolation washed with sea water to remove any bacteria to form homogenate, incubated at 400c. colonies, isolated, and by keeping the temperature desired for 24 hours. marine actinomycetes were identified by using their Bio-surfactant properties were investigated using statistical data, and screening methods for specific operations were developed.

This paper describes design of solar powered charging station for charging of electric vehicle that solves the key downside of fuel and pollution. While EV charging has traditionally been grid-based, use of solar powered chargers has emerged as an interesting opportunity. As worlds resources are diminishing, government agencies and non-government organization are pushing greener solution through the use of renewable energy sources. In order to reduce the pollution through the motor vehicles, there is a large scope of increase in electric vehicles all over the world. To run the electric vehicle the fuel required is the electricity which can be storable through the use of solar energy. Electric vehicles that run on the Electric vehicle smart charging station which is the promising alternative and environmentally sustainable solution to meet up the energy crisis. This paper investigates the possibility of charging the battery of electric vehicles at a various working place like offices, colleges, hospitals, universities etc in India using solar energy. In this paper, the charging station successfully developed as desired features for electric vehicle from renewable energy resources with solar panel, solar charge controller, batteries storage and DC-DC converter. A laboratory-scale experimental prototype was also developed, and the performance of the proposed charging station was investigated.

Teaching is very complicated context, the teacher needs to know every position of the students, not as simple as we expect when teaching. Additionally, before performing the teaching and learning process, the instructor must also plan designs. Teachers should consider ways of growing the interest of students in learning and enhancing the standard of teaching. When the instructor only uses the monotonous discourse approach in the teaching and learning process, which result in decreasing the students' interest in learning because the students may get bored. The instructor will then apply the technique to learning. This is generally referred to as technology for education. Educational technology is a tool that can be used in education to make the learning process more effective, and students can easily experience it. The aim of this educational technology is to solve problems that can enhance learning success in practice. Educational technology enables teachers to be used in the learning process in order to create media on the Internet through educational technology that enables them to apply the content presented with images. It increases the willingness of students to learn. In addition, in learning tasks, it makes learners more involved and critical. To the Al6061 matrix composite, the monazite structure Lanthanum Phosphate with a weight ratio of 15% is added as the reinforcement. The machinability characteristics of the stir cast composite is predicted using Abrasive Waterjet Machine. Jet Pressure, Stand-Off Distance, and Cutting Speed are taken as independent parameters. Material Removal Rate, Kerf taper Angle, and Surface Profile Roughness are taken as the dependent responses. The influence of the machining parameters is investigated using the Taguchi's L27 orthogonal array through ANOVA table for both single response and multi responses problems by Gray Relational Approach. From the single response study, the jet pressure has significant impact on material removal and kerf angle whereas, the surface finish depends on the cutting speed. For the multi-response problems, stand-off distance shows the superior influences on the output responses followed by jet pressure and cutting speed.

In this study, Nascent Lanthanum Phosphate (LaPO4) and LaPO4 with 20% reinforced Yttria (Y2O3) precursor ceramic powder was synthesized through aqueous Sol-gel route, where theLaPO4 and LaPO4/Y2O3 powder was sourced from Lanthanum chloride (LaCl3) and orthophosphoric acid (H3PO4). By sintering the precursor powder at 1400 °C for 2 h, a relatively high-density composite material of LaPO4 (97.4%) and LaPO4/Y2O3 (98.4%) were fabricated. Through X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) experiment, the results revealed that LaPO4 and LaPO4/Y2O3 electrolyte samples sintered at 1400 °C for 2 h is impurity free and thereby elemental composition of the powders is also verified. Further, a small quantity of LaP2 and La2O3elements formed during the synthesis of LaPO4 was found to contribute more on corrosion resistance and high withstanding capacity of the material. 26% of YPO4 formed due to a chemical reaction between Yttrium and Lanthanum made this composite a suitable candidate material for high-temperature applications. Various mechanical characterization tests such as micro-hardness, flexural strength, and compression capacity were studied, where the microscopic analysis provided comprehensive information about both transgranular and intergranular types of failure on the fractured regions of LaPO4 and LaPO4/Y2O3 material. The MicroVicker'shardness of LaPO4 and composite was found to be 5 GPa and 5.2 GPa, respectively. When compared with the nascent sample, on an average, 22% reduction in flexural strength and a 1.05% increase in Young's modulus are observed for the high-density composite.

By using the simulation tool, it can be avoided through an examination on the melt runs inside the mould cavity, pressure variation, and runs velocity in the different areas of the gating framework. Assessments are conducted for decided gating design and the sprinter aspect proportions. The MAGMASOFT, a simulation tool is preferred to study the exceptional gating proportions to achieve the velocity, force exerted at the sprinter location, and ingates. A regression version is designed to pick out the real speed and the pressure of liquid metal exists in the mould hollow space. Further, the melt velocity dissected as a detail of distance covered concerning ingate for the distinct gating propositions. In the Al6061 matrix composite, 15% weight percent of lanthanum phosphate (LaPO4) is added as a reinforcement to prepare a composite material. The composite is fabricated using a 2-Stage stir casting process. The machinability characteristic of the fabricated composite is measured using abrasive water jet machine at varied machining conditions. Water pressure, Stand-off distance and cutting speed are taken as dependent response to measure the kerf angle and surface finish. Water pressure and the cutting speed show a significant impact on kerf taper angle and surface profile roughness with a contribution of 40%. The effect of soft ceramic, LaPO4 in the matrix has low significance as it is easily removed with the cutting conditions and the influence caused by LaPO4 on kerf angle and surface finish is considerably low compared to other hard ceramic reinforcements.

Nickel and its alloys have recently been emerged as potential catalytic electrode materials for hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline media. The present work contemplates reinforcement of electroless Ni–P plate with ZrO2. The plate showed very high stability and excellent electrocatalytic activity. In situ incorporation of ZrO2 resulted in increase in the rate of deposition of Ni on steel substrate. There was high activation during the initial stage of the plating also. The electrocatalytic activity of the ZrO2-reinforced Ni electroless plate was found to be highly reproducible and long lasting when used for hydrogen evolution reaction.

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common disease prevailing in the developed and developing world and has its roots in childhood and adolescence. Blood pressure levels vary with age, sex, height, weight, BMI, family history of hypertension, socio-economic status and ethnic groups.The aim of this study was to determine the blood pressure values in healthy school children of central Karnataka, India. Method: Blood pressure data of 1651 urban school children (829 boys and 822 girls) in the age group of 6-16 years were analyzed to study the distribution pattern of systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) at different age, sex, weight,height and BMI. The correlation coefficient and regression coefficient was calculated and prediction equation for systolic and diastolic blood pressure for that particular age, height,weight and BMI were obtained. Normograms according to age were established. Results: The SBP and DBP tends to increase with age, weight, height and BMI. The blood pressure values (SBP and DBP) increased grossly after 11 years of age. In the normograms obtained in the study, 95% of the study population falls between mean+2SD and mean-2SD. Conclusion: The blood pressure of children and adolescents can be evaluated using the reference table according to age. The table provided helps to classify as 'normal' or 'hypertension' (>+2SD).
