In the Android market, a large portion of the market share consists of third party applications, but not much research has been performed in this respect. Of these applications, mobile Voice Over IP (VoIP) applications are one of the types of applications that are used the most. In this paper, we focus on user authentication methods for three representative applications of the Google Voice service, which is a famous mobile VoIP application. Then, with respect to the Android file system, we developed a method to store and to send user information for authentication. Finally, we demonstrate a vulnerability in the mechanism and propose an improved mechanism for user authentication by using hash chaining and an elliptic curve Diffie-Hellman key exchange.

Recently, a study using virtual reality in order to provide an effective self-directed training experience has been actively pursued. Especially, in case of dangerous safety education, it is difficult to conduct practical training, so education using virtual reality technology is emerging as an alternative. This paper presents to virtual reality simulator model, and in particular, in reality, experience person to be able to experience the virtual reality through the visual and tactile experience customer electrical accidents variety might actually occur. It is what electrical safety accident prevention education that allows the immersive sense of reality and substantial, to enhance the teaching effectiveness while also ensuring the safety of, about the virtual reality simulator system.

The development of digital media has ended the conceptual and technical division between the gaming industry and the performing arts. Digital games based on computers provide the experience of enhanced immersion in the game as one enters a virtual environment and leads the story by selecting and manipulating independently. In the case of media performance in which the digital media functions as an important element, a new visual expression of the arts and the opportunity to go beyond the limits of expression are provided through the interactivity between the performer and the media. In this sense, these two fields have common properties, and they interact and allow the story to unfold within the frame of the virtual environment through the independent actions of the actors. Therefore, it can be said that actors’ gestures and media interactivity are the most important properties of digital media, and these play the important role of connecting the notions of digital games and the performing arts. Moreover, as the body of the player or performer works as an interface and manifests the most basic interactivity, this becomes an important notion in understanding the similarities of the two fields. Accordingly, through cases of digital game contents and media performances that utilize Kinect, a popular piece of technical equipment that recognizes gestures, this paper aims to examine the possibility of a connection between the two fields and to explore the possibility of development through a mutual interchange.

In today's society, pursuit of quality of life is manifested through the use of digital technology. Multimedia, or fusion of information have become ubiquitous and communication efficiency is emphasized. Human sensitivity can be considered as a one-dimensional emotion. Digital cultures have tried to realize an affective communication among humans, products, and the environment. In this paper, we present a method on how to analyze and fix human sensitivity using physiological signals such as Electroencephalogram (EEG), Electrocardiogram (ECG), Photoplethysmographic (PPG), Respiration (RESP) and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR). Using the proposed method, we get better results in evaluating the emotional sensitivity of humans.

Background/Objectives: The Virtual Reality realistic image content is a technology to enable building imaginary space by synthesizing both real and graphic images so as to provide the sensation of immersion without the distinction between real and virtual world. In addition, this is a realm with strong growth potential requiring the raise of technological maturity in the medium to longer term.Methods/Statistical analysis: This research is an attempt to study the time and structure to acquire multi-view components beyond the degree of simple technological experience of delivering the already constructed information unilaterally. In addition, the direction to selectively solve the key problems in VR image grammar is explored by considering the pipeline of production technology including time control, etc.Findings: In this study, we have examined the necessary element for production such as the actor’s movement, lighting, space set for postproduction stitching and issues that arise in direction by actually producing the VR 360 image in real life. We realized that in the view point of VR 360 image, more than the camera angles, the mise-en-scene and space coordination according to the actor’s movement is more important.Improvements/Applications: VR visual grammar’s liberal point of view has the potential to become a specialized genre where it can extend as a new genre by breaking free from the square frame and specialized format

An image mosaic method that can be used when creating advertisements or posters is proposed in this study. Mosaic is a method that expresses an entire image using an arbitrary number of cells. Photomosaic generates new images using a combination of photos. In this paper, we propose a new mosaic algorithm that generates an abstract artistic mosaic image by filling a region that is divided by a boundary using a unit image, which is an image that only has a shape and no allocated color. A unit image can be changed diversely through rotation or shifting, and the corresponding region is filled by using the gradient direction and edge information of the input image. For this, we extract and use information from input image such as color, edge and gradient. In result we can generate various abstractive images which can be used in advertisement and multimedia contents market.

Recently, as digital technology develops, interactive media performance is giving greater absorption to the game and visual experience to the audiences using Kinect sensor used in physical interactive game. This research will study the similarities of body interface appearing in the physical game and interactive media performance works from the interactive perspective and suggest possibilities of applying physical video game technology in the creation of interactive media performance contents.
