[Objective] The aim of this study is to reveal the spatiotemporal patterns of soil organic carbon (SOC) content in terraced fields on the Loess Plateau and investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of soil carbon sequestration in these terraced fields. [Methods] Using the META analysis method, the variations characteristics of SOC content in terraced soil with soil depth and years of terraced construction were studied, and analyzed the spatiotemporal distribution features of soil carbon sequestration in terraced fields across different regions of the Loess Plateau. [Results] (1) SOC content and carbon sequeering benefits decreased with the increase of soil depth, SOC content in the 80-100 cm soil layer was 60.74% of that in 0-20 cm soil layer, carbon sequeering benefit in the 0-20 cm layer was 23.1% and that in 80-100 cm soil layer was 5.7%. (2) The carbon sequestration benefits of terrace increased nonlinearly with the construction years. The carbon sequestration benefits of 0-20 cm soil layer of terrace gradually increased from -8.29% in the first year of construction to 34% in the 24th year, and then remained stable. (3) During 1979 to 2023, the total carbon sequestration of terraces on the Loess Plateau was approximately 38.29 Mt C, and the average carbon sequestration was 38.49 t C/(km2·a). The Jinghe River upper and middle reaches exhibited the highest average sequestration rate at 50.14 t C/(km2·a), while the Helong interval showed the lowest at 29.04 t C/(km2·a). [Conclusion] Terraced field construction on the Loess Plateau can enhance SOC content, and terraced field carbon sequestration was a relatively lengthy process that requires scientific design and management to maximize its carbon sequestration benefits. Conducting terraced field construction, along with proper planning, design, and scientific management, proved to be an effective measure to enhance regional soil carbon sequestration benefits. The research findings can offer theoretical and methodological support for assessing the carbon sequestration benefits of soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau region.

ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status of Staphylococcus aureus in food and the presence of enterotoxin genes in Jiading District, Shanghai, and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus disease.MethodsFrom 2021 to 2023, 15 types of food were sampled for S. aureus testing, and the presence of five enterotoxin genes, including sea⁃see, was tested in the strains.ResultsOut of 705 food samples, 88 (12.48%) were positive for S. aureus. S. aureus was detected in 12 of the 15 food types, with the three food types with the highest positive rates being cold noodles (45.00%), raw poultry (26.25%), and vegetable salads (20.00%). The enterotoxin gene carriage rate was 32.95% in food strains. The carriage rates for sea, seb, and sec were 7.95%, 12.50%, and 14.77%, respectively. Neither sed nor see was detected. The detection rate of strains carrying two types of enterotoxin genes was 2.27%. The enterotoxin carriage rates in strains from vegetables, beverages, and raw meat were 57.14%, 40.00%, and 30.00%, respectively.ConclusionThe S. aureus detection rate in food in Jiading District is much higher than the national average. The enterotoxin gene carriage rates are high, with food strains carrying sea, seb, and sec, with sec being the most prevalent. There is a need to enhance monitoring of S. aureus and enterotoxins, especially in high-risk foods such as noodles, vegetables, and non-packaged beverages.

In order to investigate the effects of different doses of 60Co-γ-ray irradiation on rice, this experiment employed a texture analyzer, a rapid viscosity analyzer, a differential scanning calorimeter, a rheometer, an X-ray diffractometer, and a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer to characterize the eating quality of rice and the physicochemical properties and structure of rice starch. The results indicated that as irradiation dose increased, the water absorption and volumetric expansion of rice during cooking, and the pH, dissolved solid content and iodine blue value of rice broth fell significantly (P < 0.05). High doses of irradiation resulted in a noticeable increase in the total color difference (ΔE) of rice compared with that before irradiation, and a ΔE of 12.53 was obtained at 10 kGy, indicating a significant color change. Also, the irradiation notably affected the hardness of cooked rice. The peak viscosity, setback value, and gelatinization enthalpy of rice starch decreased significantly (P < 0.05) with the increase in irradiation dose; the irradiation also reduced the rigidity, elasticity, relative crystallinity and orderliness of rice starch, with the crystallinity being decreased from 23.68% to 15.69%. The measurement results of cooking indicators, rice soup properties, ΔE, and texture characteristics indicate that higher irradiation doses reduced the edible quality of rice. Moreover, the contents of slowly digestible starch and resistant starch in irradiated rice starch increased, with the latter being increased to 20.22% after irradiation treatment at 4 kGy. Compared with the unirradiated control, the irradiation reduced the hydrolysis rate of starch. Overall, γ-ray irradiation altered the crystalline structure of starch, thereby enhancing its pasting and rheological properties and inhibiting its digestibility, but rice is not suitable for high doses of irradiation treatment. This study provides theoretical guidance for the production of irradiated rice and its products, as well as for the modification of starch.

In this study, we aim to investigate the association between the serine concentration, an important amino acid in one-carbon metabolism, and CHD in Chinese hospitalized patients.Patients and Methods: This case–control study included 428 case–control pairs comprising patients with CHD with a maximum coronary artery stenosis degree of > 70% and controls with stenosis of < 30%. The individuals were matched by age, sex, and date of coronary angiography at Peking University First Hospital from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2019. Conditional logistic regression was used to investigate the associations between the serine concentration and CHD.Results: Patients with CHD were aged 63.48 ± 10.38 years, and 43.73% were male. Compared with controls, patients with CHD had a slightly lower serine concentration (13.35 ± 4.20 vs 13.77 ± 4.08 μg/mL), but the difference was not significant. In the multivariable conditional logistic regression analysis, for every 1 μg/mL increase in serine concentration, the odds of CHD decreased by 6% (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.90– 0.99; P = 0.010). Patients with a serine concentration of ≥ 13.41 μg/mL had a lower CHD risk than those with a serine concentration of < 13.41 μg/mL (odds ratio [OR] 0.57, 95% CI 0.39– 0.84; P = 0.004). Subgroup analyses showed that sex interacted with the relationship between serine concentration and CHD (Pinteraction = 0.039), which was more significant in males (OR 0.93, 95% CI 0.87– 0.98; P = 0.013) than in females.Conclusion: This study observed an inverse association between the serine concentration and CHD prevalence in Chinese hospitalized patients, which revealed that serine might play a protective role in CHD.Keywords: serine, coronary heart disease, case–control, one-carbon metabolism

To analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of helicopter biplane tailplane, computational models for helicopter biplane tailplane and monoplane tailplane were established via CFD. The aerodynamic characteristics of different configurations of tailplanes at low speed forward flight and high angle of attack was obtained. The aerodynamic characteristics and flow characteristics of biplane/monoplane tailplane were analyzed. The mechanism of biplane tailplane to improve the longitudinal static stability at low speed forward flight and high angle of attack was investigated. The results show that the biplane tailplane can improve the helicopter pitch moment surge at low speed forward flight by restraining the rotor/tailplane interference, comparing with the monplane tailplane, the pitch moment of the biplane tailplane was reduced by about 56.8% at an advance ratio of 0.05. The stall angle of attack and maximum pitch moment of the biplane tailplane were larger, which can enhance the helicopter longitudinal static stability at high angle of attack, comparing with the monplane tailplane, the pitch moment of the biplane tailplane increased by about 60.1% at an attack angle of 20°.

Objective To investigate the status and epidemiological characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in voluntary blood donors in Jinan, China, and to provide a basis for formulating reasonable HIV blood screening strategies and improving blood donation recruitment in this region. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the preliminary screening results of HIV antibody/antigen and nucleic acid of the blood samples of all voluntary blood donors in Jinan Blood Supply and Security Center from 2014 to 2020. According to the confirmation results of reactive samples from Jinan Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the epidemiological data and blood donation data of HIV-positive individuals were collected by consulting the information management system of Shinow Blood Station. Results Among the 284 778 samples, 277 were reactive for primary screening, resulting in a reactivity rate of 0.97‰. Among the 65 reactive samples based on dual-reagent ELISA, 46 were confirmed positive, with a confirmed positive rate of 0.16‰, while 9 samples were uncertain. Among the confirmed positive blood donors, there were 45 male individuals and 1 female individual, and most of the infected individuals were aged 21-40 years, especially 21-30 years. The highest proportion of the individuals with HIV infection was observed among the first-time blood donors (65.22%), the whole blood donors (95.65%), and the individual voluntary blood donors (95.65%). Conclusion There is a relatively high coincidence rate between ELISA dual-reagent reactivity and confirmation results, and ELISA and nucleic acid testing should be used in combination for blood screening to prevent the missed detection of HIV. HIV infection in voluntary blood donors shows the characteristics of sex, age, and occupation distribution, and targeted publicity of the knowledge of HIV prevention and treatment should be strengthened for different populations. Meanwhile, the internet information sharing system should be used to eliminate HIV-positive blood donors, so as to improve the quality of blood supply from the source.

Miniature spectrometer is powerful tool for scientific research and industrial inspection. Here, we report the fabrication of graded perovskite filters with tunable bandgap and their application in constructing miniature spectrometer. The graded perovskite filters were fabricated using a Finkelstein reaction between in-situ formed halogen ion with a preformed MAPbX3 film. The graded bandgap of perovskite films can be well tunned from 400 to 750 nm by controlling the volume ratio between 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline N-oxide and benzyl chloride(bromide). By combining a deep residual network, graded bandgap perovskite film and commercial CMOS sensor chip, a miniature spectrometer is demonstrated, achieving an accurate spectrum reconstruction (PSNR = 40.749) with monochromatic spectral resolution of 1.31 nm.

Objective: This study aimed to develop antioxidant products and anti-diabetes drugs of wampee. The study aimed to research the structural characteristics, anti-oxidation and hypoglycemic properties in vitro of polysaccharides from different parts of wampee. Methods: The structural properties, in vitro antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities of polysaccharides from the fruit, peel and seeds of wampee (CWP-F, CWP-P, and CWP-S) were analyzed and compared from the aspects of chemical composition, molecular weight, monosaccharide composition, appearance, DPPH free radical scavenging rate and α-amylase inhibition rate. Results: CWP-F had the highest molecular weight and was mainly composed of galactose and arabinose, CWP-P was mainly composed of galacturonic acid and arabinose, and CWP-S was mainly composed of glucose. The absorption peaks of the carboxylic acid structure were found in the Fourier transform infrared spectra of the three polysaccharides. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the surface structure of the three polysaccharides was fluffy. CWP-P had the strongest antioxidant capacity, and its DPPH free radical scavenging rate, OH free radical scavenging rate, and total reducing power all were higher than those of CWP-F and CWP-S. CWP-P had the strongest hypoglycemic ability, followed by CWP-F, and CWP-S had no hypoglycemic ability. Conclusion: In vitro, CWP-F, CWP-P, and CWP-S exhibited varying compositions, structures, and antioxidant and hypoglycemic activity. Notably, CWP-P has shown the most robust antioxidant and hypoglycemic properties.

Subsequently, two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analyses were conducted using inverse variance weighting (IVW), Egger regression (MR-Egger), and weighted median (WM) methods. Heterogeneity was evaluated using Cochran’s Q test, and in case of detected outliers, they were removed for re-evaluation of MR causality.Results: From the endometriosis GWAS dataset, 33 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected as instrumental variables. All three methods, IVW (OR = 1.39, P < 1× 10− 8), MR-Egger (OR = 1.41, P = 0.003), and WM (OR = 1.37, P = 1.16× 10− 5) confirmed a causal relationship between endometriosis and PID. The association between endometriosis and pelvic inflammation remained unaffected by the exclusion of individual SNPs. Lastly, Cochran’s Q test and funnel plots showed no evidence of SNP asymmetry.Conclusion: The results of the MR analysis support a potential causal relationship between endometriosis and an increased risk of PID.Keywords: endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory diseases, genome-wide association study, Mendelian randomization

Currently available incretin analogue glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) possesses huge hypoglycemic effect with the unsatisfactory effect of weight loss. Co-agonists targeting GLP-1R plus glucagon receptor (GCGR) or gastric inhibitory polypeptide receptor (GIPR) show synergistic benefits in glycaemic control and weight loss. Here, we describe a novel dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, DR10627, and performed a preclinical assessment of it.Methods: The agonistic ability of DR10627 was indirectly assessed by inducing cAMP accumulation in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells transfected with GLP-1R or GIPR in vitro. The plasma pharmacokinetics of DR10627 were analysed in cynomolgus monkeys. The OGTTs were performed in Sprague‑Dawley (SD) rats. The glucose lowering effects were evaluated by repeated administration of DR10627 in diabetic (db/db) mice for 4 weeks. The effects of anti-obesity and improving metabolism of DR10627 were evaluated by repeated administration of DR10627 in diet-induced obesity (DIO) mice for 57 days.Results: DR10627 had the capacity to activate both GLP-1R and GIPR in vitro. The terminal half-life of DR10627 was found to be approximately 4.19– 5.8 h in cynomolgus monkeys. DR10627 had a great improvement in oral glucose tolerance in SD rats. Moreover, DR10627 had a potent glucose-lowering effect in db/db mice, and the hypoglycemic effect of 18 nmol/kg DR10627 was better than that of 50 nmol/kg liraglutide. In addition, 10 and 30 nmol/kg DR10627 possessed the ability of potentiating the weight-loss, lipid-lowing efficacy and improving metabolism to a greater extent than 80 nmol/kg liraglutide.Conclusion: Preclinical assessment demonstrated that administration of DR10627 resulted in glucose lowering in SD rats and db/db mice, and substantial body weight reduction and metabolism improvement in DIO mice. An eosinophil-related index, the neutrophil to eosinophil ratio (NER), can be used to predict the prognosis of patients with tumors. However, there is still a lack of efficient prognostic biomarkers for HCC. In this study, we aimed to investigate the predictive value of the NER and develop an optimal machine learning model for the recurrence of HCC patients. Patients and methods: A retrospective collection of 562 patients who underwent hepatectomy with a pathologic diagnosis of HCC was performed. The relationship between NER and progression-free survival (PFS) was investigated. We developed a new machine learning framework with 10 machine learning algorithms and their 101 combinations to select the best model for predicting recurrence after hepatectomy. The performance of the model was assessed by the area under the curve (AUC) of characteristics and calibration curves, and clinical utility was evaluated by decision curve analysis (DCA).Results: Kaplan‒Meier curves showed that the PFS in the low NER group was significantly better than that in the high NER group. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that NER was an independent risk factor for recurrence after surgery. The random survival forests (RSF) model was selected as the best model that had good predictive efficacy and outperformed the TNM, BCLC, and CNLC staging systems.Conclusion: The NER has good predictive value for postoperative recurrence in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The goal was to enhance treatment guidance through precise subtype delineation.Methods: Study Cohort: This study encompassed a cohort of 119 patients diagnosed with MMRd-EC between 2015 and 2022. Analyses using t-tests and Mann–Whitney U-tests were performed to assess prognostic markers and peripheral blood immune cell profiles in patients with MutS deficiency (MutS-d) versus those with MutL deficiency (MutL-d). Logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent risk factors. Bioinformatics Analysis: An online database was used to assess the prognostic implications, immune cell infiltration, and immune checkpoint involvement associated with the deficiency of MutS versus MutL in EC.Results: Patients with MutL-d exhibited heightened risk factors, including elevated cancer grade and increased myometrial invasion, leading to poorer prognosis and shorter overall survival and progression-free survival. Regarding systemic immune status, patients with MutL-d demonstrated decreased peripheral blood lymphocyte percentage, lymphocyte count, and CD8+ T cell percentage. For local immunity, the infiltration of natural killer cells, CD8+ T cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes in the tumor tissue was reduced in patients with MutL-d. Additionally, patients with MutL-d exhibited lower expression of immune checkpoint markers. The composition of immune subtypes and survival outcomes also indicate that patients with MutL-d have a poorer immune status and prognosis than the patients with MutS-d.Conclusion: Patients with MMRd-EC can be subclassified according to MutS or MutL deficiency. Patients with MutS-d exhibited better immune status, prognosis, and immunotherapy benefits than those with MutL-d. The deoxynivalenol (DON)-contaminated feeds can impair chicken gut barrier function, disturb the balance of the intestinal microbiota, decrease chicken growth performance and cause major economic loss. With the aim of investigating the ameliorating effects of baicalin on broiler intestinal barrier damage and gut microbiota dysbiosis induced by DON, a total of 150 Arbor Acres broilers are used in the present study. The morphological damage to the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum caused by DON is reversed by treatment with different doses of baicalin, and the expression of tight junction proteins (ZO-1, claudin-1, and occludin) is also significantly increased in the baicalin-treated groups. Moreover, the disturbance of the intestinal microbiota caused by DON-contaminated feed is altered by baicalin treatment. In particular, compared with those in the DON group, the relative abundances of Lactobacillus, Lachnoclostridium, Ruminiclostridium and other beneficial microbes in the baicalin-treated groups are significantly greater. However, the percentage of unclassified_f__Lachnospiraceae in the baicalin-treated groups is significantly decreased in the DON group. Overall, the current results demonstrate that different doses of baicalin can improve broiler intestinal barrier function and the ameliorating effects on broiler intestinal barrier damage may be related to modulations of the intestinal microbiota.

In the era of evidence-based medicine, it is necessary to explore the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on standardized technical methods and operating procedures in order to achieve the modernization and internationalization of TCM and benefit all humanity. The proposal of a three-pronged evidence system combining TCM theory, human experience and experimental evidence marks an important progress in the thinking method of the TCM evaluation system. The multi-evidence body integrated through appropriate methods provides a strong support for the clinical guideline recommendations and evidence-based health decision-making in TCM. Based on the current methodological progress of international evidence synthesis and grading, this paper proposes a novel approach for integrating multi-evidence in TCM: the MERGE framework. The aim is to establish a solid foundation for the development of this methodology and provide guidance for the advancement of evidence-based medicine framework in TCM.

[Objective] Landslides pose a significant threat to pipeline infrastructure, leading to failure accidents. However, monitoring the operational states of pipelines in landslide areas necessitates urgent attention. [Methods] This paper introduced a surface displacement measurement method using SBAS-InSAR remote sensing technology, enabling precise monitoring of pipeline displacement in millimeters over extended distances spanning kilometers. In this study, a three-dimensional spatial routing reconstruction method for pipelines was presented, incorporating pipeline data on spatial coordinates along centerlines and geometric characteristics, along with the cubic spline interpolation algorithm. In addition, a finite element model for pipeline stress analysis was developed by applying spatial pipe elements and nonlinear pipe-soil elements while taking into consideration real-world pipeline routings and operational load conditions such as temperature and pressure. Further, a computational method for analyzing pipeline stress states in landslide areas was devised, utilizing remotely sensed landslide displacement as an accurate boundary condition. [Results] Field applications conducted in a landslide area, the Liangxiang to Xishatun section of the Third Shaanxi-Beijing Pipeline from 2021 to 2022, demonstrated that the proposed computational method yielded pipeline stress results within a maximum relative error of 16% when compared to monitoring results obtained from distributed strain gauges. Based on this assessment, the pipeline in this section was deemed to be in a safe condition. [Conclusion] The combined utilization of SBAS-InSAR technology and finite element analysis proves to be an accurate approach for evaluating the stress distribution in pipelines located within landslide areas. Moreover, it effectively facilitates spatial reconstruction and safety assessment of pipeline stress states in such areas.This method can serve as a valuable guide for enhancing the safety and reliability of pipelines in landslide areas and may also provide insights for monitoring and designing similar infrastructure projects.Additionally,this methodology establishes a technical foundation for developing a digital twin aimed at monitoring pipeline safety in geological hazard areas in the future.

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of blood heparin-binding protein (HBP), procalcitonin (PCT), and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the early diagnosis of childhood sepsis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 20 children with general sepsis (general sepsis group), 16 children with severe sepsis (severe sepsis group), and 12 children with septic shock (septic shock group) who were admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit and the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from November 2017 to May 2019, and 22 non-sepsis children with local infection (local infection control group) and 18 children with non-infectious disease (non-infection control group) who were admitted to the general ward during the same period of time were enrolled as control group. The levels of blood HBP, PCT, and CRP were measured and compared between groups, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to investigate the value of each index in the early diagnosis of sepsis. AIM: To investigate the characteristics of anterior segment structure in first-degree relatives of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).METHODS: A total of 48 first-degree relatives of PACG patients aged 40-60 who were treated in the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group. Additionally, 40 cases(40 eyes)of healthy individuals without glaucoma and family history of glaucoma at the same age group were collected as the control group. Social exclusion is one of the important influencing factors for adolescent depression, but there is still limited research on the mechanisms of the impact that social exclusion has on depression. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the effect of social exclusion on depression among high school students, as well as the mediating role of thwarted belongingness and the moderating role of cognitive reappraisal.Methods: Researchers assessed 1041 high school students using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), Adolescent Social Exclusion Scale, Interpersonal Needs Scale, and Emotion Regulation Scale.Results: (1) Social exclusion was negatively associated with cognitive reappraisal (r = − 0.224, p < 0.001), and positively associated with thwarted belongingness and depression (r = 0.657, 0.490, p < 0.001). Thwarted belongingness was positively associated with depression (r = 0.617, p < 0.001), and negatively associated with cognitive reappraisal (r = − 0.325, p < 0.001). Cognitive reappraisal was negatively associated with depression (r = − 0.280, p < 0.01). (2) Social exclusion could directly predict depression, 95% CI [0.08, 0.21]. Thwarted belongingness played a partial mediating role between social exclusion and depression, 95% CI [0.30, 0.40]. In recent years, the expansive utilization of data mining techniques has revolutionized various fields, including the analysis of dance videos. This study leverages data mining to meticulously capture and analyze dance movements, thereby facilitating the enhancement and correction of dancers’ techniques. Within the scope of this research, images of dance movements extracted from videos are subjected to preprocessing, which involves grayscaling and thresholding, to prepare them for further analysis. Building on these processed images, this paper introduces a novel multi-feature dance action recognition approach. This method integrates several distinct features—directional gradient histogram features, optical flow directional histogram features, and audio features—employing a linear weighting scheme within a multi-core learning framework. The efficacy of the proposed approach is demonstrated through its performance on the FolkDance dance dataset, where it achieves a 3.5% increase in fusion accuracy over the traditional Dance Style Identification (DSI) method. Additionally, when compared with the Multi-Feature Learning-Combined (MFL-C) method, our approach shows an improvement of 0.6% in fusion accuracy. This research establishes a viable method for the recognition and classification of dance movements, laying a robust foundation for further inquiry and practical applications in this domain.

This study characterized the psychological network of loneliness symptoms in residents during the initial wave of COVID-19 outbreak in China.Patients and Methods: The study recruited 8472 Chinese residents (61.5% women, aged 33.0± 10.6 years) through online snowball sampling. The Six-item De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale (DJGLS) was used to measure loneliness symptoms. Central symptoms of and bridge symptoms between emotional and social loneliness subscales were identified based on centrality and bridge centrality indices, respectively. Network stability was examined using the case-dropping procedures.Results: The nodes in the loneliness network were separated into two groups, corresponding to the social and emotional loneliness domains of the DJGLS. The strongest direction association was between “no reliable people” and “no trustworthy people” (edge weight=0.546). “No trustworthy people” has the highest node strength (1.047) in the loneliness network, followed by “emptiness sense” (0.767) and “no reliable people” (0.749). “Feeling of rejection” (1.672) and “no close people” (0.403) showed the first and second highest bridge strengths, respectively. Both the stability and accuracy tests supported robustness of the whole network.Conclusion: Interventions targeting central symptoms “no trustworthy people” and “emptiness sense” and central bridge symptom “feeling of rejection” may be effective for alleviating the overall level of loneliness in pandemic-affected Chinese residents.Keywords: loneliness symptoms, psychological network, residents, COVID-19, China

In order to make the mental health education in colleges and universities continue and let students find more of their advantages and potential, the author proposes the application of PREMA model in the mental health education in colleges and universities. The author applied and explored the positive mental health course of 399 subjects for 13 class hours, which included five modules: “positive emotions and happiness, positive cognition and self-efficacy, positive traits and positive personality, positive environment, summary and sharing”, after longitudinal tracking for a school year, the results show that about 34.81% of freshmen have different degrees of problems or confusion in their first class hours, and about 4.22% of them have mild or more psychological problems. After one academic year, the number of students with different levels of problems or confusion dropped to 2.51%, and only 1.04% of students with moderate or above psychological problems. The overall mental health level of students has been improved, and the level of positive development has been improved. The PREMA model not only provides a new perspective for examining college students’ mental health level and subjective well-being, but also points out a new direction for the teaching of college mental health education courses. The course of positive mental health education plays an important role in improving students’ positive mental quality and promoting the development of mental health education in colleges and universities.

The aim of this study was to develop a pulmonary rehabilitation decision aid for patients with COPD.Objective: The aim of this study was to develop a WeChat-based pulmonary rehabilitation patient decision aid to help older patients with COPD participate in pulmonary rehabilitation decision-making.Methods: We developed the decision aid in 3 stages: (1) a literature review was performed to determine the evidence for pulmonary rehabilitation options and outcomes for patients with COPD. (2) a semi-structured interview study was conducted to develop and iterate patient decision aids. (3) usability, acceptability and language expression testing in patients and healthcare professionals.Results: A total of 16 randomized controlled studies were included in the literature review. Thirty-six participants received semi-structured interviews. The results of interview include four themes: key points of age-friendly design, content of the tool, presentation requirements of contents and study evidence of the tool and other views and suggestions. The resultant goals-of-care decision aid achieved good usability and acceptability. The frequency of language expression increased in both patients and healthcare professionals.Conclusion: This study uses a systematic development process to develop the first pulmonary rehabilitation decision aid for patients with COPD. Selenium (Se) is indispensable for animals and humans. One option to address Se deficiency is to biofortify plants with Se. Biofortification of forage with Se nanoparticles (NPs) is gaining more attention as an efficient and safe source of Se for livestock. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of NPs-Se (0, 30, 50, 100, 150, and 250 mg·L−1) on the growth of alfalfa harvested multiple times, and to provide a basis for the production of Se-enriched forages. Applying 50 mg·L−1 concentration of NPs-Se had the best effect on yield over three harvests. Over three harvests, low-dose NPs-Se (30 and 50 mg·L−1) application significantly increased peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities, chlorophyll content and carotenoid content, and significantly decreased malondialdehyde content. The total Se content and Se accumulation in plants at the same harvest showed an upward trend with increasing Se concentration. At the same concentration, from first harvest to third harvest, Se content and Se accumulation showed an initially increasing and then decreasing trend. The evaluation found that foliar application of NPs-Se at 50 mg·L−1 could have the greatest positive effect on the growth and yield of multiple-harvested alfalfa.

ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status， serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella in retail poultry in Jiading District， Shanghai.MethodsFour types of poultry （chicken， duck， goose and pigeon） have been sampled from commercial markets. Salmonella contamination has been isolated and identified using serotype analysis. Furthermore， resistance of isolated Salmonella strains towards 16 commonly used antibiotics has been determined.ResultsA total of 60 Salmonella strains were isolated from 80 poultry samples. The detection rates of Salmonella in pigeon， goose， duck and chicken were 86.67%， 81.82%， 72.73% and 59.38%， respectively. Contamination status has been categorized by storage conditions. Lowest detection rate （65.63%） has been noted in poultry samples under refrigeration storage. The majority serotypes of Salmonella have been revealed as Salmonella typhimurium， Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella corvallis. Relatively higher drug resistance was discovered with tetracycline， nalidixic acid， ampicillin and chloramphenicol， with drug resistance rate of 60.00%， 58.33%， 50.00% and 48.33%， respectively. Low drug resistance was revealed with cefotaxime. In addition， these Salmonella strains were completely sensitive to imipenem. Significant difference in drug resistance was identified across the types of poultry or Salmonella serotypes. The 11.67% of Salmonella strains were non-resistant to any tested drugs. Multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 46.67% of isolated strains， which were resistant to 13 different antibiotics. Ampicillin-tetracycline or chloramphenirol-cefazolin drug resistance pattern suggested that the Salmonella strain was multi-drug resistant.ConclusionSalmonella contamination remains high in retail poultry in Jiading District， Shanghai. Drug resistance to antibiotics is increasing. Therefore， monitoring and control of Salmonella should be strengthened.

Using double-masked simple randomization, patients were randomly assigned to undergo treatment based on manifest cylinder, topographic cylinder, and ZZ VR cylinder strategies. Uncorrected distance visual acuity and astigmatic refraction were analyzed preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively.Results: A total of 138 eyes from 71 patients met the inclusion criteria. The manifest group consisted of 46 eyes in 24 patients, the topographic group consisted of 43 eyes in 22 patients, and the ZZ VR group consisted of 49 eyes in 25 patients. The absolute residual cylindrical refractions at 6 months postoperatively in these three groups were 0.69 ± 0.32 D, 0.58 ± 0.31 D, and 0.42 ± 0.19 D, respectively (P < 0.001; adjusted P < 0.01 for manifest vs ZZ VR, adjusted P = 0.08 for topographic vs ZZ VR). The percentages of postoperative absolute residual cylindrical power within 0.50 D in the manifest, topographic, and ZZ VR groups were 30.4%, 55.8%, and 59.2%, respectively (P = 0.01; adjusted P = 0.06 for manifest vs topographic, adjusted P = 0.02 for manifest vs ZZ VR).Conclusion: The ZZ VR strategy may achieve better outcomes, as determined by cylindrical correction and visual activity, during topography-guided LASIK.Clinical Trial Registration Number: ChiCTR1900025779.Keywords: astigmatism, corneal wavefront aberration, keratomileusis, laser in situ, refraction

The mainstream treatment strategies for pediatric cerebral arteriovenous malformation (CAVM) include microsurgery, interventional surgery and stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). The best prognosis of a patient cannot be achieved by any single treatment strategy. The treatment indication and advantages of different strategy should be fully acquainted, and the clinical characteristics and features of the lesion should also be taken into consideration when making clinical decision for pediatric CAVM cases at different stages of management. This article introduces different treatment strategies and the current status of management for pediatric CAVM, aiming to provide evidence and basis for management standard for these patients.

Here, the prognostic predictive value of PLR in HSIL after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) was evaluated.Patients and Methods: This study included 335 nonpregnant participants with histopathologically confirmed HSIL and 3- and 5-year follow-ups from the Fujian Cervical Lesions Screening Cohorts (FCLSCs) between September 2016 and September 2018. PLR and other variables were evaluated to identify the factors related to the recurrence/residual cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)-free survival (RFS), namely, the time from LEEP at baseline to first detection of recurrence/residual CIN or end of follow-up, by logistic and Cox regression.Results: In the Kaplan‒Meier analysis, HR-HPV infection (p=0.049/0.012), higher PLR (p=0.031/0.038), and gland invasion (p=0.047) had a higher risk for recurrence/residual CIN at the 3-/5-year follow-up. The univariate logistic and Cox regression analyses showed significant differences and a higher cumulative risk in patients with HR-HPV infection (OR=3.917, p=0.026; HR=3.996, p=0.020) and higher PLR (OR=2.295, p=0.041; HR=2.161, p=0.030) at the 5-year follow-up. The findings by multivariate Cox regression analysis were similar, indicating a poor prognosis for patients with HR-HPV infection (HR=3.901, p=0.023) and higher PLR (HR=2.082, p=0.038) at the 5-year follow-up. The calibration plot showed a better model fit for RFS at the 3-year follow-up.Conclusion: Preoperative PLR level and HR-HPV infection could be available markers for predicting recurrence/residual disease of HSIL after LEEP. ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital in Jiading District， Shanghai， and to determine the enterotoxin gene profiles of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from patients and environment.MethodsSpecimens were collected from environment and patients from a hospital for Staphylococcus aureus isolation and identification. Furthermore， enterotoxin genes （SEA‒SEE） of Staphylococcus aureus were detected.ResultsA total of 54 Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from 780 hospital environmental specimens from 2018 to 2021， with a prevalence of 6.92%. In the armrests in the wards， patient’s pillows/quilts， and bedside cupboards， the prevalence was determined to be 20.00%， 20.00% and 16.67%， respectively. In contrast， in the computer’s mouse and keyboard and work clothes of physicians and nurses， the prevalence was 17.42% and 16.67%， respectively. Meanwhile， from 2018 to 2021， a total of 75 strains were collected from patients， of which 36.00%， 14.67% and 14.67% were from the departments of intensive care medicine （ICU）， neurosurgery and orthopedics， respectively. The prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin genes were 48.15% and 61.33% in the environment and patients， respectively. Furthermore， the prevalence of SEA， SEB， SEC， SED， and SEE genes were 14.67%， 41.33%， 9.33%， 1.33%， 1.33% in patients， respectively ， whereas 20.37%， 25.93%， 1.85 %， 1.85% and 0% in environmental specimens， respectively. In the environmental specimens isolated from comprehensive ICU， the prevalence of enterotoxin genes was 77.27%. In the patient's specimens， Staphylococcus aureus was mostly isolated in sputum. Additionally， the prevalence of enterotoxin genes was high in the patients of departments of respiratory medicine， ICU， and orthopedics.ConclusionPrevalence of Staphylococcus aureus remains moderate in the hospital environment. Enterotoxin genes of Staphylococcus aureus are common， with seb gene as the most common gene， followed by SEA gene. It warrants strengthening the disinfection and control of Staphylococcus aureus in the hospital， especially in the ICU.

The Beishan area in Tianshui City is located in the transition zone between the mountainous area on the northern edge of the Qinling Mountains and the Loess Plateau. The solid internal and external dynamic coupling has induced large landslide groups with a zonal distribution, which seriously restricts urban planning and disaster risk prevention in Tianshui City. Based on the systematic summary of existing geological hazard data, this study used the space-sky-earth integrated survey method to identify the variations of loess thickness from west to east, typical slope structure types, and key slip-controlling strata. The seismic landslides' development characteristics, distribution rules, and geometric and kinematic features are systematically analyzed. The results show that the landslide groups in the Beishan area are concentrated along the north bank of the Jihe Valley in a zonal distribution. The landslide types are mainly mudstone landslide and loess-mudstone interface landslide, with multi-stage rotation, translation, and multi-stage sliding. The stratigraphic structure consists of the overlying Quaternary loess and the underlying lacustrine-fluvial mudstone and claystone of the Neoproterozoic Yaodian and Ganquan formations. The landslides belonging to the bedding rock slope have three typical slope structures from west to east. The loess thickness increases gradually from west to east, the elevation and apparent friction angle are lower in the east and west and higher in the middle, and the scarp height of the landslides is higher in the east and west and lower in the middle. In addition, the seismic landslides in this region have long-runout characteristics. The equivalent friction coefficients of these landslides are between 0.21 and 0.28, and the seismic landslides in the eastern and western sections have stronger movement.

In this study, we aimed to study potential signaling pathways underlying the role of certain circRNAs, miRNAs and their target genes in the pathogenesis of osteoporotic fracture in postmenopausal females.Methods: Quantitative real-time PCR was performed to analyze the expression of circRNAs, miRNAs and their targets genes. Luciferase assays were carried out to explore the regulatory relationship between circ_0076906/miR-548i/OGN and circ_0134944/miR-630/TLR4.Results: Osteoporosis and fracture were positively correlated to the expression of circ_0134944, miR-548i and TLR4, but negatively correlated to the expression of circ_0076906, miR-630 and OGN in the peripheral blood and bone tissue samples of postmenopausal women. Luciferase activities of wild-type circ_0076906 and OGN were inhibited by miR-548i, and the luciferase activities of wild-type circ_0134944 and TLR4 were suppressed by miR-630 in MG-63 and U-2 OS cells. Inhibition of circ_0076906 expression in MG-63 and U-2 OS cells activated the expression of miR-548i and inhibited the expression of OGN. Moreover, the overexpression of circ_0134944 in MG-63 and U-2 OS cells suppressed the expression of miR-630 and enhanced the expression of TLR4.Conclusion: This study implied that the dysregulation of circRNA-0076906 and circRNA-0134944 modulated their specific signaling and thus contributed to the severity of osteoporosis, increasing the risk of osteoporotic fracture.Keywords: osteoporotic, circRNA, miRNA, OGN, TLR4

Objective To investigate the correlation between ADC value and glioma IDH-1/1p19q genotype. Methods The MRI features and molecular pathological results of 69 patients with pathologically confirmed diagnosis of WHO grade Ⅱ/Ⅲ glioma between March 2013 and December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic performance of ADC values on glioma genotypes (IDH-1, 1p19q) was evaluated using the ROC curve of the subjects' working characteristics. Results The ADCmean, ADCmin, rADCmean, and rADCmin in the IDH-1 mutation group were significantly higher than those in the IDH-1 wild group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The use of the rADCmin threshold (0.979×103mm2/s) had the highest efficacy (AUC=0.770) for diagnosis of IDH-1 mutant and IDH-1 wild-type gliomas as well as sensitivity and specificity of 84.61% and 59.09%, respectively. Conclusion ADC can be used as an imaging biomarker for noninvasive prediction of IDH-1 mutant and wild-type Ⅱ /Ⅲ gliomas.

However, most co-administration treatment often lacks simultaneous control over the release of different chemotherapeutic agents.Materials and Methods: β-cyclodextrin modified hyaluronic acid was the “shell”, and the oxidized ferrocene-stearyl alcohol micelles served as the “core”, where doxorubicin (DOX) and curcumin (CUR) were loaded in shell and core of the bilayer nanoparticles (BNs), respectively. The pH- and glutathione (GSH)-responsive synchronized release behavior was evaluated in different mediums, and the in vitro and in vivo synergistic antitumor effect and CD44-mediated tumor targeting efficiency were further investigated.Results: These BNs had a spherical structure with the particle size of 299 ± 15.17 nm, while the synchronized release behaviour of those two drugs was proved in the medium with the pH value of 5.5 and 20 mM GSH. The co-delivery of DOX and CUR reduced the IC50 value by 21% compared to DOX alone, with a further 54% reduction after these BNs delivery measurements. In tumor-bearing mouse models, these drug-loaded BNs showed significant tumor targeting, enhanced antitumor activity and reduced systemic toxicity.Conclusion: The designed bilayer nanoparticle could be considered as potential chemotherapeutic co-delivery platform for efficient synchronized microenvironment respond and drug release. The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between dietary inflammatory index and mental disorders， so as to provide references for nutritional interventions for patients with mental disorders. The high disability rate and intractability of mental illness bring huge economic burden and medical pressure to patients' families and society. Dietary nutrition is crucial to the rehabilitation of mental illness. As a new type of index to measure food pro-inflammatory index， dietary inflammatory index is closely related to the occurrence and development of mental illness. Therefore， this paper reviews the development， calculation and correlation with mental illness of dietary inflammatory index.

ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status and drug resistance of Campylobacter spp. in poultry sold in Jiading District， Shanghai.MethodsFour types of poultry meats （chickens， ducks， geese and pigeons） were sampled from commercial markets， and potential Campylobacter spp. contamination was isolated and identified. Furthermore， resistance of isolated Campylobacter spp. to 15 commonly used antibiotics was tested.ResultsTotally 29 Campylobacter jejuni strains and 34 Campylobacter. coli were isolated from 236 commercial poultry samples. The most severe contamination of Campylobacter spp. was found in chicken samples， with a detection rate of 34.04%， while the lowest detection rate of Campylobacter spp. was found in duck （19.67%）. Contamination status was categorized with different storage conditions. The lowest detection rate of 6.67% was noted under frozen condition， while highest detection rate of 41.27% was noted under cold storage. Campylobacter jejuni was completely resistant to cefazolin， ciprofloxacin， nalidixic acid and tetracycline， and Campylobacter coli was completely resistant to cefazolin， cefoxitin and nalidixic acid； Campylobacter spp. showed the lowest resistance to imipenem. Multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 100.00% of the isolated strains. 96.83% of the strains were resistant to more than 5 drugs， with the highest number reaching 14 kinds of antibiotics.ConclusionThere is a significant difference in the contamination status and drug resistance of Campylobacter spp. isolated from four types of poultry meats sold in Jiading District， Shanghai， and the drug resistance is serious. It is strongly recommended that the use of antibiotics should be strictly controlled. Freezing can effectively reduce Campylobacter spp. pollution.

Abstract The navigation signal authentication schemes protect GNSS services from spoofing attacks by attaching unforgeable information to signals. In this study, Randomly Flipped Chip based Signal Power Authentication (RFC‐SPA), is proposed to jointly authenticate the navigation message and spreading code of GNSS civilian signals. Designed to support two modes of authentication (fast channel and slow channel), the proposed scheme employs a fixed amount of flipped chips, which are randomly distributed in some areas of the spreading code to form a relative fluctuation in the correlation result of the signal. The fast channel is a spreading code authentication (SCA) of these flipped chips, which is the same as the Chimera. In the slow channel, since the correlation results between the local periodical spreading code and the signal in areas with flipped chips will be smaller than those results in areas without flipped chips, receivers in the tracking correlation can extract this fluctuation. Since the fluctuation modulates a digital signature, receivers can verify the authenticity of both the navigation message and spreading code through the authentication of this digital signature. Compared with mainstream schemes, RFC‐SPA requires no extra tracking channel and has no impact on the navigation message. Besides, the proposed scheme maintains a similar robustness and security performance while significantly reducing the storage requirement compared with SCA. The scheme is demonstrated in a proposed implementation for Beidou B1C civilian signal, and the performance metrics are analysed. In the proposed implementation, the detection possibility is higher than 99.7% at 35dBHz of C/N0, and only 33.6% of the storage is required compared with the suggested configuration of the Chimera scheme for the GPS L1C civilian signal.

Confined water inrush caused by fault activation induced by coal mining under high in-situ stress is one of the main forms of water damage in deep mining. Reserving fault waterproof coal pillar is still the most important method to prevent fault activation and water diversion. We take F22 high angle normal fault in Qianyingzi Coal Mine as a typical example, based on the existing drilling, geophysical and roadway exploration data, the specific hydro-geological and engineering geological conditions of the coal mine, and according to the field test data, the finite difference numerical analysis method was used to study the width of the waterproof coal pillar under the full mining of the W3221 working face near F22 fault of Qianyingzi Coal Mine; at the same time, the width of the F22 fault waterproof coal pillar was calculated and verified according to the theoretical formula. The study shows that when the coal pillar width is less than 40 m, the stress and displacement of the fault zone have changed significantly, and the plastic zone in the fault zone has communicated with the water-conducting fracture zone of the coal seam roof. The comprehensive analysis of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results show that the waterproof coal pillar with a width of 40 m can effectively prevent the fault activation and ensure the safe production of the working face.

By establishing common simplified model rules for strollers, the early planning of rapid modeling of new products is realized. We have ergonomically designed the shock-absorbing structure of the stroller. Studies have shown that the vibration damping of the stroller has the greatest relationship with the damping structure of the car body itself. The vibration acceleration monitoring of the cart with the frame damping system found that due to the frame damping system, nylon components are used for isolation between the frame connection parts and between the wheel and the seat pocket so that the nylon can effectively absorb the impact energy.

Objective To establish a fungal image-assisted classification model using deep learning technology. Methods The microscope images of people infected with Aspergillus, Saccharomyces and Cryptococcus neoformans were retrospectively collected from the Eighth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from September 2020 to April 2021. The images were randomly divided into training set, validation set and test set according to the ratio of 7∶1.5∶1.5. The improved MobileNetV2 network structure was trained using the training set, a convolutional neural network (CNN) fungal image 11 classification model based on multi-scale attention mechanism was constructed and the parameters were debugged based on the validation set. Machine identification results were taken as the gold standard, the performance of the model on 11 fungal image classification tasks was evaluated, and the results were shown by precision, recall and F1 value. In addition, the performance of the proposed model with 5 classic CNN models were compared, and the results were measured in terms of model parameters, memory usage, frames per second (FPS), accuracy, and area under the curve (AUC) of receiver operating characteristic curve. Results A total of 7666 fungal microscope images were collected, including 2781, 4115, and 770 images of Aspergillus, Saccharomyces, and Cryptococcus neoformans, respectively. Among them, there were 5366 training images, 1150 validation images, and 1150 test images. The improved MobileNetV2 model had high performance for the classification of 11 fungal images in the test set. The precision rate was distributed between 96.36% and 100%, the recall rate was distributed between 96.53% and 100%, and the F1 value was distributed between 97.01% and 100%. The parameters, memory usage, FPS, accuracy, and AUC of the improved MobileNetV2 model were 4.22 M, 356.89 M, 573, (99.09±0.18)%, and 0.9944±0.0018, respectively, and the comprehensive performance was better than 5 kinds of classical networks. Conclusion The proposed fungal image classification model based on the improved MobileNetV2 can obtain higher fungal image recognition ability while maintaining low computational cost, with an overall performance better than classical CNN model.

Abstract Background Behçet’s disease (BD) is a systemic inflammatory disease that involves various organs. The clinical manifestation-based diagnosis of BD is a time-consuming process, which makes it difficult to distinguish from patients with similar symptoms. Moreover, an authentic biomarker has not been developed for accurate diagnosis yet. Our current study investigated the unique metabolic signatures of BD and explored biomarkers for precise diagnosis based on an untargeted metabolomic approach. Methods Integrative metabolomic and lipidomic profiling was performed on plasma samples of BD patients (n = 40), healthy controls (HCs, n = 18), and disease controls (DCs, n = 17) using GC-TOF MS and LC-Orbitrap MS. Additionally, the lipid profiles of 66 peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were analyzed from 29 BD patients, 18 HCs, and 19 DCs. Results Plasma metabolic dysfunction in BD was determined in carbohydrate, hydroxy fatty acid, and polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolisms. A plasma biomarker panel with 13 compounds was constructed, which simultaneously distinguished BD from HC and DC (AUCs ranged from 0.810 to 0.966). Dysregulated PBMC metabolome was signatured by a significant elevation in lysophosphatidylcholines (LPCs) and ether-linked lysophosphatidylethanolamines (EtherLPEs). Ten PBMC-derived lipid composites showed good discrimination power (AUCs ranged from 0.900 to 0.973). Correlation analysis revealed a potential association between disease activity and the metabolites of plasma and PBMC, including sphingosine-1 phosphate and EtherLPE 18:2. Conclusions We identified metabolic biomarkers from plasma PBMC, which selectively discriminated BD from healthy control and patients with similar symptoms (recurrent mouth ulcers with/without genital ulcers). The strong correlation was determined between the BD activity and the lipid molecules. These findings may lead to the development for diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers based on a better understanding of the BD pathomechanism.

Some problems still exist in health management and application such as insufficient data, limited technology, and lack of professional evaluation methods by physicians with medical theory. In this study, an intelligent method is based on an analysis of physiological big data collected by wearable smartwatches. Firstly, physiological data such as pulse, heart rate, and blood oxygen were collected continuously from individuals by wearing smartwatches, and the data was digitally transmitted. Secondly, the transmitted data was sent to a health management platform by Narrow Band Internet of Things. Analyzing the data, physicians evaluated individual situations via an intelligent math model. Finally, the results were fed back to individuals through a smartphone APP to finish a medical diagnosis, disease prediction, or warning. The intelligent health management method and technology created via years of studies have been verified and will provide a new and effective strategy for health management.

Asphaltene deposition on rock surface seriously affects oil recovery efficiency. Molecular dynamics simulation method is used to study the difference in the adsorption behavior of asphaltene molecules on quartz surface, which will help to improve the in-depth understanding of asphaltene microstructure. This study finds that electrostatic interaction is an influential factor affecting asphaltene deposition on rock surface. We also illustrated the different adsorption behaviors of different asphaltene molecules and the influence of rock surfaces on the deposition.

Carbonate reservoirs have characteristics such as diverse reservoir types, complex structures, and strong heterogeneity, resulting in complex logging responses. Therefore, it is necessary to study logging characterization methods suitable for complex carbonate reservoirs. The dissolution of deep carbonate rocks in karst depressions in central Sichuan is relatively weak, but the development of fractured reservoirs makes it difficult to effectively apply conventional interpretation methods. A multi-layer perceptual neural network model based on artificial intelligence was used to establish a fracture identification and porosity prediction model based on logging data, combined with the measured physical properties of G1 well. The results indicate that fractures are generally developed in the study area, accounting for over 30%; The research area is mainly composed of dense reservoirs, with an average porosity of 2.7% in the normal matrix section and 2.6% in the fracture developed section. The verification with actual physical properties also indicates that the model has a prediction accuracy of 78%, which has high application value.

Gas-liquid interface models consist of SiO2 nanoparticles and typical surfactant molecules were used to investigate the interface properties using molecular dynamics simulations. The surfactant molecules were found being self-assembled to the nanoparticles, and prefer the gas-liquid interface. By comparing the effects of different surfactant molecules on the interface structures and molecular mobility, the adsorption behaviours of nanoparticles onto the interface were revealed, and the corresponding interface properties were quantitatively illustrated.
