For start-ups financial services by financial institution are many, even micro finance institutions are cresting access of credit to the business enterprises, start-ups, and rural poor people. Still our country having lack of financial resources as the businesses are not sufficient with the available resources. Micro units’ development and refinance agency was added to the list in the year 2015 with intent to deal in various financial products and services. Primarily it creates access of loans to the development of small enterprises. Government in all the three tires have been taken initiatives in order to develop the MSMEs in the country, as it provides not only employment opportunities but contributes to export revenue and growth in GDP as well. In India many of the states like Gujrath, Madhya Pradesh Tamil Naduhas developed because of SMMEs, however out of many schemes introduced by the central government for the development of SMMSEs PMMY is one of the scheme which is reached to the nook and corner of the country with its efficiency. Therefore present paper is an attempt to analyse financial assistance provided by the central government though this Yojana further comparative study has been done for two states by using published data of 5 years about disbursement of loans and sanctioned. During the Pandamic situation like COVID-19 also the small start ups have done their business successfully the reason for this may be timely availability of money through this scheme.

Processing, acquiring, maintaining, developing, retaining, and deploying human resources to get a competitive advantage in the marketplace is known as Talent Management (TM). The study aims to examine the role of TM (talent acquisition, talent retention, and talent development) in investigating Organizational Effectiveness (OE) with organization sustainability (OS) as a mediating variable. The literature review done through secondary data on the subject had helped to coordinate, consolidate, and synthesize the concepts into a nutshell. The primary objective of the research is to study the influence of TM on OE with OS as a mediative role. The secondary objective is to understand the relationship between TM, OE, and OS.

C-reactive protein (CRP) is a protein produced by the liver. CRP levels in the blood, rises when there is an inflammatory condition in the body. A CRP test determines the amount of CRP in the blood to detect inflammation caused by acute conditions or to monitor disease severity in chronic conditions. Covid – 19 is an inflammatory condition, and an increase in CRP level helps in assessing the severity of covid illness. Our aim is to compare the severity of covid illness between the vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals by estimating the CRP level. This is a cross-sectional study that included 100 Covid positive patients who were clinically diagnosed with fever at Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital and were randomly selected (both vaccinated and unvaccinated) for the study. The level of serum C-Reactive Protein was estimated in all covid positive patients using the latex agglutination method. Of the 100 covid positive patients, 30 were vaccinated and 70 were not, with 8 vaccinated and 63 non-vaccinated individuals hospitalized due to increased severity. Only 27% of vaccinated people had elevated CRP levels, whereas up to 90% of non-vaccinated people had elevated CRP levels, emphasizing the importance of vaccination in reducing the severity of covid-19 infection. From this study, it was concluded that it is mandatory to estimate CRP level in covid- 19 patients as it is an inflammatory marker to assess the severity of the infection in them. Consequently, it is found that vaccines play an important role in reducing the severity of covid infection (as inflammation is reduced)
