Since its establishment, the Islamic Republic of Iran has faced various political challenges. In some instances, certain crises appeared sufficient to topple the regime, yet through crisis management by Iran's leaders, conditions eventually led to the stabilization of the revolution. The present study aims to explore the methods of the Supreme Leader and the model for addressing the political challenges of the Islamic Republic. The main research question is: ‘Does the Supreme Leader have a comprehensive model for managing political crises?’ To this aim was used qualitative descriptive method, employing document analysis and targeted sampling through interviews with experts. Content analysis of these interviews has also been conducted to identify the components of the research. Results: The study of methods and actions within the framework of crisis leadership was conducted based on indicators of control, mobilization, spiritual influence, and informed management of events. After interviews with experts, the findings were categorized into four levels: Preventive measures and challenge identification, decision-making, confrontation and management of challenges and crises, shaping awareness and conceptualization, learning, and delineating crisis lessons. Key components include: Macro-level policymaking, information assessment and awareness, management of destabilizing events, decisive confrontation with crisis inducing factors and conditions, leadership of public opinion, clarification of citizens’ and institutions’ responsibilities, utilization of the spiritual influence of the Supreme Leader, discourse formation, conceptualization, education, foresight, and further elaboration. Nowadays, various organizations have systematize human capital in order to recruiting, develop and retain their human capital; in this regard, designing a competency model is one of the most common ways to identify specific job requirements and make appropriate decisions with regard to different types of human resource systems. Among a range of various organizations, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), due to its strategic role in orientation and behavior shaping in different areas, including political, cultural and social; In such a way that the employment of people without the necessary competencies and concerns in line with the policies of the Islamic system and the ideals of the Islamic Revolution is anomalous; Therefore, the main problem of this research is the lack of a comprehensive competencies model of producers in the media industry in accordance with the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and the statements of the Supreme Leader. In order to design a model of the four fields of competencies of the production agents, the statements of the Supreme Leader in the meeting between the Radio and Television related Organization, as well as the rulings issued to the managers of that organization were analyzed. The results of qualitative data analysis, which performed through Thematic Analysis with Maxqda2020 software, identified 330 basic themes, 69 organizing themes and 16 global themes under four categories of general, technical, managerial and value-ethical competencies which respectively social characteristics and mental skills; artistic genius and effective communication with audience; interpersonal communication management and strategic thinking; and finally social- behavioral indicators and political-national indicators are samples of global themes under four mentioned categories.

The purpose of this study is to explain the compatibility of the role of the national media with the role of the national media researcher in the political efficiency of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the objectives of the Supreme Leader from the perspective of academics. Descriptive-explanatory and using the survey technique and with the tool of "take noting," and a questionnaire was done. A total of 326 samples, out of a total of 960 students, professors, and students with the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in the fields of political science and social sciences of the country's universities (University of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Ferdowsi, Mashhad, University of Mazandaran, Baqer al-Uloom (AS), Qom, and Shahid Bahonar, Kerman) were randomly selected as a sample using Morgan's table. Data were analyzed using SPSS Software. The results showed that 60.9% of the country's academics are satisfied with the performance of the national media in the political dimension, 59.4% in the cultural and social dimension, and 48.4% in the educational dimension of the objectives of the Supreme Leader. The overall results of the models show that 56.6% of the objectives of the Supreme Leader have been taken into consideration. 3% of women more than men believe that the national media adheres to the leadership of the Supreme Leader in their programs.

Elections in Iran are considered to be an exercise conducted by the ruling regime as a show to prove its legitimacy and popularity among the common masses. It is because the president in Iran, unlike other states, is not a head of state; instead the power is vested in the hands of the Supreme Leader. On the other hand, the Iranian constitution gives the president the executive powers, while the Supreme Leader is responsible for marking the redlines of the political system. Hence, by default, any individual that ascends to the seat of presidency would be loyal to the Supreme Leader and by extension, to the Iranian system regardless of its political affiliation. Nonetheless, many experts based in the Western capitals often misinterpret the victory of the pro-reform faction as a success of anti-state sentiments in Iran. The victory of Masoud Pezeshkian, a pro-reform figure in Iran's presidential elections is seen as a potential rift between the state's vision and people's choice. The purpose of the present study is to review and explain the essence of the requirements of justice-seeking in the ideology of the supreme leader of Iran. To this aim, the boundary between the concepts, backgrounds, criteria, causes, means, obstacles, damages, duties, and instances of this ideal were specified. The Mazjī combination method was used to survey the ideas of the supreme leader so that by summarizing more than 180 of his speeches about justice, the research would have enough comprehensiveness, validity, and cohesion. Based on Sprangers’ theoretical framework, this research has arranged its obtained data under four categories including “justice crisis, causes of justice, optimal ideal, and ways to achieve justice”. Finally, following up the relative theoretical research, discourse-making, fair criticism, transparency, execution of tax policies, acknowledgment of choosing those of competence, assistance to the organizations, and acting according to the law are among some other achievements of the present research in surveying the leader’s ideas.

New emerging threats in the international environment have made essential future-oriented developments in the armed forces. The organizational culture convergent with this strategy is the most basic prerequisite for its advancement. Accordingly, the present study seeks to provide a model of the culture of future-oriented development in the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the statements of the Supreme Leader. This research is a practical and is done through mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The construction of the model was carried out qualitatively by using the qualitative content analysis. The model testing has been done quantitatively using structural equation modeling (confirmatory factor analysis) by PLS software. The findings of the research show that the culture of future-oriented development consists of six main dimensions: opportunism (opportunism and opportunity utilization), new-borning (flexibility and dynamism), humanism (the importance of human capital and the development of human capital), spirituality (revolutionary values and religious values), Meritocracy (cognitive and behavioral competencies), and unity (intra-organizational and inter-organizational unity). Developing these cultural dimensions can facilitates effectiveness and successfulness of organizational development plans in compliance with future strategies of defensive organizations.

The importance of this concept can be observed in the economic, cultural and social potential of healthy human resources in each community. This article examines the components and indicators of health and also presents a conceptual model for it based on the supreme leader’s viewpoint. Method: Content analysis was utilized in this qualitative study to illuminate the concepts, indicators and components of health and wellness based the supreme leader's ideas. The sample included all health-related statements mentioned by Ayatollah Khamenei in his speeches delivered between March, 2001 and March, 2017. These data were retrieved from library categorizations. In this study, the ethical issues were all observed. Additionally, the authors declared no conflict of interests. Results: In total, 18 key health indicators were identified in the supreme leader’s speeches: national production, progress in work, scientific initiative, development and advancement, preservation of scientific discourse, speed of scientific progress, fulfillment of assigned tasks, risk taking, prioritizing, talent, cultural issues, proper treatment of patients, future-oriented vision, correct attitude, commercialization, education, sports and general health. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, from the supreme leaders’ perspective, thre three main elements of health-related subjects are dynamism, self-sufficiency and globalization. Inspired by these statements, we can build a healthier society, which is economically stronger and has a higher level of public satisfaction. After repeated defeats in the subversion project, the Americans sought to influence the Islamic Republic of Iran and decision-making organizations and security agencies like the armed forces. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of explaining the enemy's soft penetration scenarios in personnel of military organizations. This applied research has been done in two phases by scanning scenario. In the first phase, the Supreme Leader's inquiries were reviewed and analyzed, and in the second phase, based on expert opinion, the enemy's scenarios were explained. The statistical population of the research in the first phase was all the statements of the leadership. In the second phase, 9 experts were selected using purposeful sampling method. In the first phase of the study, the data were collected through qualitative analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements and in the second phase, with the opinion of the experts the key factors were identified and finalized by the method of expertise. The research findings suggest that there are four categories of infiltration scenarios for the armed forces: widespread employee-level infiltration (with an emphasis on intellectual and cultural approach), network infiltration, Case-based infiltration in military decision-making centers (command and control levels) and case-level infiltration at the staff level.

Elections have been held regularly in the Islamic Republic of Iran since 1979. This shows the importance the ruling elites attach to elections as a method of legitimating their rule. This paper examines the ninth Majlis (parliamentary) elections held on March 2, 2012. It analyses the Iranian electoral laws, the candidates contesting elections, their campaign style, the voting, and the post-election debates. It answers the following questions: What was the significance of the ninth Majlis elections? How were the ninth Majlis elections conducted? The author explains the foreign policy of North Korea. He cites several reasons behind the failure of the Six-Party Talks negotiating framework to halt the nuclear development of North Korea. He notes that North Korean foreign policy attributes neoclassical realism, the international distribution of power that is interpreted by its domestic political system and supreme leader political structure. He explains how the perception has predominantly determined its foreign policy objectives and decision making.

The article discusses leadership succession and the distribution of political power in North Korea. The author reflects on the age and health of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il and aspects of communist dynasty. The basis for power succession is discussed in the context of control over the (North) Korean Workers' Party and military. The author examines maintenance of the dynasty and the possibility of one of Kim Jong Il's sons inheriting power. Other topics include hereditary succession, monolithic leadership, and former dictator Kim Il Sung.
