Based on the application of wall-climbing robots in recent years, this article classifies the existing wall-climbing robots in detail from the point of view of adsorption methods, systematically introduces the development status of various adsorption methods, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various adsorption methods combined with application examples. Combined with the current research hotspot, the future development focus of adsorption method is analyzed. This article systematically analyzes the problems encountered by wall-climbing robots in wall movement, and provides a summary of key technologies. The problems of modular design are summarized, and the development direction of adsorption mode and moving unit is prospected.

There are limited studies involving the relationship between preschool teachers' job burnout and their professional engagement and career development aspirations. This study classified latent profiles according to job burnout indices for Chinese preschool teachers and examined the characteristics of each profile and how they affect professional engagement and career development aspirations. A cluster sample of 1000 preschool teachers (54 males and 946 females; average age = 30.93, SD = 9.91) was recruited to complete questionnaires regarding job burnout, professional engagement and career development aspirations. Results indicated that preschool teachers' job burnout can be divided into four latent classes: 1) low burnout (9%); 2) exogenous burnout (42%); 3) endogenous burnout (44%) and 4) high burnout (5%). The demographic variables such as gender, marital status, working years, preschool location and job category have a significant impact on the potential categories of preschool teachers' job burnout. Furthermore, the four categories of job burnout show significant differences in the level of professional engagement and career development aspirations and its dimensions, except the leadership aspiration dimension.

There are a series of problems in the maintenance of transmission towers. In this paper, based on the existing structure, a climbing robot that can be applied to the transmission tower is designed, and the reliability of the grasp is analyzed. Key parts are optimized with Ansys analysis software and planning for climbing gait is completed with Adams simulation software; Robot control system is designed based on hierarchical and decentralized control architecture and the paw position adjustment decisions are optimized, and the fuzzy control algorithm is used to realize the gait adjustment of the robot The experiment result shows, the robot can complete the task of climbing and crossing the obstacle of the steel surface of the tower angle. The restrictor is an indispensable compensation element in the constant pressure hydrostatic bearing. The annular slit restrictor has a direct impact on the throttling clearance due to the existence of machining error, which results in a low assembly efficiency. However, the assembly success rate can be increased by improving the machining accuracy, which increases the machining cost and machining cycle. To optimize the machining accuracy distribution of the restrictor, a closed-loop mixed-size chain tolerance model was established by considering the geometric tolerances. The influence of geometric error on the flow resistance of the traditional annular slit restrictor was analyzed by Worst Case analysis. The results show that the size error had the most significant effect on the flow resistance. The tilted state and eccentric state caused by geometric errors had little influence on the flow resistance. The existence of geometric errors will reduce the flow resistance. Based on the above research results, a new pin gauge annular slit restrictor, which has the advantages of a high precision and a low cost, was developed. Moreover, the influence of the installation conditions on the flow resistance was analyzed. The change in the flow resistance was reduced when the pin gauge was completely eccentrically installed. Additionally, the influence of the dimensional tolerance of the orifice on the success rate of the assembly was analyzed by the probability method. When the design tolerance of the orifice was ±4 μm, the success rate of the assembly reached 99.97%. Finally, the accuracy of the theoretical analysis results was verified by experiments. Simple Summary: CXC chemokines are small molecules and secretory peptides, which are significantly associated with cancer progression. Aberrant expression of CXC chemokines is always observed in cancer patients. An increasing number of studies have reported that CXC chemokines play essential roles in tumor angiogenesis, tumor-promoting inflammation, and metastasis, which favor cancer promotion. The expression level of CXC chemokines is closely associated with the clinicopathological characteristics and outcomes of cancer. The specific roles of CXC chemokines and corresponding signaling pathways in cancer progression are summarized in this review. Furthermore, we have discussed the potential application of CXC chemokines for cancer targeted therapy and personalized treatment. CXC chemokines are small chemotactic and secreted cytokines. Studies have shown that CXC chemokines are dysregulated in multiple types of cancer and are closely correlated with tumor progression. The CXC chemokine family has a dual function in tumor development, either tumor-promoting or tumor-suppressive depending on the context of cellular signaling. Recent evidence highlights the pro-tumorigenic properties of CXC chemokines in most human cancers. CXC chemokines were found to play pivotal roles in promoting angiogenesis, stimulating inflammatory responses, and facilitating tumor metastases. Enhanced expression of CXC chemokines is always signatured with inferior survival and prognosis. The levels of CXC chemokines in cancer patients are in dynamic change according to the tumor contexts (e.g., chemotherapy resistance and tumor recurrence after surgery). Thus, CXC chemokines have great potential to be used as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Currently, the molecular mechanisms underlying the effect of CXC chemokines on tumor inflammation and metastasis remain unclear and application of antagonists and neutralizing antibodies of CXC chemokines signaling for cancer therapy is still not fully established. This article will review the roles of CXC chemokines in promoting tumorigenesis and progression and address the future research directions of CXC chemokines for cancer treatment.
