Ophiopogon japonicus (Asparagaceae) is a perennial grass species which can be cultivated as an ornamental and medicinal plant. From April 2021 to September 2022, a serious leaf blight disease of O. japonicus was discovered in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China. The initial disease symptoms were small yellow spots, finally developing as tip blight, often associated with many small, black, semi-immersed pycnidial conidiomata formed in lesions. To obtain isolates of the causal agent for this disease, samples were randomly collected from O. japonicus diseased leaves in Rizhao City. In total 97 Phyllosticta isolates were obtained from samples, and studied using morphological features and multi-locus phylogenetic analyses of a combined dataset using the internal transcribed spacers (ITS), the 28S large subunit of ribosomal RNA (LSU), and partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha (tef), actin (act) and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (gapdh) loci. Phylogenetically, these Phyllosticta isolates formed a clade in the P. concentrica species complex, and clustered with P. pilospora and P. spinarum. Morphologically, isolates in this clade differed from P. pilospora and P. spinarum by the size of conidiogenous cells and conidia, and the absence of an apical conidial appendage. As a result, these isolates were described as a novel species Phyllosticta rizhaoensis. Pathogenicity was confirmed using Koch’s postulates, which showed that P. rizhaoensis could induce leaf blight symptoms on O. japonicus in China.

To explore prognostic factors in intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity (MRD0.1%,MRD-)receiving autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT).A total of 59 intermediate-risk AML patients with MRD-were treated with auto-HSCT from January 2015 to September 2021 at Affiliated People's Hospital of Ningbo University. The clinical data and laboratory results were collected retrospectively. Efficacy, clinical outcome and prognostic factors were analyzed. Univariate analysis was conducted by using log-rank test, the multivariate analysis by Cox proportional risk model.Among 59 patients, there were 27 males and 32 females with median age of 55 (31-69) years old.The median follow-up was 761(317-1 861)days. Realizing quantum speedup for practically relevant, computationally hard problems is a central challenge in quantum information science. Using Rydberg atom arrays with up to 289 qubits in two spatial dimensions, we experimentally investigate quantum algorithms for solving the Maximum Independent Set problem. We use a hardware-efficient encoding associated with Rydberg blockade, realize closed-loop optimization to test several variational algorithms, and subsequently apply them to systematically explore a class of graphs with programmable connectivity. We find the problem hardness is controlled by the solution degeneracy and number of local minima, and experimentally benchmark the quantum algorithm's performance against classical simulated annealing. To obtain the transcriptome data ofThe mixture of male and femaleA total of 4.67 GB high-quality data were obtained from raw sequencing data. A total of 51 271 Unigenes were obtained after assembling the sequencing data, with a total length of 41 848 995 nucleotide (nt) and a mean length of 816 nt. OBJECTIVE: To investigate nutritional knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors of teachers and students in a medical college in Beijing and their influencine factors, and to provide evidence for nutrition education and promotion. METHODS: The subjects of this study were teachers, as well as first-year and second-year graduate students, and first-year to third-year undergraduate students. The teachers and students were respectively sampled by stratified cluster sampling with equal proportion. t-test or ANOVA was used to compare the means between the groups, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) score. RESULTS: The average score of nutrition knowledge was 5.7±1.5. The knowledge rate of nutrition was 57.3%. The average score of nutritional attitudes was 8.3±3.0. The mean nutritional behavior score was 5.1±2.0. The average nutritional KAP score was 19.1±4.6, with the teachers 19.9±5.2 higher than the students 18.9±4.5; the female 19.5±4.5 higher than the male 18.4±4.5; All the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of nutritional attitudes, nutritional behavior and total KAP scores of doctoral students were significantly higher than those of the undergraduate and postgraduate students (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The nutrition attitudes of teachers and students is relatively correct, the nutrition knowledge needs to be further strengthened, and there are some unreasonable aspects in the nutrition behaviors. Gender, identity and degree are the main influencing factors of the nutrition score of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. It is necessary to carry out nutritional education in schools to improve the nutrition knowledge of teachers and students, correct bad eating habits, and promote the construction of healthy China action.

The formation of magnetic bubbles and the domain-evolution processes, induced by a perpendicular magnetic field in Fe/Gd multilayer films and nanodots, have been investigated. At room temperature, the stripe domains in a continuous film transform into magnetic bubbles in an external field, while bubbles form spontaneously in nanodots due to the existence of shape anisotropy. When the temperature decreases to 20 K, the enhancement of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the samples results in an increase of the domain size in the continuous film and the magnetization-reversal behavior of each nanodot becomes independent, and most reversed dots do not depend on each other, indicating the magnetic characteristics of a single domain. The present research provides further understanding of the evolution of magnetic bubbles in the Fe/Gd system and suggests their promising applications in patterned recording materials.

MuDR exhibits the highest transposition activity and insertional mutagenesis frequency in Mutator (Mu) family. If we isolate the MuDR-insertion-specific flanking sequences (MuDRFs), it will be crucial for using Mu element-mediated mutants. The MuDR-TAIL-PCR system was constructed and optimized using a combination of MuDR-TIR-nested specific primers and 12 arbitrary degenerate (AD) primers, modified reaction system and procedure and mutant DNA templates of 87 genotypes from M2 or М2:3 families created by crossing the W22::Mu line (active MuDR donor parent) from the UniformMu population with the Zong31 (Z31) line (recipient parent). Here 129 different MuDRFs were acquired by MuDR-TAIL-PCR, accounting for 86.60% of the total mutant-specific agarose gel bands. In addition, we confirmed the authenticity of the non-redundant flanking sequence amplifications. The amplified non-redundant flanking sequences accounted for 65.12% of the total MuDRFs, and 88.00% of the non-redundant MuDRFs were inserted inside the genes. These results show that the MuDR-TAIL-PCR system that we developed can be used for specifically isolating MuDRFs.

Aim To explore the role of NLRP3 (NACHT [nucleotide-binding oligomerization], LRR [leucine-rich repeat] and PYD [pyrin domain] domains-containing protein 3) inflammasome in the inflammatory response of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (HPDLFs). Methodology The expression of NLRP3 and apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) in inflammatory periapical tissues and HPDLFs was examined by immunohistochemical and immunofluorescent staining. HPDLFs were stimulated with muramyl dipeptide (MDP) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from E.coli with or without the silencing of ASC. The expression of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 was examined using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The secretion of proinflammatory cytokines, including interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was measured in the cell supernatant with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data were statistically analysed using independent sample t test. Results Immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry staining revealed that NLRP3 and ASC were expressed in HPDLFs and inflammatory periapical tissues. MDP and LPS promoted the expression of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 in HPDLFs (P < .05). The secretion of proinflammatory cytokines was also increased with MDP and LPS stimulation (P < .05). After silencing ASC, the secretion of IL-1β induced by MDP and LPS was significantly attenuated (P < .05). Conclusion In HPDLFs, MDP and LPS can activate NLRP3 inflammasome and induce IL-1β secretion. ASC plays an important role in this inflammatory response. This article is protected by copyright. OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression profiling of circRNAs in ulcerative colitis(UC) and then determine the significantly changed circRNA and its influences on intestinal epithelial barrier. METHODS: In this study, we selected 5 pairs of inflamed and normal colorectal mucosa tissues from UC patients to perform circRNAs microarray and identified the differentially expressed circRNAs in the UC inflamed colorectal mucosa tissues, and quantitative real-time PCR was used to identify the expression change of circ-SOD2 in 30 UC patients’ inflamed and normal colorectal mucosa tissues. We detected the expression of circ-SOD2 in Caco2 and NCM460 cells after being treated with inflammatory factors (LPS, TNF-α, IL1-β). Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was used to determine the cellular location of circ-SOD2 in the UC colorectal mucosal tissues. The circ-SOD2 overexpression vector was constructed and produced and then transfected into Caco2 cells to examine the cells’ trans-epithelial electrical resistance (TEER), permeability of FITC-dextran and the alterations of epithelial barrier related molecules. RESULTS: We found 264 circRNAs (111 increased and 153 decreased) differentially expressed in the inflamed colon mucosa compared with normal colon mucosa using a P-value 1.5-fold change cutoff. The number of nucleon (NN) scaling of the directed flow $v_1$ and elliptic flow ($v_{2}$) as well as the nuclear modification factor ($R_{cp}$) are tested for light nuclei which are produced in 0.4$A$ GeV $^{197}Au + ^{197}Au$ collisions at different impact parameters with two different in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross sections in the framework of an isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics (IQMD) model. In that energy domain, the emission of light nuclei can be well described by the squeeze-out phenonomenon. The results show a nice NN scaling behavior for flow parameters $v_{1}$, $v_{2}$ and ${R_{cp}}$. These results demonstrate that the nucleon coalescence mechanism is responsible for nucleon-number scaling of above physical observables in squeeze-out region in heavy-ion collisions at intermediate energy., 8 pages, 6 figures

A novel heterogeneous catalyst, the ionic liquid (IL) of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate (BmimOAc) immobilized on MIL-101-NH

Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is the primary viral pathogen of porcine circovirus associated disease (PCVAD) and vaccination is an important method to prevent and control the disease. The expression of PCV2 capsid protein (Cap) in adenovirus vector system has been investigated, but the poor immune responses limit its application. In this study, transcriptional enhancer element largest intron of the human cytomegalovirus (Intron A) and woodchuck hepatitis virus post-transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE) were applied to increase the immunogenicity of PCV2 Cap adenovirus-based vaccine. Western blot and indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) analysis showed that modified adenoviruses with Intron A and WPRE alone or both could significantly increase the expression of Cap compared to the unmodified adenoviruses. Furthermore, the humoral and cellular immune responses of the constructed recombinant adenoviruses were evaluated in mice. Indirect ELISA, virus neutralizing test and western blot showed that modified adenoviruses elicited higher humoral immune responses than unmodified adenovirus, and Intron A-WPRE-modified virus immunized group had better immune response than the others. Besides, the results of lymphocyte proliferation response and cytokines release assay showed that enhanced cellular immune responses were induced by modified adenoviruses. These results demonstrated that Intron A and WPRE significantly improved the expression of the Cap protein in adenovirus vector system and enhanced the immune responses in mice, making the adenovirus vector system more applicable against PCV2.

The failure behaviour of T700/603 carbon fibre/epoxy composite laminates subject to pre-load and laser irradiation was tested. The effect of main parameters on failure time of specimens has been studied. Specimens with different thickness were kept in tension or compression pre-load using a specially designed load holding device. Meanwhile, CO2 continuous wave laser beam was irradiated on specimens until they were damaged. Through the experiments, we obtained the relationship between the failure time of the specimen and the pre-load is approximately linear when the laser power density and the thickness were constant; the relationship between the failure time of the specimen and the laser power density is approximately exponential when the pre-load and the thickness were unchanged; the relationship between the failure time of the specimen and the thickness is approximately quadratic function when the pre-load and the laser power density were fixed. 目的 分析肿瘤免疫耐受信号通路的重要因子PD-1和PTEN在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤（CHL）患者中的表达及其与患者临床特征和预后的相关性。 方法 回顾性分析2003年2月至2013年8月诊治的56例CHL患者的临床资料。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测CHL患者PD-1和PTEN蛋白的表达，采用原位杂交法检测EBV及EBV编码的小mRNA（EBER），并结合患者的临床特征与生存状态进行相关性分析。 结果 ①56例患者中，男34例，女22例，中位年龄25（7~71）岁，PTEN阳性者11例（19.64%），PD-1阳性者14例（25.00%）。②PTEN和PD-1表达呈正相关（rs=0.320，P=0.016）；PTEN表达与Ann Arbor分期、IPS评分和有无大包块（≥5 cm）明显相关，PD-1仅与有无大包块相关（P值均2分（P=0.026）、EBER阳性（P=0.004）、PTEN蛋白高表达（P=0.035）是影响患者5年总生存的不良预后因素，也是影响5年无进展生存的不良预后因素（P值分别为0.007、0.014、0.002、0.024）。 结论 肿瘤免疫逃逸信号通路因子PTEN与CHL患者的预后相关，对CHL患者的预后判断有一定作用，同时也为CHL的免疫治疗提供了新思路和理论依据。

In this paper, a visual servoing controller design method based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S)fuzzy model and parallel distributed compensation (PDC)is proposed. First, an efficient algorithm for the tensor product model transformation is applied, which is capable of transforming the image based visual servoing (IBVS)system into the T-S fuzzy model with the least fuzzy rules. Then, according to PDC theorem, the parameters of the controller could be obtained by convex programming techniques of LMIs. The proposed approach avoids the inverse of the image Jacobian matrix and hence no image singular problem exists. What's more, it's proved that the feasible solutions of the LMIs ensure the closed-loop asymptotic stability of the visual servoing system, which can handle the system input constraints according to the actuator mechanical limitations as well. The simulation results for six degrees-of-freedom visual servoing system demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

A new strategy for efficient in vivo image-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been demonstrated utilizing a ligand-exchange constructed upconversion-C60 nanophotosensitizer. This theranostic platform is superior to the currently reported nanophotosensitizers in (i) directly bonding photosensitizer C60 to the surface of upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) by a smart ligand-exchange strategy, which greatly shortened the energy transfer distance and enhanced the 1O2 production, resulting in the improvement of the therapeutic effect; (ii) realizing in vivo NIR 808 nm image-guided PDT with both excitation (980 nm) and emission (808 nm) light falling in the biological window of tissues, which minimized auto-fluorescence, reduced light scatting and improved the imaging contrast and depth, and thus guaranteed noninvasive diagnostic accuracy. In vivo and ex vivo tests demonstrated its favorable bio-distribution, tumor-selectivity and high therapeutic efficacy. Owing to the effective ligand exchange strategy and the excellent intrinsic photophysical properties of C60, 1O2 production yield was improved, suggesting that a low 980 nm irradiation dosage (351 J cm−2) and a short treatment time (15 min) were sufficient to perform NIR (980 nm) to NIR (808 nm) image-guided PDT. Our work enriches the understanding of UCNP-based PDT nanophotosensitizers and highlights their potential use in future NIR image-guided noninvasive deep cancer therapy.

We report on a field induced domain evolutionary procedure in the anisotropic Nd-Dy-Fe-Co-B/MgO/Fe multilayers by using first-order-reversal-curves and magnetic force microscopy. Different reversal behaviors and domain sizes are found in well coupled and decoupled multilayers by changing the thickness of the spacer layer. The competition between dipolar magnetostatic energy and Zeeman energy is evaluated by in-field observation throughout nucleation and annihilation processes. In addition, lithography-patterned arrays of soft Fe disks onto a continuous Nd-Dy-Fe-Co-B hard-magnetic layer are designed. By decreasing the applied field, it is found that magnetization orientations of the Fe disk and Nd-Dy-Fe-Co-B layer are aligned parallel. In the decoupled disk, although the out-of-plane magnetization orientations are observed, the orientation of the domains in the Fe disk is random. Furthermore, it is found that a stronger anisotropy of the Nd-Dy-Fe-Co-B layer decreases the interaction length. Our results provide a new understanding of anisotropic nanocomposite magnets with long-ranged magnetic interactions.

Two-wave methods and Three-wave method are conventional methods to process the SHPB experiment data. Due to the presence of transient waves in dynamic experiments, both the stress and strain fields within a specimen are seldom absolutely uniform. Different date processing methods lead to different results. In this paper, we have developed a program to compare the results getting from different methods. The difference of the strains corresponding to the ultimate stress can reach 20%. Which one is better? One material shouldn't have different constitutive. In order to solve the problem, we have developed Three-wave mutual-checking method, which is based on the conservation of the momentum of the whole system. This method provides a checking mechanism, so some human error can be avoided when process the same experiment data. By this method, different person can obtain the only credible stress-strain curve based on the same test data.

This paper presents a novel image-based visual servoing (IBVS) controller based on quasi-min-max model predictive control (MPC). By transforming the image Jacobian matrix (i.e. interaction matrix) into a convex combination of linear time-invariant vertices form with the tensor-product (TP) model transformation method, the visual servoing system is represented as a polytopic linear parameter-varying (LPV) system. A robust controller is designed for the robotic visual servoing system subject to input and output constraints such as robot physical limitations and visibility constraints. The control signal is calculated online by carrying out the convex optimization involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) in model predictive control. The proposed visual servoing method avoids the inverse of the image Jacobian matrix and hence can solve the intractable problems for the classical IBVS controller, such as large displacements between the initial and the desired position of the camera. The ability of handling constraints can keep the image features in the boundary of the desired field of view (FOV). To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the simulation results on a 6 degrees-of-freedom (DOF) robot manipulator with eye-in-hand configuration are presented and discussed.

Three experiments were conducted to compare raw corn, extruded corn, and dehulled-extruded corn in piglets' feeding. In Experiment (Exp.) 1, 8 barrows (19.9 ± 0.6 kg) were fed experimental diets contain - ing one out of three corn samples and a rice-soybean meal basal diet in a double 4 × 4 Latin square design to determine the digestible energy (DE) and metabolizable energy (ME) in the corn samples using the difference method. The DE content in extruded (14.29 MJ/kg) and dehulled-extruded (14.42 MJ/kg) corn was greater ( P < 0.05) than in raw corn (13.57 MJ/kg). In Exp. 2, 5 barrows (26.2 ± 1.3 kg) were fitted with ileal T-cannulas and used in a 5 × 5 Latin square design to determine the apparent (AID) and standardized (SID) ileal digestibility of amino acids (AA). The diets comprised the basal diet, the three corn diets from Exp. 1, as well as a nitrogen- free diet to estimate basal endogenous losses of AA. The AID and SID of isoleucine, leucine, lysine, threonine, and valine in dehulled-extruded corn was lower ( P < 0.05) than in raw or extruded corn. In Exp. 3, 108 weaned 35 days old piglets (8.4 ± 1.2 kg) were allotted to one of the three diets based on corn type. Weaned pigs fed diets containing extruded or dehulled-extruded corn exhibited reduced ( P < 0.05) weight gain and feed intake than pigs fed diets containing raw corn. The diet containing dehulled-extruded corn resulted in a higher incidence of diarrhoea. In summary, extrusion of corn did not result in improvements in digestibility and dehulling corn prior to extrusion appeared to result in heat damage which reduced ileal digestibility of AA. Substitution of raw corn with extruded or dehulled-extruded corn in starter diets formulated to equal quantities of ME and SID AA content did not improve the performance of weaned pigs.
