Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Larangan menjadi pusat kegiatan perikanan tangkap di Kabupaten Tegal, yang didominasi nelayan skala kecil. Alat tangkap utama di PPP Larangan adalah mini purse seine dan payang gemplo. Pelaksanaan metode penangkapan ikan yang tidak dilakukan dengan pengelolaan yang tepat akan berakibat pada menurunnya stok ikan dan terganggunya ekosistem laut. Perhitungan produktivitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui kapasitas produksi armada dengan membandingkan jumlah produksi dan lama waktu operasi penangkapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai produksi hasil tangkapan dan komposisi hasil tangkapan utama dan hasil tangkapan sampingan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai efisiensi operasional dalam penggunaan alat tangkap mini purse seine dan payang gemplo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 5 spesies hasil tangkapan utama yaitu: teri/teri gelagah (Stolephorus commersonnii), teri nasi (Stolephorus indicus), tembang (Sardinella fimbriata), kembung (Rastrellinger sp.), dan peperek (Leiognathidae), serta 7 hasil tangkapan sampingan yaitu: beloso (Glossogobius giuris), serinding (Ambassis naula), japuh (Dussumieria acuta), cumi-cumi (Loligo sp.), udang (Metapenaeus monoceros), golok-golok (Chirocentrus dorab), dan ikan layur (Trichiurus lepturus). Nilai produksi hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan di PPP Larangan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2022 dengan nilai mencapai Rp 19.665.602.500, sementara paling rendah pada tahun 2019 senilai Rp 10.355.377.50.

This research aims to analyze literature regarding marketing strategies used by MSMEs in 2019-2023, as well as analyze the impact of the use of social media by MSMEs in marketing strategies. This research uses a systematic literature review method. The number of articles found was 54, which matched the criteria and keywords of this research theme. The research results show that Sinta indexes more published articles, publication trends increase yearly, and most research types use a qualitative approach. An effective marketing strategy helps increase sales for MSMEs because it can save production costs, and social media platforms become a resource that can reach consumers widely. MSME marketing strategies via social media in 2019-2023 mostly use Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This research can be used as a reference for future research. This research can also be used as a reference for MSME owners in implementing marketing strategies, especially social media, to improve performance through product innovation and creativity in marketing.

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of parents of Bandung Baptist Christian Junior High School students regarding families' financial planning and management to avoid family financial risk. This community service implementation method uses training with 25 participants, who are parents of students. The evaluation of this community service activity was carried out by conducting a survey to measure the reaction of participants, their knowledge level, and their change intention. Descriptive analysis was performed on the data collected. The results of the community service activity showed that more than 96% of the participants who attended found the activity relevant to their conditions. Additionally, 62% of the participants experienced an increase in knowledge regarding the concept of financial management, and all participants committed to taking concrete actions to improve their family's financial conditions, including avoiding debt, making financial records, using an application to simplify financial management, and setting a budget (financial prioritization).

PURPOSEThere has been a global increase in early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC), yet there has been very limited exploration of its impact in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the clinicopathologic characteristics and the overall survival (OS) of EOCRC compared with those of average-onset colorectal cancer (AOCRC).METHODSMedical records were retrospectively reviewed from all patients presenting with colorectal cancer (CRC) at Dr Sardjito General Hospital (Yogyakarta, Indonesia) between 2016 and 2019. Sociodemographic, clinicopathologic, and treatment variables were extracted. t Tests were used to compare characteristics of EOCRC and AOCRC patient groups. The Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze age and other potential prognostic factors.RESULTSThe total population (N = 1,276) comprised EOCRC (n = 149; 11.7%) and AOCRC (n = 1,127; 88.3%) patients. Implementing the flipped classroom in elementary schools has become a crucial learning alternative in responding to the demands of 21st-century learning, which prioritizes active student engagement and maximizing technological utilization. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of existing empirical research regarding implementing the flipped classroom in elementary schools to obtain comprehensive information regarding developments, potential, and challenges in its implementation. The systematic literature review followed PRISMA 2020 guidelines and utilized data from Scopus and ERIC databases. Out of f 133 articles, 29 met inclusion criteria and were analyzed using the meta-synthetic approach. The findings revealed limited progression of flipped classroom implementation in Indonesian elementary schools, with global development fluctuations. Implementation advantages included increased student engagement, comprehension, and motivation, aligning with 21st-century learning needs. Technology, particularly instructional videos, played a pivotal role, while challenges included material readiness, technology access, and parental support. These findings offer an overview of the current circumstances surrounding the implementation of flipped classrooms and highlight the potential and obstacles that need to be considered to increase their effectiveness at the elementary school level. In conclusion, integrating flipped classrooms emerges as a pertinent alternative to address the demands of 21st-century learning. Nevertheless, it is imperative to recognize that the identified challenges, coupled with the restricted implementation in Indonesia, warrant further research.

Coal mining can increase land degradation and deforestation, so efforts are needed to ensure land use in post-mining areas. Therefore, mining companies must carry out land reclamation to restore the important function of forests by planting sengon laut (Paraserianthes falcataria (L.)) and burflower tree (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq.). In contrast to mining, which produces emissions and carbon that contribute to global warming, land reclamation helps absorb carbon and produce oxygen for living things. Therefore, a study was carried out to estimate the carbon stocks from reclamation activities at PT. Indobara Borneo. A quantitative approach through Stratified Random Sampling was applied in this study. Carbon estimation is carried out using allometric equations. The allometric equation of Paraserianthes falcataria (L.) is Y = 0.028D2,695, while the allometric equation of Anthocephalus cadamba Miq. is Y = 0.035D2,600. The total carbon stocks for burflower tree plants are 84.51 tons/ha with a CO2 sink potential of 974.73 tons/Ha, while the total carbon stocks for sengon laut plants are 86.18 tons/ha with a CO2 sink potential of 1355.49 tons/ha. The value of CO₂ sink and carbon stock indicates that there are environmental services to restore and improve vegetation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan bantuan crossword puzzle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Model pembelajaran problem based learning diterapkan pada pembelajaran IPAS, khususnya bidang IPS untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman pada materi kegiatan jual beli sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan melalui crossword puzzle. Metode yang dipakai ialah quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group desain. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Batu Ampar 02 tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 126 siswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 62 siswa, yang terdiri dari dua kelompok dimana kelass IV A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas IV D sebagai kelompok kontrol masing-masing kelas berjumlah 31 siswa. Data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui pretest dan posttest, tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk sampel independen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak, oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan crossword puzzle memiliki pengaruh pada hasil pembelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV di SDN Batu Ampar 02.

Rengginang merupakan salah satu produk unggulan Kabupaten Rembang. Salah satu kecamatan yang memproduksi rengginang yakni kecamatan Banggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni kemasan regginang rentan mengalami kebocoran sehingga kualitas produk menurun. Selain itu, proses sealing yang telah dilakukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga kurang efisien pada saat terjadi lonjakan permintaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu kemasan produk rengginang sehingga kepuasan konsumen meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan guna menghasilkan kemasan rengginang yang memiliki kualitas tinggi dan efisiensi waktu. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian sealing pada kemasan lebih rapat sehingga mutu kemasan bisa lebih baik dan tidak rentan bocor. Selan itu, dalam proses sealing per kemasan hanya membutuhkan waktu 11 detik sehingga efisiensi waktu jauh lebih baik. Kemasan yang bocor hanya 1-2 kemasan per 100 kemasan yang dibuat. Hal ini mendorong peningkatan kepuasan konsumen berkaitan dengan kemasan rengginang.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or the body cannot use insulin effectively. Type 2 DM treatment can be done using antidiabetic drugs, but the continuous use of synthetic drugs will cause side effects. Empirically, the people of Nias Indonesia use palm juice (Arenga pinnata Merr.) as an antidiabetic, which can reduce blood glucose levels. This study aimed to find the active compounds in palm juice that can potentially be an antidiabetic type 2 using an in silico approach. The methods used were toxicity screening, profile pharmacokinetics, drug scanning, docking, and molecular dynamics simulation. Screening, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics of 30 compounds generated from pyrazine and furan revealed that two compounds, PF 16 and PF 30, can bind to receptors and produce lower ∆G values than metformin HCl. Molecular dynamics simulation results using the MM-GBSA calculation method showed that the PF 16 compound was more selective than the 2PDY (aldose reductase) with a value of -39.23 kcal/mol, while compound PF 30 was more selective to 1Z89 (aldose reductase) with a value of -7.36 kcal/mol. It can be concluded that the level of affinity of the PF 30 compound to the 1Z89 receptor and the PF 16 compound to the 2PDY were predicted to have the potential as antidiabetic (DM type 2).

Background and Aim: Microscopic agglutination test (MAT) for the diagnosis of leptospirosis requires live cultures and is serovar-specific, while polymerase chain reaction (PCR) requires expensive equipment and sample preparation. The rLipL32 protein is conserved and can be used for the production of immunoglobulin G (IgG) anti-rLipL32 antibody, which can be used as a biomarker for leptospirosis diagnosis. This study aimed to produce and characterize an IgG anti-rLipL32 antibody as a biomarker for leptospirosis diagnosis. Materials and Methods: Escherichia coli rLipL32 was cultured and analyzed by PCR and sequencing. Cultures were used for rLipL32 protein expression and purification and the rLipL32 protein was analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The rLipL32 protein was used to produce anti-rLipL32 serum and was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Serum was purified to obtain IgG anti-rLipL32 antibody and characterized by SDS-PAGE and western blotting. Results: PCR was able to amplify the LipL32 gene from E. coli rLipL32, and sequencing analysis showed 99.19% similarity with pathogenic Leptospira. SDS-PAGE analysis showed a 32-kDa band. ELISA results showed an increase in OD in anti-rLipL32 serum compared to preimmune serum. Western blotting results showed that the IgG anti-rLipL32 antibody was able to bind and cross-reacts with pathogenic Leptospira serovar but not with E. coli or Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: IgG anti-rLipL32 antibody has high specificity and sensitivity against Leptospira pathogens. These findings suggest that IgG anti-rLipL32 antibody is a promising biomarker for the diagnosis of leptospirosis.

Stunting is the result of chronic malnutrition due to the lack of micronutrient-based methyl donors required for epigenetic programming during the first 1000 days of life. Methylation studies using bisulfite conversion from blood DNA are invasive and may not be practical for large-scale epidemiological investigation or nutrition intervention programs. Buccal epithelial methylation may reflect early germline methylation. Therefore, buccal cells can serve as convenient sample sources to collect biomarkers associated with the risk of stunting. This study aims to describe the feasibility of nanopore adaptive sampling in detecting DNA methylation from children’s buccal DNA. We used adaptive sampling of Oxford Nanopore Technology on barcoded samples to describe differential methylation associated with malnutrition. Overall, the level of 5-methylcytosine (5mC) was lower in stunted children than in normal children. We also found differentially methylated regions at the MIR6724 and RNA45SN1 gene loci on chromosome 21, which was higher in stunted children than in normal children. We described and detected differential DNA methylation in the locus previously not known to be associated with stunting. Interestingly, this locus on chromosome 21 has been implicated in the stunted phenotype of Down syndrome.

Medical grade titanium alloy is extensively employed in the field of bone and dental implants. However, it is important to note that this material does not possess inherent antibacterial qualities that can effectively mitigate the risk of infection to subsequent surgical procedures. This study focuses on the fabrication of TiO₂ nanotubes on the surface of Ti6Al4V in order to augment the material's bioactive characteristics. The synthesis of TiO₂ nanotubes was accomplished using the anodisation method, where the current and anodisation duration were manipulated as variables. The results obtained from the analysis of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) information provide compelling evidence that fluctuations in the current exert substantial influence on the nanotube production process. The deceleration of the oxidation process due to low current is disadvantageous in the context of nanotube production. The acceleration of TiO₂ nanotube production is significantly enhanced by an increase in the voltage. Nevertheless, an excessive anodisation duration may result in solution saturation, hence producing abnormal development and the subsequent collapse of the TiO₂ structures.

Kaempferia galanga L. extract contains ethyl p-methoxycinnamate (EPMC) and ethyl cinnamate (EC), which have several pharmacological activities. EPMC and EC have been successfully isolated, but the %yield was low. Therefore, developing an isolation method to increase the %yield result of EPMC and EC is essential. The molecularly imprinted polymers have been applied to separate lot of active compounds from natural products with excellent results. MIP synthesis is usually performed using a single template with high selectivity for the target analyte but only detect single chemical compounds. Hence, this study synthesized multi-template molecularly imprinted polymers (MT-MIPs) for isolating EPMC and EC simultaneously using methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate or trimethyl propane trimethacrylate (TRIM) as a crosslinker. The study results indicate that MT-MIP produced with TRIM is more effective in separating EPMC and EC simultaneously in K. galanga L. extracts. However, the yields of EPMC and EC were still low. The yields of EPMC and EC in n-hexane extracts were 1.557 and 1.929%, with purity of 66.330 and 61.510%, respectively. Further research is necessary to determine the ideal functional monomer and its ratio to template molecules to obtain the excellent selectivity of the MT-MIPs used for simultaneously isolating EPMC and EC.

This study examines the influence of financial distress, leverage, and capital intensity on accounting prudence, using company size as a moderating variable. The sample comprises energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The total population for this study includes 86 companies listed on the IDX. The analytical techniques employed include multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using SPSS 26. The data analysis results indicate that financial distress significantly affects prudence. However, leverage and capital intensity do not show a significant influence on prudence. Furthermore, company size is found to moderate the effects of financial distress, leverage, and capital intensity on prudence among the studied companies. This study examined the social and economic feasibility of urban farming in Bandung, Indonesia, from the viewpoint of the actors. Observations, semi-structured and in-depth interviews with key informants including urban farmers, urban farming community leaders, traders, and government representatives in Bandung were used to collect data. According to the remarks of the interviewees, urban farming in Bandung is not economically motivated because the practices are not economically profitable for the actors. Rather, social factors, such as social collectivity and personal aspirations have propelled some of the urban farming movement’s continuity in Bandung. This paper concludes that the city government has to start taking social motives into account when designing future urban farming programs rather than only highlighting its profitability, which can lead to future disappointments. This suggestion can contribute to the betterment of future urban farming activities in Bandung and cities with similar characteristics around the world.

Rapid technological change is transforming work, leading to a renewed focus on ‘decent work’. While research on decent work is extensive, its connection to digitalization remains under-explored. This study presents a systematic review using the PRISMA methodology, analysing 110 relevant studies. The result showed that the research on decent work has significantly increased in the past decade, with diverse perspectives emerging. Three key themes were identified: digital work transformation, inadequate compensation, and work fulfilment. The digital shift has impacted how work is designed, accomplished, and experienced, influencing the perception of decent work. The concept and practices of decent work need adaptation to meet the demands of the digital age. Future research should explore decent work through the lens of self-value/psychology, the impact of digitalization on work design, and the integration of management and organizational theories. This study informs researchers and practitioners on promoting decent work in the digital era.

This research aims to obtain proof and analysis of the impact of organizational culture, competence and work motivation on teacher performance at AL Mubaarok Rembang Vocational School. The sampling technique applied was a saturated sample of 38 permanent teachers. The type of research is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Research findings show that organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. On the other hand, competence has an insignificant positive impact on teacher performance. Based on the determination test, the resulting Adjusted R Square value is 0.626, which means that the variables of organizational culture, competency and work motivation can explain teacher performance by 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% of teacher performance is explained by other variables outside the model.

Dedication to the community is focused on mentoring and training to improve the skills of teachers in SDN 22 Talang Kelapa in developing digital teaching modules and implementing in the independent curriculum. This mentoring and training is motivated by teachers' difficulties in developing teaching modules that suit students' needs and implementing them in the independent curriculum. In the independent curriculum, the module is an important component in implementing classroom learning. Through PKM activities it is hoped that partners will improve their skills in producing modules that suit the learning needs of students. Thus, the creation of a conducive learning environment also influences student achievement. Therefore, this PKM aims to produce modules that suit the needs of students so that the modules become valid, practical, and effective teaching materials to use; create modules by utilizing applications/programs that are easy to use; implement digital modules according to the needs of students in class; To what extent is the effectiveness of digital modules used in classroom learning into the independent curriculum. The method used to achieve PKM goals is through lecture methods, mentoring, and training. Materials related to training are delivered using the lecture method, then the creation of modules and the implementation of the modules are carried out directly in practice and with mentoring. This PKM activity as a whole got good and satisfying results.

The learning process uses many foreign terms and synonyms, so various media are sometimes used in the learning process to provide understanding related to a term. One of them is a thesaurus commonly used to provide meanings and similarities in words so that students know the meaning and synonyms of the terms. A thesaurus is a list of words that have the same meaning and are arranged lexicographically. This study aims to determine thesaurus research trends in the realm of education or learning and the use of thesaurus as a learning medium and learning support. A systematic search of study literature was conducted based on the PRISMA framework. The population of this study is scientific articles indexed by Scopus with a span of the last five years that discuss related to thesaurus and education. Analysis of the literature revealed that thesaurus can be used as an additional learning medium to improve student understanding. Thesaurus development in each branch of science is needed because the thesaurus as a learning tool can support students understanding of the concentration of science they choose.

Repetitive activities nurses perform can cause foot problems such as discomfort and insecurity, characterized by increased lactic acid levels. Anthropometric shoes are specifically designed to reduce complaints on nurses’ feet.Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of individual anthropometric shoes on lactic acid levels in nurses at the hospital.Methods: This study used a mixed-method study design. This study involved 71 nurses in the quantitative study and 15 nurses in the qualitative study. Nurses in Emergency Room, Central Surgical Installation, Inpatient Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Outpatient Installation were randomly selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were the Accutrend Lactacyd tool, demographic questionnaire and interview questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis was using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and qualitative data analysis using thematic analysis.Results: This mixed-method study shows that anthropometric shoes can reduce nurses’ lactic acid levels. In the quantitative study; there was a significant difference in lactic acid levels of nurses before and after using anthropometric shoes with the average results of measuring lactic acid levels, namely pre-test (22.48 mg/dL) and post-test (16.27 mg/dL), with a p-value (0.000). The qualitative study data revealed positive results related to increased nurse knowledge, positive views on the effect of shoes on nurse performance, and the impact of using anthropometric shoes in providing comfort and safety, such as decreased muscle fatigue and pain.Conclusion: The findings of this study highlight the effect of individualized anthropometric shoes on lactic acid levels in nurses in Indonesian hospitals. It is essential to conduct further research and evaluate the results in a broader setting to ensure that anthropometric shoes can directly affect lactic acid levels.Keywords: anthropometric shoes, lactic acid, nurses, Indonesia

Introduction: Little is known about Indonesian metastatic CRC patients’ survival and prognostic factors, although this malignancy is one the most frequent cancer in the country. We aimed to investigate the survival outcome and the factors influencing local CRC patients presenting with a metastatic stage at diagnosis. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was done on 441 data of synchronous metastatic CRC cases treated between January 2016 and December 2019 at Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Secondary data were collected from the CRC clinical registry database. Demographic, clinicopathology and the type of treatment were collected. Survival staus was obtained from the registry database and communication to patients or caring families. Kaplan-Meier curves were used to estimate the overall survival (O.S). The Cox proportional hazards regression mode was applied to analyzethe potential factors affecting survival. Results: The median follow up of the recent study was 17 months, The median overall survival was 13 months. Two-year overall survival was 37% and the estimated 5-year overall survival was 16.1%. Multivariate cox analyses identified poor performance status (HR 2.639, 95% CI 1.438-4.842, p = 0.002), elevated carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) (HR 2.795, 95% CI 1.509-5.176, p = 0.001) and higher histological grade (HR 2.019, 95% CI 1.112-3.667, p = 0.021) were associated with poorer overall. Conclusion: Poor performance status, high CEA level, and higher histological grade as factors that were associated with unfavourable overall survival of patients with synchronous metastatic colorectal cancer in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract This research is motivated by the low business sustainability of MSMEs in West Java. In MSMEs, human resources play an important role in the development of MSME businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of sustainable commitment and competencies on the business sustainability of MSMEs. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method of 209 fish processing business owners in West Java. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was performed with AMOS SEM. The results of this study reveal that the best business sustainability is in the social sustainability dimension and the lowest is economic sustainability. Sustainable commitment is mainly shown by a high commitment to reduce energy use, while sustainable competencies are shown by a better ability to motivate workers and collaborate with similar businesses. Studies related to groundwater monitoring using geophysical methods have been carried out since the 1990s. Surface gavity data with a scheme of relative gravimeter measurements is chosen for monitoring in urban areas because it is quite fast, easy, affordable, and relatively low-impact on the environment. The significance of the time-lapse microgravity method for the target of this study depends on changes in the mass of water in the aquifer layer below the surface. The research area in this study covers the city of Bandung and several surrounding areas with an interpolated grid coverage of (18 x 17) km2. Gravity changes were determined by six repeated surveys at the same observation points from 2010 to 2021. The aim of this research is to develop a method for estimating groundwater table changes based on time-lapse microgravity data modeling. The complexity of subsurface density changes is simplified for two parts related to near surface density changes and density changes in the intermediate aquifer layer. The trend of groundwater table data in 2010 is used as a reference to determine estimates for 2015, 2016 (February and August), 2019, and 2021. Modeling results for intermediate aquifers (confined groundwater system) provide changes in groundwater levels from 2010 with estimates reached ±23 meters, while the results of modeling at near surface (shallow groundwater level) indicate a groundwater level change of approximately ±8 meters from the year 2010.

Stunting is a condition in which a child experiences developmental delays so that their height does not match their age, due to health problems during pregnancy, illness during infancy, and long-term lack of nutrition. One of the reasons for stunting is eating unbalanced, including exclusive breastfeeding as a baby. The impact of stunting besides growth, also causes minor illnesses, impaired brain development and intelligence, in the long term it can cause decreased mental capacity, decreased immune system so that it becomes weak easily, obesity, diabetes, stroke, heart and blood vessel disease, and old age disability. The aim of this study was to analyze the history of exclusive breastfeeding for the incidence of stunting. The research design was a quantitative correlation retrospective cohort approach, a population of 100 people with a sample of 50 people using the technique of simple random sampling. The study used Microtoice to measure the child's height was confirmed in table Z-Score and interview sheets for exclusive breastfeeding data. Analysis using Fisher Exact showed that the calculated P value (0.00) < error rate (0.1) had a relationship between a history of exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting. Based on this research, further information was needed on how to prevent stunting regarding the importance of clean and healthy life, especially for family members who smoke, because smoking had a negative impact on stunted toddler growth hormones

Local government organizations experience various obstacles and limitations in implementing the main objective of the decentralization policy, namely administrative decentralization. This goal is essentially the leader of local government organizations carrying out a mission to provide excellent service to the community. Literature studies from various research results from public administration experts reveal that government collaboration is a modern government strategy today to answer and at the same time become a solution to various problems of administering government, especially for local governments. This paper was prepared using the “literature review” method which focuses on revealing how the leadership of regional heads successfully manages government collaboration and how the strategies and leadership roles of public sector organizations in local government manage government collaboration that have an impact on improving service performance to the community. The results of the study recommend that local government leadership requires a transformative leadership strategy, internal and external multi-stakeholder program innovation strategies to carry out positive change agendas. In addition, more specifically, the leaders of government organizations can apply the strategy of “knowledge sharing, designing innovation solutions, Forging consequent change”, and leadership roles as integrators, facilitators, participatory and adaptive.

Kimia adalah ilmu yang mempelajari sifat, struktur materi, perubahan materi, atom, dan molekul. Mempelajari ilmu kimia membutuhkan pemahaman konsep yang beruntun dan saling berkesinambungan. Sedangkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menguasai konsep materi di sekolah memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang berbeda. Seperti dalam proses pembelajaran kimia tanpa didukung dengan media pembelajaran yang relevan, sehingga diasumsikan kimia adalah pelajaran yang abstrak. Dampak negatifnya hasil belajar menurun, masyarakat berpendapat bahwa hasil belajar bergantung pada IQ. Fenomena ini disebut underachiever dalam konteks psikologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil analisis yang menjadi penghambat proses belajar serta mengetahui cara menanggulangi peserta didik underachiever. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan angket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Mixed Methode dengan tipe explanatory design pada follow-up explanations model. Hasil analisis menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dari hubungan pengaruh IQ dan hasil belajar peserta didik di dua sampel sekolah dan selanjutnya dijelaskan melalui hasil wawancara dan angket untuk aspek kualitatifnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IQ dan hasil belajar peserta didik tidak selalu menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dibuktikan adanya 61 peserta didik underachiever dari penelitian ini, yang dipengaruhi oleh tingginya penetapan nilai KKM disetiap sekolah serta adanya faktor internal maupun eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi psikologis peserta didik.

Early DR screening is essential, but the infrastructure can be less affordable in low resource countries. This study aims to review the accuracy of low-cost smartphone-based fundus cameras for DR screening in adult patients with diabetes.Methods: We performed a systematic literature search to find studies that reported the sensitivity and specificity of low-cost smartphone-based devices for fundus photography in adult patients with diabetes. We searched three databases (MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Scopus) and one register (Cochrane CENTRAL). We presented the accuracy values by grouping the diagnosis into three: any DR, referrable DR, and diabetic macular oedema (DMO). Risk of bias and applicability of the studies were assessed using QUADAS-2.Results: Five out of 294 retrieved records were included with a total of six smartphone-based devices reviewed. All of the reference diagnostic methods used in the included studies were either indirect ophthalmoscopy or slit-lamp examinations and all smartphone-based devices’ imaging protocols used mydriatic drops. The reported sensitivity and specificity for any DR were 52– 92.2% and 73.3– 99%; for referral DR were 21– 91.4% and 64.9– 100%; and for DMO were 29.4– 81% and 95– 100%, respectively.Conclusion: Sensitivity available low-cost smartphone-based devices for DR screening were acceptable and their specificity particularly for detecting referrable DR and DMO were considerably good. Mental Health and Psychosocial Support is a mental health effort for disaster survivors. Psychiatric nurses have competence in conducting it in every disaster situation. A refuge is a place for community service activities for mental nurses. Earthquake survivors who live in evacuation shelters are among the vulnerable groups experiencing mental health problems. There is a risk of mental health problems and survivors' psychosocial well-being requiring intervention from nurses. Mental health and psychosocial support by nurses can detect and prevent mental health problems and increase survivors' mental health resilience. Community service activities for natural disasters in Cianjur aim to detect early mental health problems and improve knowledge and skills in managing stress. Activities carried out in the form of group and individual mental nursing interventions. The method used is detecting mental health problems using the Self Report Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20), providing health education through lectures, discussions and training skills regarding stress management. Activities were carried out in 4 batches and - each batch for two days. The number of survivors aged 18 and over who were intervened was 418 people from 4 villages in Cianjur Regency. The results of the SRQ-20 measurement show that 70.1% of survivors experience mental and emotional disorders. Evaluation of activities orally survivors could answer questions and demonstrate the stress management method given. Mental health and psychosocial support (DKJPS) is a standard mental nursing intervention in disaster mental nursing care. DKJPS can be applied to the practice of disaster mental nursing collaboratively by involving various scientific disciplines of nursing in the disaster area.

Visi dari Universitas YPPI Rembang untuk menjadi kampus yang mampu mencetak wirausahan-wirausahawan muda mendorong munculnya kebijakan terkait Pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa. Melalui kegiatan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mahasiswa memperoleh bekal untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang. Sampling jenuh menjadi teknik sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Entrepreneurial Skill. Structural Equation Model dengan menerapkan pendekatan variance based sem menjadi metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berperan sebagai variabel mediasi sempurna pada pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang ada di kalangan mahasiswa. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha Universitas YPPI Rembang hendaknya semakin meningkatkan pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mendorong munculnya intensi berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa. Pengembangan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menambah desain dan metode Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh para mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang melalui pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan penyelenggaraan kuliah tamu yang menarik dirancang oleh kampus guna meningkatkan intensi wirausaha yang ada pada mahasiswa.

However, becoming a volunteer during a pandemic is influenced by motivational factors and barriers.Purpose: This study aims to identify the motivations and barriers of health students as COVID-19 volunteers.Methods: This study uses a systematic scoping review. A literature review was conducted using CINAHL, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The study was eligible for inclusion if it included articles published from 2020 to 2022, full-text, and primary studies. Studies were excluded if they were not in English. The keywords used in English were “health students OR nursing students OR medical students” AND “motivation OR willingness” AND “Barriers” AND “volunteer OR volunteering OR volunteerism OR voluntary” AND “COVID-19 OR covid-19 OR SARS-CoV-2 OR COVID-19 pandemic”. Study quality was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) appraisal tool.Results: We found 12 articles showing motivational factors and barriers among health students volunteering to control COVID-19. Motivational factors include domain values, understanding, enhancement, career, incentive, government, social, and demographics. In contrast, barriers include fear, lack of training and knowledge, PPE shortage, unpreparedness and role uncertainty, and lack of interest, support, and protection.Conclusion: Our findings highlight that eight motivational factors and seven barriers influence health students’ involvement in COVID-19 volunteering. However, to optimize the potential of health students, further preparation is essential to ensure that students can volunteer effectively, such as integrating volunteer training programs into the curriculum in preparation for future pandemic mitigation.Keywords: barriers, COVID-19, health students, motivation, pandemic, volunteers

AbstractLandscape change is intricately linked to natural resource utilization. Landscape dynamics are closely tied to land use and land cover (LULC), serving as a representation of ecosystems and human activities. In the Citarum River Basin, Indonesia, a comprehensive approach is necessary to comprehend landscape dynamics as a manifestation of human interaction with the environment. This research aims to analyze landscape dynamics and its factors that can significantly drive changes. We focused on the Cirasea Watershed, which serves as an upper region of the Citarum River Basin. Data was acquired from Landsat-series imageries from 1993 to 2023, and LULC analyses were conducted using classification and regression trees (CART), random forest (RF), and support vector machine (SVM). We analyzed seven independent variables, including slope (X1), elevation (X2), main river (X3), population (X4), central business district (X5), distance from the past settlements (X6), and accessibility (X7) using multivariate analysis. This research found that RF stands out as the optimal choice for LULC analysis over CART and SVM because it had the highest overall accuracy and overall kappa (0.91–0.92, 0.88–0.89). Notably, there was a substantial 273.43% increase in built-up areas, coupled with significant declines in plantations and horticultures. LULC changes was more pronounced in the lower areas near Bandung City. LR model highlighted X1, X3 and X6 as the significant driving forces for built-up areas expansion (r-square 0.44 with p-value < 0.01 and 95% confidence level). Without effective spatial planning, flat areas near rivers and past settlements have the greatest potential for LULC changes.

In this research, the clustering of food prone areas in Aceh Utama is based on the Index Ketahanan Pangan (IKP) indicators compiled by Badan Ketahanan Pangan (BKP) using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Borda algorithms. The fuzzy C-Means algorithm was used to classify food-prone areas with three clusters: very prone, moderately prone, and prone. The Borda algorithm was used to choose the most prone area from very prone clusters, which are considered urgently to be followed up by decision-makers. Based on the research results, it was found that in the aspect of food availability, four sub-districts are moderately prone, 10 are prone, and 13 are very prone. Regarding food affordability, it found that 12 sub-districts are moderately prone, seven are prone, and eight are very prone. Regarding food utilization, one sub-district is moderately prone, three are prone, and 23 are very prone. The results of voting using the Borda algorithm in very prone clusters are obtained Sawang District from the aspect of food availability, Syamtalira Aron District from the aspect of food affordability, and Lapang District from the aspect of food utilization. The clustering system is built based on the web using the PHP programming language.

Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk membuktikan korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yang ada di SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem. Keseluruhan guru yang mengajar di SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem yang berjumlah 30 guru merupakan populasi penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengacu pada teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan yakni keseluruhan guru SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem yang berjumlah 30 guru. Analisis regresi linier berganda menjadi teknik analisis yang diterapkan pada penelitian. Kuesioner menjadi teknik pengumpulan data yang dipilih oleh peneliti yang disebarkan kepada 30 guru. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berkorelasi secara positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi berkorelasi secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Mengacu pada pengujian determinasi diperoleh besaran nilai Adjusted R Square adalah 0.829. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dapat menjelaskan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82.9%, sedangkan sisanya yakni senilai 17.1% kinerja guru dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan di luar model yang diajukan pada penelitian ini.

AbstractThis study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on banking performance in Indonesia. This study examines differences in Indonesian banking performance before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Banking performance in this study was measured using the CAMEL measure. The analysis was carried out by conducting a different test using the SPSS application version 22.0. Based on the results of tests conducted on 205 observations on banking from 2018 to 2021, it was found that the CAR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, LDR, and Customer Deposit levels from banks in Indonesia had a significant difference between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there was no significant difference between the NPL banking level in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This proves that the COVID-19 pandemic has harmed banking in Indonesia, so the government must pay attention to the current banking strength to survive and recover after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Background/Aim: Diabetes mellitus patients may be more vulnerable to stress due to the requirement for lifestyle changes and blood sugar management. Stress occurs when people sense a mismatch between their available resources and the expectations put on them, especially when the expectations are believed to be excessive in comparison to the preceding circumstance. The purpose of this study was to look at the effectiveness of the acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as a stress-reduction intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by enhancing their psychological well-being. Methods: A total of 40 people were allocated to either the intervention or control groups at random. The intervention group got counselling on the pillars of diabetes control, followed by a stress level pre-test. Following that, the ACT intervention was carried out. After completing the post-test, the control group got the same intervention. The ACT module and a questionnaire to evaluate stress levels in T2DM patients were used in this study. Results: Following the ACT session, the measuring findings for stress levels in the intervention group showed a reduction. Both the intervention and control groups saw stress reduction; however, the intervention group had a greater reduction. Conclusions: The ACT intervention reduced stress levels in the intervention group. ACT appeared as the variable having the largest effect on lowering stress levels after taking into account variables such as duration of suffering, education, sex and age-related to T2DM.

The continuous exploration of mathematics as a human activity triggers the need to research ethnomathematics. This study aimed to identify ethnomathematics in the manufacture of indigenous fish traps (Bubu) from Bintan Regency. This ethnography study uses direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher acts as the main instrument. The data were analyzed using the Spradley analysis technique, namely domain, taxonomic, componential, and cultural theme analysis. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions were carried out for each analysis. The results show that there are mathematical activities in designing, counting, and measuring length dimensions in Bubu's making. In these activities, there are mathematical concepts, including three-dimensional figures, the net of three-dimensional figures, curves, odd numbers, sequences with their attributes, bilateral symmetry, symmetry axes, figurative numbers, the congruence of plane figures, and length measurements with non-standardized units. These results showed that the Bubu maker already had a geometric sense through the symmetrical concept that became the basis for two activities such as counting and measuring, similar to the results of ethnomathematical research on the Yupiaq Eskimo community in Alaska and the Carolina Islanders in Micronesia. This study provides ideas to utilize everyday phenomena in teaching mathematics as a starting point prior to learning mathematics more formally.

Land use and land cover (LULC) change is the variable with the maximum influence on carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystems, due to a fundamental alteration of the ecosystem, structure, function, and variability over time. Understanding the dynamics of aboveground carbon stocks in underway constructions and urban expansions is crucial to provide a basis for land use management and planning. The objective of this study was to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics of aboveground carbon storage and assess how the LULC change is affected by human intervention, as well as how aboveground carbon stocks respond to these changes in the tropical highland landscape of Jatigede. In this study, changes in aboveground carbon stocks were investigated between 2014 and 2021 by using the integrated valuation of ecosystem services and tradeoffs (InVEST) model. The results revealed that the total aboveground carbon stock decreased between 2014 and 2021. Forests showed the greatest decline in the aboveground carbon stock in terms of space. The primary cause of the reduction in the aboveground carbon stock was the conversion of vegetated land to agricultural and urban land cover. The aboveground carbon stock change was also caused by the continuing construction, which resulted in the extension of construction zones. However, an increase in the aboveground carbon stock was mostly observed in mixed gardens that were close to forest areas. The preservation of mixed gardens as a tree-based agroforestry system can be suggested for enhancing the aboveground carbon stock, as mixed gardens play a significant role in carbon storage in the midst of the increasingly massive deforestation due to the expansion of urban areas.

However, the predictive risk factors of mortality among children remain inconclusive. This study aimed to analyse the predictors related to mortality among children with COVID-19.Methods: Secondary data analysis was conducted using provincial COVID-19 data from April 2020 to May 2021. We selected 6441 children under age 18 to be included in this study. Chi-square and binary logistic regression were used to evaluate the predictors of mortality in children with COVID-19.Results: This study showed that the prevalence of children who died COVID-19 was 2.7%. Age, case definition, treatment status, severity of illness, and travel history had a significant relationship with survival status in children with COVID-19. As the increasing age, the risk of death with COVID-19 will decrease [AOR=0.94; CI 95%=0.91– 0.97]. Otherwise, suspected status [AOR=2.12; 95% CI=1.48– 3.04], hospitalization with ventilators [AOR=22.25; 95% CI=5.73– 86.42], severe illness [AOR=46.76; 95% CI=21.69– 100.80], and travel history [AOR=1.78; 95% CI=1.22– 2.60] were significantly related with an increased risk of death in children with COVID-19.Discussion: Severe illness in children was the strongest predictor of mortality. Disease prevention and health promotion programs are the key to preventing hospitalizations in children and decreasing the mortality rate.Keywords: child health, COVID-19, child mortality

Malnutrition is one of the serious problems encountered by Indonesia. This research aimed to identify local knowledge and practice on entomophagy in Datengan Village, Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The entomophagy data were collected by the qualitative approach. The edible insects in this study were honey bee (i.e., Apis mellifera, A. cerana, and A. dorsata) and flying termites (i.e., Macrotermes gilvus and Odontotermes javanicus). All aspects of the local and scientific name, halal status, harvest period, local value, and how to collect, prepare, cook and serve have been described in this article. According to the Indonesian Council of Religious Scholars, termites are halal or allowed to be consumed (it could otherwise be haram, if people feel disgusted). On the other hand, consuming bees (A. mellifera, A. cerana, and A. dorsata) is haram to eat adult bees. Meanwhile, consuming bees that are still in the form of larvae is halal, but it is to be haram if they are eaten separately with honey or hive. There were five challenges in entomophagy such as disgust, allergy, inferior, halal status, and complicated processing methods.

The transition to online learning since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic has forced all parties to respond quickly to the use of information technology. Various applications are used in the learning process. Of course, this was followed by the digitization of learning tools, including the Laboratory Management course held by the Science Education Study Program of the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Learning tools are needed to accommodate Course Learning Outcomes (CLO), one of which is a module. The modules are comprehensive, systematic, and accompanied by a planned learning experience designed to help students master the learning objectives. This research is a preliminary stage of research on the digitalization of module products which was carried out using the Borg and Gall models. This study aims to describe the need to develop the digitalization of the Science Laboratory Management course module to strengthen the laboratory skills of prospective science educators. The method used is a literature study of the needs and other considerations related to the development of module products. The study results stated that digitizing the Laboratory Management module makes it easier for students to access materials anywhere and anytime. Learning becomes more focused and structured. The e-module was developed by considering the laboratory skill needs of prospective science educators. The selected laboratory skill indicators include mastery of practical tools, accuracy and accuracy of work, Occupational Safety and Health, and handling of chemicals.

The objective this research evaluated vegetative growth and productionof rice ratoon national varieties with nitrogen, phosphor, and potassium fertilizer. Using split plot design with three replicate. Varieties (G) main plot (G1: inpari 6, G2: inpari 10 and G3: inpari 29). Fertilizer (P)sub plot (P1= Urea 250 kg ha-1, TSP 100 kg ha-1 and KCl 50 kg ha-1. P2= Urea 300 kg ha-1, TSP 150 kg ha-1and KCl 100 kg ha-1. P3= Urea 300 kg ha-1, TSP 200 kg ha-1 and KCl 150 kg ha-1). The result show that inpari 29 significant in growth and production. The fertilizer treatment of Urea 300 kg ha-1, TSP 150 kg ha-1and KCl 100 kg ha-1 beter forvegetative growth and production. The combine of inpari 29 and 300 kg ha-1, TSP 150 kg ha-1 and KCl 100 kg ha-1 have high production.

Balapan liar merupakan tindakan kriminal, melanggar UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (LLAJ), karena dapat membahayakan baik pelaku maupun pengguna jalan lainnya. Namun walaupun UU sudah melarang dilakukannya balapan liar, namun dalam praktek sering terjadi terutama di kalangan remaja. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian faktor penyebab terjadinya balapan liar oleh remaja dalam prespektif ilmu kriminologi dan upaya aparat penegakan hukum dalam hal ini adalah aparat kepolisian dalam menangani kasus balapan liar doi kalangan remaja ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui factor-faktor terjadinya balapan liar oleh remaja di Kota Padang dan upaya yang dilakukan pihak kepolisian dalam menangani kasus balapan liar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif sebagai pendekatan utama, didukung pendekatan yuridis empiris. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder sebagai data utama, dan data primer sebagai data pendukung yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan/studi dokumen dan studi lapangan dengan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh: faktor terjadinya balapan liar oleh remaja di Kota Padang, adalah karena pergaulan remaja yang tidak baik, kurangnya perhatian orang tua, kurangnya sarana balapan untuk para remaja. balapan liar itu mengganggu kelancaran, meresahkan, dan membahayakan baik Upaya yang dilakukan pihak kepolisian Polresta Padang dalam menangani kasus balapan liar oleh remaja Kota Padang adalah mencakup upaya preventif (pencegahan): 1)melakukan sosialisasi di sekolah, kampus (terutama kepada pelajar dan mahasiswa), persimpangan jalan, melakukan patroli; 2) operasi cipta kondisi. Upaya Represif yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian Polresta Padang yaitu dengan tindakan Tilang ( bukti pelanggaran ) selama 3 bulan.

Kecenderungan permintaan energi sangat fluktuatif dalam kurun waktu satu dekade terakhir. Pasokan dan permintaan energi mengalamai koreksi menurun signifikan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yang diantaranya resesi ekonomi global dan berdampak pada menurunnya geliat ekonomi diseluruh dunia. Disamping itu, berdampak signifikan pada menurunnya pasokan dan permintaan energi terbarukan. Terganggunya pasokan dan permintaan juga disebabkan karena pandemi COVID-19 dalam kurun waktu 2020-2022. Permasalahan lainnya yaitu seperti ketersediaan sumber biomassa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi yang harus bersaing terhadap kebutuhan primernya yaitu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan turunannya. Permasalahan lainnya, banyaknya produsen yang enggan memproduksi energi dari biomassa yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal seperti mahalnya biaya produksi dan bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya peran pemerintah dalam mengkoordinasikan terhadap lembaga terkait baik di kementerian, asosisi dan produsen. Peran ini untuk mendorong optimalisasi pemanfaatan energi terbarukan khususnya biomassa agar dapat mencapai target bauran energi 2025 dimana bauran energi dari energi terbarukan sebesar 23%.

The purpose of this research is to know the thinking processed of student’s mathematical literacy abilities in terms of auditory, visual and kinesthetic learning styles. This research is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Junior High Schools classified as Excellent in Meulaboh Regency. The subjects in this study were students of class IX MTsN 3 Aceh Barat who had the high-level ability and were able to solve math literacy problems, besides the subject was also chosen based on learning styles. The results showed that there was no significant difference in students mathematical literacy thinking processes based on visual learning styles is the process of assimilation and abtarksi thinking. Subjects with auditory learning styles, the thought processes of accommodation and abstraction for the kinesthetic learning styles, the processes of thinking, assimilation and abstraction.

In the 21st century, where technology develops rapidly, and during pandemic COVID-19 where distance learning relies on internet, online education technology in form of online learning platform has very big potential. University as education institution has the role to be the motor of innovation. Accurate integration of online learning platform is important to make sure all students, lecturers, and even the university itself to experience the benefit. This literature study aims to describe the accurate integration of online learning platform together with its potential caused by the accuracy, both positive and negative. It was found that by considering the learning objectives and strategies together with the capabilities of the students and lecturers, learning can be effective, creative, interactive, collaborative, meaningful, and valuable. The alumnus also equipped with 21st century skill and become a good digital citizen. Without accurate integration, learning activities will just waste the time and modals spent. Lecturers and students cannot perform optimally and can lead to depression. University also potentially only produce alumnus who are good intellectually but without good emotional intelligence. Online learning platform relies on internet and has a lot of features that must be integrated accurately to support learning. Abstrak Pada abad ke-21, teknologi berkembang dengan pesat, dan di tengah pandemi COVID-19 dimana pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan jaringan internet, teknologi pendidikan dalam bentuk platform pembelajaran daring memiliki potensi yang besar. Universitas menjadi sebagai institusi pendidikan bertugas menjadi motor penggerak inovasi. Integrasi platform pembelajaran daring yang akurat penting untuk memastikan para mahasiswa, dosen, sampai universitas itu sendiri merasakan manfaatnya. Studi literatur ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana mengintegrasikan platform pembelajaran daring secara akurat beserta potensi positif dan negatif sebagai akibat keakuratan tersebut. Ditemukan bahwa dengan mempertimbangkan tujuan dan strategi pembelajaran, juga kemampuan setiap dosen dan mahasiswa, pembelajaran dapat menjadi efektif, kreatif, interaktif, kolaboratif, bermakna dan bernilai. Para lulusan juga diperlengkapi dengan keterampilan abad-21 dan menjadi warga digital yang baik. Tanpa integrasi yang akurat, kegiatan pembelajaran akan menyita waktu sia-sia dan membuang-buang modal yang digunakan. Para dosen dan mahasiswa juga tidak dapat menunjukkan kinerja maksimalnya dan bahkan dapat berujung depresi. Universitas pun hanya menghasilkan mahasiswa yang hanya pintar secara intelektual tanpa kecerdasan emosional yang baik. Platform pembelajaran daring bergantung pada internet dan memiliki banyak fitur yang perlu diintegrasikan secara akurat untuk mendukung pembelajaran.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Reformasi Kupang menjadi sasaran kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Berdasarkan survey, didapati permasalahan dalam kelompok ansambel musik, yaitu belum terpadunya berbagai instrument musik antara satu alat musik dengan alat musik yang lain; kurangnya penguasaan instrument musik pada masing-masing anggota kelompok ansambel; kurangnya kemampuan dalam membaca notasi lagu; dan kesulitan dalam menginterpertasikan musik yang dibawakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 95 orang peserta Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, setiap anggota ansambel musik dapat menguasai beberapa kompetensi di bidang musik, antara lain penguasaan alat musik yang dimainkan, kemampuan membaca notasi lagu atau catatan lagu yang akan dimainkan sehingga dapat terpadu menjadi instrumen musik yang memiliki harmoni.

The business of making cassava tape has a positive impact, both on entrepreneurs and the local community. For entrepreneurs, the economic impact of this business is to increase their income. In addition, the operation of a labor-intensive cassava tape business will help absorb labor for the local community. Work productivity of employees is very important so the skills of employees in the home industry of cassava tape need to be continuously improved. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work skills have on the productivity of making cassava tape in the home industry in Pakusari District, Jember Regency. This research method uses quantitative description. The results of this study indicate that the work skills of employees have a significant positive effect on the productivity of making cassava tape in the home industry in Pakusari District, Jember Regency.
