Preliminary studies showed that almost 50% of the people around the Morosi nickel mining industry had very high creatinine levels (26 mmol/l). High creatinine levels indicate impaired kidney function. This study aims to analyze the determinants of high creatinine levels in the urine of people around the Morosi nickel mines. There were 61 participants who were interviewed and urine samples were taken to test their creatinine levels. High levels of creatinine indicate kidney disorders. Measurement of creatinine levels used urine reagent strips 13G. Then it was connected between the condition of water sources, houses, solid and liquid waste management with the participants' creatinine levels with the multinomial regression statistical test. The house condition and liquid waste management had significant association with creatinine levels (P=0.005 and P=0.026, respectively). More than 80% of people lived in houses with good condition and had very low creatinine levels (≤0.9 mmol/l). Most of them had done appropriate liquid waste management (63.9%). However, water sources and solid waste management had no association with creatinine levels (P=0.195 and P=0.130, respectively). The majority of them had used good water sources such as piped and gallon water (80.3%). There were only 19.7% of them who used dug wells and 60.7% who throw their solid waste into the river or burn it. This study concludes that house condition and liquid waste management determine of the high urine‑creatinine levels of people leaving around the Morosi Nickel Mining Industries.

This paper analyzes the effect of liquidity risk and credit risk on Islamic bank stability and whether the risk-stability nexus changes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a panel quarterly dataset of 14 Islamic banks from 2017 to 2020, a total of 224 quarterly-bank observations in total and the system generalized method of moment, we find that credit risk and liquidity risk are negatively associated with bank stability. Moreover, the COVID-19 does not alter the negative relationship between liquidity risk and stability. To validate the results, we also estimate the model using the LSDVC. The LSDVC results remain consistent. These results provide new insight into understanding risk management implementation for minimizing these risks.

Abstract N7-(2-carbamoyl-2-hydroxyethyl)guanine (N7-CAG) is a DNA adduct formed by glycidamide, which is the metabolite of acrylamide. Acrylamide can be found in foods containing reducing sugars and asparagine that are heated at high temperatures. Analysis of N7-CAG was performed in Dried Blood Spot (DBS) samples from 25 subjects of group test who consumed a lot of acrylamide-containing foods and 25 subjects of negative control group. This study aimed to determine whether there is a significant difference in the levels of N7-CAG between the two groups. DBS samples were extracted using the QIAamp DNA Mini Blood Kit and analyzed using Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). Separation was performed using an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm; 1.7 μm), eluted a flow rate of 0.1 ml/min under an isocratic of mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile. The bioanalytical method of N7-CAG in DBS with allopurinol as the internal standard by using UHPLC-MS/MS has been validated. The calibration curve range of N7-CAG obtained was 10–300 ng/ml with a coefficient of correlation of 0.997. The results of the analysis on 25 test group subjects showed that the concentration of N7-CAG ranged from 1.87 to 23.71 ng/ml, while the 25 subjects in the negative group ranged from 1.18 to 8.47 ng/ml. The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference in the levels of N7-CAG between the test group and the negative control group with p value less than 0.001.

Nutritional status is an important health indicator for toddlers because children under five years are a group that is vulnerable to health and nutrition whose physical impact is measured anthropometrically and is categorized based on WHO standard with BB / U index (Weight by Age), TB / U (Height by Age) and BB / TB (Weight by Height). One indicator of nutritional status is a toddler whose TB / U or PB / U (Body Length by Age) is very short or short to exceed the deficit of two Standard Deviations (SD) based on anthropometric measurements (Khoeroh and Indriyanti, 2017). This study aims to determine the relationship of Food Expenditure, Source of Drinking Water and Mother's Education Level with Stunting Status in Toddlers Age 6-59 months in Buton Regency. This research is a cross sectional study. The population is Stunting Toddler in Manuru Village, Buton Regency, which is one of the Locus Stunting Villages, which is 89 Toddlers and as many as 73 Toddlers obtained by Simple Random Sampling. Statistical test results using the Fisher Exact test, obtained for the variable Food Expenditure that the value of P = 0.089> α = 1,000, Source of Drinking Water based on the results of statistical tests using the Fisher Exact test found that the p value of 0,000 is smaller than alpha (p α = 1,000. Climate change causes erratic rainfall and often results in flooding of urban areas. Floods are hydrometeorological disasters that occur in various regions of Indonesia. Flood vulnerability in urban areas has increased over the past 30 years. Kauman Village is included in the Asri water catchment area, which has an Asri primary channel downstream of the urban area of Nganjuk District. However, from 2019 to 2022, the urban area of Nganjuk District, including Kauman Village, was affected by flooding. Urban floods inundated office areas, schools, housing, and public facilities such as the Nganjuk District General Hospital. The factor indicated as the cause of flooding is the clogging of the drainage channel with rubbish. Therefore, field research and mathematical calculations were conducted to evaluate the discharge capacity of drainage channels in the village. Based on the research, it was found that the existing drainage channel discharge in the research area could not accommodate the planned discharge for the 10-year return period. In addition, there are 33 channels that are unable to accommodate the planned discharge because the channel dimensions are too small, some channels are slightly damaged, sedimentation occurs, and they are blocked by rubbish. Drainage channels that do not function optimally affect urban flooding. Therefore, several efforts have been made to reduce the risk of flooding by changing the dimensions of drainage channels, normalizing drainage channels, and getting used to maintain drainage channels and not throwing rubbish in drainage channels. In the past years, Esomeprazole (EMP) was analyzed in human plasma samples, which still has stability issues; thus, the new biosampling technique known as Dried Blood Spot (DBS) might solve the issue. This research aims to evaluate the incurred sample stability of esomeprazole in dried blood spot using high performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array with lansoprazole as an internal standard. The analytical separation was performed on a C-18 column (Waters, Sunfire™ 5 μm; 250 × 4.6 mm) at 40 °C. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile–phosphate buffer pH 7.6 (40:60% v/v) with a flow rate of 1.00 mL/min; and was detected at 300 nm. The analyte was extracted from dried blood spot by methanol. Incurred sample stability was evaluated from 6 healthy subjects on day 0, 7, 14, and 28, respectively. This method was linear in the range concentration of 70–1400 ng/mL with r > 0.98. Pharmacokinetic study shows that the average of AUC0–t of EMP in the DBS sample was 1765.41 ngh/mL. The highest percent difference value of esomeprazole’s incurred samples stability on day 7, 14, and 28 from 6 healthy subjects were 9.81%. This result fulfilled the acceptance criteria, which is the percent difference should not be greater than 20%, and 67% of total samples have to fulfill the criteria. The incurred sample stability result showed that esomeprazole was stable in the DBS sample at least until 28 days with the highest value of percent difference is 9.81%.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Floods are hydrometeorological disasters that often occur in various regions, including in Nganjuk Regency. From 2019 to 2022, there were urban floods that inundated highways, markets and hospitals and disrupted community and government activities. Heavy rain is one of the causes of flooding. Rain intensity, duration and frequency (IDF) curves were constructed using rainfall data from six rain gauge stations. This curve is used to determine the 10-year and 25-year probabilities of PUH intensity and the probability of causing flooding in Nganjuk District. Rain intensity in Nganjuk Regency is PUH 10 and 25 with an average rain duration of 15-60 minutes which is included in the moderate rain category, namely 20-50 mm/day. The results of this analysis will become the basis for consideration in formulating policies and strategies for urban flood disaster prevention and management in Nganjuk Regency. Therefore, coordination between the city government and the government is needed to reduce the risk of urban flooding in Nganjuk Regency.

A fuzzy optimization model was implemented in this study as a decision-making approach to optimize pollutant degradation processes in facultative ponds of domestic wastewater treatment plants. The fuzzy parameters are due to uncertain situations, which eliminate the need for managers to collect data, particularly when the data are no longer represent the real situation. The managers formulate the fuzzy parameters in the problem based on their intuition and experience in using the provided decision-making tool. Also, the fuzzy optimization model proposed in this study was solved using the fuzzy-based programming approach with the generalized gradient algorithm performed in LINGO 19.0 optimization software. In addition, the numerical experiment was conducted with secondary and generated data for the certain and fuzzy parameters, respectively. The results showed that optimal decisions were achieved and the manager can then use the proposed model in managing domestic wastewater treatment plants.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Fama-French five-factor and momentum factor on Islamic stock portfolio excess returns listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Methodology – This study used return data from ISSI group, starting from January 2013 to December 2017, which are then formed into time series data with excess monthly stock portfolio. This study adapted the Fama and French (2015) methodology using 2x3 and 2x2 to form the portfolio and applied Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with monthly data frequency to test the relevance of the model to the expected stock return of 183 companies. Findings – The results showed that the risk premium, the book-to-market ratio which is proxied by High Minus Low (HML), the investment that is proxied by Conservative Minus Aggressive (CMA), and the momentum which is proxied by Up Minus Down (UMD) has a positive effect on the excess return of the company's stock portfolio registered in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the period. While, the size and profitability variable do not affect the expected stock return. Research limitations – The results of this study provides relevant information about the relationship between risk and stock return using Fama and French five-factor model and momentum. However, future researchers can expand the scale of the research by adding research periods and using daily return research data. It is intended that the results are more representative of the actual market conditions at the moment. Originality – Researches on the factors that influence the selection of Islamic stock portfolios based on excess return using Fama-French five-factor including the momentum factor are still limited. This study contributes to the asset pricing development by investigating factors influencing performance of ISSI’s portfolio excess return using five-factor model and momentum factor.

The majority of an immune system infected by HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is CD4+ T cells. The HIV-1 transmission through cell to cell of CD4+ T cells supports the productive infection. On the other hand, infected CD4+ T cells stimulate cytotoxic T-lymphocytes cells to control HIV-1 infection. We develop and analyze a mathematical model incorporating the infection process through cell to cell contact of CD4+ T cells, CTL compartment and the combination of RTI and PI treatments. By means of the alternative reproduction ratio, it is analyzed the stability criteria and the existence of endemic equilibrium. Numerical simulations are presented to study the implication of the combination of RTI and PI therapy. The results indicate that RTI drug shows more significant effect in reducing HIV-1 infection compared to PI drug.
