Drug addiction has spread at a frightening rate in the whole world, especially in the South Asian countries such as Bangladesh which needs to be analyzed, discussed and eradicated. This present survey based study was conducted with an aim to discover the scenery of drug addiction in northern region of Bangladesh. Researchers also uncovered the factors, problems and effects of drug addiction, age of first drug used, source of money to buy drugs and effective measures to prevent this problem etc. Total 600 youngsters from Pabna, a northern part of Bangladesh were directly interviewed by using self-construct questionnaire. Age range of the participants was between 12 and 35. Result showed, low income participants were highly addicted (58.62%) and family problems (43.93%) were the most prevalent cause of addiction. Participants involved in sports had lower drug addiction propensity (36.38%). Addicted young consumed more nicotine (95.04%), alcohol (63.93%) and marijuana (44.28%). Among addicts, youngs started using drugs mostly between 15 to 18 years age. Parent’s income (42%) was the prime source of money to buy drugs and 91% of addicted young faced complications. Counseling (71.2%) and systematic penalty (66.4%) were the best preventive measures for drug addiction. The young generations of Bangladesh are cankering their crucial youth time in addiction and they should be rescued by counseling, monitoring and treating them with care and affection from the parents, society and government. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of a multi-component dietary protease complex on the growth performance and carcass yields of commercial broiler chickens. A total of 630 Indian River broiler DOCs were considered and assigned to five dietary treatments namely: 1) Positive control (PC), a standard diet with no supplemental protease, 2) Negative control (NC), a diet similar to PC but reduced in CP, digestible EAA, and ME based on supplier’s nutrient matrix recommendation, 3) PC+125 ppm protease (PC+125), 4) NC+125 ppm protease (NC+125), and 5) NC+200 ppm protease (NC+200). The birds were fed experimental diets for 28 days. Body weight (BW), body weight gain (BWG), feed intake (FI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and survival rate were recorded weekly. Background: Gastrointestinal disease is a burden both for developed and developing countries. This diseases has long term complications and responsible for generation of other diseases.Aims and objectives: This work was designed to identify the age at which this disease first occurred, duration of disease, major complications like burning feelings, stool in blood, ulcer etc. Relationship between lifestyle and food habits with prevalence of disease was also assayed.Materials and methods: The data was collected from July to November 2020 by directly interviewing the patients.Results: This data was collected from 1176 patients, of them 53.74% are male and 46.25% are female. It was found that 60% of patients are taking treatments from directly supervision of physicians. This study revealed that 20.66% respondents first suffered from GI disease at 11-20 years old. Most of the patients of this study needs long time treatment and 30.27% patients are taking treatments for 1-3 years, and 25.43% for 3-6 years. Twenty nine percent of our study sample have experienced malnutrition, 83% have experienced stomach pain and 54% have experienced nausea. The food habit of patients shows that more than 70% of participants have habit of taking soft drinks, 79% have habit of street food and 43.54% participants are drinking about 2 liters of waiter daily.Conclusion: Gastrointestinal disease has a wide range of complications to the patients and disciplined lifestyle should be practiced to avoid this types of disease.

Chattogram is the second most populated city in Bangladesh. This port city faces a serious threat mainly due to the lack of safe drinking water. This study was conducted for determining drinking water quality of groundwater sources in Chattogram city. The study was performed in the BCSIR laboratory, Chattogram. It was carried out for a period of six months from 1st July, 2018 to 31th December, 2018. Total six water samples were collected from three different locations (Baluchora, C&B colony and Khulshi area). Each sampling location consists of two separate sampling points. Physicochemical parameters of the collected samples like Temperature, pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), Total dissolved solid (TDS), Hardness, Turbidity and concentration of Cl, As, Mn, Fe, Pb, Cr and Cd were examined. Microbial parameters like Total Coliform (TC) were also measured. All the analyzed parameters compared with BSTI and WHO drinking water quality standards to understand the overall ground water quality status of the study area. The results reveal that water samples in almost all locations were contaminated with microbial contamination and that the range of physico-chemical parameters was not adequate for consumption. Preliminary treatments like boiling, filtering etc are required before using groundwater for drinking and the necessary measures must be taken for a safe alternative source of drinking water.

The automobile industry is one of the prominent industries for the national economy. Day by day car is getting popular for the private transport system. The customer needs review when he wants to buy the right vehicle, especially the car. Because it is a very costly vehicle. There are many conditions and factors matter before buying a new car like spare parts, cylinder volume, headlight and especially price. So deciding everything, it is important for the customer to make the right choice of purchase which can satisfy all the criteria. Our goal is to help the customer to make the right decision whether he will buy a car or not. Therefore we wanted to build a technique for decision making in-car buy system. That's why we propose some well-known algorithms to get better accuracy for a car purchase in our paper. We applied those algorithms in our dataset which contains 50 data. Among them, Support Vector Machine(SVM) gives the best result with 86.7% accuracy of prediction. In this paper, we have also revealed the comparative results using different algorithms precision, recall and F1 score for all data samples.

In this paper the problem of localizing submerged sensors is observed and introduces a new method to ordain the coordinates of those sensors which are situated in underwater and they are mobile and only one beacon node is considered for the system. Collecting data of appropriate coordinate of the sensors in underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSN) is essential because the root contains confined value except the knowledge of real data. There is used trilateration technique to detect the submerged sensors and beacon is considered in six different positions. In this proposed model three sensors have been used. To find out the coordinates of the sensor nodes Cayley-Menger determinant is used for the proposed model. Here three mobile sensors and one beacon node that made six different volume tetrahedron shapes by making it in same volume through projection to apply Cayley-Menger determinant. Through enumerating of coordinates of sensors nodes, simulation results make out the proposed mathematical models with minimal errors.

Being a developing country, Bangladesh has one mission towards the digital infrastructure for the nation. However, the retired persons are suffering huge for existing pension withdrawal system instead of respect for his assiduous contribution towards the nation over the half years of his whole life until the retirement. Key concern of this study is what kind of era exists in pension withdrawal system and what will be beneficial as well as applicable for the country. Both interview and literature review were the main method of gathering information and knowledge for this research. The existing problematic stages are uniquely identified including the way of get rid from it. Eventually, the research ended up with the inadvertent peoples, who still do not realize the pension is the legal right of them but they are much more interested about any digitize pension withdrawal system, which will be beneficial for the society and reduce the scope of unethical practice of governance service. This research proposal will ensure significant respect for every government and semi-government peoples after retirement, as they deserve.
