This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the setter's ability at the 2022 volleyball championship. This study used a quantitative approach with survey methods by technically observing ongoing matches. The research sample was the setters consisting of the best teams who made it to the top 8, semifinals and finals, using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was a direct observation of the playing field and was assisted by video documentation on the success, rally and failure of a setter passing the ball at the 2022 Provincial Sports Week Championship. It was assessed based on the observation sheet. The research results indicate that the average setter effectiveness in the top 8 matches was 34% in the very ineffective category. The average result of the effectiveness of the setter in the semifinal match was 48% in the ineffective category. The average result of the effectiveness of setters in the final match was 51% in the ineffective category. The conclusion is that the average effectiveness of the setter's abilities in the Provincial Sports Week Championship from the Big 8 match stage to the final setter is ineffective in feeding the ball.Keywords: Effectiveness, Ability, Setter

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki jalannya proses pembelajaran Lempar lembing melalui modifikasi alat.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan menggunakan siklus, dimana tahap tiap siklus yaitu planning (rencana), action (tindakan), observation (pengamatan), dan reflection (refleksi). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP N 3 Kuburaya Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Hasil peningkatan pembelajaran Lempar lembing diperoleh dengan cara membandingkan nilai observasi dengan awal tes sebelum tindakan yang dikenal dengan “pra siklus”. Dari analisis data, diperoleh bahwa Penggunaan media modifikasi peluru dari bola kertas dalam proses pembelajaran keterampilan Lempar lembing pada siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Kuburaya Kalimantan Barat. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan keterampilan Lempar lembing pada siswa dari siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 26%. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan Lempar lembing dengan menggunakan media modifikasi alat pada siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Kuburaya Kalimantan Barat .Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah “Melalui alat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan Lempar lembing pada siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Kuburaya Kalimantan Barat .

Football shooting is a technique of kicking the ball towards the goal with the aim of obtaining winning numbers in a match. However, there are still many students who have difficulty shooting in football games. Therefore, it is necessary to have special treatment in order to get satisfactory shooting results in a game. This study aims to prove the effect of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of shooting football. In this study, the type of experiment used was a pretest and posttest for one group. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII-A at SMP Negeri 2 in the 2022–2023 academic year. In this study, saturated sampling technique was used, so 31 students were obtained as samples. Data analysis in this study was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. This study obtained a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and based on these results, the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of basketball shooting. The conclusion is that the TGT type cooperative learning model treatment has a significant effect on shooting learning outcomes, so these results can be applied to improve learning outcomes in shooting football games. The results of this study provide additional references for sports teachers and sports practitioners related to the TGT type cooperative learning model so that this model can be applied in physical education learning, especially the shooting material of soccer games. &nbsp

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan kecepatan berlari putra dan putri pada hasil sprint 100 meter. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan tes lari 100 meter. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Angkatan 2021 dengan jumlah 33 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan lari putra rerata 14,74 detik dengan lari tercepat 13 detik dan terlambat 16.69 detik. Pada putri dari 8 mahasiswa tercepata 17.87 detik terlambat 19.90 detik dengan perolehan rerata 18.50 detik

Research reviews show that there are still very few studies on agility and BMI in futsal players. This research at least contributes data to the study of agility and BMI in futsal players. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between agility and body mass index in futsal players. The research method used was a survey, by testing the agility and BMI of futsal players. The sample is a population sample consisting of 50 people who are members of 5 futsal clubs (Panputar, Rotau Royau, Paradista, Stemza). Measurement of agility using the T running test, BMI measurement by measuring height and weight. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and correlation test. Correlation test results show that there is a weak relationship between BMI and agility in futsal players.

This study aims to determine differences in the ability of biomotor strength (leg muscle strength and hand strength) between the Porsela Club and the Gavora Club based on exercise frequency. Where the Porsela Club has a training schedule of 1 week 6 times while the Gavora Club has a training schedule of 1 week 4 times. Biomotor is the main physical condition in sports, such as strength, speed, endurance, coordination and flexibility which are very important elements in sports activities. In addition, strength is the driving force of every activity. The methods used in this study are survey methods and measurement tests. The population in this study were the Porsela Club Athletes, totaling 6 people and the Gavora Club Athletes, totaling 6 people. The sample technique in this study uses total sampling. The instrument of this research is using test and measurement instruments. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Test to see the difference between the Porsela Club and the Gavora Club. Prestasi atlet dapat dicapai melalui proses pembinaan yang sistematik, terencana, teratur dan berkesinambungan yang tertuang dalam program latihan. Akan tetapi, kamampuan pelatih masih kurang dalam menyusun program latihan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk memberikan bantuan bagi pelatih pemula dalam menyusun program latihan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan terhadap para pelatih pemula di lingkungan KONI Kalimantan Barat yaing teridir atas 56 orang pelatih. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, workshop, dan monitoring serrta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan berupa adanya peningkatan kemampuan para pelatih pemula dalam menyusun program latihan dan mengimplementasikan program latihan dalam kondisi latihan sesungguhnya. Hasil ini disebabkan kegiatan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan pelatih mengenai penyusunan program dan cara mengimplementasikan program latihan yang benar secara teoritis. Harapannya dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut makin meningkatkan pencapaian prestasi olahraga di Kalimantan Barat. &nbsp
