The transition to sustainable urban mobility solutions is imperative in the face of escalating environmental and health challenges. This paper reviews the work in the areas of decarbonizing power systems, urban mobility and transportation modes, and the integration of renewable energy in smart cities. The integration of renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar power, into power systems is pivotal for decarbonization. However, their intermittent nature poses challenges for high-level integration. Energy storage emerges as a crucial solution, with technologies like fuel cell vehicles, water electrolysis, and flow batteries playing significant roles. Urban mobility, dominated by internal combustion engines, has led to environmental degradation and health issues. Transitioning to cleaner transportation modes, integrating electric vehicle stations with renewable energy, and ensuring uninterrupted power supply are essential steps forward. Furthermore, the potential of smart cities harnessing non-dispatchable photovoltaic and wind power is vast. Yet, the challenge of large-scale energy storage remains. The concept of using renewable energy to produce hydrogen, which can then stabilize the grid, offers a promising avenue. This review underscores the importance of integrating hydrogen energy storage to revolutionize urban mobility solutions.

The roots of Rauwolfia serpentine have some valuable properties like anti-hypertensive effect on consumption with its reserpine component as this root is the major source for reserpine alkaloid in evaluation with various herbs. In addition, the component ajmalicine is responsible in treating cardiovascular disease. The flowering plant Rauwolfia serpentine belongs to the family of Apocynaceae, found in Indian subcontinents or South Asia especially in India and mostly in places near to Himalayas. The studies reveal that it is commonly used in Unani Medicine as this system raised since 1037 AD one of the oldest medicinal practice, further the root of Rauwolfia serpentine used as a medicine to treat cardio vascular diseases was recorded 1000 years before in the manuscripts. The specialty of Rauwolfia serpentine is the alkaloids which are present in this plant are reserpine and ajmalicine which helps in assisting in curing the cardiovascular disease; it is also comprised with ajmaline that helps in treating atrial fibrillation and acute intravenous treatments. The in vitro analysis of Rauvolfia serpentine has evidences since the alkaloid found through phytochemical analysis are assisting in curing the cardiovascular disease and anxiety. Nanofibrous scaffolds plays a vital role in many biomedical applications such as biosensors, solar cells, membrane filteration, bone regeneration and wound healing applications. In recent decades, around 10-15% of people in India have been facing bone-related problems due to accidents, fractures, loss of bone mass, and aging. To overcome the obstacles, functionalized hybrid biomaterials have been designed to treat or augment bone defects, reduce bacterial infections, and also act as smart drug carriers. The electrospun nanofibers have garnered attention and provides multiple mertis in tissue engineering due to its nano architecture which mimic the micro-structural entity of extracellular matrix (ECM). Fascinatingly, this review examines various electrospinning methods that employs to fabricate nanofibrous scaffold and their effective biomedical applications are explained. The ability of Heusler alloys to show half metallicity at room temperature has made them a widely researched topic in the field of Spintronics. I present here the synthesis of nanowires of an alloy of iron, manganese, and tin by electrospinning technique. The morphology of the nanowires was identified by field emission scanning electron microscopy and crystalline size by X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis. Estimating the error in the merged reflection intensities requires a full understanding of all the possible sources of error arising from the measurements. Most diffraction-spot integration methods focus mainly on errors arising from counting statistics for the estimation of uncertainties associated with the reflection intensities. This treatment may be incomplete and partly inadequate. In an attempt to fully understand and identify all the contributions to these errors, three methods are examined for the correction of estimated errors of reflection intensities in electron diffraction data. For a direct comparison, the three methods are applied to a set of organic and inorganic test cases. It is demonstrated that applying the corrections of a specific model that include terms dependent on the original uncertainty and the largest intensity of the symmetry-related reflections improves the overall structure quality of the given data set and improves the final R all factor.
