Abstract

В 1914 г. известный путешественник К. Д. Носилов получил концессию на постройку канала и обустройство водного пути через полуостров Ямал. В статье рассматривается предыстория проекта ямальского канала, деятельность К. Д. Носилова и его компаньонов по реализации концессии. В отличие от устоявшейся в литературе точки зрения делается вывод, что концессия изначально бралась для воплощения аферы с выпуском акций под будущие прибыли от канала, строить который и не входило в планы предприятия. In 1914 the famous traveler K. D. Nosilov received a concession for the construction of a canal and arrangement of a waterway through the Yamal peninsula. The article considers the background history of the project of the Yamal Canal, activity of K. D. Nosilov and his partners for the implementation of the concession. Unlike the established point of view, the conclusion is drawn that the concession was originally taken to implement the scam with the issue of shares for future profits from the channel, which was not included in the plans of the enterprise.
