Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, servikal miyofasiyal ağrı sendromunun (MAS) tedavisinde servikal mobilizasyonun anlık etkinliğini araştırmaktı.Yöntem: MAS tanısı alan toplam 46 hasta rasgele olarak iki tedavi grubuna ayrıldı. Her iki gruba da hot pack, masaj ve evegzersiz programı uygulandı. İkinci gruba bu modalitelere ek olarak servikal mobilizasyon teknikleri uygulandı. Amaç: Fizyoterapist gözlemi altında yaptırılan egzersiz programının tek taraflı diz üstü am- putelerde protezle ilgili memnuniyet düzeyi üzerine etkisinin araştırılmasıydı. Yöntemler: Çalışmaya yaş ortalamaları 39.3±12.8 yıl olan 19 unilateral diz üstü ampute katıldı. Olguların sosyodemografik, klinik ve proteze ait özellikleri kaydedildi. Olgular 10 seans boyunca egzersiz programına katıldı. Olgular, program bittikten sonra da egzersizlere devam ettiler. Protezin rahatlığı, görünüşü, ağırlığı ve protezle yürümeye ilişkin hastaların memnu- niyet düzeyi tedavi öncesi ve tedaviden 2 ay sonra olmak üzere Vizüel Analog Skalası (VAS) ile değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar: Tedavi öncesi ve sonrası değerlendirmeler karşılaştırıldığında protezin rahatlığı (p=0.048), görünüşü (p=0.010) ve protezle yürüme (p=0.033) ile ilgili hastaların memnuniyet düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu. Purpose: To investigate the effects of exercise program performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist, on prosthetic satisfaction level in unilateral above knee amputees. Methods: 19 unilateral above knee amputees, with the mean age of 39.3±12.8 years were enrolled in this study. The sociodemographic and clinical characteristics and properties of the prostheses of the participants were recorded. All cases attended to a 10 session exercise program. They continued the exercises after the program finished. The satisfaction level of the patients concerning comfort, appearance weight of the prosthesis and walking with pros- thesis were assessed by Visual Analog Scale (VAS) before and 2 months after the treatment. Results: When compared pre and post-treatment results, comfort of the prosthesis (p=0.048), satisfaction with the appearence of prosthesis (p=0.01), and walking ability (p=0.033) were statistically different. Discussion: In the present study, it is demonstrated that the exercise program affected prosthetic satisfaction levels positively in unilateral above knee amputees.

Amaç: Çalışmamız öğretim üyesi ve diğer öğretim elemanlarında yorgunluk, tükenmişlik ve yaşam kalite düzeylerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışma Kırıkkale Üniversitesinde çalışmakta olan öğretim üyesi (Grup 1, n=50) ile diğer öğretim elemanlarından oluşan (Grup 2, n=52) akademisyenler üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Yorgunluk Şiddet Skalası (FSS) ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeğinin (MTÖ) Türkçe sürümleri sırasıyla yorgunluk ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini değerlendirmek amacıyla kullanıldı. MTÖ tükenmişliği üç ayrı boyutta ölçmektedir:duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma vekişisel başarı. Bireylerin sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalite düzeyleri WHOQOL-BREF anketinin Türkçe sürümü ile değerlendirildi. Anket fiziksel sağlık, psikolojik sağlık, sosyal ilişkiler, çevre ve ulusal çevre alt ölçeklerinden oluşmaktadır. Sonuçlar: Birinci gruptaki bireylerin ortalama yaşları 42,8±7,8; ikinci gruptakilerin ise 32,6±8,9 yıldı. Öğretim üyelerinin 35’i (%70) erkek iken, diğerleri kadındı (% 30). Grup 2’de ise 28 (% 53,8) kadın, 24 (% 46,2) erkek bulunuyordu. Gruplardaki bireyler yaş, vücut kütle indeksi, çalışma süreleri ve cinsiyet açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde farklıydı (p0.05). Tartışma: Akademisyenler gerek yaş ve çalışma yılları, gerekse yetki ve sorumluluklarının farklılıklarına rağmen benzer yorgunluk, tükenmişlik ve sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalite düzeylerine sahiptirler. Bu sonuç mesleklerinin nispeten başlarında olan genç akademisyenler adına kaygı verici görünmektedir. Bununla birlikte, öğretim üyesi olduktan sonra hiyerarşik bir düzende ilerleme kaydetmeleri, nispeten daha bağımsız çalışma olanakları, ekonomik iyileşmeler ve mesleki tatmin gibi bazı etkenlerin öğretim üyelerinde yorgunluk, tükenmişlik ve sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalite düzeylerinin giderek kötüleşmesini engellediği düşünülmüştür. Ancak sonuçları etkileyebilecek diğer faktörler göz ardı edilmemelidir, Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare levels of fatigue, burnout and quality of life Professors and other lecturers.Material and Methods: The study was performed on professors (Group 1, n=50) and other lecturers (Group 2, n=52) who are working at Kırıkkale University. Turkish versions of the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were used to assess the fatigue level and burnout status, respectively. MBI measures burnout on three separate subscales: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment. The level of health-related quality of life of individuals was assessed by the Turkish version of WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. The questionnaire includes physical health, psychological health, social relationships, environment, and national environmental subscales. Results: The mean age of individuals was 42.8±7.8 years in the first group, 32.6±8.9 years in the second group. 35 of professors (70%) were male while others are female (30%). In Group 2, 28 subjects (53.8%) were female and 24 subjects (46.2%) were male. Age, body mass index, duration of working and gender were statistically different significantly (p 0.05). Conclusions: Despite differences in age and years of working as well as the powers and responsibilities, academicians have similar fatigue, burnout, and health-related quality of life levels. This result seems to be concern for young academicians is relatively early in their profession. However, after professors, some factors such as professional advancement in a hierarchical order, relatively more independent working opportunities, economic recovery and job satisfaction are thought to inhibit deterioration fatigue, burnout, and increasing levels of health-related quality of life of professors. However, other factors which can affect the results should not be ignored.

Amaç: Bu pilot çalışmanın amacı; lumbar spondilozisi, kronik bel ağrısı olan hastalarda ve bel ağrısı dışında, kronik kas ve iskelet ağrısı olan hastalarda psikososyal sağlık ve yaşam kalitesi düzeylerini değerlendirmekti. Yöntem: Lumbar spondilozisi, kronik bel ağrısı olan 80 birey ve bel ağrısı dışında, kronik kas ve iskelet ağrısı olan 60 birey çalışmaya katıldı. Her iki grupta ağrı, sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalitesi, bel ağrısı ile ilişkili özür, depresyon, iyilik hali, yaşam memnuniyeti ve işlevsel bel performansı değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar: İki grup, ağrı şiddeti, iyilik hali ve yaşam memnuniyeti yönünden benzerdi (p0.05). Diğer grupla kıyaslandığında, lumbar spondilozlu hastalarda, bel ağrısı ile ilişkili özür ve depresyon düzeyi daha yüksek; işlevsel bel performansı ve yaşam kalitesi düzeyi daha düşüktü (p0.05). Tartışma: Bu pilot çalışma ile kronik bel ağrısının psikososyal sağlık ve yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri diğer kas iskelet ağrılarına göre belirgin olduğunu gösterdi. Bu konuda daha kapsamlı çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır. Purpose: The aim of this pilot study was to evaluate psychosocial health and quality of life levels in patients with lumbar spondylosis and chronic low back pain and in patients with musculoskeletal pain without low back pain. Methods: Eighty patients with lumbar spondylosis, chronic low back pain and 60 patients with musculoskeletal pain (wihout low back pain) participated in the study. Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon kliniklerinde kullanılan sağlık eğitim materyallerinin okunabilirlik düzeylerini belirlemekti. Yöntem: Bu çalışmada fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon kliniklerinde kullanılan 44 broşürün ilk 100 kelimelik bölümündeki cümle, sözcük ve hece sayıları belirlendi. Broşürlerin okunabilirlik düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde Ateşman ve Çetinkaya-Uzun formülleri kullanıldı. İki değerlendirme yöntemiyle elde edilen okunabilirlik puanlarının ilişkisi analiz edildi. Sonuçlar: Ateşman ve Çetinkaya-Uzun formülleri ile hesaplanan okunabilirlik puanları sırasıyla 65.211.0 (% 95 BCa; 62.2-68.4) ve 38.4 5.8 (% 95 BCa; 36.9-40.2) idi. İki değerlendirme yöntemiyle elde edilen okunabilirlik puanları arasında kuvvetli ve pozitif bir ilişki (r96.2, % 95 BCa; 93.5-98.3) vardı. Ateşman sınıflandırma yöntemiyle 30 (% 68.2) broşür zor ve/veya oldukça zor okunabilir olarak sınıflandırıldı. Otuz dört broşür en az 8-9 yıllık eğitimi tamamlayan kişiler için hazırlanmıştı. Dokuz (% 20.5) broşürü anlamak ve anlamlandırmak için okurların en az 1012 yıllık bir eğitimi tamamlaması gerekliydi. Tartışma: Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlardan, zor okunabilirlikleri nedeniyle halen fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon kliniklerinde kullanılan broşürlerin beklenilen yararı sağlayamayacağı ileri sürülebilir. Hastalara ve yakınlarına verilen herhangi bir yazılı materyalin okunabilirliğinin kontrol edilmesi gereklidir. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the readability levels of health education materials used in the physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics. Methods: In the study, the numbers of sentences, words and syllables were identified in the first 100-word sections of the 44 brochures used in the physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics. Ateşman and çetinkaya- Uzun formula were used to determine the readability levels of the brochures. Correlation of the readability scores obtained using the two evaluation methods was also analyzed. Results: Readability scores calculated with Ateşman and çetinkaya-Uzun formula were 65.2±11.0 (95% BCa; 62.2-68.4), and 38.4± 5.8 (95% BCa; 36.9- 40.2), respectively. There was a strong and positive correlation between the readability scores obtained using the two evaluation methods, (r96.2, 95% BCa; 93.5-98.3). Using Ateşman classification approach, 30 brochures (68.2%) were leveling as hard and/or slightly hard-to- read. Thirty-four (77.3%) brochures had been prepared for the people who completed at least an 89 grade level of education. To be able to understand and explain the meaning of nine (20.5%) brochures, readers should have completed at least a 10-12 grade level of education. Conclusion: From the results of the study, we may speculate that the brochures used currently in the physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics cannot achieve intended benefits due to their hard-to-read nature. The readability check is necessary for any print material that is given to patients or his/her relatives.

Üniversite öğrencilerinde primer baş ağrıları prevalansı. Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Programı Doktora Tezi, Ankara, 2002. Bu çalışma, Başkent Üniversitesi öğrencilerinde primer baş ağrılarının prevalansını belirlemek ve baş ağrısı tespit edilen olguların ağrı eşiği, kişilik özellikleri, depresyon ve yaşam kalite düzeylerini bu yakınmanın olmadığı kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırmak amacıyla iki aşamalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasına yaşları 16-34 arasında değişen, 746 (% 48)'sı erkek, 817 (% 52)'si kız toplam 1563 öğrenci katılmıştır. Vaka-kontrol tipinde planlanan ikinci aşamaya ise, Uluslararası Baş Ağrısı Birliği Standart Tam Kriterlerine göre tam alan 54 gerilim tipi baş ağrısı, 8 küme baş ağrısı, ve 32 migren olgusu ile 224 kontrol olgusu katılmıştır. Olguların tümüne Hacettepe Kişilik Envanteri, Beck Depresyon Envanteri, Kısa Form-36 Ölçeği uygulanmış ayrıca, üç perikraniyal kaştan (M. Trapezius, M. Suboccipitalis, M. Frontalis) basınç ağrı eşiği ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Baş ağrısı karakteristiklerini belirleyebilmek amacıyla da vaka grubundaki olguların bir aylık baş ağrısı günlüğünü doldurmaları istenmiştir. Çalışmada genel baş ağrısı prevalansı % 58 bulunmuştur. Görülme sıklığı, kızlarda (% 69) erkeklere (% 46) göre daha fazladır. Bu popülasyonda en sık görülen primer baş ağrısı, gerilim tipi baş ağrısıdır (% 10.8). Bunu sırasıyla migren (% 6.4) ve küme baş ağrısı (% 0.6) izlemektedir. Olguların sadece % 29'u bu yakınmaları nedeniyle daha önce hekime başvurmuştur. Vaka grubundaki olguların toplam basınç ağrı eşiği puanlan kontrol grubundakilerden daha düşüktür (p < 0.05). Baş ağrısı olgularının kontrol grubuna göre daha fazla depresif belirtiler ve nevrotik eğilimler gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Vaka grubundaki olguların yaşam kalite düzeyleri bir çok alt testte kontrol grubundan anlamlı şekilde düşüktür (p< 0.05). Baş ağrısının bu popülasyon için önemli bir sağlık sorunu olduğu, sorunun gerçek boyutlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla, farklı sosyal statüye sahip öğrencilerde benzer araştırmaların yapılması ve çözüm için multidisipliner yaklaşımın gerekli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the prevalence and characteristics of headache among the Başkent University students, (2) sex and age differences in prevalence rates, and (3) to describe the prevalence of migraine, tension-type and cluster headache based on the operational diagnostic criteria of the International Headache Society (IHS), as well as its clinical aspects and impact. In order to study the prevalence of headache, an epidemiological survey was carried out among 1563 students (746 men and 817 women), with mean age 19.1 years. At the first stage of the study, all the students were asked if they had experienced any kind of headache in the past year. Those who responded positively were further investigated by an appropriate questionnaire. The second stage was planned as a case-control study. 54 tension-type, 32 migraine, 8 cluster headache cases and 224 controls were participated in this stage. Short Form-36 (SF-36), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Hacettepe Personality Inventory (HPI) were filled out by total 318 cases and controls. We also measured the pressure thresholds on three muscles (M. trapezeus, M. suboccipital and M. frontalis). The last-year prevalence of headache was 58 %. The prevalence of headache among students is about 1.5 higher in females than in males (69 % and 46 %). The 12-month prevalence of tension-type headache, migraine and cluster headache was 10.8 %, 6.4%, 0.6 % respectively. Only 29 % of students sought medical assistance during headache episodes. The total pressure pain threshold scores of primary headaches were significantly lower than those of controls (p< 0.05). Subjects with headache exhibited elevated rates of neuroticism compared to non-headache subjects on HPI. The BDI scores of cases, especially in migraineurs, were significantly higher than those of controls. Compared with the normative data, a pervasive multi-dimensional decline of the SF-36 scores was noted among the headache patients. In conclusion; the results of this study show that headache is highly prevalent among the students. It constitutes a significant health problem for both the individual sufferer and society. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of dry needling (TrP-DN) and the sham DN in the patients with chronic tension-type headache (CTTH). The focus was on the headache intensity, frequency and duration, trigger point numbers (TrPs), pressure pain thresholds and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of headache in patients with a CTTH. 160 subjects with CTTH who had active trigger point (TrP) in upper trapezius, suboccipitalis, splenius capitis and cervicis, frontalis, temporalis and masseter muscles patients were used in the randomly controlled double-blind trial. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The first group (n = 80) was treated with TrP-DN and the second group (n = 80) was treated with sham DN treatments. The pain intensity was evaluated with the visual analog scale (VAS). The TrPs was measured using the palpation method. An algometer was used to measure the pressure pain threshold. The headache index was calculated with the headache pain diary. Headache Impact Test 6 (HIT 6) and Short Form-36 (SF-36) were used to determine HRQoL. Our study was conducted to investigate the effect of virtual reality (VR) training on postural stability, body composition, body image, depression and quality of life in obese children aged between 9-11 years. A total of 34 individuals participated in the study. Individuals divided into two groups in random order. 17 people were given 6-week VR training while others were not treated. The training lasted for 6 weeks, three sessions per week for 30-45 minutes. Their socio-demographic and physical characteristics were recorded. Before and after the study, body composition, static balance, dynamic balance, speed and agility, depression, body images, quality of life were measured by body balance monitor, Flamingo balance test, Y balance test, and sub-test of Short-Form Bruininks Oseretsky Motor Competence Test (BOMYT-2 SF), Depression Scale for Children, Body Image for Children, the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL 4.0), in both groups, respectively. Children's enjoyment level of physical activity in the training group was assessed by the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale-Short Form (PACES-SF). Before the training, similar between both groups except the Y balance test was statistically for the right medial access distance and depression level (all p> 0.05). After six weeks, the Y balance bilateral anterior and left medial access distances, depression and quality of life total scores were found to be significantly different in favor of the VR group (p = 0,1). Although 6-week VR training cause changes in body composition reducing body weight, fat mass and fat percentage in obese children, it is not enough to reduce obesity. However, VR training is effective to improve the balance, speed-agility, depression, and quality of life. VR is a physical activity choice that enjoyed by obese children. Long-term training and follow-up studies are recommended. This study was performed to evaluate the lower limb proprioceptive sense (PS) in individuals with knee osteoarthritis (OA) and to analyse the relationship between PS and physical functions (PF). The study included 26 individuals with knee osteoarthritis and 26 healthy individuals. Demographical features of the individuals were recorded. This study was performed to compare the pulmonary functions, motor skills and functional status of individuals with Down Syndrome (DS) with healthy individuals and to analyze the relationship between pulmonary functions, respiratory muscle strength, motor skills and functional status of children with Down Syndrome. The study included 26 children with DS and 30 healthy children ranging in age from 7 to 18. The respiratory muscle strength was evaluated by Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) and Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP), pulmonary functions by Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), motor skills by Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Short Form of Second Edition (BOT-2, Short Form), and functional status by Pediatric Functional Independence Measure (WeeFIM). Although the pulmonary functions of FVC, FEV1 values significantly decreased in children with DS (p0.05). Respiratory muscle strength, motor skills and functional status, apart from the transfers, of children with DS were worse than their peers (p0.05). However, there were significant relationship between the FVC levels, inspiratory muscle strength and motor skill levels. Statically significant correlations were determined between general body coordination and FVC, and among inspiratory muscle strength and manual coordination, strength-agility (p0,05). DS’li çocukların solunum kas kuvvetleri, motor becerileri ve transferler dışındaki fonksiyonel durumları akranlarından daha düşükdü (p0,05). Çalışmamız, serebral paralizili (CP) çocuklarda Bobath nörogelişimsel tedavi (NDT) yönteminin yürüme parametreleri üzerine olan etkilerini incelemek amacı ile yapıldı. Çalışmamıza, yaşları 4–17 yıl arasında değişen unilateral spastik CP tanısı alan 15 olgu katıldı. Sosyodemografik ve tanımlayıcı verilerin yanı sıra olgular tedavi öncesi ve sonrasında kaba motor fonksiyonlar, kas tonusu, eklem hareket açıklığı, alt ekstremite uzunluğu, fonksiyonel durum, denge, yaşam kalitesi, yürümenin kinetik, kinematik ve zaman-mesafe karakteristikleri ile enerji tüketimi açısından değerlendirildi. Olgular NDT yöntemi ile 12 hafta boyunca haftada üç seans olacak şekilde toplam 36 seans tedaviye alındı. Uygulanan tedavi sonrası olguların kaba motor fonksiyon puanları, motor ve toplam WeeFIM puanları, dinamik ve statik denge indeks puanları ve sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalitesinin arttığı ve yürüme sırasında tüketilen enerji miktarlarının azaldığı saptandı (p0.05). Yürümenin incelenen etkilenen taraf salınım fazındaki maksimum ayak bileği dorsifleksiyon açısı dışındaki kinematik değişkenler ve zamanmesafe özellikleri ile kinetik değişkenler açısından tedavi sonrasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir değişim bulunmadı (p>0.05). NDT yönteminin unilateral spastik CP’li çocukların yürüme parametrelerinden salınım fazındaki maksimum ayak bileği dorsifleksiyon açısı ile enerji tüketim düzeyi üzerine olumlu etkisinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu etkinin çocukların dengelerindeki düzelmeye bağlı olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bobath NDT yönteminin etkinliğini belirlemeyi amaçlayan daha sonra yapılacak çalışmaların erken yaşlarda, geniş serili örneklemlerle, randomize kontrollü bir çalışma düzeni içerisinde ve izlem periyotlarını içerecek şekilde planlanması önerilir. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Bobath neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT) upon the gait parameters of the children with cerebral palsy (CP). Fifteen children with unilateral spastic CP aged 4 to17 years were included in the study. All subjects were assessed with respect to their gross motor function, muscle tone, range of motion deficits, the length of the lower extremity, functional status, balance, energy expenditure, health related quality of life (HRQoL), and kinetic, kinematic and spatiotemporal parameters of gait at baseline and after treatment. Socio-demographic descriptive characteristics of the subjects were also collected. All subjects were treated by NDT approaches 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The scores of the gross motor function measures and WeeFIM, index scores on the dynamic and static balance, and HRQoL scores increased, the energy expenditure decreased significantly at the end of treatment (p0.05), except knee active flexion and extension ROM and hip external rotation ROM of the affected side (p0.05). It was found that NDT has effective on the improvements of the maximal ankle dorsiflexion angle in swing phase and energy expenditure. It was thought that this effect might be due to the improvements of balance. It is suggested that future studies which will aim to explore the effectiveness of the NDT in children with CP should be randomized and sufficiently powered with respect to the sample size. It is also suggested that researchers of the future studies should investigate the effectiveness of the Bobath NDT in the small age groups.

Çalışmamız serebral paralizi (CP)'li çocukların sağlıkla ilgili yaşam kalitedüzeyleri (SİYK) üzerine etki eden klinik ve sosyoekonomik etmenleri belirlemekamacı ile yapıldı. Çalışmaya 5?17 yaşları arasındaki CP tanısı alan 350 olgukatıldı. SİYK'yı ölçmek amacıyla Çocuk Sağlık Anketi-Ebeveyn Formu 50 (CHQPF50)ve CP Yaşam Kalitesi Anketi (CPQOL-Child) kullanıldı. The determinants on HRQOL were tested by multiple stepwise linearregression analysis. It was found that the gross motor function level and the CPPain Index score were determinants on the ?Physical Health? summary score;and depression level of the caregivers and nocturnal enuresis problem of thechild were determinants on the ?Psychosocial Health? summary score of CHQPF50.The variables determining the level of ?Social Wellbeing and Acceptance?among CP-QOL-Child subscales developed for children with CP weredepression score of the caregivers and nocturnal enuresis problem of the child.The determinants of the ?Function? and ?Participation and Physical Health?subscales of CPQOL-Child were gross motor function level, nocturnal enuresisproblem of the child and depression status of the caregivers. The determinantsof ?Emotional Wellbeing and Self Esteem? subscales were depression status ofthe caregivers, nocturnal enuresis problem of the child and score of the FamilyAffluence Scale. The CP Pain Index score determined the ?Access to Services?subscale score. The variables determining the level of ?Pain and Impact ofDisability? were Gross Motor Function Measure total score, the Family AffluenceScale score, the age of the child and the CP Pain Index score. Thedeterminants of the ?Family Health? subscale were depression status ofcaregivers, the Family Affluence Scale score and the CP Pain Index score.
