This community service activity aims to increase the political and civil literacy of novice voters in preparation for the 2024 Simultaneous Elections in Indonesia. The targets of this community service activity are school students or youth who are at least 17 years old in the year the 2024 Simultaneous Election will be held. Youth were chosen as the main target because they are a group with a large proportion in the 2024 election contestation which will determine the future of democracy. As new voters, they need preparation and a deep understanding of how to participate in the political process effectively to determine the direction and policies of government. For this reason, the Public Administration Department of Universitas Airlangga will partner with the East Java Provincial Education Office which will later provide guidance to the SMAN 1 Giri, Banyuwangi Regency to hold a community service program at the school. Community service activities will involve understanding the political system, democratic processes, political issues, and the importance of active political participation. Activities will be carried out through three main stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparatory stage involves collecting and compiling relevant political and civic literacy materials. Next, the implementation stage will involve counseling, workshops and group discussions to provide in-depth understanding to novice voters. The evaluation stage will be carried out to measure the effectiveness of the program and obtain feedback from participants. It is hoped that this activity will provide a fundamental contribution in increasing the political and civil literacy of novice voters. With a better understanding of the political system, first-time voters will be able to make good political decisions, participate actively in the political process, and critically evaluate the information they receive.

Background and Aim: Rhodamine-B (Rh-B) marking shows a great potential for use in mark-release-recapture (MRR) studies for rear-and-release mosquito control strategies, including the radiation-based sterile insect technique. However, its applicability and evaluation in body-stain-irradiated males of Aedes aegypti have received little attention. The present study evaluated the use of Rh-B to mark gamma-irradiated male A. aegypti. Materials and Methods: Male A. aegypti were irradiated at the pupal stage at a dose of 70 Gy. After emergence, males were fed 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, or 0.4% Rh-B in 10% glucose solution for 4 days. Groups of unirradiated males that received the same feeding treatments were used as control groups. We evaluated the persistence of Rh-B and the longevity of males after Rh-B feeding. Furthermore, the use of Rh-B in irradiated A. aegypti for MRR experiments was evaluated at an urban site. Results: No difference was observed in the Rh-B persistence among all concentrations at the 24-h postmarking period ranging from 91.25 ± 1.61% to 96.25 ± 1.61% and from 90.00 ± 2.28% to 93.13 ± 2.77% for the unirradiated and irradiated groups, respectively. Rh-B persistence significantly decreased over time, and persistence was significantly longer with increased concentrations in both the unirradiated and irradiated groups. Longevity was considerably decreased by Rh-B feeding and irradiation. However, no significant difference in longevity was found among males fed various concentrations of Rh-B. Through MRR experiments, irradiated-Rh-B marked males were mostly detected within a radius of 20 m and 40 m from the center-release point. The mean distance traveled of the released males from the three MRR events was calculated to be 42.6 m. Conclusion: This study confirms that Rh-B body marking through sugar feeding is applicable for irradiated male A. aegypti, with only a slight effect on longevity. Furthermore, considering the significant reduction in persistence over time, further study is needed to assess the impact of this reduction on the calculation of field biological parameters resulting from MRR experiments.

Increasingly fierce competition in the smartphone industry encourages companies to design mature marketing strategies to create added value for consumers and build strong relationships with their consumers. This study aims to identify and analyze the direct and indirect effects of brand experience, brand love, brand trust, and brand loyalty on Samsung smartphone users in Malang City. Data for this was collected through a questionnaire and a sample of 140 smartphone users in Malang City. Sample selection was carried out using the purposive random sampling method. The collected data will be analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. These results reveal that brand experience has no direct effect on brand loyalty. However, this study confirms an indirect influence of brand experience on brand loyalty through brand love and trust. The results have important implications for building strong emotional relationships and bonds between brands and consumers, and it is necessary to use cognitive and affection factors to create brand loyalty.

This study aims to determine the variables affecting consumer loyalty to a smartphone brand. For this reason, researchers use Samsung smartphones in Malang City as research objects. 160 responses were obtained using a nonprobability approach with a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected through a questionnaire, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis tool and measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study found that brand experience has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Also, brand image and love are proven to mediate the impact of brand experience on brand loyalty partially. It is necessary to re-explore other independent variables related to cognitive aspects that directly affect loyalty to the same research object or other smartphone brands, such as brand ambassadors, self-congruity, celebrity endorsement, and other factors available.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena banyaknya perkara cerai gugat di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Palembang dan rendahnya tingkat keberhasilan mediasi bahkan pada tahun 2019 tidak ada yang behasil sama sekali. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Apa saja faktor-faktor kegagalan mediasi perkara cerai gugat pada tahun 2019 di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Palembang. Kedua, Bagaimana Upaya Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Palembang mengatasi kegagalan mediasi untuk tahun yang akan datang. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian field research yaitu jenis penelitian lapangan yang data-datanya diperoleh berdasarkan survey lapangan yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi-informasi melalui wawancara hakim mediator di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Palembang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, yaitu memaparkan objek penelitian apa adanya yang sesuai dengan keberadaan dan informasi yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Pertama, faktor-faktor yang menjadi kegagalan mediasi perkara cerai gugat tahun 2019 yaitu keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga yang di miliki oleh hakim mediator, tidak hadirnya para pihak, kurangnya wawasan ilmu mengenai mediasi, keinginan kuat para pihak yang sulit di damaikan, ikut campurnya orang ketiga, keributan yang tercipta saat proses mediasi. Kedua, Upaya Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Palembang dalam mengatasi kegagalan mediasi dalam perkara cerai gugat untuk tahun yang akan datang yaitu Mediator akan di ubah dari hakim menjadi non hakim yang memilki sertifikat mediator, pihak berperkara harus menghadiri proses mediasi tanpa di wakilkan kuasa hukum, mediator juga harus meningkatkan pelayanan prima, mediator harus bersungguh-sungguh dan berpengalaman serta bisa menghandle suasana saat proses mediasi. This research aimed to identify the effects of customer satisfaction role as mediation of price and service quality to the brand switching on customers of Balqis Spa in Kediri. The research design was explanatory research. The total sample was about 130 respondents through the non-probability sampling method. The method of data collection was a questionnaire. In contrast, the data analysis methods in this research were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis through Partial Least Square (PLS) by exerting the Smart PLS 3.0 version, which aimed to examine the effects simultaneously and the partial effects among variables. The research findings show that the price directly affects the service quality and could directly and significantly affect brand switching. Customer satisfaction could fully mediate the relationship between price and brand switching. Moreover, customer satisfaction could partially mediate between the quality and brand switching for customers of Balqis Spa in Kediri. The future researcher can consider other variables outside the object in this study to increase the accuracy of the model that will be formed.

Pancasila and UUD 1945 form the foundation of Indonesia's social unity. This article analyzes whether Pancasila and UUD 1945 align with John Rawls' criteria of overlapping consensus. The article concludes that the agreement among Indonesia's founding fathers fulfills the requirements of an "overlapping consensus." This consensus encompasses principles of justice that remain independent of any comprehensive doctrine, ensuring the protection of citizens' fundamental rights and the most disadvantaged groups. Despite its imperfections, this consensus significantly contributes to Indonesian social unity. Nevertheless, the reality is marked by challenges and threats that require resolution. Some groups seek to dominate others, and specific rules deviate from the principles of justice. The state and society's commitment to uphold the overlapping consensus is crucial. Among the institutions entrusted with maintaining this consensus is the Constitutional Court.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence or not the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Bojong 3 Tangerang City. This study used the Quasi Experiment method with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample studied was 62 students consisting of 31 students in the experimental class (VB) and 31 students in the control class (VA). Previously, this research instrument was given to the object of research. The instrument was tested first, namely the validity and reliability trials were proven to be valid & reliable. The study showed that the final test results of the experimental class and control class with the posttest T-test obtained tcount (4.576) > ttable (2.000) with a significant level of 0.05. So the results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence on students' science learning outcomes by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model with students who are taught by conventional learning models.

The surge in scholarly fervor across the Arab world following the Hellenistic resurgence instigated shifts in religious thought concerning theodicy. Saadia Gaon and al-Qāḍī Abd al-Jabbār, representing Jewish and Islamic scholars respectively, exemplify this evolving trend. This study endeavors to delve into Gaon and al-Qāḍī Abd al-Jabbār's perspectives on divine justice and its implications for human agency. Employing a qualitative approach with content analysis as the analytical tool, this research reveals a convergence of ideas between Gaon and al-Qāḍī regarding the manifestation of divine justice through human autonomy. This autonomy operates within the framework of revealed restrictions transmitted to the messenger of God. These limitations establish a moral framework delineating choices of good and evil, ultimately entrusted to human discretion guided by reason. The primacy of reason underscores moral rationality, guiding individuals towards virtuous conduct. Within the realm of human freedom, diverse actions unfold, contributing to cultural evolution and the advancement of civilization. Moral rationality emerges as a pivotal tool in religious comprehension, fostering dialogue between Abrahamic faiths and facilitating the pursuit of a more cohesive global society.

The Notary Supervisory Council (MPN) is here to improve services and legal protection for the public who use notary services. However, nowadays, there are more and more irregularities committed by notaries in carrying out their duties and positions, both administrative in nature and resulting in material losses to the public who use notary services. The imposition of sanctions is an effort by MPN, especially the Regional Supervisory Council (MPW) in order to provide sorrow for notaries who violate and appeal to other notaries. There were 40 violations in the implementation of notary duties and positions in the 2016-2020 period, during this period the increase and decrease in the level of violations of notary duties and positions in the Banten area was inconsistent. The implementation of sanctions imposed by MPW has not been optimal, as evidenced by the results of the study, namely an increase and decrease in the level of violations of notary duties and inconsistent positions in the region. In addition, there are several obstacles encountered by MPW as a body that supervises notaries, namely the lack of cooperation between notaries and MPW in enforcing the UUJN and the Notary Code of Ethics, the indifferent attitude shown by the notary during the examination session and the busyness of each MPW member in their respective offices. each relevant agency. Some solutions that can be done are routinely conducting socialization in terms of increasing notary professionalism, strengthening relations between notaries and MPW as well as conducting internal, external, repressive and preventive supervision.

The increasing Muslim population affects the demand for halal products. Multinational companies cannot see the current trend of Muslim consumer growth by looking at the decision-making of halal food and beverage purchases and brand awareness. This study examines the influence of religion, halal labeling, information delivery, and health considerations on brand awareness and purchasing decisions for Wall’s ice cream in Malang. This research is explanatory research with 180 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the size used a Likert scale. This paper uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for data analysis with the Variance Based SEM approach, commonly known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that two variables had no significant effect: exposure to information and health labels. And considering that the independent variables in this study are essential in influencing purchasing decisions, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a wish for further research.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance through strategic agility. This research uses the SEM analysis method with WarpPLS software. The sample of this study consisted of 204 actors and strategic decision-makers of green economy SMEs in Malang areas. The unit of analysis in this study is the green economy SME business players in the business of flower, fruit, and ornamental plants. This business field was chosen because it is environmentally friendly, the waste has minimal risk of environmental damage, and this business is at the same time healthy for the environment for business people, employees, and consumers. Data collection was collected by distributing questionnaires directly or via a Google Form. This study proves that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and positive effect on improving company performance. This study has proven that entrepreneurial orientation positively affects company performance both directly and through strategic agility, so it can be concluded that strategic agility can partially mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance. The application of strategic agility/agility is proven to improve company performance. This study can enrich the study of strategic management theory in the context of Strategic Agility in a green economy. SMEs’ owners and managers improve their performance by increasing entrepreneurial orientation and strengthening strategic agility.

Background and Aim: The animal reservoir of leptospirosis is comprised of both domestic and wild mammals, with rats known as the most important in the spread of the disease. The occurrence of this reservoir in residential areas increases the potential for leptospirosis transmission. This study aimed to investigate the type of reservoirs and estimate the prevalence of leptospirosis in rats and livestock animals in Bantul and Gunungkidul districts, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Materials and Methods: This research utilized a cross-sectional study design. Rat trapping and livestock (cattle, goat, and sheep) blood surveys were conducted at four locations in each district. Samples of rat renal and livestock blood serum were examined using the polymerase chain reaction technique to determine the presence of Leptospira bacteria. The data were analyzed descriptively by describing the species of rats trapped, the types of cattle, and the prevalence of Leptospira in the sample. Results: The rat species infected with Leptospira in Bantul district consisted of Rattus tanezumi 4.8% (3/63); Rattus norvegicus 12.5% (2/16); Bandicota indica 28.6% (2/7); and Bandicota bengalensis 50.0% (1/2). No rats were found to be positive for Leptospira in Gunungkidul district. The prevalence of Leptospira in cattle was 63.64% (7/11) in Bantul district and 50.00% (8/16) in Gunungkidul district. In goats and sheep, the prevalence of Leptospira was 22.22% (2/9) in Bantul district and 45.16% (14/31) in Gunungkidul district. Conclusion: The potential exists for transmission of leptospirosis from rats and cattle in Bantul and Gunungkidul Districts. It is necessary to increase leptospirosis awareness. Community education, especially for livestock farmers, needs to be improved to prevent the transmission of leptospirosis from livestock.

This research aims to investigate the direct effect of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity and the indirect effect mediated by employees' adaptability and job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. Pindad (Persero) Malang as a specific knowledge-based manufacturing industry company. The research population is employees who work in the department that is closely related to the knowledge of ammunition products. Furthermore, 203 employees became the research sample taken proportionally and randomly from the population using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis method was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) model with a partial least square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that knowledge management has no significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity, but knowledge management has a significant effect on adaptability, and adaptability has a significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity. Knowledge management also has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction also has a significant effect on knowledge-worker productivity. Thus, adaptability and job satisfaction have a full mediating role on the effect of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity. This research contributes fill the research gap on the influence of knowledge management on knowledge-worker productivity with the presence of adaptability and job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Kecamatan Pinogu pada sektor pertanian sangat menarik untuk dikembangkan. Terutama pada komoditas Kopi Pinogu yang memiliki kekhasan sendiri dan telah mendapat status resmi sebagi produk unggulan daerah. Namun dalam proses pengembangan Kopi Pinogu, masih didapati beberapa masalah yang menjadi penghambat. Pengolahan kopi yang masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani Kopi Pinogu saat ini. Selain itu dilihat dari proses perawatan pertanian di Pinogu yang belum maksimal, juga turut andil untuk menghambat proses pengembangan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut antara lain dengan adanya pengenalan dan pelatihan teknologi tepat guna dalam pengolahan Kopi Pinogu. Selanjutnya untuk mendukung solusi pertama, dilaksanakan pemetaan diberbagai sektor untuk mencari akar masalah secara komperhensif. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang teridentifikasi dari proses Pengembangan Kopi Pinogu.

This research aims to develop and produce an Android application using a Transformative Learning Strategy as a Distance Learning on static fluid material. The research used Research and Development (R&D) method, which refers to the Dick and Carey model. The instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed with a continuous line. According to media experts, this Android application had a validation test phase with a successful percentage of 96% according to matter experts and 80%. According to learners, this application trial was conducted to 30 students of class XI MIPA and physics educators/teachers at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta with a percentage achievement of 77% according to educators and 83.21%. Based on these results, the data showed that the Android application using Transformative Learning Strategy as a Distance Learning on static fluid material is suitable media for learning physics.

Naked parade and vigilantism are social sanctions or informal sanctions imposed by the community for acts deemed contrary to the local community's norms. These sanctions include vigilante action, which breaks the law. This paper aims to explain social sanctions (naked parade) from a legal perspective, particularly studied from human rights and criminal law. The study uses a normative approach so that the data sources include legal documents, references, and journals relevant to the problem being studied. The data analysis using consists of human rights principles and criminal law. The study results show that naked parade and vigilante as social sanction contradict human rights principles (liberty, non-discrimination, dignity, humanity, and equity). This act is also a criminal act, considering that the criminal law functions to protect the legal rights of individuals, the community, and the state. There is no explicit formulation of naked parade in the Penal Code (KUHP) or regulations outside the Penal Code. It is necessary to formulate it explicitly as an act that can be punished.

Abstract This study aims to investigate the practice of fraudulent accountability reports on Student Organization at State University X based on the perspective of fraud pentagon theory. This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach. The type of case study was multiple-case conducted on Student Organizations at State University X. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of relevant data related to Student Organizations’ financial reporting practices. The data was then analyzed by the fraud pentagon theory. The research findings indicate that the practice of public fraud was caused by elements of the pentagon fraud. There are similarities and differences in the types of pentagon fraud elements encountered by the management committee. This is due to the existence of different policies in each community in a campus. Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui praktik kecurangan laporan pertanggungjawaban organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Negeri X jika ditinjau dari perspektif fraud pentagon theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis studi kasus yang digunakan adalah multi kasus yang dilakukan pada organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Negeri X. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan, dokumentasi data yang relevan terkait dengan praktik pelaporan keuangan organisasi kemahasiswaan. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan fraud pentagon theory. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kecurangan organisasi kemahasiswaan disebabkan oleh elemen-elemen fraud pentagon. Terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan jenis elemen fraud pentagon yang dihadapi pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan. Hal ini disebabkan adanya kebijakan yang berbeda di masing-masing organisasi kemahasiswaan dalam satu kampus.

Abstract In people's lives, poverty is a social problem because this problem affects every aspect of human life and also does not rule out possible contradictory actions against one's religious behavior. That in the community there is a phenomenon of begging among the poor. Begging is one way that is used by some people to seek sustenance and even many of them make begging as their daily work to earn money. In their activities, beggars are not all poor or homeless, they only pretend to attract the sympathy of many people by carrying or carrying babies, or even hiring children to other people to be invited to beg for people's mercy. The problems studied are about Seeking Livelihood By Utilizing Toddlers By Street Beggars In A Sharia Economic Law Perspective. This research is a field research (field research), using qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using deductive method. Based on the results of the study that the law of begging in Islam in general is makruh and is a work that is not noble. But when viewed from the beggar mode that brings the toddler, then the law of begging becomes unclean, because beggars bring toddlers only to be used as a mode to get the mercy of others. Based on the data it is concluded that from the description presented there are various reviews, then the writer concludes that Tax Amnesty is a time-bound opportunity for certain taxpayers to pay a certain amount of taxes as a pardon for tax payable (including eliminating interest and penalties) relating to the previous tax period without fear of criminal prosecution. Justice is very fundamental in a pluralistic society. Rawls's view of justice, which is understood as fairness, tries to offer how we organize a pluralistic society fairly. This view is crucial to be considered. The concept of fairness is understood as the ability to act that is acceptable and supported reciprocally. In Rawls's view, the existence of mutual acceptance and support from free and equal citizens without intimidation and pressure signifies that the agreement is fair. He called this kind of attitude reasonableness. In a just society, people must be able to act reasonably. With this capacity, they will agree on the principles of justice, which will be the basis of their social unity. The concept of fairness is essential for a pluralistic society like Indonesia. If we fail to bring justice in a pluralistic society, then our unity as a society will be under serious threat.

Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires to students and interviews with physics teachers, there are two things that the author found. The first is students still have difficulty in determining the direction of Lorentz force and the second is the availibility of tools for Lorentz force practicums at school is still a separate component. So, it is necessary to develop Lorentz force media that can overcome both problems. The purpose of this study is to improve students' cognition through developing Lorentz force tools. The research and development (R&D) of the Borg and Gall model is the methodology applied in this study. The research instrument used was the test instrument. The results of the development of tools is validated by material experts, media experts, and Physics teachers. The validity of the Lorentz force tools is calculated using the product moment formula, reliability is calculated using the KR-20 formula. The results of data analysis in the experimental class, obtained an average score of pretest of 29.17, grooming post-test average of 82.78. From these data, it can be concluded that the development of Lorentz force tools can improve students’ learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Berdasarkan dari hasil penyebaran angket kepada siswa dan wawancara terhadap guru Fisika ada dua hal yang penulis temukan. Pertama masih ditemukan siswa yang kesulitan dalam menentukan arah gaya Lorentz dan yang kedua KIT praktikum gaya Lorentz yang tersedia di sekolah masih dalam komponen yang terpisah. Sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan media gaya Lorentz yang dapat mengatasi kedua permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kognitif siswa melalui pengembangan alat peraga gaya Lorentz. Penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) model Borg and Gall merupakan metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan instrumen tes. Hasil pengembangan alat peraga divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan guru Fisika. Validitas alat peraga gaya Lorentz dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus product Moment, reliabilitas dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus KR-20. Hasil dari analisis data pada kelas eksperimen, diperoleh skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 29,17, dan rata-rata post-test82,78. Dari data tersebut dapat simpulkan melalui pengembangan alat peraga gaya Lorentz mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif.

Kegiatan pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor vital yang dapat diandalkan oleh masyarakat suatu desa untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan. Desa Bedono merupakan salah satu desa pesisir yang terletak di Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak. Sebagai salah satu desa pesisir, Desa Bedono mengalami tekanan dari aktivitas di darat maupun di lautan. Dampak yang paling terlihat adalah rusaknya infrastruktur akibat banjir rob. Hal ini tentu menghambat wisatawan yang ingin datang berkunjung ke Desa Bedono. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi wisatawan untuk datang ke Desa Bedono. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner berisi pertanyaan tertutup dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi logistic dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi wisatawan untuk datang ke Desa Bedono ada tiga, yaitu: respon warga desa terhadap banjir rob (X1), prioritas masalah lingkungan (X3) dan jenis wisata yang ditawarkan (X11) dilihat dari nilai significance yang berada di bawah 1% dan 5%. Setelah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi wisatawan untuk datang ke Desa Bedono, diharapkan warga dapat memaksimalkan potensi sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan. APPLICATION OF LOGISTIC REGRESSION IN DETERMINING FACTORS AFFECTING THE NUMBER OF ECOTOURISM ASSESSMENT IN BEDONO VILLAGE. Tourism activities are one of the vital sectors that can be relied upon by the people of a village to obtain additional income. Bedono Village is a coastal village located in Sayung Subdistrict, Demak Regency. As one of the coastal villages, Desa Bedono experiences pressure from activities on land and in the ocean. The most noticeable impact is damage to infrastructure due to tidal flooding. This certainly inhibits tourists who want to come to visit Bedono Village. This study aims to determine the factors that influence tourists to come to the village of Bedono. Data collection was carried out with a questionnaire containing closed questions with 100 respondents. Data processing used logistic regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that there are three factors influencing tourists to come to Bedono Village, namely: villagers' responses to tidal floods (X1), priority environmental problems (X3) and types of tours offered (X11) seen from the significance value at under 1% and 5%. After knowing the factors that influence tourists to come to Bedono Village, it is hoped that residents can maximize their potential so that they can increase the number of tourists.

This study examines and analyzes the influence of money available, time availability, and the promotion of impulse purchases through positive emotions as a mediating variable on chocolate snack products. This research is quantitative research conducted in Hypermart Malang Town Square (Matos), Giant Hypermarket Malang Olympic Garden (MOG), Giant Ekstra Sawojajar, and Giant Ekstra Kebonagung. The population studied were consumers who bought chocolate snack products on impulse purchases. The sample used 190 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity test, reliable test, linear test, diagram test, PLS, and hypothesis test on the variable of money availability, time availability, promotion, impulse purchase, and positive emotion on chocolate snack product. This study indicates that the variable availability of money can impact positive emotional variables. The varying availability of money cannot impact impulse buying variables. The time availability variable does not affect the positive emotional variables. Meanwhile, the time availability variable impacts the impulse buying variable. Furthermore, promotional variables affect positive emotional variables as well as impulse buying variables. However, the positive emotional variable has no impact on the impulse buying variable. The positive emotional variable proved the relationship between money and promotional variables' variable availability in the mediation test. In contrast, the variable availability of time is not a provable positive emotional variable as a liaison influence the variable of time availability with impulse buying.

The quantitative research examines factors affecting the intention to use e-commerce by employing a modified UTAUT2 model. The sample is 263 e-commerce users in Surabaya, Malang, and Kediri who have e-commerce account and know about Sensatia Botanicals. The Data was analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) in SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, habit, perceived playfulness and price value have a significant positive influence on the behavior intention to use e-commerce, and that effort expectancy and hedonic motivation do not have any significant positive influence. Gender difference in this study can increase the intention of individuals to use e-commerce on the price value factors, while age and income difference in this study neither increase nor decrease the intention of individuals to use e-commerce to purchase the products of Sensatia Botanicals.

Gracilaria verrucosa is red algae that has been widely used as an antioxidant. This research was conducted to test antioxidant activity, total phenolic content and bioactive compound of Gracilaria verrucosa obtained from Pok Tunggal Beach and Ngandong Beach, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Research was carried out by descriptive method. Samples were fresh and taken from the beach, then macerated for 3x24 hours in a methanol solvent. Antioxidant test was carried out by electron transfer method with DPPH 0.1 mM and measurement of antioxidant activity using. Total phenolic contents were measured using the Folin-ciocalteau method using gallic acid standard on 725 nm wavelength. The phytochemical content observated by changing of extract color by reagent. Pigment contents were measured using spectrophotometric methods at wavelengths 636 and 663 (chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b) and 480 nm (carotenoids). The results showed that IC50 value extract of Pok Tunggal Beach and Ngandong Beach were 188,53 ppm and 168,76 ppm. Phenolic content of each extract were 16,527 and 17,497 mg GAE / g sample weight). Chlorophyll-a levels were 7,132 and 4,357 mg/g, chlorophyll-b were 8,335 and 5,401 mg/g, carotenoids were 31,625 and 35,494 µmol/g. Gracilaria verrucosa from Ngandong Beach have antioxidant activity. Gracilaria verrucosa merupakan alga merah yang pemanfaatannya sudah banyak dilakukan sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi antioksidan, menghitung kadar fenolat total, dan senyawa bioaktif yang terkandung pada Gracilaria verrucosa yang diperoleh dari Pantai Pok Tunggal dan Pantai Ngandong, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel segar diambil langsung dari pantai, kemudian dimaserasi selama 3x24 jam dalam pelarut metanol. Uji antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode transfer elektron dengan DPPH 0,1 mM dan pengukuran aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan perhitungan nilai IC50. Kadar fenolat total diukur menggunakan metode Folin-ciocalteau dengan asam galat sebagai standar pada panjang gelombang 725 nm. Kandungan fitokimia diuji menggunakan pengamatan perubahan warna ekstrak saat diberikan pereaksi. Kadar pigmen diukur menggunakan metode spektrofotometri pada panjang gelombang 636, 663 (klorofil-a dan klorofil-b) dan 480 nm (karotenoid). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai IC50 ekstrak sampel dari Pantai Pok Tunggal dan Pantai Ngandong berturut-turut adalah 188,53 ppm dan 168,76 ppm. Kadar fenolat masing-masing ekstrak sebesar 16,527 dan 17,497 mg GAE/g berat sampel). Kadar klorofil-a sebesar 7,132 dan 4,357 mg/g, klorofil-b sebesar 8,335 dan 5,401 mg/g, karotenoid sebesar 31,625 dam 35,494 µmol/g. Gracilaria verrucosa dari Pantai Ngandong dan Pantai Pok Tunggal memiliki potensi antioksidan.

Successful biodiversity cultivated in freshwater fish is farmed whitefish, tiger shrimp, vannamei shrimp and. While the grouper duck (Cromileptes Mozambique) export market prospects have never tried. This research would like to know how the seed of acclimatization grouper duck into fresh water against the survival rate and growth response. Using random design complete 5 x 4 treatment, seed samples with long range 12 cm, weight 22 gr. Acclimatization of habitat in salinity of 30 ppt ppt 4. Moderate decrease in salinity 0.0 A0 is the ppt/day (controls), A0,5 (0.5 ppt/day), A1 (1 PPT/day), A1.5 (1.5 ppt/day), and A2 (2 ppt/day). Data were analyzed with the survival rate of the t test (P ≤ 0.05) the results show a decrease in salinity of 0.5 ppt/day 35% real different with controls 92.5%, but is superior than the three other treatments (A1, A1.5 and A2) dead all before reaching 4 ppt. While the growth rate data were analyzed with anova followed duncan test (P ≤ 0.05) the results show A0.5 0.60% no different with real control of 0.61% real but different (fastest) compared to three other treatments (A1, A1.5 and A2). The conclusion is grouper duck capable cultivated in brackish water 4 ppt (mesohalin) through acclimatization with decreased salinity of 0.5 ppt/day.

Biosorption Capacity and Growth of Seaweed Gracilaria sp. In Media Containing Heavy Metal Cadmium (Cd) Contamination of coastal and marine waters by heavy metals in significant concentrations will threaten the lives of biota inhabitant. One of the dangerous heavy metals due to its potential toxicity is cadmium (Cd). The purpose of this study was to find out: biosorption ability of Gracilaria sp. against Cd in seawater media, the effect of exposure time on Cd content absorbed by Gracilaria sp., and growth of Gracilaria sp. in Cd-contaminated media with different concentrations. This study used a laboratory experimental method, by exposing Gracilaria sp. to three different concentration treatments and one control treatment (A: Control; B: 0.1 mg/L; C: 1 mg/L; and D: 10 mg/L) for 4 weeks. Observation of biosorption ability and growth of Gracilaria sp. was done every week. The results of the research on biosorption ability showed that Gracilaria sp. was able to absorb Cd dissolved in seawater. The concentrations of Cd absorbed by Gracilaria sp., respectively in treatment B were 1.81 mg/kg (first week), 2.33 mg/kg (second week), 4.51 mg/kg (3rd week), and 1.47 mg/kg (4th week); in treatment C were 8.07 mg/kg (first week), 11.67 mg/kg (second week), 9.86 mg/kg (3rd week), and 8.67 mg/kg (4th week); and in treatment D were 52.59 mg/kg (first week), 56.66 mg/kg (second week), 78.01 mg/kg (3rd week), and 87.67 mg/kg (4th week). It is concluded that Gracilaria sp was capable of absorbing cadmium dissolved in seawater. However, the growth of Gracilaria sp. (absolute and specific growth rate) showed a decrease in biomass weight due to exposure to Cd-contaminated media, making Gracilaria sp. was not as a good species to be used as a Cd-metal hyperaccumulator. Kontaminasi perairan pesisir dan laut oleh logam berat dalam konsentrasi yang signifikan akan mengancam bagi kehidupan biota yang ada di dalamnya. Salah satu logam berat yang berbahaya karena sifat toksisitasnya adalah Kadmium (Cd). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) kemampuan biosorpsi rumput laut Gracilaria sp. terhadap logam berat Cd dalam media air laut dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda, 2) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan waktu pendedahan (exposure time) terhadap kandungan logam Cd terabsorpsi oleh Gracilaria sp., dan 3) mengetahui pertumbuhan Gracilaria sp. pada media terkontaminasi logam berat Cd dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratoris, dengan melakukan pemaparan rumput laut Gracilaria sp. pada tiga perlakuan konsentrasi yang berbeda dan satu perlakuan kontrol (A: Kontrol; B: 0,1 mg/L; C; 1 mg/L; dan D 10 mg/L) selama 4 minggu masa pemeliharaan. Pengamatan kemampuan bioabsorpsi dan pertumbuhan Gracilaria sp. dilakukan setiap minggu. Hasil penelitian kemampuan bioabsorpsi menunjukkan bahwa Gracilaria sp. mampu menyerap logam Cd yang terlarut dalam air laut. Konsentrasi logam berat Cd yang diserap Gracilaria sp. pada perlakuan B = 1,81 mg/kg (minggu ke-1), 2,33 mg/kg (minggu ke-2), 4,51 mg/kg (minggu ke-3), 1,47 mg/kg (minggu ke-4); Perlakuan C = 8,07 mg/kg (minggu ke-1), 11,67 mg/kg (minggu ke-2), 9,86 mg/kg (minggu ke-3), dan 8,67 mg/kg (minggu ke-4); Perlakuan D = 52,59 mg/kg (minggu ke-1), 56,66 mg/kg (minggu ke-2), 78,01 mg/kg (minggu ke-3), dan 87,67 mg/kg (minggu ke-4). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gracilaria sp mampu menyerap Cd terlarut dalam air laut. Namun demikian, pertumbuhan Gracilaria sp. (pertumbuhan mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik) mengalami penurunan berat biomassa akibat pemaparan pada media mengandung logam Cd, sehingga menjadikan spesies Gracilaria sp. bukan sebagai spesies hiperakumulator yang baik untuk logam Cd.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the 21st century makes it easier for students to be more active in the learning process. Physics learning materials are needed to support the problem-based learning process in high school. This study aims to produce e-learning models for problem-based learning on Heat and Thermodynamics topics. The result shows media can be used in learning in high school class XI. We uses the research and development method, with the Dick and Carey model. The study was conducted in a digital media laboratory, Physics Education Department of Universitas Negeri Jakarta from January to June 2018. E-Learning models have been produced for problem-based learning in the topic of Heat and Thermodynamics. This WordPress-based E-Learning model can display physics material enriched with images, graphics, animations, simulations, and videos. Students are facilitated to understand the concepts learned. The e-learning model is equipped with assessment tools that can be used online. Students are facilitated to learn independently without limited space and time. The E-learning model developed was also equipped with discussion groups in the form of chats for all registered users. The media validation obtained the results of system evaluation, content, and e-learning infrastructure with 78.9 points average. The material validation gives an 81.55 rating. Concerning media and material, e-learning media is declared feasible as a medium for self-learning. The e-learning model for problem-based learning is feasible to use to train the ability to critical thinking, creative thinking, collaborative, and communicate for students in high school.

Mortality of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae with the different filtration system of seawater as media for rearing Mortality of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae in shrimp hatcheries centers is commonly high. Therefore, innovation to solve the problem through water quality management improvement in necessary by applying ultrafiltration system to shrimp hatchery. This experiment aims to determine larval mortality rate in response to the application of different filtration systems. Experiments were conducted using 4 milions larvae of L. vannamei shrimp. Shrimp larvae were kept in 4 tanks, each volume was 8 m3. Two reservoirs tank were equipped with ultrafiltration and other systems used sand-filter as controls. Implementation of experimental activities used action research method with two repetitions. Observation were conducted on mortality of shrimp larvae and water quality, i.e., temperature, salinity, pH, TSS, dissolved O2, NH3 and NO3-2. The result showed the shrimp larvae reared with the application of ultrafiltration system had significantly lower percentage of mortality (55,02 %) compared with filtering using sand-filter (59,58 %). Concentrations of Ammonia (NH3-N) and TSS content increased along with longer period of larval rearing. Mortalitas larva udang Litopenaeus vannamei di sentra pembenihan masih tinggi. Inovasi sistem pengendalian kualitas air pada media pembenihan udang perlu dilakukan. Percobaan dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon tingkat mortalitas larva Litopenaeus vannamei denan penerapan perbedaan sistim filtrasi. Pelaksanaan percobaan menggunakan metode action research dengan pengulangan 2 kali. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan larva Udang Litopenaeus vannamei stadia larva sebanyak 4 juta ekor. Larva Udang dipelihara dalam 4 buah bak. Dua buah bak dilengkapi dengan sistem ultrafiltrasi dan bak lainnya menggunakan sandfilter sebagai kontrol. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap mortalitas larva udang, suhu, salinitas, pH, MPT, O2 terlarut, NH3 dan NO3-2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata mortalitas Larva udang Vannamei yang dipelihara dengan pola pemeliharaan dengan penerapan sistim ultrafiltrasi adalah 55.02% yang berbeda sangat nyata (p>0,01) dibandingkan dengan penerapan pola pemeliharaan menggunakan sandfilter yaitu 59,58% . Kualitas air media pemeliharaan larva udang Vannamei, terutama: kandungan Ammoniak (NH3-N) dan MPT menunjukkan semakin meningkat dengan semakin lamanya waktu pemeliharaan.

This study aimed to investigate the direct effect of brand experience and the perceived value of customers on brand loyalty and the indirect effect through brand trust as mediating variable. This study used a questionnaire distributed to 130 loyal customers of Susu Nandhi Murni produced by KUD Batu. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and the method of data analysis was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results demonstrated a positive and significant direct effect of brand experience and perceived value on brand loyalty. In addition, brand experience and perceived value also had a positive and significant effect on brand trust and brand trust on brand loyalty. Furthermore, the indirect effect through brand trust as mediating variable also revealed a positive and significant effect, both on the brand experience and perceived value. Finally, future studies are suggested to investigate other variables that were not discussed in this research, such as brand image and brand satisfaction.

This study analyzes the performance of the diesel engine in terms of power, torque, specific fuel consumption, and thermal efficiency using diesel and pyrolysis oil. The waste plastic oil (WPO) used in this research was produced through a pyrolysis process using raw materials from Low-density Polyethylene (LDPE) mixed with diesel fuel in volume ratios WPO10, WPO20, WPO30, WPO40, and WPO50. In addition, a performance test was carried out on the single-cylinder diesel engine test bench. The results showed that performing the diesel engine with the addition of WPO increased the average power and torque by 5% and 3%, thereby producing a higher heating value. Furthermore, the concentration of WPO also reduces the level of specific fuel consumption to be more efficient, with a decrease in thermal efficiency. In conclusion, plastic waste pyrolysis oil is a promising alternative fuel applicable to a diesel engine.

The purpose of this study was to determine the shape change characteristics of float sheet glass using heat treatment experiments on its surface. This involved the use of a float glass type with a thickness of 5 mm, a width of 840 mm, and length of 1350 mm as the test specimen and the heat transfer experiments and treatment were conducted through conduction with the heat distribution recorded to be between 34 °C and 600 °C at every 5 minutes within 60 minutes in a heating furnace. The analysis focused on the characteristics of the glass surface exposed to fire with emphasis placed on the temperature during the deflection changes in the entire glass surface, the dimensional changes at the edges of the glass which follow the glass printing pattern, and the changes in temperature on the upper and lower surfaces of the curved glass mold. The results showed the existence of a very clear change in each temperature or conduction heat when the shape of the glass is changed to curve with the ideal shape observed to have changed at a temperature of 482.50 °C. Moreover, dimensional changes were 1.0427 m2 and the variations in the temperature were 107.55 °C and the continuous increase in the heat was to have led to a faster change in the glass shape by 11.2°. This, therefore, means a higher temperature or room temperature affects the firing rate of glass bending and also increases the rate of heat absorption.

Program IPTEK bagi masyarakat (IbM) ini dilakukan dalam rangka membantu meningkatkan performans produksi dan keuntungan peternakan itik pedaging pada Kelompok Peternakan itik pedaginghasil hibridisasi Kingbelldesa Gading, kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan IbM ini adalah transfer IPTEK pengelolaan, perkandangan, pakan dan pemasaran dalam upaya peningkatan keuntungan usaha peternak itik pedaging desa Gading tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan implementasi program IbM yang antara lain meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan demo plot, pendampingan dan reboisasi di sekeliling lokasi kandang. Hasil program IbM ini ditandai dengan antusiasnya peternak mitra dalam menjalankan semua kegiatan dalam program IbM ini. Adapun program pengadaan dan penanganan pakan alternatif dari limbah sisa makanan dari warung, restoran dan hotel ternyata baik melalui pengeringan dan digiling maupun fermentasi dihasilkan bahan pakan sangat bagus. Untuk yang dikeringkan dan digiling mendekati kualitas konsentrat pakan ayam petelur, sedang yang difermentasi yang dicampur jagung dan pollard memiliki kandungan protein 14,25% dan energy metabolis lebih dari 3500Kcal. Sehingga dengan menambah sedikit bahan yang mengandung protein tinggi sudah dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pakan itik pedaging. Aplikasi hasil pelatihan formulasi rangsum dan renovasi kandang dengan memisah dari kandang itik untuk pembibitan dihasilkan performans itik pedaging diperoleh pencapaian bobot panen yang lebih pendek sekitar 5 hari, selisih feed konvertion ratio (FCR) yang hemat pakan hampir 0,5 kg dan selisih harga pakan hampir Rp. 1.500,-/kg sehingga keuntungan meningkat dari Rp. 4.000,-menjadi Rp. 8.430,-. Jumlah pemeliharaan itik pedaging pada mitra peternak utama bekisar antara 200 – 500 ekor bergantung ketersediaan bibit, sedang peternak mitra ke dua antara 100 – 300 ekor. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan program IbM ini peternak mitra memperoleh IPTEK dalam usaha peternakan itik pedaging sehingga dapat meningkatkan performans produksi, efisiensi dan keuntungan yang sangat signifikan. Saran untuk peternak mitra selesai pendampingan diharapkan dapat melanjutkan pengelolaan peternakan itik pedagingnya sebagaimana yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan program IbM. Masih perlu dilaksanakan program penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat atas masalah-masalah yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan program IbM ini.

Sample has taken by using non probabilty sampling with purposive sampling technique. Respondents are Iphone user in Malang City who made personally purchase decision with has used Iphone about 1 year. Research’s samples are 140. The hypothesis tested by Partial Least Square analysis. The research results actual, ideal and social ideal self-congruity influence on brand satisfaction then brand satisfaction influence on brand loyalty. Brand satisfaction had mediation within influence of actual, ideal dan social ideal self congruity on brand loyalty.

This research reveals the factors explaining the purchase intention toward green products among young consumers. Young consumers are beginner consumers who are going to play an important role to take a responsibility in preserving the environment. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is selected as the main theoretical framework in this research alongside some other variables (environmental concern, environmental knowledge, and willingness to pay), which are added in the research model to expand TPB application. Three hundred and twenty-six respondents were interviewed through a survey and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings illustrated that not every explanatory variable influenced the purchase intention toward green products among young consumers. Environmental concern and attitude did not influence the purchase intention toward green products among young consumers.

The analysis used is descriptive where the data is taken directly on each respondent, the score obtained from each respondent will be adjusted with the standard assessment, while testing the hypothesis using t test Dependent analysis. Result : Based on the result of statistical test, the mechanism of cooperative schizophrenia client cooperate in outpatient care in health center of Puskesmas Karanganyar Gandusari District Trenggalek mean difference of therapy of prayer in Islam before therapy and after therapy is 0,400 with standard deviation 0,503. Beside that got value p value = 0,002. Ship recycling is gaining attention in Indonesia due to the increase in end-of-life ships and uneconomical nationally flagged ships, and is considered a prospective source of economic development and employment opportunity, and yet conceivably poses a threat to the health and safety of workers and the environment. There are international and national regulations that govern ship-recycling activities to ensure that the hazardous impacts of the industry are minimized. We investigated the disparity between current ship-breaking practices in Indonesia and the requirements of related international and national regulations, with the findings intended for use as a stepping stone to proposing a strategy to establish a green and sustainable ship-recycling industry. A benchmark study of the world’s leading ship-recycling countries was conducted, and a gap analysis was performed by comparing existing international and national regulations with current ship-breaking practices in Indonesia. We identified two types of ship-breaking practices in Indonesia: Conventional environmentally unfriendly ship-breaking method, conducted by most Indonesian ship-breaking yards, and a rather modern, more environmentally friendly method, conducted by ship-repair yards. However, neither of the practices met the requirements of the regulations, and improvements are therefore needed to make the ship-recycling industry more green and sustainable, and to gain international recognition.

Mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata Forsskål, 1775) is one of the biological resources of the sea, that have economically important value and has been widely cultivated by traditional farmers to meet food needs in both the local and export markets. But the resulting quality of soft shell crab is not optimal. Quality is determined by the hardness of crab carapace after moulting. Approach to problem solving can be done through the research process of the aquatic organisms to their environment adaptation.This research was aimed to acknowledge the influence of the difference in water softening against time duration the hardening rate of the crabs carapace. This research had done in the area of brackishwater pond in the village of Mojo, Ulujami, Pemalang Regency during 8 months. Animal test used a Mangrove crab (S. serrata Forsskål, 1775), the weight size of 80-150 g, individually kept in plastic boxes (30 x 20 x 25 cm), 15 pieces per m2 density. Research was carried out using case study method. The observation parameters of research was aimed at the water softening and calcium content of rearing water media and body fluids of mangrove crabs, and time duration of carapace hardening. The data obtained from the results of the measurement and calculation of the research parameters of each sampling, include: carapace hardening response due to differences in water softening and calcium content in the rearing media as well as calcium content in the body fluid of the mangrove crab was analyzed using t-test. Observation on the research results showed that the process of soft shell crab production using rearing media of brackishwater and freshwater, each was respectively difference in the containing value of water softening and calcium content (p < 0.01). The water softening and calcium content of mangrove crabs as well as the calcium content of body fluid of the mangrove crab to response of time duration the carapace hardening on the mangrove crab after moulting as a whole indicated very significant difference (p < 0.01). But the results of the statistical analysis of calcium content in the body fluid of mangrove crab with the environmental rearing water media on each individual habitat suggested not significant difference (p ≥ 0.01). The conclusions of these research, i.e. water softening and calcium content of the rearing water of mangrove crab was the determining factor in the quality of the soft shell crab product. On the occasion research was advised to do optimization of water softening in the rearing crab, so resulting highly quality product of soft shell crab. Kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata Forsskål, 1775) merupakan salah satu sumber daya hayati laut yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis penting dan banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani tradisional untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan baik di pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Namun kualitas kepiting soka yang dihasilkan belum optimal. Kualitas kepiting soka sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat kekerasan kulit kepiting setelah moulting. Pendekatan pemecahan masalah ini dapat dilakukan melalui penelitian proses adaptasi organisme perairan terhadap lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan kesadahan terhadap lama waktu kecepatan pengerasan carapace kepiting. Abstract This research is about the understanding of junior high school students about heavy metal pollution in air, water, and land. The research was conducted at Labschools Junior High School, Rawamangun, East Jakarta in 2016 with a sample of 125 students taken from proportional random sampling, using correlational survey method. The results of this study obtained three conclusions. There is a positive and significant relationship between: 1) Knowledge of heavy metal contamination in air, water, and land with the character of student in maintaining environmental sustainability with research result correlation coefficient (ry1) equal to 0,643 and its coefficient of determination (r²y1) is 0,413 with regression equation Ŷ = 53,832 + 2.579X1; 2) The students understanding about heavy metal pollution in air, water, and land with the character of students in environmental sustainability with the result correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.950 and its coefficient of determination (r²y2) is 0.902 with regression equation Ŷ = 9.390 + 0.952X2; 3) Student's knowledge and understanding about heavy metal contamination in air, water, and land together with student character in maintaining environmental sustainability with result correlation coefficient (ry12) equal to 0,950 and its coefficient of determination (r²y12) is 0,903 with regression equation Ŷ = 8,475 + 0.086X1 + 0.938X2. Abstrak Telah dilakukan penelitian pemahaman siswa SMP tentang pencemaran logam berat di air, udara dan daratan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschools, Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur pada Tahun 2016 dengan sampel 125 orang siswa yang diambil dari multitage proportional random sampling, dengan menggunakan metode survey korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini mempeoleh tiga kesimpulan. Abstract This study investigated the implementation of High Order Thinking Skills in high school physics teaching focused on the analysis of the questions that were developed by teachers in Jakarta. Data obtained in training physics teachers in Jakarta. Teachers followed training on how to develop the learning of physics to develop higher order thinking skills. Then the teachers were asked to develop physics problems test as an instrument measuring tool of learning physics at school. Problems that have been made and then analyzed based on the general criteria and the criteria of making about a matter that meets the requirements of high-order thinking skills. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that to devise a matter of meeting the requirements of high order thinking skills required considerable time and good skills especially can apply Bloom's taxonomy in merumsukan indicators of competence to be measured. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan High Order Thinking Skills dalam pembelajaran fisika di SMA yang difokuskan pada analisis soal-soal yang dikembangkan oleh guru-guru DKI Jakarta. Data diperoleh dalam pelatihan guru fisika di DKI Jakarta. Sebelum membuat soal guru-guru mendapatkan pelatihan bagaimana mengembangkan pembelajaran fisika yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (high order thinking skills). Kemudian guru-guru diminta untuk mengembangkan soal-soal fisika sebagai instrumen alat ukur pembelajaran fisika di sekolahnya. Soal-soal yang telah dibuat kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria umum pembuatan soal dan kriteria soal yang memenuhi persyaratan high order thinking skills. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk dapat menyusun soal yang memenuhi persyaratan high order thinking skills dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan keterampilan yang baik terutama dapat menerapkan taksonomi Bloom dalam merumsukan indikator kompetensi yang akan diukur. Introduction: In this era of globalization and free market, demand from the society for adequate health care is increasing and encouraging hospitals to provide the best services. Better services require continuous and perfect planning in service quality improvement. The goal of this study was to find the development strategy to improve the quality of nursing care based on analysis of nurses caring behaviors position using customer window. Method: This study used 30 samples to assess input, proses and output. Research site was in Bhakti Rahayu hospital Surabaya for 1 month. Research instrument was questionnaire. Research data was used to determine optimum strategy of operational research approach using a simple dynamic program. Result: The result showed that the optimum strategy throught the line of affordable cuost – good fasilities – sufficient caring behavior – sufficient administrative – sufficient infrastructure – reliable human resources had the greates value of 70. Discussion: it can be cancluded that not all ideal line have a high value.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the organizational change, organizational culture and work behavior on performance, The population of this study are all employees and leaders who work in PT Sisirau Medan that is as much as 80 respondents. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, using the entire population as a sample of 80 people. Data were collected using observations and questionnaires. Furthermore, data analysis is tested by using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is organizational change has a significant effect on employee performance, the influence of organizational change on employee performance is 95.6%. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the amount of influence of Organization Culture on employee performance is 71.2%. Work Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect of Work Behavior on employee performance is 31.2%. Simultaneously Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, and Work Behavior have a significant effect on Employee Performance in PT Sisirau Medan. The amount of Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, and Work Behavior in explaining performance is 79.9% while the remaining 20.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

This research aims to develop a literacy-based e-learning materials for graduate students by (1) describing the results of analyzing the syllabus, the teaching materials from course convenor, the students and the lecturers’ responses and developing the e-learning protoype material; (2) conducting an expert validation and a tryout; and (3) disseminating the product. Medium rearing of the P. monodon Fabricius seed at the hatcheries usually used closed system and without water changes during culture period, until certain time the water quality could deterioted. The purpose of this research was to understand the effects of recirculation system on the water qualities (total suspended solids, ammonia, ammonium, nitrite and dissolved oxygen) of tiger shrimp (P. monodon Fabricius) seed medium. This research was conducted in the hatchery of Marine Science of Diponegoro University at Teluk Awur. The research used experimental method with two treatments, recirculation and non-recirculation system. Concentrations of total suspended solids (TSS), ammonia, nitrite and dissolved oxygen (DO) were descriptive analyzed. Average concentration on recirculation system of TSS was 0,570 mg/L, ammonia was 0,039 mg/L, nitrite was 0,076 mg/L and DO was 6,00 mg/L. Average concentration on without recirculation system of TSS was 0,983 mg/L, ammonia was 0,09 mg/L, nitrite was 0,2 mg/L and DO was 3,86 mg/L. The resirculation rearing system was improve water quality on tiger shrimp seed medium. Budidaya benih udang windu (P. monodon Fabricius) pada bak pembenihan umumnya menggunakan sistem tertutup dan air media tidak diganti, sehingga dalam waktu tertentu dapat terjadi penurunan kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan kualitas air (MPT, amonia, amonium, nitrit dan DO) pada pemeliharaan benih udang windu (P. monodon Fabricius) dengan sistem resirkulasi dan tanpa resirkulasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Marine Center, Jurusan Ilmu Kelautan, Teluk Awur, Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan dua perlakuan yaitu penggunaan sistem resirkulasi dan tanpa resirkulasi. Data konsentrasi material padatan tersuspensi (MPT), amonia, nitrit, oksigen terlarut (DO), pH dan suhu selama penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sistem resirkulasi konsentrasi rata – rata MPT 0,570 mg/L, amonia 0,039 mg/L, nitrit 0,076 mg/L dan DO 6,00 mg/L, sedangkan pada bak tanpa sistem resirkulasi konsentrasi rata – rata MPT 0,983 mg/L, amonia 0,09 mg/L, nitrit 0,2 mg/L dan DO 3,86 mg/L. Sistem resirkulasi mampu memperbaiki kualitas air media pemeliharaan benih udang windu.

This study has the aims to determine both direct and indirect effects of brand experience, brand satisfaction, brand love dan brand loyalty to Wardah cosmetic’s consumers in Malang City. 160 samples were taken by using the nonprobability approach with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. Respondents were above 15 years of age and had bought and used Wardah cosmetics more than once. The result found that brand experience has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand satisfaction and brand love are found as a full mediation to the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty. For further research are recommended to use more than one cosmetic brand as the object of the research, to provide more representative results.

Abstract: This research was aimed to describe the type of proposition on argumentative text of students. This study is a text analysis study. The data of the study was the sentence of students’ argumentative text. The data has been analyzed by structural syntactic studies and semantic logic. The result of the study shows that the type of proposition on students’ argumentative text are (1) type of proposition based on the source, (2) type of proposition based on the shape, (3) type of proposition based on the character, (4) type of proposition based on the level of certainty of truth, (5) type of proposition based on the quality, (6) type of proposition based on the quantity, and (7) type of proposition based on the combination of quantity and quality. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis proposisi dalam karangan argumentasi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis teks. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian berupa kalimat-kalimat dalam karangan argumentasi siswa. Data akan dianalisis dengan kajian sintaksis struktural dan logika semantikal. Hasil penelitian ditemukan jenis proposisi dalam karangan argumentasi siswa, meliputi (1) jenis proposisi berdasarkan sumbernya, (2) jenis proposisi berdasarkan bentuknya, (3) jenis proposisi berdasarkan sifatnya, (4) jenis proposisi berdasarkan tingkat kepastian kebenaran (5) jenis proposisi berdasarkan kualitasnya, (6) jenis proposisi berdasarkan kuantitasnya, dan (7) jenis proposisi berdasarkan kombinasi kuantitas dan kualitasnya.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence, conflict management styles, and employee performance at P4TK PKn IPS office in Batu, East Java. The population of this study is 100 civil servant employees with a minimum length of service of one year and the minimum rank of 5. The whole population is used as the sample (saturated sample), and the data were analysed using smartPLS 3.0. The result of this study shows that emotional intelligence significantly influences integrating style, compromising style, and employee performance. Also, integrating style has a significant influence on employee performance. This study also confirms that integrating style partially mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Finally, this study confirms that emotional intelligence in public organizations can provide benefits that are found in private organizations. Because this study focuses only on integrating and compromising styles, subsequent research can investigate the less cooperative conflict management styles such as bonding, dominating, and avoiding and comparing the three styles with integrating and compromising style. Therefore, next researches can determine whether or not emotionally intelligent employees avoid the use of the less cooperative conflict management styles and determine the influence of the styles on performance.

Abstract: This research was aimed to describe the types of cognitive strategies used by CLS 2018 students in speaking skills. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of ethnographic research. The results showed that CLS 2018 students used 12 types of cognitive strategies in speaking skills, namely (1) repetition, (2) search for learning resources, (3) grouping, (4) deduction or induction, (5) substitution, (6) elaboration , (7) conclude, (8) imagine, (9) transfer, (10) practice, (11) receive and send messages, and (12) analyze and express opinions. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan jenis strategi kognitif yang dipakai oleh mahasiswa Critical Language Scholarship 2018 dalam keterampilan berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Critical Language Scholarship 2018 menggunakan 12 jenis strategi kognitif dalam keterampilan berbicara, yaitu (1) pengulangan, (2) pencarian sumber belajar, (3) pengelompokkan, (4) deduksi atau induksi, (5) subtitusi, (6) elaborasi, (7) menyimpulkan, (8) membayangkan, (9) mentransfer, (10) mempraktikkan, (11) menerima dan mengirimkan pesan, dan (12) menganalisis dan mengemukakan pendapat.
