To reinforce competitiveness, companies must focus on competitive priorities including cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility. The competitiveness also depends on the adherence to environmental requirements and the ability of companies to survive unforeseen disruptions. Lean, agile, resilient, and green (LARG) paradigm is a hybrid supply chain paradigm, which can enhance competitiveness in today's complex markets. In this article, we propose a new conceptual decision-making model to evaluate LARG supply chain performance in medical equipment companies. In this regard, supply chain operations reference model attributes were utilized as performance evaluation criteria. Furthermore, the appropriate practices of LARG supply chain are selected through fuzzy Delphi method. Also, an extension of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory-based analytic network process method is proposed to uncover network relationships and obtain the weights for dimensions and elements. According to the results, the agile paradigm, responsiveness, and quick introduction of new products are determined as the most prioritized elements in their corresponding dimensions, which emphasize the importance of the customer satisfaction. Finally, the extended hesitant fuzzy linguistic VIKOR (Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) is applied to rank LARG performance of Iranian needles and syringes companies via qualitative group decision-making process. The results of this study are conformed to conventional selection results of needles and syringes suppliers conducted by Iran's Ministry of Health.

Supply chain organizations should calmly and cautiously take the most accurate and sustainable decisions quickly and put them into practice. It is obvious that traditional time series-based demand and supply planning approaches are insufficient to meet current business needs due to factors such as sharp changes in market and commercial dynamics, pandemics, and natural disasters on the management of green supply chains, especially these days. In the near future, there will be a need for more resilient supply chains with a flexible business models that are not affected by sudden changes and that can make sustainable decisions dynamically. Additionally, all stakeholders must act with a green supply chain approach to conduct production and service activities in a way that causes the least damage to nature. Companies must build more resilient supply chains by considering environmental sensitivities to compete in the market and ensure their continuity. In this context, the green supply chains should be evaluated according to their resilience. For this purpose, Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is extended with novel performance attributes to evaluate resilience of green supply chains in this study. The SCOR-embedded novel green supply chain resilience evaluation model is structured as a three-level performance attribute hierarchical structure. Then, the model is handled as a multi-criteria decision-making problem to determine importance of the performance attributes. Best Worst Method integrated Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the importance of performance attributes. Most important performance attributes are determined in each level of hierarchy. According to results, organizational factors play a key role to build more resilient supply chains. Especially, integrated systems are required for supply chain resilience.

Purpose The strategic management of the supply chain encompasses the development and integration of a supply chain strategy and the evaluation of the findings. An integrated approach is required for linking the supply chain strategy with the overall strategic management of the company for it to be successful. In this regard, this paper aims to examine and compare the relative efficiency of two models, namely, supply chain operations reference (SCOR) and the balanced scorecard (BSC) for measuring the supply chain performance. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research design is used and 800 individuals were recruited from the industrial sector in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. A three-tier model was used based on BSC, data envelopment analysis (DEA), decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL). Findings The findings have indicated that DMUs 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 were efficient, while the other DMUs were non-efficient. These non-efficient units were not aware of the training and development and learning and growth. The concern presents comparatively poor performance of employees at this stage even this issue was based on system performance and indifference of managers, establishing complexities in the long-term system. The relationships were determined among four dimensions of BSC by identifying the supply chain metrics and applying the DEMATEL approach. Originality/value The current study provides empirical support for the DEA network model concerning its preference and improved performance measurement as compared to BSC model.

One of the food industry challenges is how to identify sources of risk by considering the halal concept. This study aimed to identify risks and determine risk handling priorities in the supply chain strategy of halal food. This research offered integration of the house of risk and the probability impact matrix to manage risk mitigation in the halal food industry. A case study in the halal food industry was applied in Indonesia based on Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). This study identified 27 risk events and 31 risk agents through 2 phases. Result research showed that employees who did not have special skills (A20) had the highest risk. Moreover, reward and punishment to employees (PA16) was the best proactive action for making effective improvements. The implication of this research is to provide recommendations to management in mitigating risks in the halal food industry.

Bakery product is a product with huge business opportunities in the domestic and international halal food market. Bakery companies are demanded to keep the trust of the consumers to the bakery product. The design of the halal assessment model is required to determine the critical point in the bakery-making business process. This assessment tool is intended to understand, know, and determine the critical point of the bakery production process from the halalness degree and is reviewed from all aspects such as the materials’ content, as well as the material acquisition and processing method based on 18 criteria of GMP principles (Good Manufacturing Practices). The halal assessment model designed in this research used QFD (Quality Function Deployment) approach which was integrated into the company’s business process and the halal critical bakery was grouped based on SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. Matrix 1 integrated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and business process (BP), matrix 2 integrated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and halal critical bakery (HCB). The results of the design model implementation based on the standards set by the Halal Auditor of LPPOM MUI found that the standard matrix component 1 was met by the company by 47%, while the matrix component 2 was only able to meet the Auditor standards by 34% and the matrix component 3 standards were able to fulfilled by the company by 75%. The fulfillment value of each matrix is influenced by the negative gap that occurs, the negative gap occurs because of the standard criteria in the technical matrix that are not met. The result of this halal assessment model design is expected to help the company in evaluating and controlling critical points found in the business processes.

PurposeStudy in supply chain performance research on the shipbuilding industry is lacking. The purpose of this research is to study and provide guidelines to improve the performance of traditional shipbuilding supply chains in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approachThe paper develops an empirical study gathered from a traditional shipbuilding industry, its suppliers, and customers. This study consists of three sections: the traditional shipbuilding industry, the suppliers, and the individual supplier scores. The internal and external performances in this study are measured using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) metrics. The SCOR model identifies five performance measurement attributes, including reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, cost and assets. Instead of using “responsiveness,” this study applies the schedule performance index, and supplements “cost” with the cost performance index in order to accurately reflect the traditional shipbuilding supply chains processes.FindingsBy analyzing SCOR metrics in the traditional shipbuilding industry, it has been found that the ideal shipbuilding supply chain metrics are order fulfillment, flexibility, asset turnover and total supply chain costs. The lowest performance metric value in the traditional shipbuilding industry is the cost of goods. Some improvements are proposed to lower the high cost of ship building. An integrated economic ordering system in collaboration with all the suppliers is one of the most effective ways to reduce the cost of the traditional shipbuilding supply chains. The implementation of SCOR metrics enables management to identify the critical issues to improve.Research limitations/implicationsThe study applies SCOR metrics to improve the traditional shipbuilding supply chains performance. The study is limited because the data collected are based on one shipbuilding industry only.Originality/valueTo the author's knowledge, this is the first empirical analysis on the implementation of SCOR metrics to the traditional shipbuilding industry. The analysis to improve the traditional shipbuilding supply chains performance can provide managerial insights to other industries.

De manera tradicional, en la gestión de la cadena de suministro los indicadores del Balanced Scordcard (BSC) tienen como premisa traducir la estrategia en medidas de desempeño desde niveles directivos hasta los niveles operativos, en tanto que el modelo Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) proporciona elementos para la planeación y control de flujos tanto de materiales como de información. En este contexto, la pregunta de investigación fue ¿De qué manera se puede integrar el BSC y el SCOR con la finalidad de establecer relaciones y grados de incidencia entre indicadores que permitan evaluar el desempeño de la cadena de suministro? Para responder dicha pregunta, se planteó como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de integración entre el BSC y SCOR con la finalidad de diseñar una propuesta de modelo de integración entre el BSC y SCOR con la finalidad de integrar la evaluación del desempeño de la cadena de suministro. La estrategia metodológica adoptada se sustentó en la investigación documental y en el método comparado que, en este caso, tuvo como unidades de análisis las estrategias para la evaluación del desempeño mediado por indicadores logísticos. La articulación teórico-metodológica seleccionada permitió concretar la interrelación de las cuatro perspectivas del BSC y de los cinco procesos primario de gestión del SCOR misma que se mediatizó en un modelo de integración que puede coadyuvar a optimizar el rendimiento de la cadena de suministro. Finalmente, como conclusiones se establece la viabilidad del modelo aquí propuesto para la evaluación del desempeño de la cadena de suministro de manera tanto horizontal como vertical para su implementación y valoración empírica.

Supply chain management showcases a major role in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. A proficient supply chain can lead to abridged costs, augmented market shares, improved transactions and sustainable customer relationships. Nevertheless, designing a supply chain alone may be inadequate in bettering the overall performance of an organization which can only be improved through evaluation. For deducing supply chain performance, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an appropriate tool, apart from Supply Chain Operations Reference models (SCOR), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Heuristic techniques based models. Modern firms face inabilities in measuring their real performance against the demanded performance. Real performance is often greater or lesser than the demanded performance which leads to uncertain and delicate supply chains. Accounting for this ambiguity and improving supply chain performance using Balanced Scorecard model is the emphasis of this research effort, by providing an approach to inspect value creation from four standpoints such as financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. In this paper, the drag factors which affects the above four standpoints have been explored and removed, to mend the supply chain for better profits.

Tobacco and its industrial products are a massive business in international trade. As a potential agro-industry, the tobacco products industry requires a supply of raw materials that must meet quantity, quality and continuity. The complexity of the tobacco supply chain network and the rapidly changing world business dynamics, pose risks in its business processes. An optimal supply chain risk mitigation or risk management strategy needs for the resilience of the tobacco supply chain in the disruption. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of risk priority and also to formulate a risk mitigation strategy for the tobacco supply chain through a business process model approach. The method of analysis is the Delphy method and the House of Risk (HoR). The business process adopted from the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. The results showed: the priority level of tobacco supply chain risk is: economic uncertainty, tobacco is not available at the farm level, the location of tobacco raw materials is far from production activities, product prices have risen due to customs and product demand has increased sharply. Supply chain risk of mitigation strategies includes: increasing the flow of information in the tobacco supply chain, managing the stock/supply of tobacco raw materials and processed products, evaluating distributor selection, establishing partnerships with tobacco farmers, implementing a marketing mix strategy (product, price, location, promotion), increasing coordination with relevant governments, and management of information systems and technology.

Supply chain operations reference (SCOR) is a combined benchmarking, business process reengineering, and best practices, and it also references a model that is intended to be an industry standard. SCOR model is one of the best models to describe supply chain activities in operations management for research and practice alike. There are radical changes in the structure of supply chains as well as developing technology in today’s information age. The purpose of this paper is to extend the SCOR model with new metrics related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization to understand and evaluate the performance of supply chains. New metrics added to the SCOR model and a novel SCOR 4.0 model is proposed. The novel performance evaluation model is structured as a three-level hierarchical structure to evaluate the supply chain. This problem is handled as a multi-criteria decision-making problem. This study uses the hybrid Best worst method and Pythagorean fuzzy AHP method to determine the weights of metrics. SCOR model is adapted to performance evaluation of the supply chain in the globalizing world. The most important metrics on the supply chain performances are determined and classified. Level 1 metrics are evaluated by Best worst method and their inner levels are evaluated by the Pythagorean fuzzy AHP method and the importance weights of each level 2 and level 3 metrics are obtained. A real application for the oil supply chain is presented to show the applicability of the proposed model. It is aimed to show the SCOR 4.0 model can be used by both public and private sectors to improve their supply chain strategies in globalizing world.

Construction industry has a vital role in Indonesia’s economic growth. Infrastructure projects have been the priorities in the past five years consistent with RPJMN (National Medium Term Development Plan). It’s evident in the percentage of contribution of the construction industry, i.e. 10.2%, to Gross Domestic Product (PDB) and 6.34 million employments (5.3% national labors). However, it isn’t followed by efficiency of the construction industry. Increased cost, implementation, delay, conflict and dispute are some problems which arise from fragmentation and causes the construction industry to be known as an inefficient industry. A possible approach to solve fragment problem is studying the supply chain of the construction industry. The present study aimed to measure supply chain performance of construction using SCOR (supply chain) method, the impact and mitigation. The result was that the handling performed in TSM Bali project resulted in 5.56% of indirect waste, 8.63% of direct waste, and 443,711 tonCO2 of carbon footprint

The application of GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) practice in the leather tanning industry in Yogyakarta is still relatively difficult because the industry prefers manufacturing systems that can accelerate profit uplift without considering environmental quality. Therefore, this research attempts to measure GSCM performance applied in the leather tanning industry, particularly at PT. Asa Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operations Reference) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Data collection in this research was by identifying the company's GSCM activities, then compiling performance indicators that refer to the green SCOR method. Weighting performance indicators are conducted to determine the importance of each performance indicator by using the AHP method. The results of this research indicate that the application of GSCM is quite good with the average value of the total GSCM performance >90, despite several improvements that are necessary to enhance the performance.

This study analyzes the performance of a company's supply chain as measured by an approach using the SCOR method or the Supply Chain Operations Reference. SCOR is divided into 5 basic supply chain management processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver and return. Due to schedule delays of 3%, it is affected by the late delivery of raw materials ordered from suppliers and the quality of raw materials is below standard. Performing a performance measurement approach is also supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each performance indicator and is calculated using the Expert Choice v11 program in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how much value the PT Adhi Commuter Properti supply chain performance and what performance indicators should be improved. The results of the study resulted in a 75.444 overall supply chain performance achievement score of the GOOD category in achieving total company performance appraisal and priority improvement recommendations of 4 performance indicators that are expected to help improve the company's supply chain performance, namely the fulfillment of raw materials, structures, defective products and demand that the company can fulfill.

Purpose Pharmaceutical industry involves highly specialized business processes where strong research and development focus along with market differentiation and localization are the deciders of success. This has led to evolution of segments and complexities in supply chain. This paper aims to focus on segmental differences in supply chain performance of Indian Pharmaceutical firms. Design/methodology/approach This paper measures supply chain performance of select segmental players of the pharmaceutical industry using financial metrics and supply chain operations reference (SCOR) key performance indicators through a five-year timeline. The best performance results are compared across the segments to identify unique performance features, if any. The sample results are validated through hypothesis testing methodology. Findings This paper has evidenced that the innovators segment is performing better in cash-to-cash cycle time and supply chain working capital productivity, whereas generics segment is doing better in distribution cost efficiency and total cost to serve aspects. Research limitations/implications The paper is based on historical financial data of firms and measures the firm focused supply chain performance. The results may not be generalized in a global context but serve as a motivator for other researchers to take similar studies. The paper may further be analyzed with primary data of the firms to understand the segmental difference in customer focus supply chain performance measures. Practical implications This paper has brought out important segmental supply chain performance features of the Indian pharmaceutical firms and identified segment-specific problems by integrating SCOR KPIs and financial metrics. Originality/value This paper has integrated both SCOR KPIs and financial metrics to provide unique insights on segmental differences in the performance behavior of pharmaceutical supply chain.

Despite increasing global environmental concerns, we continue to consume large amounts of products with little regard to what happens before, during, and after their use. Roughly one-third of the food produced is wasted. Because the world’s population is expected to grow to 10 billion by 2050, adopting circular economy practices will become essential. The transition towards a circular economy requires adopting business processes that support circular economy practices across supply chains. Currently, the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model is the most widely used, and widely known, approach for studying and evaluating supply chain business processes. It is, however, unclear to what extent circular principles are included in the SCOR model. Past studies indicating missing processes for circular supply chain management in the SCOR model have made limited efforts in capturing the current state-of-the-practice. We conducted an online survey of 60 companies engaged in 14 different types of economic activities to study the SCOR level 2 business processes adopted in practice. In addition to the 22 level 2 business processes documented in SCOR, we identified six additional level 2 circular business processes that the respondents recognized as being commonly applied within their businesses. The results clearly show that the current SCOR model does not fully represent circular business processes in the state-of-the-practice.

PT. KSM Catering is a very experienced company in catering services, providing catering & bakery needs for companies, individuals, agencies, and events held such as weddings, head-shaving of an infant event, thanksgiving event, etc. The current research aims to investigate the supply chain performance of PT. KSM Catering so that evaluation and improvement can be carried out, supply chain performance is expected to increase and benefit the company. A good supply chain performance assessment among persons that involved to support process business, including external and internal organizations, and clients can be checked using the supply chain performance measurement, i.e., supply chain operations reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to deal weight to the level of importance of the indicators at each level of the measurement metrics according to the importance of the company's indicators. The supply chain performance value of PT KSM Catering is 74.77. Therefore, it could be categorized as Good. Although it is said good, it still needed improvements to gain PT KSM Catering's performance as a whole.

This research studied PT XYZ, a company engaged in the palm oil industry which has eleven subsidiaries spread across five provinces in Indonesia, namely North Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and South Sumatra. The research focused on analyzing supply chain risks in PT A, a subsidiary of PT XYZ.. The objective was to find out and reduce unexpected costs that the company may experience caused by the risks in supply chain. Furthermore, the aim was to determine priority of risk agents and risk mitigation actions. The research method was a mixed methods, which combined both qualitative and quantitative analysis to answer the research questions. Data analysis procedure involved Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), House of Risk (HOR) 1 and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The SCOR method was used for mapping supply chain activities, the HOR 1 was to determine the priority of the risk agent, and the ANP was to determine the priority of mitigation actions. The results show that there are 36 risk events and 35 risk agents. 19 risk agents are categorized as priority risks and 11 preventive actions are proposed to be implemented by PT XYZ. The research suggests that the company implement mitigation actions according to priority in accordance with the research results, for example, by improving the condition of the main garden road.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop and validate a scale measurement of supply chain operations reference (SCOR)-related performance indicators and proposed constructs, SCOR-related performance indicators as practices within the Indian manufacturing sector. Design/methodology/approach A literature-based model on SCOR processes with five constructs and respective performance indicators was empirically validated by using a structured questionnaire. A total of 155 respondents among Indian manufacturing sector participated in this research, and the returned questionnaires were analyzed by using structural equation modeling. Findings The study established a relationship among the SCOR-related performance indicators and overall supply chain performance indicators (OSCPI). The moderation effect of demographic characteristics, namely, employee size, company age and type of company showed significant differences between SCOR-related performance indicators and overall supply chain indicators. Research limitations/implications The scope of the study is limited to specific Indian manufacturing firms. The survey could not represent whole population of manufacturing sector. Practical implications The findings assist managers/supply chain practitioners in improving the performance measures identified using the standard framework, i.e., SCOR processes, overall supply chain performance measures as standard practices for Indian manufacturing sector for a profitable and sustainable business growth in global environment. Originality/value This research holds a value for suggested practices under SCOR processes and the proposed model for OSCPI, a path finder/performance measurement tool for supply chain professionals in the Indian context.

Today’s global supply chain structure and organizations are characterized by high physical volume variation, information and financial flow exchanges with several amount of data from supplier to the final customer, as a consequence of Market changes and customer behavior impacting the supply chain and its different actors. As part of a systematic approach we will start our research by studying the supply chain risk assessments, evaluation and analyzing the different risks which impact the global performance of supply chain and the way for good management and monitoring using one of the proven methods as Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) which has been proposed for modeling and estimating intermittent demand data.

This paper presents a conceptual development on the use of novel digital technologies in the core supply chain management processes of plan, source, make and deliver Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. We investigate the mechanisms by which supply chain digitalization influence supply chain capabilities which in effect impacts operational performance. We adopt the resource-based view of the firm to ascertain the transformational effect of supply chain digitalization. This study contributes to the literature toward understanding the conditions under which supply chain digitalization is more or less effective.

In general, good Supply Chain Management (SCM) provides benefits, namely customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, decreasing costs, increasing asset utilization, increasing profits. In a medical equipment company, one of the products produced is Gris Emergency Trolley 3 Drawer. There are products returned by consumers and delays in sending them, indicating that the company's supply chain needs improvement with the first step in measuring performance. The purpose of this study is to design a performance measurement system and measure the supply chain performance of Gris Emergency Trolley 3 Drawer using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) method. SCORcards uses 5 perspectives as indicators for measuring SCM performance, namely supply chain reliability, supply chain responsiveness, supply chain agility, supply chain costs and supply chain asset management. Based on the results of SCORcards performance measurement there are 2 perspectives whose performance is still low, namely the perspective of Supply Chain Reliability with the Perfect Order Fullfilment metrics having attainment of 22.29%, metric of Orders Delivered in Full having an achievement of 57.96%, Delivery Performance to Customer Commitment having 66.89%, the overall perspective of Supply Chain Reliability obtained a value of 2.69, which means that this perspective is in fairly good condition. Supply Chain Cost Perspective with Supply Chain Management Cost (as a Precentage of Revenue) metric has 66.70%, Sold Cost of Goods (as a Precentage of Revenue) has 88.41% and metrics Cost to Return has an achievement of 15%, overall perspective Supply Chain Cost has a value of 2.13 which means that this perspective is in a bad condition.

Purpose This paper aims to show that current Industry 4.0 maturity models primarily focus on manufacturing processes. Until now, research has been lacking with regard to outbound logistics, that is, the delivery process. This paper develops such a model. Design/methodology/approach Methodologically, this paper is grounded in design science research (DSR) and rigorously follows the model development guidelines presented by De Bruin et al. (2005). This work builds on current maturity models and original empirical research to populate and test the model. Findings The model appears to be applicable to describing the status quo of the digitization efforts in outbound logistics, developing a corporate vision for delivery logistics excellence and providing guidance on the development path. Research limitations/implications Thus far, the model has been applied only for a development stakeholder. For further validation, the authors are currently working on additional case studies to demonstrate the model’s applicability. Practical implications The developed model provides guidance for the digitization of an important value-adding activity in supply chain management: the delivery process. Originality/value To the authors’ knowledge, the proposed model is the first to explicitly consider the delivery process; therefore, it complements available approaches that focus on the manufacturing process. Moreover, the results show that the widely used Supply Chain Operations Reference model can serve as the basis for additional process maturity models.

The problem consists of inefficient supply management, which is reflected on the on-time order delivery indicator. Generating order delays of up to seven days, in a metalworking SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) that works by order. Faced by this problem, a supply and inventory management model is formulated that includes the implementation of SLP (Sistematic Layout Planning), BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), inventory management, diagnosed through the SCOR methodology (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model). In this model, a first diagnosis of the current situation is made through the SCOR questionnaire due to its practicality and flexibility to perform the analysis in diversed companies. The implementation of SLP Layout is included, allocating an adequate distribution of spaces for the resources stored in the inventory. In addition, the Business Process Model and Notation is included allowing to focus the investigation on control flows and distinguish the activities of the personnel. Likewise, the BPA and the kraljick matrix contribute by creating a basis for the classification of inputs and identification of the frequency of use of each of these, which will later serve in inventory management. The effectiveness of the proposal was measured through the implementation of a pilot project in a manufacturing company, where the indicator of on-time deliveries increased by 41.40% and the service level from the warehouse to production was improved by approximately 51.59%

The measurement of sustainability within industrial supply chains is becoming increasingly relevant, with both industry and academia calling for the development of a general and manageable set of key performance indicators (KPIs). With more than 2,000 performance measures already identified by the previous literature, the real challenge lays in the development of the right set of indicators. Stemming from a thorough literature review, we propose a novel set of KPIs, based on a Balance Score Card - Supply Chain Operations Reference integrated framework. Whilst including a limited number of KPIs, the proposed set: i) assures a balanced coverage of the sustainability pillars and related intersections; ii) addresses different decision-making levels, financial bases and components of performance; iii) simultaneously tackles the sustainability performance of an entire supply chain. We empirically validated the set in 3 supply chains and 7 focal firms, by assessing its completeness, usefulness and ease of use. The set resulted suitable for different contexts of application and appropriate for the evaluation of the sustainability performance of an overall supply chain. We conclude with remarks for academia, industry and policy-makers, also sketching directions for further research.

Increasing business competitiveness forces companies to develop strategies in search of operational excellence. The supply chain aims to increase its efficiency by reducing costs without neglecting quality and service levels. The implementation of predictive performance evaluation systems as a management practice has increased in recent years because in addition to measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of processes under certain scenarios, it includes artificial intelligence techniques that anticipate future events and allow taking advantage of behavioral patterns of historical data and current information to identify risks and opportunities. This paper proposes a fuzzy logic-based performance measurement system to help predict purchasing behavior through the impact of attributes of the SCOR supply chain operations reference model. The SCOR level 1 indicators are used as a standard for benchmarking against other supply chains. The proposed model is applied through an illustrative case and, according to the results obtained, it facilitates performance prediction and allows scenario analysis. In addition, it is adaptive to any industry and cyclical in search of the desired result, therefore, it helps decision makers to anticipate situations under uncertainty parameters and conditions by determining through simulations the performance attributes with the greatest impact on purchasing and facilitating decision making.

International audience; At the time of instability becomes the norm (climate changes, natural disasters, epidemic, etc.) the management of collaborative networks, such as supply chains, is becoming more and more complex and critical. This instability only adds to the complexity of an already very complex system. Thus, supply chain managers have to adapt to multi-dimensional complex situations. Dealing with instability is a key expectation for these managers. One tool to help managers make decisions in this unstable environment is simulation. This article introduces some first results on an “atomic” reconfigurable supply chain simulation model based on Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. This simulation tool will be used to apply an innovative physics-based approach of risk and opportunity management, that designs disturbances by forces moving the considered supply chain within its performance framework. This approach enables managers to monitor supply chain’s performance trajectory by viewing and merging the impact of risks and opportunities.

Assessing the relationship between supply chain performance and organizational culture can help to predict scenarios and improve decision-making. However, this relationship is rarely explored due to the complexity of quantitatively addressing its natural subjectivity. Although soft computing techniques would have the potential to overcome this limitation, they have been rarely applied to this context. This paper aims to introduce a decision model to analyze and quantify the causal relationship between organizational culture and supply chain performance based on the combination of fuzzy grey cognitive maps, grey clustering and multiple fuzzy inference systems. Such model is novel in the literature and can provide new theoretical and practical perspectives. The development of this study is based on the SCOR® (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model attributes (SCC, 2017) and Hofstede's (2001) organizational practices, following the quantitative axiomatic prescriptive model-based research. The main contribution is the introduction of a decision-making model that promotes the alignment between organizational culture and supply chain management, internalizing culture as a driver for performance improvement efforts. By conducting two real application cases in companies from different industrial sectors, results show that the model is able to identify crucial elements regarding cultural profile and performance for both organizations, aiding prioritization, anticipation and enabling the development of guidelines for action plans.

Determining the most important criteria to evaluate Humanitarian Relief Supply Chain (HRSC) performance is aimed in this study. For this purpose, Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is adapted to HRSC. A trapezoidal type-2 fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (T2F-AHP) methodology is proposed to evaluate the criteria influencing the performance of the HRSC, and also evaluate different Non-Governmental Organizations’ performances operating in Turkey as a real case study. Results of this methodology is aimed to be used by both governmental and non-governmental organizations to improve their HRSC strategies. Lastly, results are discussed with sensitivity analysis to demonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed methodology.

Information Technology (IT) is a game changer for all enterprises and sectors. Supply chain (SC) is no exception and IT has the potential to make the SC more agile, more responsive and cost effective. The SC information system (IS) implementation must be included, in general, within the enterprise strategy in order to have the optimal output. That's why aligning IT strategy to SC strategy is crucial to achieve the overall value of the SC. Few research are done about how to link these two strategies. The paper aims to contribute to the literature and proposes a Fuzzy TOPSIS based approach to align both SC and IT strategic objectives. These objectives come from COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) and SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference), which are standards, respectively, in the IT and SC domains. The proposed approach is illustrated by aligning the IT strategy for a public pharmaceutical supply chain.

The concept of city logistics has been used to describe the process of transportation and logistics optimization as performed by companies in the scope of urban areas by considering the environment, traffic and energy consumption aspects. This research identifies the gaps in city logistics research from actors, issues, method aspects and possible adoption in developing countries. According to the literature review, it was found that research in city logistics has been developed and extended to include various issues such as infrastructure, social, performance assessment and food safety. Meanwhile, city logistics involves different actors and stakeholders with different roles. Researches in city logistics field could utilize several methods as follows, Agent-Based Models (ABM), adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS), 2-tuple hybrid ordered weighted averaging (THOWA), Gray Relational Analysis technique (GRA), Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Genetic Algorithms (GA), Supply Chain operations reference model (SCOR), service oriented architecture (SOA), and Content Analysis (Qualitative).

The supply chain of shallot agroindustry is in urgent situation owing to theimbalance risk and added-value distribution of the actors in the supply chain. The purposes of this research were (1) to identify the mechanism and performance of shallot supply chain; (2) to measure the added-value of supply chain actors; (3) to identify and mitigate the risk in shallot supply chain; and (4) to select the strategy to improve the performances, added-value, and risk mitigation ofshallot supply chain. Supply Chain Operations Reference - Analytical Hierarchy Process ( SCOR-AHP)wereemployed to measure the performance of shallot supply chain.Hayami method was used to analyze the added-value.House of Risk (HOR)was used to identify and mitigate the risk, while the strategies for the improvements were formulated using Analytic Network Process-Benefit Opportunity Cost Risk analysis (ANP-BOCR) method. Analysis on the supply chain performance showed those classified as below average were farmer (75.38%), first collector (74.43%), and industry (74.79%), whereasthe second collector hadagood performance (91.97%). Added-value ratios were for the industry of 53.75%, farmer of 46.06%, first collector of 8.88%, and second collector of 5.39%.Total effectivity measurement of risk mitigation to prioritized risk agent resulted the farmer had11 preventive actions,the collectors had9 and the industry had8. The supply chain evaluation resulted in four alternatives for the improvement strategy of the performance, added-value and risk mitigation.The best alternative with the highest BO/CR ratio was the implementation of the SOP of proper cultivation and post-harvesting method. Kesuksesan usaha mikro kecil menengah dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan-kegiatan supply chain sehingga harus terjalin hubungan baik di dalamnya. Peran manusia sebagai tenaga kerja pada usaha mikro kecil menengah dominan mempengaruhi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, karena operator memiliki peluang melakukan kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis human error pada rantai pasok UMKM makanan di kota Medan dengan adopsi model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Metode HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) digunakan untuk mengetahui human error dan tingkat probabilitas human error pada UMKM makanan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai assessed effect (AE) diperoleh total AE terbesar pada proses make dengan nilai sebesar 58,69. Human Error Probability (HEP) terbesar terdapat pada proses pengisian adonan dengan varian rasa yang diinginkan oleh konsumen, dengan nilai Human Error Probability (HEP) sebesar 5,282. Dari hasil penelitian dapat menjadi acuan menyusun rencana perbaikan agar human error dapat tereduksi. The success of micro, small and medium enterprises is influenced by supply chain activities, so there must be a good relationship within it. The role of humans as workers in micro, small and medium businesses predominantly affects the quality of the products produced, because operators have the opportunity to make mistakes. This study aims to analyze human error in the food MSME supply chain in Medan by adopting the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. The HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) method is used to determine human error and the level of human error probability at food MSMEs. Based on the calculation of the assessed effect (AE) value, the largest total AE was obtained in the make process with a value of 58.69. The biggest Human Error Probability (HEP) is in the process of filling the dough with the flavor variants desired by consumers, with a value of Human Error Probability (HEP) of 5.282. From the results of the study can be a reference to draw up plans for improvement so that human error can be reduced.

The Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry is unique because it carries out the production orientation function in order to maintain reliability according to the initial design, but also fulfills the service orientation function in the form of maintenance services to customers. With the development of aviation that is increasingly advanced, it also influences the management strategy of the MRO industry to be able to compete in the global world. Lean has been known as one of the most reliable business strategies in the MRO industry because it provides significant advantages in the supply chain to achieve competitiveness. A research review proves that more in-depth research and appropriate implementation analysis are needed to understand what competitive advantages will be gained in the context of applying lean to MRO supply chain management. The SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model is used as a media for designing performance measurement structures to find out the criteria that influence the implementation of lean supply chain management in MRO by considering the integration of production-oriented aspects and service-oriented activities. Then, the causal relationships between criteria need to be construct so that an ideal lean framework in the form of a management strategy that supports organizational functions can be developed in order to achieve successful implementation of Lean in the MRO supply chain.

Becoming country prone to the occurrence of natural disasters, determination on risk variables affecting successful operation of disaster response service supply chain using supply chain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is undeniably important to support successfulness of humanitarian operation. However, scientific studies concerning on integrating SCOR into Risk evaluation of disaster response supply chain is rarely found in references. To response such gap, this paper presents a conceptual model on integrating disaster response supply chain FMEA with Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) to determine a conceptual risk-based performance evaluation model in disaster response supply chain. A framework on integrating Service Supply Chain FMEA with SCOR is presented coupled with a decision support model for evaluating criticality of risk-based performance index and followed with discussions and new opportunity for further investigations. Purpose Big data poses as a valuable opportunity to further improve decision making in supply chain management (SCM). However, the understanding and application of big data seem rather elusive and only partially explored. The purpose of this paper is to create further guidance in understanding big data and to explore applications from a business process perspective. Design/methodology/approach This paper is based on a sequential mixed-method. First, a Delphi study was designed to gain insights regarding the terminology of big data and to identify and rank applications of big data in SCM using an adjusted supply chain operations reference (SCOR) process framework. This was followed by a questionnaire-survey among supply chain executives to elucidate the Delphi study findings and to assess the practical use of big data. Findings First, big data terminology seems to be more about data collection than of data management and data utilization. Second, the application of big data is most applicable for logistics, service and planning processes than of sourcing, manufacturing and return. Third, supply chain executives seem to have a slow adoption of big data. Research limitations/implications The Delphi study is explorative by nature and the questionnaire-survey rather small in scale; therefore, findings have limited generalizability. Practical implications The findings can help supply chain managers gain a clearer understanding of the domain of big data and guide them in where to deploy big data initiatives. Originality/value This study is the first to assess big data in the SCOR process framework and to rank applications of big data as a mean to guide the SCM community to where big data is most beneficial.

Batu City is one of well known cities in East Java Province which is as center of tourism destination and also as center of apple production. There is growing small scale industry related to apple processed products, such as apple chips. In an effort to support the supply of raw materials and production planning, it is necessary to know the achievement of supply chain performance in a small industry of apples chips in Batu City. The method used is qualitative analysis to know the system of raw material inventory control and production planning system applied and analyze the performance of supply chain management, supply chain mapping with SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) method, measurement of supply chain performance by using measured performance attribute that is Supply Chain Reliability, Supply Chain Responsiveness and Supply Chain Agility with performance metrics of Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), Upside Supply Chain Flexibility, Upside Supply Chain Adaptability and Downside Supply Chain Adaptability. The results of this study indicate that the system of raw material inventory control and production planning system have been applied. Supply chain mapping, performance measurement of supply chain management need to be developed more to improve supply chain management performance in the small industry apple chips in Batu City.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present a new framework for designing and implementing simple but effective advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems in glass container industry by means of spreadsheets. Design/methodology/approach The conceptual framework for APS system design is developed by integrating principles of end-user computing and mixed-integer programming (MIP). This framework comprises the APS implementation and its integration with enterprise resource planning systems. Such a proposal is applied in a real-world glass bottle manufacturer and its performance assessment is carried out by using metrics of the well-known supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model. Findings The case study shows that the framework application can improve the responsiveness of glass container supply chain (SC) as well as reduce significantly SC planning costs. A further assessment of the end-user computing satisfaction highlights the general acceptance of the framework. Practical implications The proposed framework can assist glass industry managers and practitioners to solve their complex production planning problem since custom solutions are not available for this sector. Another important implication is the possible generalization of the framework given that MIP models for production planning are currently available in the literature for different industries. Originality/value On the one hand, the new framework successfully integrates concepts of end-user computing and MIP bridging the gap between theory of aforementioned areas and their practical applications. On the other hand, the paper contributes to the scarce literature on performance evaluation of APS systems and their impact on production system performance. The novel APS gain analysis based on SCOR metrics ensures that the system potential benefits are aligned with the modern concepts of supply chain management.

Shallots supply chain face s many problems and challenges, so need efforts to improve the performance. This study was conducted to : 1) analyze conditions of the shallots supply chain using the framework discussion of FSCN (Food Supply Chain Ne twork), 2) measure performance of the shallots supply chain using the rating scale method and indicator assessment adapted from the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model, and 3) formulate efforts to improve performance of shallots supply chain by conducting gap analysis and problem analysis. The study was conducted in Brebes as the largest shallots production center in Indonesia. The results showed that the members of shallots supply chain are farmers, traders, wholesalers, and retailers or traditional local market traders. The performance measurement to shallots supply chain in Brebes showed the value of 3 . 57 during the season and 3 . 28 in off season. Efforts to improve the supply chain performance of shallots in Brebes include building proper inventory system; build partnerships, coordination and collaboration among the members of the chain and institutional capacity building of farmers, address the low availability of shallots especially during the off season; increase the availability of market information; and solve the problems concerning the distribution mechanism . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan hasil implementasi dari sistem halal traceability supply chain pada produk makanan halal pengolahan daging di perusahaan Ternaknesia Farm Innovation. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) sebagai model utama dalam pengembangan halal traceability supply chain. Perusahaan ini tengah mengembangkan sistem jaminan ketelusurah halal (halal traceability supply chain) pada produk daging yang dijual nya dengan membuat model bisnis Ternaknesia 2.0 yang berkelanjutan sebagai perusahaan pertama di wilayah Surabaya Jawa Timur yang memiliki sistem halal traceability. Hasil identifikasi atas Implementasi dari halal traceability supply chain menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem halal traceability di perusahaan mampu meminimalisir terjadinya ancaman kontaminasi zat haram yang ditelusuri dari implementasi pada proses model SCOR yaitu plan,resource,make, deliver return, dan enable dengan mengembangkan konsep halal dan thoyyib pada produk daging halal yang dijual. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain system on halal food products for meat processing at the Ternaknesia Farm Innovation company. The analysis in this study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model as the main model in the development of halal traceability supply chain. The company is developing a halal traceability supply chain guarantee system for the meat products it sells by creating a sustainable Ternaknesia 2.0 business model as the first company in the Surabaya area of East Java to have a halal traceability system. The results of the identification of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain show that the implementation of the halal traceability system in the company is able to minimize the threat of contamination of illicit substances traced from the implementation of the SCOR model process, namely plan, resource, make, deliver return, and enable by developing the concept of halal and thoyyib. on halal meat products sold. The technology used in the implementation of tracking the halal traceability system is the use of a QR Barcode Scan label and supported by the use of the EPICS code on halal meat products sold in the company, thus providing guarantees for supply chain halal traceability to consumers. The motivation of this article lies in the application of two-stage gap-based measurement (GBM) in supply chain management. It adopts GBM model to construct a mixed integer program to measure the various stages of supply chain management in manufacturing practice. This paper proposes a new assessment system that aims to measure the aggregated efficiency of the entire supply chain. In this system, “plan source” and “plan make” are the major elements, they are a widely accepted industry standard by Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). “Plan source” emphasizes the assessment of demand/supply planning strategy and suppliers’ performance; “plan make” emphasizes the shop floor control, profitability and equipment effectiveness. The resulting GBM scores provide complete information on how to project inefficient DMUs on to the frontier. This article continues with a demonstration of GBM in the company cases, for the results of the assessment; this paper finds the worst efficiency of the DMUs and proposes improvement programs.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based framework for supply chain (SC) performance measurement and real-time decision alignment. The aims of the proposed model are to optimize the performance indicator based on integrated supply chain operations reference metrics. Design/methodology/approach The SC multi-dimensional structure is modeled by multi-objective optimization methods. The operational presented model considers important SC features thoroughly such as multi-echelons, several suppliers, several manufacturers and several products during multiple periods. A multi-objective mathematical programming model is then developed to yield the operational decisions with Pareto efficient performance values and solved using a well-known meta-heuristic algorithm, i.e., non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II. Afterward, Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method is used to determine the best operational solution based on the strategic decision maker’s idea. Findings This paper proposes a dynamic integrated solution for three main problems: strategic decisions in high level, operational decisions in low level and alignment of these two decision levels. Originality/value The authors propose a human intelligence-based process for high level decision and machine intelligence-based decision support systems for low level decision using a novel approach. High level and low level decisions are aligned by a machine intelligence model as well. The presented framework is based on change detection, event driven planning and real-time decision alignment.

Although these investments present positive effects, the manner to assess the effectiveness of the training is unclear. Training, whose characteristics are intangible, is sometimes difficult to be assessed. This research has carried out a multi-criteria training assessment for GSCM through the four top-level processes of Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) i.e., Plan, Source, Make and Deliver. Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied in the training assessment. In the chemical industry where our study was performed, the SCOR top-level processes were considered criteria, whereas Individual and Organizational Benefits alternatives. The modeling considered pairwise judgments for criteria, and ratings or absolute measure for alternatives. The analysis revealed that training essentially contributes to the organization, resulting in 87% for Organizational Benefits, and 77% for Individual Benefits. Organizational Benefits focused on the use of the best practices in GSCM and on the common understanding of vocabulary and processes. In addition, Individual Benefits increased knowledge and skills in GSCM. This result, presented to managers of the company, was validated as consistent and feasible. Measuring supply chain performance is an important business success factor in today's competitive environment and continuous improvement culture. Several models have been developed for this purpose, however, such models lack standardized language and are not well known in the developing countries. Supply Chain Council (SCC) developed Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. This paper presents a case-based action-research for a step-by-step implementation of SCOR model. The case company belongs to oil and gas sector in a developing country. As-Is model was developed and analyzed for gaps. Reasons were identified using company documents and semi-structured interviews. To-Be model was then developed along with recommendations keeping into account the challenges faced by companies operating in emerging markets. The step-by-step SCOR implementation was found to be effective. It is further found that adapting the SCOR model for developing countries is a time-intensive effort and adapting the best practices can be a better option.

This study aims to present the flight simulator maintenance process model. To avoid failures of the system and mechanical, it is necessary to implement the maintenance processes. Moreover, flight simulator operator has to ensure that the performance of the devices qualified with the international regulations published by EASA, ICAO, and FAA. This paper demonstrates the maintenance process model and framework which is adapted to the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model, to implement the flight simulator maintenance supply chain. The maintenance process model purposed with the most popular notation which called Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support identification and visualisation of the processes as well as validate the effectiveness of models through the reviewing and analysing methodology with the experts in the field.

This article analyzes the performance of tinplate’s main raw material procurement process using the SCOR 11.0 framework. This analysis is conducted at PT X Tbk, the only tinplate manufacturer in Indonesia. As competition becomes tighter due to the global steel overcapacity which affects Indonesia’s tinplate market (weakened by the dumping price issue from three countries: China, South Korea, and Taiwan), PT X Tbk keeps suffering financial injury despite Anti Dumping Import Duty (BMAD) having been applied since 2014. With tighter competition, PT X Tbk needs to excel in its supply chain performance, specifically in raw material procurement as the company fully relies on imports with a limited supply and a long lead time. Analysis is conducted using SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) strategic metrics (reliability, responsiveness, and asset management efficiency), which all gave results below the stated targets. The results indicate that improper inventory management is the main factor causing poor performance.

Information sharing has been extensively studied as a key enabler for coordination and integration in supply chains. However, exactly how the shared information is utilized for decision making has only received limited scientific attention in the research literature. The aim of this study is to identify the characteristics of information sharing, and conceptualize how to move from information sharing to information utilization in food supply chains. Using a case study methodology together with a review of the existing literature the authors describe the main facets of shared information - which influence the information utilization in a supply chain - and propose a mapping notation for how these facets can be visualized together with a supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model. Information utilization is especially important because more information sharing does not necessarily result in a better supply chain performance unless the shared information is effectively used in the relevant processes in the chain and well-aligned with the requirements for those processes. The proposed notation provides a systematic structure for mapping the information flows, their specific facets, and helps clarify what information is available and how this information can be utilized in different supply chain processes. Four facets of information sharing are identified and elaborated for food supply chains, together with a mapping tool that emphasizes the information flows and the utilization of information in supply chains.

A supply chain performance prediction system aims to estimate lagging metrics based on leading metrics so as to predict performance based on causal relationships. Two studies in the literature propose a supply chain performance prediction system based on metrics suggested by the SCOR® (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. However, a limitation of both systems is the difficulty of adjusting them to the environment of use, since their implementation and updating require manual parameterization of many fuzzy decision rules. To overcome this difficulty, this study proposes a performance prediction system also based on the SCOR® metrics but using artificial neural networks (ANN), which enables adaptation to a specific environment by means of historical performance data. Computational implementation of the ANN models was made using MATLAB. The method of random subsampling cross-validation was applied to select the network topologies. Results showed that the values of the correlation coefficient evidence that there is a high positive correlation between the expected and predicted performance values for the SCOR® level 1 metrics by all the ANN models. Statistical hypothesis tests showed that multilayer perceptron neural networks are adequate to support performance prediction of supply chains based on the SCOR® model. The proposed system promotes rational decision-making through a prospective diagnosis of the supply chain performance. By comparison between the predicted value and the target defined for each level 1 metric, managers can simulate whether improvement plans can lead to objectives; it can also help to identify areas that have performance problems and may need improvements.

Proper supply chain management (SCM) provides material control on product information and financial flows. A model used in many industrial sectors that allows to manage the supply chain and evaluate its redesign, is the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). This research proposes a framework that integrates the SCOR model in the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, for a Supply Chain based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). The methodology is presented through a case study on the new distribution of Italian postal stamps on the Italian. Through the AS-IS situation we explain the operation of the supply chain in each unit and define the information that could be collected through RFID. The RFID-enabled supply chain based on the SCOR framework involves shorter delivery times and greater product traceability, as accurate real-time information has been shared between partners. Each process of the SCOR model is analyzed and customized with respect to the RFID application, with a deep analysis of the improvements that can be achieved thanks to this technology. The SCOR model also involves a selection of performance measurement indicators used to monitor and manage the supply chain. The adoption of the RFID-based SCOR model, together with the definition of standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabled rapid implementation of ERP software. The case study also produced some best practices such as stamp tracking and a specific warehouse layout configuration that resulted in better performance in operations management.

Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is a supply chain performance measurement model that has been widely used in the manufacturing industry with the latest model version 12.0. This article presents the adoption and development of a construction supply chain performance measurement framework in Indonesia based on SCOR 12.0. The supply chain supply for ready mix concrete and steel as a case study consists of contracts, on-site inspection, material usage, and payment. Simulations were carried out on Project X with precast concrete supplied by ready mix concrete and steel with three suppliers each. Performance indicators from SCOR are analyzed and simulated to be implemented in the supply chain flow. The result is a contract phase with overall value at riks (OVAR), on-site inspection with perfect order fulfillment (POF) and order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT), use of materials with upside supply chain adaptability (USCA) and downside supply chain adaptability (DSCA), payment with total supply chain management costs (TSCMC) and the cost of goods sold (COGS), and overall flow with cash-to-cash cycle time (CCT), return on supply chain fixed assets (RSCFA), return on working capital (ROWC).
