An optical system for Fizeau-type synthetic aperture telescopes is designed by using three subapertures with small diameters to obtain the high resolution of an equivalent large aperture.First,considering both u-v covering of sparse frequency and structure simpleness,the Golay-3 array is choosen to be the subaperture arrangement and the filling factor F is 0.44.Then,according to the character of optical system configuration,the optical system is divided into the subapertures,ray controller and the ray combiner to be designed,respectively.The configuration of afocal subaperture is Cassegrain type with achromatic double lenses rearward,and its pupil diameter,Field of View(FOV) and angle magnification are 300 mm,0.2° and 10,respectively.Moreover,the ray combiner is composed of 5 pieces of glass including high refractive index glass and special partial dispersion glass,and its focal length is 600 mm,F-number and FOV are 6 and 2.The Point Spread Function(PSF) and Modulation Transfer Function(MTF) of the subaperture are analysed,and the results show that the equivalent diameter of total system is 1.89 times that of the subaperture,and the angular resolution of total system is 0.24″.

Objective To construct the recombinant adenovirus expressing small RNA of rats caspase-3 and observe the down-regulation effect of caspase-3 in neurons induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in vitro. Methods pShuttleH1-siCas3 containing Oligo DNA of the targeting sequences and pEGFPC1-Cas3 containing caspase-3 and EGFP sequences were constructed respectively. pShuttleH1-siCas3 and pEGFPC1-Cas3 were co-transfected to the 293 cells by liposomes to determine interfering efficacy by flow cytometry. pShuttleH1-siCas3 was linearized and transformed into E. coli BJ5183 cells containing backbone plasmid pAdEasy-1. The recombinant plasmid was transfected into 293 cells to package the adenovirus Ad-siCas3. The titers of adenovirus were determined by the specific 50% tissue culture infection dosage method. After virus infected the cultured hippocampus neurons, LPS-induced apoptosis and caspase-3 mRNA expression were observed. Results It was identified that the sequence of target gene was correctly inserted into the genome of virus. The expression of green fluorescence protein was reduced by pShuttleH1-siCas3 in 293 cells. The titer of recombinant adenovirus was 1.06×1010 pfu/ml. After virus infection, caspase-3 mRNA was greatly reduced and neurons apoptosis was suppressed. Conclusion The recombinant adenovirus expressing rats caspase-3 siRNA were successfully constructed, which may probably be further used in pain therapy by its anti-apoptosis effect.

The electronic structure of ZnO and its native point defects has been calculated using full potential linear Muffin-tin orbital (FP=-LMTO) method for the first time. The results show that Zn3d electrons play an important role in the bonding of ZnO. Vacant Zn (V Zn ) and interstitial O (Oi) produce the shallow acceptor levels at 0.3 eV and 0.4 eV above the top of the valence band (VB), while interstitial Zn (Zni) produces a shallow donor level at 0.5 eV bellow the bottom of the conduction band (CB). However, Vacant O (Vo) produces a deep donor level at 1.3 eV below the bottom of CB. On the basis of these results, we confirm that Zni is the main factor to induce the native n-type conductivity in ZnO.

First-principle calculations are performed on ZnO:V O , ZnO:V Zn and ZnO:Zn I using a FP–LMTO (full potential linear muffin-tin orbital) method. The results prove that the Zn I is the dominant donor in ZnO, and V Zn , a shallow acceptor, while V O is a deep donor.

Using research findings and available scholarly studies of PBL implementation, this article will examine PBL as a means of sustainment, beginning with a working definition and concept of PBL and examination of DOD and service policy, as well as key components of PBL implementation, to include stakeholder roles and responsibilities, business case analysis, development of performance metrics, and barriers and enablers to implementation.

According to the first principles, we investigate the structure, electronic, and magnetic properties of fluorinated graphene doped with external X (Al, P, Ga, As, Si) atoms at double vacancies, and find that like double vacancy doping of graphene, this kind of the fluorinated graphene divacancy substitution is also an ideal choice for substitutional doping. The results show that the electronic property and magnetic property of the fluorinated graphene both have large changes: the fluorinated graphene doped with Al (Ga) atoms can cause the semiconductor-to-metal transitions and induce magnetic moments. The fluorinated graphene doped with P (As) atoms becomes spin-polarized semiconductor. The Si doped fluorinated graphene keeps the semiconductor properties unchanged and has no magnetic moments. Through the further discussion about the mechanism of magnetism the relation between the doping concentration and magnetic property is obtained, and the magnetic properties in different doping situations are found to be caused by the different orbital electrons of different atoms. The divacancy substitutional doping behaviors enrich not only the doping ways of fluorinated graphene materials, but also its distinctive electronic and magnetic characteristics, which make this doping structure have potential applications in future electronic devices.
