Since 2014, China has been actively promoting the transformation of manufacturing servitization, clarifying the importance of manufacturing servitization. This paper investigates the correlation between manufacturing servitization and cost stickiness, supplementing the research on the economic consequences of manufacturing servitization and the influencing factors of cost stickiness. This paper launches an empirical study with a sample of A-share manufacturing companies from 2014 to 2022. The research results show that, first, manufacturing servitization can inhibit enterprise cost stickiness; second, manufacturing servitization affects enterprise cost stickiness through the path of reducing enterprise adjustment costs, reducing managers' optimistic expectations and reducing enterprise agency costs; third, the negative relationship between manufacturing servitization and cost stickiness is stronger among firms with a low level of internal control, a strong degree of financing constraints, a good quality internal information environment, a strong degree of competition in the market, and firms that are in capital-intensive manufacturing industries; fourth, the role of embedded servitization on enterprise cost stickiness is not significant, while hybrid servitization can have a significant negative effect on enterprise cost stickiness; and fifth, the impact of manufacturing servitization on enterprise cost stickiness mainly lies in the cost of material resources rather than the cost of human resources. Rationale: Stanozolol, an anabolic androgenic steroid listed in Part S1 of the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List, exhibits a low response and significant matrix interference in urine samples when using liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Enhancing sample preparation techniques remains essential for the effective detection of stanozolol and its metabolites., Methods: A method for determining stanozolol and its metabolites (3'-OH-stanozolol, 4β-OH-stanozolol, and 16β-OH-stanozolol) in human urine was developed and validated using GC-Orbitrap high-resolution MS combined with optimized mixed-mode solid-phase extraction (SPE). This method was applied to urine samples from two volunteers who orally administered a single dose of stanozolol, with samples collected over a 30-day period post-administration., Results: The optimized mixed-mode SPE method reduced matrix interference and achieved satisfactory extraction efficiency and high sensitivity, enabling confident identification of all targets in human urine. Validation showed extraction recovery of 74% to 81% and limits of detection from 0.1 to 0.25 ng mL -1 . The method was successfully applied to detect urinary excretion profiles of stanozolol and its metabolites in positive volunteer samples., Conclusion: This study presents a novel detection protocol for stanozolol and its metabolites, enhancing the monitoring of stanozolol abuse and contributing to the integrity of sports competitions. Diabetic wounds pose a persistent challenge due to their slow healing nature, primarily caused by bacterial infection and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced inflammation. In this study, carbon dots with synergistic antibacterial and antioxidant properties, referred to as AA-CDs, are developed specifically for diabetic wound healing using a straightforward solvothermal method. By utilizing cost-effective precursors like citric acid and ascorbic acid, AA-CDs are engineered to possess tailored functions of photothermal sterilization and ROS scavenging. The resulting AA-CDs demonstrats broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, particularly against multidrug-resistant strains, along with efficient ROS scavenging both in solution and within cells. Additionally, AA-CDs exhibits a protective effect against oxidative stress-induced damage. Notably, with a high photothermal conversion efficiency (41.18%), AA-CDs displays heat-enhanced antioxidant performance, providing not only augmented ROS scavenging but also additional protection against oxidative stress, yielding a true "1 + 1 > 2" effect. To facilitate their use in vivo, AA-CDs are incorporated into a thermally responsive hydrogel, which exhibits evident anti-inflammatory properties by modulating inflammatory factors and significantly promots the healing of diabetic wounds. Antibacterial photodynamic therapy (APDT) has emerged as one of the intriguing strategies to combat bacterial resistance. However, the antibacterial efficacy of APDT is found to be severely impacted by the hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S)-overproduced bacterial infection microenvironment. Herein, a multifunctional APDT platform is developed by assembling Cu 2+ and chlorin e6 (Ce6), which exhibits unique H 2 S-activatable fluorescence (FL) and antibacterial features. Noteworthily, the assembly conditions are crucial for achievement of Cu-Ce6 nanoassemblies (NAs) with the on-demand responsive properties. The quenched FL and photosensitization of Cu-Ce6 NAs can be selectively activated by the overexpressed H 2 S in infected area, enabling specific recognition of bacterial infection and localized antibacterial therapy with minimized side effects. Significantly, amplified oxidative stress is achieved owning to the effective consumption of H 2 S by Cu 2+ in the NAs, leading to an enhanced APDT. The antibacterial mechanisms including broad-spectrum APDT activity of released Ce6, inherent sterilization effects of produced copper polysulfides and the accompanying disturbance of bacterial sulphide metabolism are further identified.
