El desarrollo e implementación de una herramienta digital para el dimensionamiento de facilidades de almacenamiento estratégico en la red de poliductos de Colombia, surge por la necesidad de optimizar procesos a partir del procesamiento de datos. La empresa CENIT | Transporte y Logística de Hidrocarburos es encargada de manejar y adecuar el sistema de poliductos a la demanda creciente de combustibles líquidos del país. Se generó una base de datos correspondiente a los niveles de inventario en las plantas de almacenamiento de combustibles líquidos, con la cual se desarrolló un código para dimensionar facilidades de almacenamiento nuevas según las necesidades de capacidad en el sistema. La solución digital se realizó con el lenguaje Java SE. Posteriormente, se validó el dimensionamiento mediante la comparación del resultado contra el valor real esperado, en la planta seleccionada para estudio.

Our research was divided into four parts, the practical operational process of purchasing, the role of digitalization tools in it, the occurrence of turbulence that disrupts the purchasing process. Lastly, as an addition to digitalization tools, the perspective of Artificial Intelligence implementation was lightly studied. The methodological approach in this research paper was of a multiple-case study, specifically four cases were included. Two suppliers, and two purchasers. All the information from the cases was collected from interviews. From the perspective of what the operational purchasing process consisted of, Duni mainly utilizes single order contracting, meaning that Duni’s contract length with suppliers was of a short nature, with the contract being that of one specific order with one corresponding delivery date. From the perspective of the digitalization tools used in the Duni supply chain, similar software solutions were used throughout the cases. These software’s were JAGGAER, SAP, APO, and the specific case of a customized software solution called Farben. With Farben being an interesting outlier, it indicated to be able to produce exceptional results. The main differences in the other usage of software’s were the specific functions used within the software solutions. From the perspective of AI and automation, it was shown that the functions within the software’s can automate processes to varying degrees, with the specific automation degree depending partly on the leadership of the case study. Regarding turbulence, the findings show that there is no one specific problem that has an exceptional impact on the supply chain. Basado en la importancia que genera la cadena de suministros, como una práctica necesaria para el mundo industrial, extractivo y de manufactura, se evidencian los puntos de quiebre del proceso de adquisición de productos y servicios, en los cuales se proyectarán estrategias y acciones de mejora que puedan optimizar la negociación, la disminución de riesgos, el cumplimiento de presupuestos y la optimización de recursos de un proceso de abastecimiento, identificando a la vez los efectos que genera sobre los proveedores y contratistas, y los beneficios que trae una gestión del proceso de compras a una empresa del sector Oil & Gas. El enfoque consiste en generar valor desde la cadena de abastecimiento y suministros a través de la detección de estrategias de gestión, sirviendo como marco referencial para su aplicación en otros sectores económicos/comerciales. [ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) consiste en el rediseño de la red de distribución de aguas de las pedanías Verdiago, Valdoré, La Velilla de Valdoré, Crémenes y Villayandre, en en los Picos de Europa, pertenecientes todas ellas al municipio de Crémenes, León. Durante los últimos veranos, los problemas con el abastecimiento de agua se han sucedido debido al aumento de la población durante dicha época del año. La finalidad del rediseño planteado radica en la necesidad de asegurar el correcto abastecimiento de todos los habitantes del municipio. Para la realización del trabajo es necesario caracterizar la naturaleza y ubicación de cada uno de los puntos de consumo a abastecer, así como la instalación preexistente en el municipio y las características orográficas de su terreno. El diseño de la red de distribución de agua se llevará a cabo mediante el modelo numérico unidimensional para cálculo hidráulico EPANET. The purpose of the proposed redesign lies in the need to ensure the correct supply of all the inhabitants of the municipality.
