Background: Adolescents pay such close attention to their physical shape and frequently construct their own body image. Low knowledge of nutrients will have an impact on attitudes and behavior related to nutritional status in adolescents. Nutrition education can also help youth gain adolescents' knowledge. Peers are believed to be very influential as educators, so, peer nutritional education in adolescents will be felt positively and have a very significant impact on nutritional status. Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education conducted by peers, nutrition, and a combination on the nutritional status of adolescents. Methods and Material: This research used is a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group design.The sample consisted of 120 students with an age range of 15–18 years, selected by random sampling. Nutrition education is provided by means of lectures and discussions by peers, nutritionists, or a combination of the two for 1 meeting a week. Statistical analysis used: This study will use the paired t test. Results: The findings revealed that nutrition education delivered by peers had a p value of 0.033 and nutrition education delivered by nutritionists had a p value of 0.003, but there was no significant effect on adolescent nutritional status when nutrition education was delivered in combination with a p value of 0.317. Nutrition education provided by peers is very useful for improving the nutritional status of adolescents. Conclusions: Nutritional education provided by peers is proven to be able to have a positive impact on adolescents because peers are the axis of youth association, so that what is shared and learned by peers will be more easily accepted.

BACKGROUND: Based on the manual book Village Midwife, published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008, one of the visions of empowering midwife is to reduce the case of malnourished toddlers and got diarrhea, so screening is essential to do. AIM: This research analyzes the efforts to control the incidence of malnourished toddlers based on the analysis to management function of midwife performance in the screening of malnourished toddlers in Bangkalan Regency. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a descriptive research. The research was conducted in Bangkalan Regency. Research participants consisted of 376 midwives located in 22 Community Health Centers in Bangkalan Regency. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, with a sample size of 331 midwives. The data collection tool is in the form of a questionnaire, before being used, the validity and reliability tests are carried out, the results are valid and reliable. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, the form of frequency distribution and percentage. RESULTS: Supervision on the parameters that most take effect to the midwife performance in the screening of malnourished toddlers. Moreover, then, the variables of the planning function and the mobilization function were affect the performance of midwife in screening malnourished toddlers in Bangkalan Regency. While the variable of the organizing function does not affect to the performance of midwife in malnourished screening. CONCLUSION: To improve the performance of midwife in screening malnourished toddlers in Bangkalan Regency, good cooperation and coordination is most needed between the Health Office, related organizations, the community, and parents/families of toddlers as well as important officials at Bangkalan Regency. Especially to the health-care workers to announced information and socialized about the health of toddlers to the community and parents/families. So that the incidence of malnourished toddlers can be detected early for follow-up.

INTRODUCTION: Maternal mortality is still a problem in Indonesia. The current maternal mortality rate is 305 per 100.000 live births and is still far from the SDGs target, which is 70 per 100.000 live births in 2030. The direct causes of maternal death are related to maternal health conditions since pregnancy, while the indirect causes are related to social, economic conditions, behavior, community culture, and lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to develop a behavioral model based on transcultural care (sunrise model) and precede in caring for pregnant women. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It is an observational study, cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted from March to October 2021. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited with a sample of several pregnant women in the working area of the Public Health Center of the Surabaya Health Service, Indonesia. The sample was determined using the rule of thumb formula, the sample size was 288 respondents and was selected by simple random sampling. The independent variables are Transcultural Care (technological factors, religion and philosophy of life, social and family attachments, cultural values and lifestyle, regulations and policies, economy, and education) and Precede (predisposing factors, supporting factors, and reinforcing factors). Inferential analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Path analysis model was performed on all latent variables, external model and internal model. RESULTS: Showed that the regularity of antenatal care was influenced by the factors of technology, religion and philosophy of life, social and family attachments, regulations and policies, education and the reinforcing factors. The accuracy of taking medication or vitamins in pregnant women was influenced by social and family attachments, cultural values and lifestyles, regulations and policies, economics, and the predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinfording factors. Diet in pregnant women was influenced by the factors of technology, social and family attachments, regulations and policies, predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors. Monitoring of fetal movement in pregnant women was influenced by technological factors, predisposing factors and enabling factors. Activity patterns in pregnant women were influenced by the factors of religion and philosophy of life, cultural values and lifestyles, regulations and policies, education, enabling factors and reinforcing factors. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Transcultur Care and Preced Methods are proven to be effective in improving maternal health behavior in caring for pregnancy.

Intruduction:Preparedness is an effort carried out to anticipate the possibility of a disaster in order to avoid loss of life, loss of property, and changes in the life order of the community. Preparedness to face a disaster is a condition of individuals and groups who have physical and psychological abilities in dealing with disasters. The purpose of the study was to develop a community-based landslide disaster preparedness model. Methods:Research and Development research design, procedural model. The first year-1 is the model development stage, the second year is making module products and the third year is testing the effectiveness of module products. The population is all HH in the four major populations, 3498 HH. The sample size is 99 HH, the sampling technique is proportionate sampling technique. The independent variables are knowledge and attitude systems, policies and guidelines, intervening variable emergency response plans, early warning systems, and human resource mobilization, the dependent variable is disaster preparedness. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Statistical analysis is a structural model path analysis. Results: The results of the statistical analysis of the major paths of influence on preparedness are the influence of policies on preparedness 0.021165, mobilization of 0.458644, knowledge of attitudes 0.052477, early warning 0.232141, emergency response plans 0.055921. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to reduce disaster risk through building community preparedness can be built through policies, knowledge and attitude systems, emergency response plans, early warnings and resource mobilization. Conclution:The most dominant factor is the resource mobilization factor. The recommendation from the results of the study is that further research needs to explore other factors because the factors analyzed with low results are less than 50%

Background: Corona virus disease (Covid 19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Pregnant women are considered a vulnerable or at-risk group during covid-19. Pregnancy during the covid-19 pandemic can cause high anxiety for pregnant women. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) interventions used can prevent the occurrence of anxiety and depression of pregnant women. Aim: to find out the influence of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) of pregnant women who experience anxiety during the covid 19 pandemic at Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Methods: Quasi experimental design with pre design and post test design at Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The sample of 80 respondents consisted of 40 intervention group respondents and 40 respondents of the control group. Taylor Minnesota Anxiety Scale (TMAS) questionnaire was used as an instrument in this study. Intervention was held by giving CBT therapy for 10 sessions of meetings in an hour. The control group was given treatment in the form of minimum midwifery standard care (10T) while the intervention group was given therapy in the form of CBT and minimum midwifery standard care (10T). The control group was given CBT treatment twice a month in 10 encounters with stages of identification, cognitive restructuring, identification and correction and mind notes. The Mann Whitney Test was used as data analysis techniques in this research. Thus, SPSS was used as a data analysis application. Results: There was a significant difference between the pretest TMAS score and after the CBT intervention. There was a decrease in the level of anxiety, namely from the TMAS pretest score of 44.49 to 28.70 and the value Z pretest -1,769, Z post test -5,204 and p = 0.000 (p

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to develop a model of precede-proceed and social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior visit to posyandu (the integrated service post). Methods: This study was create model of behavior with cross sectional design. The population was mothers in Magetan and the sample size was 400, selected using simple random sampling. Exogenous variable was social capital, while endogenous variables were predisposing factors, reinforcing factors, enabling factors, and behavior. Statistical analysis was Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling with the program of Amos 18. Phase 2 was non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. The independent variable was behavioral models, while dependent variable was the behavior of the mother visited posyandu. Statistical analysis was T-Test. Results and analysis: Intervention precede-proceed model of social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior to visit posyandu (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: The intervention precede-proceed model and social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior to visit posyandu.

BACKGROUND: Postpartum blues in mothers fail in adapting to changes in life patterns due to pregnancy and the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Many factors influence the incidence of postpartum blues. AIM: The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants that affect the symptoms of postpartum blues in patients treated at the Madiun City General Hospital. METHODS: A cross-sectional study design, the population is all postpartum mothers at the Madiun City Hospital in March–April 2020, the population is 52 respondents. The sample size is 47 people, sampling using simple random sampling technique. The independent variables were age, type of delivery, parity, education, and family support. The dependent variable is postpartum blues symptoms. The research instrument used a questionnaire and a checklist. Data analysis used Chi-square and Fisher’s exact test with significance level = 0.05. RESULTS: The results showed that age for postpartum blues symptoms had p = 0.006, and the type of delivery had p = 0.032. Meanwhile, data analysis using Chi-square test of childbirth experience (parity) on postpartum blues symptoms showed p = 0.033, education showed p = 0.006, and family support showed p = 0.000. CONCLUSION: The conclusion of the research is the determinants of age at risk, type of delivery, parity, education, and family support which have a significant impact on the occurrence of postpartum blues symptoms. This research recommends the need for early detection efforts and increased counseling for postpartum mothers to prevent postpartum blues symptoms.

BACKGROUND: Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is also a potential disease outbreak which is often accompanied by death. In 2015, the number of diarrhea sufferers in the working area of the Parang Health Center ranked first as many as 782 people. AIM: This study aims to determine whether the behavior of washing hands with soap and the physical condition of the cooking food storage area is a supporter of the incidence of diarrhea in Pragak Village, Parang District, Magetan Regency. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This type of analytic research with case–control design. The population of Pragak village is 2500 families. The sample is a resident of Pragak Village, who suffers from diarrhea and does not suffer from diarrhea at the same time by 40 respondents; the sampling method is simple random sampling technique. The independent variable is the behavior of washing hands using soap; the physical condition of the cooking food storage area, the dependent variable is the incidence of diarrhea. Data collection by means of questionnaire interviews and direct observation. Data analysis with Chi-square statistical test. RESULTS: The results of the statistical test obtained p-value (0.027) < (0.05) which means that there is a relationship between the behavior of washing hands with soap on the incidence of diarrheal disease and odds ratio (OR) (4.333 > 1) is a risk factor. The results of the statistical test of the physical condition of the cooking food storage area obtained p-value (0.695) > (0.05) which means that there is no relationship between the physical condition of the cooking food storage area to the incidence of diarrheal disease and OR (0.529) < 1 is a protective factor. CONCLUSION: The conclusion of the study stated that the behavior of washing hands with soap was proven to be a contributing factor to the incidence of diarrheal disease. Meanwhile, the physical condition of the storage area for cooked food is not considered a factor in the incidence of diarrheal disease.

Indonesia's development has not provided the optimum portion of the support to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), even though these MSMEs are the foundation of economic growth and as a supporter of the national economy of developing countries that are able to absorb up to 99% of the workforce, and are able to complement large industrial products in the local and local markets. The low government support makes MSMEs less empowered and less competitive in the global market. In this research problem, what is the role of Islamic economics and the green economy in increasing the capacity of MSMEs in order to advance the national economy? The limitation of the very cliche of MSMEs is the gap in accessing formal financial institutions in increasing capital, this is due to the weak management of MSMEs so that they are not bankable. Indonesia's financial inclusion as of 2019 was 76%, and 25% of it has not been served by formal financial services. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach, this study analyzes data obtained from secondary sources. The type of research used is based on a normative juridical approach. Normative juridical research is legal research that examines library data, including legal principles and legislation. According to the type of norm study research, data acquisition is sourced from literature research related to the problem being studied, such as books, laws, and others. The analytical method used is normative qualitative which examines and interprets and reconstructs the statements contained in the legislation. The theory used is the theory of people's welfare. The results of this study can be a recommendation and can be used by economic and financial policymakers in increasing the capacity of MSMEs based on sharia economics and making MSMEs the frontline in supporting national economic growth so that Indonesia advances without depending on foreign investment.

Kasus anak dengan karies gigi anak kelas 1 sampai kelas 3 di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah 2 Kelurahan Kebon Jayanti Kota Bandung yaitu 69 anak dari 87 anak (79,31 persen) dari total jumlah murid kelas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu systematic review mengenai efektifitas menyikat gigi metode horizontal dan roll terhadap penurunan indeks plak sebagai evidence-based practice (EBP). Metode penelitian menggunakan Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) Systematic Review yang terdiri dari 11 daftar pertanyaan. Pembuatan rumusan pertanyaan klinis menggunakan format PICOT. Hasil systematic review diperoleh sebanyak 3 bukti dari hasil penelitian. Nilai CASP Systematic Review sebesar 77 persen dan memiliki level of evidence 3, karena penelitian tersebut menggunakan desain studi quasi experiment . Metode horizontal lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode roll dalam menurunkan indeks plak pada gigi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Metode horizontal dapat diaplikasikan untuk menurunkan indeks plak pada siswa kelas 1 sampai 3 di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kelurahan Kebonjayanti Kota Bandung. Abstract: The case of children with dental caries in grade 1 to 3 at Elementary School (SD) Muhammadiyah 2, Kelurahan Kebonjayanti, Bandung City, namely 69 out of 87 children (79.31 percent) of the total number of students. The objective of this systematic review is to obtain the effectiveness of horizontal and roll brushing methods on the reduction of the teeth plaque index as evidence-based practice (EBP). The research method uses the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) Systematic Review which consists of 11 lists of questions. Formulation of clinical questions using the PICOT format. The results of the systematic review obtained as much as 3 evidence from the research results. The CASP Systematic Review score is 77 percent and has a level of evidence 3 because this research uses a quasi-experimental study design. The horizontal method is more than the roll method in reducing the plaque index on teeth in children. It can be applied to reduce the plaque index in grade 1 to 3 at SD Muhammadiyah 2, Kelurahan Kebonjayanti, Bandung City.

Relatively many elements of e-learning must be improved in performance, so which elements should be selected which are prioritized to be improved first. Methods: This research applied a new method in order to select e-learning elements of health professionals' education that will be prioritized for improvement. This new method was called the Quadrant of Difficulty-Usefulness (QoDU). The subjects of this study were 200 students of Environmental Health School of Magetan, Indonesia. Results: The elements that were sorted by priority were learning design, handout, book, link to resources, discussion forum, chatting, assignment, feedback, quiz and survey. The attributes used as the basis for determining priorities were difficulty and usefulness. Data regarding attributes were obtained through filling out the questionnaire. For each element the following were determined: 1) difficulty and usefulness; 2) mean score of difficulty and mean score of usefulness. Furthermore, 4 quadrants were arranged based on 1) the difficulty position of each element compared to the mean-score of difficulty and; 2) the usefulness position of each element compared to the mean-score of usefulness. Conclusion: The order of elements of e-learning at the Environmental Health School of Magetan based on priority were assignment, quiz and discussion forum as the first priority; feedback and survey as second priority; link to resources and book as third priority; and learning design, handout and chatting as the last priority
